Ja und der Peter der hat was drauf !    Ob man bei ihm wirklich die Hosen runter lassen muss so vor dem Check? Hemmungen? Klar as Saasi schaut zuerst mal auf den Preis und der Peter ist kein billiger. Doch was ist uns unsere Gesundheit noch wert. Doch zuerst noch etwas über Peter ? Ein Doppelbürger - Grächner u Feer ! Der Unterschied zwischen den Grächner und den Feer und was könnte wohl Peters Walliser Lieblingswort sein? Dazu müsst Ihr dann schon den Podcast Ische Hengert losäää ? Hat irgend etwas mit zusammen sein zu tun ! Ich hab zwar den Peter vergessen zu fragen ob den Musik beim Training hilft wie zb : Eye of a Tiger - so Rocky Style ?    Will is sus oder hättis gäru. Hättis gäru läng nid - der Wille muss da sein ! Isch der Peter as bitz a STRENGÄ. Komfortzone verlassen und ja es muss ja auch motivierend sein ! Hat Peter Konkurrenz ? Das Internet. Die Krankenkassen. Der Schrittzähler. Aber die Gesundheitsförderung ist sicher etwas Konkurrenz aber auch Freund. Und je mehr Menschen im Tschungel was brauchen des mehr bin ich ihr Kompass - ihr Polizist - aber Peter ist nie nein nie Berater. Ist ihm das nicht gelungen, geht er zu den Versicherungen. Coaching tönt besser - ist begleitend.    Peter ist aber auch Ernährungscoach, was lange Tennislehrer und führte 18 Jahre lang mit seiner Frau das Tennis uns Squash Center in Gamsen !!! 50 ist die Zahl? Muss man zuerst 50jährig werden um etwas an sich zu verändern? Auch da geht es wieder darum die Komfortzone zu verlassen.    Fitness Studio das ist aber nichts für mich? Individuelle Trainingsmöglichkeiten mit MIX zum Erfolg wie Tennis oder in der Natur. Oder doch Gruppenevents wie zb : Abnehme Challenge auf RRO und sicher dir jetzt schon den Startplatz im Wert von 800 CHF ! Ja da gibt es was zu gewinnen aber wie Peter sagt, das ist Sekundär !    Finanziell wie schon besprochen ist unser Peter nicht ganz billig ! Aber heruntergerechnet sind das 22 CHF pro Tag. Die Kunden:innen welche aber zu Peter gehen, die kommen mit einem Ziel und ihnen ist das Geld das Wert !    Ernährung ist da sicher auch ein grosser Wert im Coaching by Peter Andenmatten. Dein Ernährungsplan. Keine Diät. All das muss aber in dein Alltag passen. Bist du strikt. Kannst du deine Menge reduzieren. Alkohol ? Kalorien. Faktoren. Die Leber beschäftig sich mit deiner Leber und kann so kein Fett abbauen ! Alkohol ist wie Zucker und Salz ein schlechter Kolleg von Dir - den du loswerden musst. 6 Tage strikt und 1 Tag gönn dir was ! Jo-Jo.    Was könnte Peter`s Walliser Lieblingsgericht sein ? Schon wieder Cholera? Ja man könnte Raclette Light Käse verwenden und einen Vollkornteig? Sind den Light Produkte eine Alternative ? Light Versionen wurden zu viel verarbeitet. Und das ist nicht förderlich ! Vielleicht könnte man ja so Ernärhungs-Ergänzungs Programm zu sich nehmen? Wie lange soll den eine so ein Programm dauern - bis zum Tod. Gut Proteine sind wichtig und die sind dann nicht immer einfach zu finden, doch da hilft Peter mit seinem Know How weiter !   AFA. Auch der professionellste Sportler etc - alle müssen den gleichen Grundsatz befolgen. Du kannst es drehen wie du willst . DU MUSST ANFANGEN = AFA.   Besser wa Geschtär - wie gehe ich mit Rückschlägen um ? Jeden Tag sich etwas optimieren. Aber wie gehe ich mit diesen Rückschlägen um?    Bei Peter gibt es auch Programm nach Unfällen oder einfach mal wieder in die Schuhe kommen. Sauerstoffzelt. Komme mir vor beim Laufen als ob ich ein Sauerstoffzelt brauche. Peter jetzt brauche ich deine Hilfe. Bi nienääää meh umänand ! Und ja es gibt aber auch andere Probleme : Wie nehme ich Gewicht zu ? Nun das wird schwierig und da meint Peter auch - da braucht es Hilfe - Ärzte - Risiken - !   Wann soll man am besten mit so einem Training starten ! Ist Januar ein guter Monat zum Starten? Dry January und im Dezember fangen wir ja nichts neues mehr an ? Oder doch lieber im Sommer was für der Sommer so was für die Bikinifigur ! Oder doch lieber nach den Festtagen !? Dein Körper schickt dich evtl von alleine oder spästens wenn dir dein Arzt was ins Ohr flüstert ?   Peter ist aber auch Turnlehrer und wie es dazu kam? Hören sie hinein in den Walliser Podcast - Ische Hengert !    My Lifestyle ? Abends noch ins Fitnesscenter? Tu es am Morgen ! Jeder Morgen findet statt ! Abends kann viel passieren. Hast Du es am Morgen erledigt, startest du befriedigender in den Tag und ja die Fitness ist erledigt. Du musst deine Prioritäten ändern.  Falls Du keine Zeit im Tag hast für Dich, dann musst du dringend etwas für Dich ändern !    Das Fitnesscenter mit Blick auf den Friedhof ! Was ist die Message ? Message in a Bottle ?    Aber wie organisiert sich Peter in seinem Geschäft? Also unser Peter hat Glück. Seine beste Ehefrau von allen die Marion die regelt seine ganze Administration und somit ist Verzettelung beim Ihm fast gar nicht möglich ! Keine Gefahr ! Er lebt was er macht ! Entwickelt sich weiter !  Wie engagiert sich Peter sozial und gibt es ein Leben danach? Seine Prioritäten ! Er braucht nun die Zeit für sein Geschäft !    Peter und das Theater. Der Ephrulo. Z`Wichtigschta in dinum Läbu sind där dini Schaf ! Theater war in dieser Zeit für Peter wichtig und richtig. Auch Comedy im Walliser Dialekt. Da war der Peter wirklich super erfolgreich unterwegs an Schnitzelbänken. An Hochzeiten und Raiffeisen Events aber ja er wusste, ein solches Engagement ist Zeitaufwendig  und gerade hier ist Gefahr sich dann zu verzetteln ?   