In this fascinating episode of The Tudor Dixon Podcast, Tudor sits down with Robert "Tosh" Plumlee, a former CIA contract pilot and author of Deep Cover, Shallow Graves, to discuss one of America's most enduring mysteries: the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. With the recent release of additional JFK files reigniting public interest, Plumlee shares his firsthand account of events surrounding November 22, 1963, including his claims of involvement in intelligence operations during the Cold War, his alleged encounters with Lee Harvey Oswald before the assassination, and his perspective on what may have happened in Dallas. Tudor and Plumlee examine newly released documents, Cold War intelligence activities, the role of covert operations, and the questions that continue to fuel debate more than six decades after Kennedy's death. They also discuss Oswald's background, Cuba, Vietnam, and why many Americans remain skeptical that the full story has ever been told. Whether you're a longtime student of the JFK assassination or following the latest document releases, this conversation explores the claims, controversies, and unanswered questions that continue to captivate historians and conspiracy researchers alike.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Robert “Tosh” Plumlee, former contract pilot and co-author of Deep Cover, Shallow Graves, talks about newly released JFK files, his alleged connection to events surrounding the Kennedy assassination, and the ongoing search for answers more than sixty years later.
Today on Too Opinionated, we dive deep into one of the most controversial intelligence stories in modern history with New York Times bestselling author Ralph Pezzullo. Ralph joins us to discuss the explosive new book:
A few weeks ago, Captain Content threw down a challenge to find great new music, and Kevin didn't just step up—he delivered in spades. Typically, we recognize all of the amazing recorded output of the current year at the end of the year; however, there are just too many great releases this year to wait until December. We're not even halfway through the year yet, and we already have all of these great tunes! Who was that said rock n' roll was dead??? What is it we do here at InObscuria? Every show, Kevin opens the crypt to exhume and dissect from his personal collection: an artist, album, or grouping of tunes from the broad spectrum of rock, punk, and metal. This week, we look at an amazing year of releases for the world of rock n' punk n' metal. We hope we turn you onto something new! Songs this week include: Starcrazy - “Prove Myself” from Prove Myself - Single (2026) The Gems - “Stars” from Year Of The Snake (2026) Bakko - “Do It For Me” from Another Sign Of The Decline (2026) Sugar - “Long Live Love” from Long Live Love - Single (2026) Tigercub - “Fall In Fall Out” from Nets To Catch The Wind (2026) Jane And The Killer Queens - “Dumb Blonde” from Dumb Blonde - Single (2026) Metal Church- “Deep Cover Shakedown” from Dead To Rights (2026) Elder - “Through Zero” from Through Zero (2026) Please subscribe everywhere that you listen to podcasts! In this wild late-night episode, host Walter Sterling sits down with ex-CIA operative Tosh Plumlee to dive deep into the mind-bending government program known as "Illusionary Warfare". Plumlee claims that MK Ultra spin-offs are still active today, creating subliminally controlled "lone wolf" assassins by completely controlling the media narrative and creating false realities. From allegations of an ongoing, silent political coup that started with JFK's assassination, to Plumlee's blunt rant about a "crime syndicate" currently destroying the United States, this interview goes completely off the rails. Plus, hear about Plumlee's new book, Deep Cover, Shallow Graves, and why Walter desperately wants to know the red flags for taking a mind-controlled robot home from the bar! Contract pilot Robert “Tosh” Plumlee claims he was in Dallas on a secret mission to stop the hit… only to find himself inside it. Alongside journalist Ralph Pezzullo, he exposes a shadow world built on deception, deniable assets, and illusionary warfare. GUESTS: