Hey Hey FitMama,  This week I am bringing to you some nervous system regulation wisdom! Jump into this episode for my tips and tools to get out of the sympathetic dominance many of us find ourselves in day to day and spend more time hanging out in your parasympathetic mode (rest and digest), why? Because it feels so much better! We can actually respond instead of react to things in our life from a place of calm. As well, I give you some ideas on how to calm your nervous system and prepare it to actually digest the foods your eating so they can nourish your body and not leave you constantly hungry and rushing around in life. I dive into what makes up the nervous system and how this pertains to your life! Then, I go into what all the hats are and how constantly wearing hats all day without taking them off leads us to feeling too aroused in our nervous system. Living a “hat less” life has many advantages and benefits our nervous system regulation. Please take a moment to rate and review the FitMama Podcast and share this episode on social media or send a copy to someone you love! Let's live a “hat less” life together! Stay calm and carry on… Find me on Instagram @lovejenoliver and say hi! Tag me on Insta referring to this episode and share yourself in a “hat free moment”! Love, Jen Oliver

In this week's episode I dive deeper into where I have been the last few years mentally, emotionally, relationally etc. I go into detail about the dark time in my life I have just come out, how I went through the stages of grief, what helped me both stay alive through this, and what eventually helped me come out the other side. I share my experience with somatic therapy which I will dive deeper into in a future episode, which led me to be even more focused on breathwork as a primary modality in my coaching and how listening to our body truly sets us on the path of self-discovery and ultimate self-knowing, self-trust and eventually healing. Life is not always sunshine and rainbows and I admit to bypassing my feelings for years and engaging in a very strong “fawn” sympathetic nervous system response most of my life. This led me down the path of some toxic positivity which helped me cope with many traumatic moves growing up, but ultimately it did not serve me in the depths of despair. Sweeping feelings and emotions under the rug does not change them or make them go away (go figure), and they merely keep showing up in our lives in different forms, begging us to face them to ultimately heal them. If you're struggling, FitMama, you are not alone. You don't have to go it alone. You are the only one responsible for facing all of these things, but you are never alone. I decided to converse with one of my besties, Christina Fichera, to unpack the past year and some difficult stuff that we both are processing. We approach the conversation from varied perspectives given our lives are so different; Christina is in her 30's and I am in my 50's. I've been married twice and have adult kids and didn't build a career until the last five years. Christina hasn't married or had kids yet, and built a significant career over the past two decades. We share a newfound understanding that beauty can coexist with pain and end up processing our recent challenges through that lens.We also agree that normalizing discussions around struggle can be incredibly useful - but simultaneously wrestle with the belief that talking about this stuff might come too close to “airing our dirty laundry.”The fear of sharing our emotions and exposing our personal journey with others is delicate. Like many, we wonder how we will be perceived when we divulge setbacks - will it affect our career or relationships?Does our candor make us appear less competent despite being damn good at what we do?Do our stories present an appearance of weakness or instability that can limit opportunities?Have we learned discernment around when to share and with who?Join the conversation.Resources mentioned in this episode:We refer to the following books; The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk, MD and Big Magic by Elizabeth GilbertWe mention the We Can Do Hard Things podcast. I reference a body of work and platform called  TBM in this episode - this resource has played a vital role in my personal healing journey; relieving a huge amount of mental load and unnecessary burdens. I have always been an explorer with regard to self-help, personal growth, therapy, recovery and the like. This year I began hearing of people's experiences with plant medicines as a means of doing deeper work on the mental and physical pain that can significantly impact our lives. AND then I met Dr. Alya Ahmad and Dr. Tasnim Khan - two physicians (and sisters) with stunning resumes and extensive experience in medicine and patient care - who left conventional medicine and started their own practice providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Their team is alleviating their clients' suffering from conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, chronic pain and more. What I LOVE is the path that brought them to this space. These are two doctors who finally acknowledged that they, as healers, needed help too. In their words, “We can only be as good for our patients as we are for ourselves…” Yes, to that, count me