Pointen aus dem Dorf gegriffen und Menschen nie beleidigend auf die Schippe genommen.    Peter hat sich dann aber entschieden sich eben am 50zigsten weiter zu entwickeln. Weiterbildung zum Personaltrainer und Ernährungscoach und wie hat er das geschafft ? Das erzählt er uns in diesem Hengert.    Engagement im Umweltschutz und da ist Peter mit seiner Familie auf einem sehr guten Weg. Kleines Auto. Flug = max einmal pro Jahr. ÖV. Hat noch selber einen Garten. Unterstützt gerne kleine Geschäft im Dorf und legt wert auf Regionales und Saisonales. Bio Produkte ? Warum uns die Labes überfordern. Kann sich die Schweiz nur BIO technisch ernähren? Sind es wie Ergänzungsprodukte einfach nur Marketing ?  Iss das was deine Grossmutter früher auch gegessen hat. Wenig verarbeitetes !    LIEBLINGS WALLISER WEIN ? Warum nicht einmal ein Heida ! Aber wer nun Peter kennt - Alkohol sehr moderat. Und ja wer bei uns im Hengert mitmacht wird nicht nur mit Wein belohnt, nein auch mal eine CD wie zb die vom Woodstock Dude oder das Buch von Lothar Supersaxo.   Drinking Song - Midnight Lady in Grächen ! Oder New York New York in Saas-Fee !    Eppis über dich was niemand weiss? Spanisch ! Jeden Abend auf Spanisch die Netflix Serie. Zum 50zigsten nach Spanien in die Sprachschule !    Aber Peter ist ursprünglich Heizungsmonteur und das wusste ich zb nicht ! Das waren seine Lehrjahre. Froh für eine solide Grundbildung. Er war aber auch Masseur ! Sportmasseur ! Aber das kann es nun auch nicht sein und es ging weiter an die Tourismusfachschule wo er Marion kennen lernte    Vielen Dank Peter für Deine Zeit und ich wünsche Dir weiterhin viel Freude, Erfolg, Kopf hoch und weiter tanzen ! Im Alter abnehmen ? Wieso ist das schwieriger. Der Stoffwechsel. Weniger Bewegung. Man ist mehr als man braucht ! Wird man im alter weniger Flexibel. Und ja da hilft dem Peter dann meistens dem Arzt mit einem Blutbild und ja jetzt muss was passieren - es sieht nicht mehr gut aus !    Der Körper gewöhnt sich an einen Rhythmus und du musst ihm immer wieder aus der Komfortzone ziehen. Abwechslung !!

Ana María Cabanellas began her career as a lawyer, after which she joined the family-owned publishing company Editorial Heliasta as a partner. In 1979, she became President of Editorial Claridad which specializes in legal dictionaries, as well as fiction, philosophy and history. In 2006, Ms Cabanellas founded UnaLuna, which publishes children's books.  Over the years she has been extremely active in industry associations. For example, she is currently Vice- president of CADRA (Centro de Administración de Derechos Reprográficos Asociación Civil), Argentina's RRO, and Chair of the Latin American and Caribbean Committee of IFRRO. Previously, she served as President of the Cámara Argentina del Libro for seven years, was Secretary and then President of GIE from 1991-2004, and President of the International Publishers Association from 2004-2008. She speaks frequently at publishing events around the world. In 2012, the Buenos Aires Book Fair named her one of the “50 most influential people in publishing in the Spanish Language.” We met at her offices in BA to talk about her career, her vision, publishing in Argentina, copyright, peace, education and children's books, among many other things.

There are several significant shifts underway in Alberta's electricity sector including: the phase-out of coal power plants, the Renewable Energy Program, development of micro and community generation, the design of the capacity market, changes to the regulated rate option (RRO) including a price cap, and banning of door-to-door energy sales. In addition, rapid technological change continues to impact all aspects of the electricity sector from generation to transmission and distribution, to how consumers use their electricity. Chris Hunt leads the Office of the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) which has a mandate to educate, advocate, and mediate for Alberta's residential, farm, and small business electricity and natural gas consumers. Chris will provide an overview of Alberta's electricity sector and emerging trends, and factors residential, small business, and farm consumers should consider when making choices about their electricity and natural gas services. He served on operations in Afghanistan and Kosovo, as well as here in Canada, and he continues to serve in the Army Reserve part-time. Since joining the Alberta Public Service 10 years ago, Chris has held several Director and Senior Management roles with the Government of Alberta, particularly in the Departments of Energy and Environment. He has worked on a wide variety of policy, legislation, and regulatory projects related to energy development and environmental management. Since his appointment as Utilities Consumer Advocate three years ago, Chris directed the creation and implementation of the UCA Consumer Education Program, including its website and social media channels, and the UCA's Regulatory Affairs team has submitted evidence cited in Alberta Utility Commission decisions that saved consumers over $300 million.