Robert Tosh Plumlee is a former contract pilot who claims deep involvement in covert Cold War operations tied to anti-Castro missions, CIA-linked aviation, and deniable intelligence activity. In Deep Cover, Shallow Graves, he alleges he was positioned in Dallas during the JFK assassination as part of an “abort team,” offering a rare insider account of clandestine operations and psychological warfare. Ralph Pezzullo is a veteran journalist and bestselling author known for translating complex, high-stakes real-world events into gripping narratives. With a background in investigative storytelling, he brings structure, context, and historical weight to Plumlee's explosive claims—challenging the official narrative surrounding November 22, 1963. Episode Notes S7E2 -- Join us as we welcome back CIA Operative & Pilot Tosh Plumlee & NYT best selling author Ralph Pezzullo. in Part 1 we talked about Cuba and the JFK assassination THIS TIME WE'RE GOING DEEPER. Together they will be in the house for part 2 of Deep Cover Shallow Graves... Deep Cover, Shallow Graves by former CIA operative Robert Plumlee and NYTimes best-selling author Ralph Pezzullo. The author was in Dallas on November 23, 1963, and is finally speaking out. This is an incredible read through a no-man's land of political intrigue and covert military operations sanctioned by the White House. Told by a former CIA contract pilot, Mr. Plumlee, this is a tale that marches across clandestine activities in Cuba, undercover drug operations in South America and Mexico, top secret testimony to the likes of J. Edgar Hoover and classified statements to Senate Foreign Relations and Intelligence Committees, as well as a wealth of political minefields laid by high-level government operatives acting under a cloak of secrecy. We lived in Saigon during the Tonkin Gulf Incident, the overthrow of Diem, a number of other coup d'etats and almost daily Vietcong terrorist attacks against Americans. After that, we survived three years gasping for air at 13,000 feet in La Paz, Bolivia during the time that Che Guevarra was trying to build a guerrilla base in that country. By 1980 my father was the US Ambassador to Nicaragua, and I was there witnessing the first days of the Sandinista Revolution. Tosh Plumlee: Robert Tosh Plumlee was born in 1937. He joined the United States Army in April 1954 and was assigned to the Texas 49th Armored Division. Later he was transferred to Dallas where he joined the 4th Army Reserve Military Intelligence Unit. The four time travelers join up with The Merchant, Edna, and The Pig, Jonathan, to continue on their journey towards a secret research base on the other side of the continent. During this time they learn more about each other, they bond, and Kid suggests that they come up with a team name for themselves. This revelry was short lived however, as Devon and Avis suffered more ailments, that group was confronted with a mudslide that forced them to detour, and they all stumbled upon a strange obelisk in the middle of the barren, muddy wasteland that holds an unsettling surprise for everyone.Music and Sound Effects:“Intro” by Abigail McDonald“Odessa's House” by Abigail McDonald“Shudder Waltz” by Franz Gordon at (www.epidemicsound.com)“Zero Guidance Needed” by Mike Franklyn at (www.epidemicsound.com)“Peer Gynt, Op. 23: Morning Mood Version 2” at (www.epidemicsound.com)“Good Evening Madam” by Mike Franklyn at (www.epidemicsound.com)“Tvivel” by Hanna Ekström & Anna Dager at (www.epidemicsound.com)“It All Ends Now” by Hampus Naeselius at (www.epidemicsound.com)“Police Siren, Distant” by Epidemic Sound at (www.epidemicsound.com)“Bonus: All in a Garden Green (Orchestral Version)” by Axletree at Freemusicarchive.com (CC BY 4.0)

In this pulverizing episode of The Metal Maniacs Podcast, your hosts Jay Ingersoll and Modd dive deep into the diseased heart of Michigan's underground with Decedent, one of the most exciting new names in the Sepsisgrind scene—a self-described style of cataclysmic death metal somewhere between Sanguisugabogg, Gatecreeper, and 200 Stab Wounds, all filtered through a thick Cannibal Corpse groove and old-school Chuck Schuldiner worship.