in.Ketamine is legal and many are familiar with it as an anesthetic. But when used in a supervised and intentional setting it also relaxes a patient to a place where the nervous system is disarmed, mental chatter can be quieted, and deeper therapeutic work can begin. We talk all things Ketamine as it relates to our personal healing journeys and my mind is forever shifted as to what is possible. Our Guests:Dr. Tasnim Khan is a Primary Care Physician and Harvard University trained health care executive with over 27 years of experience in the healthcare field. She has owned, operated, and profitably exited health care practices and an IPA in the US and in the Middle East.As a healthcare executive, Dr Khan has held leadership roles in private and public organizations in the US and abroad in countries such as Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. She led key nationwide innovative initiatives such as building a social health insurance scheme in Qatar ahead of the FIFA world cup event, private equity greenfield and brownfield launches of multispecialty clinics and hospitals in Dubai and the UK. Dr Khan also has deep experience in the health insurance sector, with her experiences working for United Healthcare, Aetna International and a large independent physician association in the Bay Area. She has also been a key member of the non-profit health sector in Sacramento, providing healthcare access to the underserved, uninsured and refugee populations.Yet, her deepest passion lies in helping people optimize their wellbeing and advocate for their health despite a very complicated and fragmented health care system.  She is constantly seeking ways to extend health span and focus on prevention rather than the sick model of care that is embedded in current treatment paradigms of our health care system. The opportunity to offer people a refreshed model of care also includes mental health. The modalities to address mental health are rapidly changing and replacing the dated therapeutics and approaches that are no longer serving peoples needs to heal from within. Dr Khan is excited to be able to learn, teach and offer these new treatment paradigms to people in need. IN 2021, she partnered with a colleague to open one of Sacramento's first holistic mental health center, providing legal psychedelics with therapy and holistic wellness.Dr. Alya Ahmad is a former Associate Professor of Pediatrics at UCSF, with experience in academic and private settings overseas and in Texas and California. She is fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and Ketamine-assisted therapy. She is also training as a MAPS provider through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute.Dr. Ahmad is also a mother, immigrant, and woman of color who remains a continuous learner and educator. Having witnessed the effects of trauma and social inequities, her journey as a healer focuses on treating the neediest of populations. As clinical faculty at Baylor College of Medicine and UCSF, Dr. Ahmad teaches better ways to care for children and their families. She founded programs that emphasize “whole” person care and the narrative medicine process for children with special needs, Down syndrome, obesity and other patients requiring complex care consultation services.Dr. Ahmad harnesses the methodology of Narrative Medicine learned during her training at Columbia University to teach and practice medicine through compassion-based inquiry as a means of addressing illness in light of the overall landscape of a patient's life. She believes natural and holistic paths to healing are possible with integrative and psychedelic medicines and therapies. Her mantra for care is simple; healing the self and others must include empathy and the respectful fusion of self-wisdom, ancient and novel therapies. Website: https://shamynds.com/Instagram:  https://www.instagram.com/shamynds.healing/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/shamyndsLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/shamynds-healing-center/ Jen holds space for those who want to elevate and amplify their voice. I loved recording this episode with my friend and SugarMama®, Shannon O'Brien. We discuss body image, getting your swagger back, and the weird things that many of us wonder about. We ponder the vulnerability phenomenon - that situation where you find yourself sharing the most intimate details of your life when doing a basic thing like getting your nails or hair done, or like me -  getting my bikini sugarwaxed. We often think we are successfully separating that which is personal (and in the past) - from that which is professional (and current). In this conversation, I talk with Deborah Brown-Volkman about her volatile upbringing and howfalling down and getting back up led to a journey of healing and growth - changing the trajectory of her career from problematic to exceptional. She took survival skills formed in childhood and made them assets in the workplace - there is power in the ability to read a room, being a deep listener, and seeing things that others don't.We also discuss the WomanSpeak™ program and the power of our voice in business and life. It isn't enough to “get a seat at the table” - women and marginalized individuals need to use our truest voice and deliver the wisdom that lives inside us at that table! Too often, we wait to be chosen or called upon to speak. It is game-changing to trust our own voice and be set free from imposter syndrome. Our guest: DEBORAH BROWN-VOLKMAN is a Career Optician who helps clients see new possibility in their career. What is a limiting belief?: "I'm just never going to get better."  