Ella Al-Shamahi speaks to two of the first generation of women to ever fly F16s, Manja Blok for the Netherlands Air Force and Heather Penney for the US Air Force. Manja Blok was the first female operational F-16 fighter pilot in the world. After taking the aviation exam at 19, Manja was told she was unfit to become a pilot and pursued a career as a beautician instead. She tried again at 22 and in 1991, made her F-16 debut in a career that lasted a decade and paved the way for women behind her. Heather Penney joined the US Air Force in the late nineties, after Congress lifted the combat exclusion for women in aviation in 1993. Novi sistem naplate javnog prevoza nije spreman, zato nije jasno zašto se gradonačelniku žurilo da pusti "Beograd plus" sistem naplate kad nema softvera, nema dovoljno prodajnih mesta i nema dovoljno informacija kako se plaća karta. Pitanje je zašto je SMS poruka glavni način plaćanja karata? Šapićev sistem ne prepoznaje način praćenja privatnih prevoznika, time se vraćamo u devedesete i otpravnike na okretnicama. Komunalni milicajci će vršiti kontrolu karata, kazna za "šverc" je 5.000 dinara. Umesto dosadašnjih 250 kontrolora Bus Plusa zaposliče se novih 180 komunalnih milicajaca. Manja cena i manje zona su privid poboljšanja gradskog prevoza. Ovaj sistem će urušiti poverenje u gradski prevoz. Ne postoji matematika koja potvrđuje opravdanost novih cena karata. Nejasno je koja je računica za besplatan noćni prevoz. Da li smo stvarno sve vratili u ruke Grada Beograda ukoliko je ComTrade provajder plaćanja SMS porukama, dominantnog načina plaćanja, a Telekom Srbija uzima posao izrade softvera koji će bez tendera izraditi druge firme za potrebe javnog prevoza? Vozača javnog prevoza nema dovoljno jer ako radi 40 sati nedeljno njegova plata je oko 60.000 dinara. Grad "ispod žita" ukida trolejbuse i kupuje 60 kineskih elektro autobusa. Nije jasno zašto se odustalo od jeftinijih "Solaris" autobusa jer su se pokazali rentabilnim. Umesto njih kupuju se nekvalitetniji kineski i turski autobusi. Jedan od razloga mogao bi da leži u srpskom posrednicima koji se ugrađuju u cenu. Vozačima je zabranjeno da iz saobraćaja isključuju vozilo ako ne radi klima uređaj.