India Ramey blazes a trail through cinematic spaghetti western landscapes to wood floored Honkytonks and the Appalachian foothills. India's musical journey was not typical. “Having grown up poor, there was a lot of pressure for me to ‘go to college and make money' so I convinced myself that music was a hobby”. Ramey, a domestic violence survivor graduated college, got a law degree and became a domestic violence prosecutor. “I thought if I was helping people like my Mom, I would like being a lawyer more”. Despite her love of helping people, Ramey's love for music won in the end. She gave up her law career to become a full time musician and songwriter and has never looked back. Featured as one of the “Must See Acts at SXSW, a Nashville's Lighting 100 artist of the week, a two-time Americanafest showcasing artist, and one of NPR's “10 Nashville Artists on the Rise”, India has only continued to rise among the ranks of as one of Country and Americana's brightest up and coming, emerging artists. Her most recent album, Shallow Graves debuted at number six on the Euro Americana Charts and landed a song as Rolling Stone's pick of the week. Billboard says of her performance in her 2020 Nashville residency performance, “The rollicking set recalls everyone from Tammy Wynette to Wanda Jackson.” Nashville's Americana radio station, WMOT says India is the perfect mixture of Loretta Lynn and Neko Case, Rolling Stone describes her as “Part Black Sabbath, part honky-tonk” and the BBC's Ralph McClean says “India is a singer of the truth, she knows the value of a well-told tale sung with passion and honesty. She is a bright light in the darkness. Long may she shine." Please rate and review the podcast and share with your friends. From Crisis to Crisis - The Married Years (A Superman and Lois Podcast)
(Continuing the march towards the wedding, here is a re-upload of an episode of FCTC's coverage of Final Night! Enjoy!) Welcome to the two hundredth and sixty-fifth episode of From Crisis to Crisis: A Superman Podcast! This podcast has a simple premise; examine just about every Superman comic published between Man of Steel #1 in 1986 to Adventures of Superman #649 in 2006 in an informative and hopefully entertaining format. Final Night continues! This time out Mike and Jeff continue their coverage of Final Night by looking at the main books and crossovers that came out during Week Three! First up is Action Comics #727, which sees Superman doing a bit of a retro thing by jumping instead of flying. He's not doing it to be cool or old school, though. Nope. His powers continue to fade away as the sun continues to be consumed by the Sun Eater. Bad guys use the chaos to steal several Special Crimes Unit battle suits, which Superman has to deal with as an unnamed man has to make his way through a snow covered Metropolis and learns about the good and bad of humanity. Mike also gives a quick history lesson in the middle of the notes where he probably gets something wrong. Then, in Final Night #3, things go from bad to apocalyptic. Ted Knight, the Golden Age Starman, does some figuring and realizes that the diameter of the sun is off. It turns out that Sun Eater's feeding cycle involves causing the star it is eating to go nova, which is great for the Sun Eater, because it propels it to the next star, but is kind of bad for all life in the system the sun provides light for. Finally, the boys look at the other crossover issues which include Final Night Parallax Emerald Night #1, Superboy #33, Aquaman #26, and Detective Comics #703! Vickie Stout and Carla Sue Atkins were half-sisters. The teens, who were extremely close with each other, share the same mother. were very close. The girls walked to a combination bait shop, restaurant, and convenience store called "The Furnace" to pick up some snacks. Witnesses report seeing the girls talking to someone in a blue pickup truck. That's the last time anyone has seen the sisters. In the days that followed, local law enforcement labeled the sisters as runaways. A hiker then called the police after smelling a foul odor. Deputies discovered the girls' bodies about 75 feet apart, along with shotgun shells and a light blue stain found on a tree. The autopsy revealed a shotgun killed the girls, but their bodies were too decomposed to reveal if they'd been sexually assaulted. Journalist Hailey Holloway heads back to Gainesville, Florida to dig into the mysterious murder of Judy MacFarlane. Judy's inexplicable death was one of the strangest cases of her time, but it was buried and long-forgotten. Hailey is teaming up with the first detective to re-open the case since Judy's death in 1992 to try and figure out what happened to the young mother of four, why her murder seems to have been pushed aside, and sort through the complicated list of who may have been responsible.
In this episode, we sit down with Author / Journalist Maureen Boyle. During her career as a Journalist, Maureen covered many different stories for the newspaper, one of the most memorable would be the New Bedford Highway Serial Killer. In 2017 Maureen released her first book Shallow Graves: The Hunt for the New Bedford Highway Serial Killer, about these nine murders, which are still unsolved. Maureen's extensive knowledge of the case and her search for information in the streets of the city and the homes of the family members looking for answers gives the reader a different side of the case that they may not have seen on the nightly news. In addition to Shallow Graves, Maureen tells us about her most recent book, Child Last Seen: The Search for Patty Desmond. We also discuss her thoughts on the ever-evolving landscape of digital reading and how it will be different for students studying journalism today. You can find all three books by Maureen Boyle at Barnes and Noble, Amazon, Audible, or wherever books are sold.