That is what Jen Oliver used to think. It was a story loop in her head that played over and over. Have you ever had a thought like that? And now Jen's story is "I'm always here to grow... I know I'll be ok." Those are two very different stories. -_-_-_-_-_-_- Jen Oliver escaped from the matrix (aka corporate America) nearly two decades ago when she moved from the California tech world to Costa Rica. She was: experiencing corporate burn out; feeling anxiousness and depression; and using alcohol as a social lubricant. She felt like a caged animal and just wanted to run away. "Now I run to myself... I run to that deep inner knowing" that she believes is the subconscious mind.  -_-_-_-_-_-_- Before we dive deep into the rest of the episode, I have to call out that: Jen Oliver is the reason this podcast exists! If you have listened to Episode 1 (outlining Mae Deevy's first-time experience with hypnosis), then you are aware of how impactful Jen's work is! She was my hypnotherapist and she helped me see how powerful the mind is and that nothing was "wrong with me" as I had previously thought.  She helped me experience a depth of my subconscious that I didn't know was possible... and therefore her and I are very connected. I always experience synchronicities when I am around Jen! -_-_-_-_-_-_- Jen has explored numerous methods of personal transformation and growth, but found none as powerful and effective in creating actual daily life changes, as she experienced with hypnotherapy. Personally, Jen has used hypnosis for: managing anxiety & depressive feelings supporting insomnia promoting her sobriety & recovery, and  being able to deal with the stress of building a house in a foreign country! -_-_-_-_-_-_- But what is the difference between meditation and hypnosis? Jen explained: Meditation clears everything out and access a clear state Hypnosis clears the old, less-than-resourceful programming and builds back in the useful resourceful programming -_-_-_-_-_-_- Jen's first experience with hypnosis was from listening to recordings online and had such a huge shift that she leaped right into a training to learn how to "do" hypnosis.  For many, the one-on-one hypnosis sessions bring such significant change... So what happened once she had her first tailored, private hypnosis session? -_-_-_-_-_-_- Like many of us, Jen practiced meditation, had a life coach for 3 years and went to 4-5 years of traditional talk therapy... and from all that, she saw an awareness of her issues through that work... ...but after listening to hypnosis recordings and one in-person weekend (from one of her hypnosis trainings) where she received multiple hypnotherapy sessions, she said: "I had more transformation in those few days than I had in my whole life." -_-_-_-_-_-_- If we know anything about the healing process, it is one thing to be in a bubble and do the healing (like to heal at a retreat, for example away from home)... but it is another thing to step back out into the  trigger environments or relationships and see how (or if) yours reactions shift. Jen explained that her biggest shift was flying to NYC to work a hypnosis event table at OzzFest Festival in Central Park and absolutely nailing it! (Because if you have ever been to Costa Rica or Central Park... then you know that these are two very different environments!) That to her was validation of how far she had come because she was able to maintain her mindset and attitude even in the craziness of New York City.  -_-_-_-_-_-_- How is it possible? According to a study shared in American Health Magazine, researchers found there was a: 38% recovery rate after 600 psychoanalysis sessions (which is about 10 years of talk therapy) 93% recovery rate after 6 hypnosis sessions* (*Source: Barrios, Alfred A. “Hypnotherapy A Reappraisal,” Psychotherapy: Theory, Research and Practice) -_-_-_-_-_-_- "I want life to get even better - and it is! - it keeps getting better." -_-_-_-_-_-_- FREE HYPNOSIS: stay through to the end for a beautiful embodiment hypnosis practice cultivating helpful, useful, positive resources  -_-_-_-_-_-_- Jen Oliver works remotely with hundreds of clients from all around the globe and finds the similarities fascinating. She says, "our personal stories may be different, yet our deep embodied desire to love and be loved is Universal." Jen believes that with this loving, compassionate approach to transformation, everything is possible! _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ Connect and Work with Jen: https://divinexpression.net/  E-mail: dolphindancer24@yahoo.com  Purchase some of her hypnosis recordings: https://divinexpression.net/shop/hypnotherapy-recordings/  _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ Want to work with Mae?: http://www.maedeevy.com Join Mae's "Be the Change" Community: http://www.IamtheChange.Today  Connect on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/storiesfromthesubconsciouspodcast  Connect with us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stories.from.the.subconscious/

We talk a lot about wellness and work-life balance, but most of us in the world of student housing are just not very good at it. So, how can we learn to prioritize our emotional and spiritual health? How can we develop the courage to ask what’s really important to us and align our choices accordingly? And if that means choosing a new path, how can we apply the skills we learn in student housing to other roles? Jen Oliver is the former Director of Facilities and Conference Services with COCM at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and current Membership Recruitment Specialist for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. Prior to joining the Girl Scouts team in 2018, she spent two years at home with her young daughters, serving her family and getting involved in the local community. On this edition of the Student Housing Matters Alumni Series, Jen sits down with Tara Wilkinson to discuss how her role with COCM at MassArt rounded out her experience in student housing, exposing her to the facilities side of the space. She shares her gratitude for the relationships she developed with partners, vendors, COCM colleagues as well as the MassArt team. Listen in to understand Jen’s decision to step away from her career at Capstone and prioritize her family and community—and learn how she is applying the skills she honed in student housing to other roles that fit her lifestyle and align with her values! #11: eCommerce Tips for Christmas Readiness

The eCommerce Podcast

Play Episode Listen Later Sep 3, 2019 41:15

Welcome my fellow eCommerce Entrepreneurs! My name is Matt Edmundson and this show is for those of us Kurious About eCommerce and want to know how to get better at digital business.   Coming up in today's show we are talking Christmas and what your business can be doing to plan ahead and capitalize on those Christmas sales.   Eggnog and Christmas lights might be the farthest thing from your mind right now but to experience success this year you need to start thinking about how your eCommerce business is going to drive those sales and finish strong in the final quarter.   Here's 10 eCommerce tips for Christmas Readiness: 1. Plan Ahead It's never too early to start thinking and planning your sales strategy for the Christmas period. Be deliberate in your planning and create a promotional calendar in which you write down how and when you will reach your sales goals. The earlier you begin to market the more successful your sales will be.  2. Provide Gift Wrapping Services This might sound obvious but if your site sells gift-able products then also offer a gift wrapping service. Make your site a one stop shop for your customers. Not only would this be a great customer service, it will also add a few pounds to your profit margin. Yes, you can charge for this service but don't go crazy.  3. Clarify Shipping and Delivery Be very clear  with dates and time frames for shipping and delivery of all your products. Give your customers the last posting dates for Christmas for both national and international deliveries. Talk to your shipping company to get this information and then tell your customers so that they aren't disappointed.  4. Prevent Returns Use imagery, videos and detailed product descriptions so that customers know exactly what they are buying and have no surprises when they open their packages. If you're selling accessories and clothing videos are really helpful because people need to see the product on people. 5. Customer Service Your customers should always receive the best and most hassle free service at all times. This shouldn't change over the Christmas period. In fact, step it up a notch. Over Christmas customers seem more hurried and expect speedy and efficient service. Let them know exactly how and when they can reach you over the Christmas period and go the extra mile wherever you can. 6. Offers and Discounts People start to get into the buying frenzy in October and sales start to go up. Just because people are in the buying mood it doesn't mean you have to discount your products. But what I do recommend is that you begin to highlight products and create awesome offers and discounts. If you've got people who are in the buying mood, they'll more than likely take you up on your offers and discounts. 7. Be Mobile-Ready A lot of people will be shopping on their phones so make sure you take the time to optimise the mobile navigation on your site. Pay special attention to your checkout process on your mobile-site, making it user friendly and streamlined. Avoid abandoned carts wherever possible.  8. Vouchers Vouchers can be a critical part of your Christmas sales strategy. If your customers have joined the shopping frenzy later in the game and have missed shipping dates, they have the option of buying gift vouchers instead. Vouchers are also a great way to create customer engagement in the holiday slump between Christmas and New Year and or the January/ February blues.  9. Do Something for Charity Christmas is about charity as much as it is about anything else. Invite your customers to donate to a charity of your choice and or offer to match donations. Last year Jersey Beauty Company invited their customers to donate to a very specific event that Imagine If were running. Jersey's target was £2000 but through very generous customers ended up raising £2500 to help feed 300 lonely, elderly and less fortunate people on Christmas day. As a team, we got to be a part of that huge endeavor and it felt good! 10. Make it Fun Christmas can so easily become stressful but it's Christ's birthday and it's a time of giving so it has to be fun!  A few years ago Jersey created a Christmas Carpool video that was a lot of fun to make. We challenge you to throw some fun into your Christmas strategy and include your customers in the festive spirit too. Our advice, get organised and use these 10 eCommerce tips for creating your Christmas sales strategy. You'll be glad you did!  _____________________________________________________________________ Sadaf checks in with Jersey Beauty Company's Marketing Manager, Jen Oliver, to talk about Jersey's plans for Christmas.  In preparation to go live in October, Jersey Beauty Company (JBC) start to plan their Christmas sales in September of each year. They take into account factors such as landing pages, assets, content, promotions, packaging and shipping dates.  What JBC has done to drive sales over Christmas in the past:  Run offers mainly through October and November 12 days of Christmas from 19th November - these included 3 for 2 offers, vouchers, freebies, competitions etc Run gift vouchers from October right up until Christmas Offer gift wrapping service Upgrade shipping to free 24 hour delivery Hessian Santa sacks for those who spent over a certain amount, Sacks were made up on free samples and chocolates Extra touches - festive spirit What JBC plans to do this Christmas and Boxing day: Jersey Christmas boxes. These will be similar to the current Jersey beauty box which is made up of different popular brands of products. These can be used as a gift for a loved one These lovely gift boxes will have a Christmas spin on them. Gift wrapping service Hessian Santa sacks with samples. Eco-boxes for the eco-conscious. These will be made up of products such as shampoo bars and bamboo toothbrushes.  Keeping it simple on Boxing Day with money off vouchers. “... and when we tap into our heart coherence which is a high vibration, a more stable frequency of the brain, more of an alpha wave, where babies and young children before the age of 7 hang out, this is a very chill state and this is a place where we can actually enter into, like another world.”   Jen Oliver created the FitMama personal training and group coaching movement based on years of experience in the fitness industry where she helped thousands of people lose weight, get stronger and change their lives. She saw a need for more education on safe exercise practices during pregnancy and post-partum to avoid the often debilitating consequences of unsafe exercises that are all too common. As a trainer, nutritionist, coach and mom herself, Jen knows what it takes to strengthen the body from the inside out. With breathing techniques and safe exercises, Jen has been helping  women restore their core to a place where they feel even stronger than before they had kids. Dr. Michelle Peris and Jen Oliver engage in a powerful conversation about women learning to embrace and love themselves, becoming aware of unconscious and detrimental habits and thoughts that prevent them from enjoying their lives to the fullest. How do you embrace, nurture, and enjoy your motherhood journey? Author, speaker, and podcaster Jen Oliver shares how it should all begin with self-love and that if you love the body and life you have, you will have the body and life you love. Find out more about what it takes to transform the core of motherhood in this podcast. You can find all the info and links about this episode at https://holisticwellness.ca/episode44. Topics Discussed in this Episode: Jen’s deep inner core dysfunction and what her healing journey looked like Why it’s so important for your inner core to function properly What to do to get back the six-pack abs you used to have after pregnancy Why you should see a physiotherapist How you can cultivate patience Postpartum sleep, postpartum exercise, and postpartum sex How to come from a place of self-love The 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat and why you should consider going   Key Takeaways: Your inner core is an important part of your posture, your structure, how you walk, and how all the rest of your muscles in your entire body move and connect. When you become pregnant and you’re growing a human in your abdomen, the amount of intra-abdominal pressure that happens is so big that it changes the synergistic nature of your deep inner core. When you’re in pain, your body is not working the way it needs to work. It’s not until you start becoming conscious of your “head talk” and not focusing outside of yourself all the time that you start to understand your motivation for things. Coming from a place of love is really about identifying your motivations, not by judging yourself but by having compassion as your guide and following that delicate approach with yourself. Self-love is a practice and a process to look from within to start with love. It is a process that has begun and is ongoing, and it’s a new way of thinking and feeling. Action Steps: Listen to your body. Go to a pelvic floor physiotherapist and someone who can check you for a Diastasis Recti. Cultivate patience and allow yourself to be patient with your body during those times when physiological changes are happening. Take care of yourself. Give yourself permission to sleep and get the sleep that you need. Understand your motivation for things. Listen to your heart and don’t let your “head talk” get in the way. Ask yourself if you’re ready to ask for the help you need and receive the help that’s ready to help you.   Jen said: “You are replaceable at work; you’re not replaceable at home. And to actually disconnect from your desire to be home, to think it’s some career-oriented thing, or the opposite… that really manifests as stress and anxiety and more physiological and hormonal changes.” “The heart is always in love. It’s always in gratitude. And maybe when it’s not in love,  it’s because it’s in trauma. And we don’t want to face sometimes the trauma… but it’s really where the magic is, and it’s really where the breakthroughs are.”   Thanks for listening! In this LIVE episode of the Light Warrior Radio she will be discussing her book The Love FitMama Way.    If you have ever thought to yourself: “Will I ever lose this baby weight?” “Will my body recover from pregnancy and childbirth?” “How will I find time to exercise?” “I just don’t feel the same as before kids” Or if you have ever just wished that you could ask specific questions and get real, safe answers… …You are in the right place!!   Jen Oliver created the FitMama personal training and group coaching movement based on years of experience in the fitness industry where she helped thousands of people lose weight, get stronger and change their lives. She saw a need for more education on safe exercise practices during pregnancy and post-partum to avoid the often debilitating consequences of unsafe exercises that are all too common (crunches). As a trainer, nutritionist, coach and mom herself, Jen knows what it takes to strengthen the body from the inside out. With breathing techniques and safe exercises, she can help you restore your core to a place where you feel even stronger than before you had kids.   To learn more about Jen's work visit her sites at jenoliver.com and lovefitmama.com.

Today on the Healthpreneur podcast we’re going to explore the world of online coaching and fitness. If you’ve never heard of Jen Oliver, she helps transform mothers into mindful, self-loving, and balanced women through her company, Love Fitmama.  Jen discovered that she was pushing herself too hard, and this culminated into debilitating injuries and stress. She realized that this “work-grind” paradigm is unhealthy, unsustainable, and, most importantly, unnecessary. She also discovered that we don’t need to continue defaulting into our cultural norms that create expectations around food and our bodies, especially as women. In fact, Jen discovered that by tapping into compassion, appreciation, and love, we turn inwards and discover our unique place that leaves us vitalized and happy rather than burnt out and unable to show up for life.  If you’re a busy mother who’s feeling pain from a work/life imbalance, this episode will provide you with some invaluable information. If you find yourself feeling pain, stress, or overwhelm, you’ll discover that you really don’t have to. It is possible to balance a career and a family, and Jen has dissected the formula to do so while caring for yourself at the same time. Jen has learned by experience that the “grind” doesn’t work, and a shifted mindset is critical to pain-free life. As a parent, I related to Jen in so many ways. I think you will, too.  In this episode, Jen and I discuss:  The pivotal moment in her life and how she tackled obstacles in her way.  Mindfulness and taking clients on the transformational journey.  Being an Healthpreneur parent: Critical lessons and finding that balance.   Online marketing techniques and how Jen reaches clients.  Shifting the paradigm through story, mission, example and purpose.  5:00 – 15:00 - Pivotal moments, challenges, and bridging the gap  15:00 – 20:00 - Lessons in balancing work and life  20:00 –  26:00 - Marketing and getting your mission heard  26:00 – 32:00 - Being a role model for your message through your story  32:00 – 44:00 - The Rapid 5

Are you asking the question “Why?” all the time and keeping yourself from moving forward? Why is one of those questions that has a tendency to keep you stuck. It’s the first question that pops into our mind, “Why does this always happen to me?” or “Why do I keep doing that?” but it doesn’t actually give us the answers that help us move forward and affect positive change. In this episode, Jen takes you through examples of other questions to ask that are more empowering, less judgmental (yes, we judge ourselves with why!) and more likely to move you towards your goals rather than further away from them. Leave judgment behind and tune into the examples of better questions you can start asking yourself to achieve the goals you have set or to make the positive tweaks in your life that will allow you to live a life you love in a body you love. Why not? Feeling stuck? Jen wants to hear from you! Please find her on Instagram @lovejenoliver and on Facebook at Jen Oliver.
