Friday Juma Khutba January 24th, 2025 - The 24th of Rajab marks the conquest of Khaybar by Amirul Mu'minin ‘Ali (a) in the 7th AH. - The Prophet sent various commanders to conquer the fort of Qamūs, but they failed for eight days. - The Prophet declared he would give the banner to a man loved by Allah and His Messenger, and who loved them in return. - ‘Ali (a), despite an eye ailment, was called, healed by the Prophet, and given the banner. He successfully led the Muslims to victory. - This event highlights the unique love between Allah and ‘Ali (a), as also mentioned in Qur'an 3:31. - Mu‘āwiyah, during his reign, held a gathering in Mecca to promote Yazid's successorship, where he spoke ill of ‘Ali (a). - Sa‘d bin Waqqāṣ protested, citing three unmatched honors of ‘Ali: 1. Being appointed as the Prophet's deputy during Tabūk. 2. Being part of the Prophet's prayer during the Mubāhalah alongside Fāṭimah, Ḥasan, and Ḥusayn. 3. Leading the Muslims to victory at Khaybar under the Prophet's explicit praise. - Sa‘d left the gathering in protest. - Qur'an 9:32 emphasizes that Allah's light cannot be extinguished, despite opposition. In 1931, after the deaths of Masseria and Maranzano, Lucky Luciano became the boss of what would become his own crime family. Vito Genovese became his deputy and Costello became his advisers, an important function within the Mafia clan. Costello was a prominent figure in the criminal underworld, earning large sums of money by becoming the head of the gambling industry. In 1936 Lucky Luciano was arrested for exploiting and aiding and abetting prostitution and sentenced to serve a prison sentence of at least thirty years. At first he tried to run his mafia family directly from prison. He later promoted his deputy Vito Genovese to the role of boss. In 1937 Vito Genovese was suspected of a murder and therefore was forced to return to Italy and take refuge in Naples. At that point Luciano named Costello as the new boss of his crime family.

Donald Macleod explores the life and works of legendary organist and composer Dietrich Buxtehude. Buxtehude was a musical star in his own time, whom Johann Sebastian Bach walked almost 300 miles just to meet and learn from. Yet, the facts of Buxtehude's own story are far from straight forward. Doubts remain over so many details in the composer's life. We can't even be sure when or where he was born, leading to three different countries claiming him as their own, and for a musician who perhaps above all was famed for his organ music, it is remarkable that not one single organ piece by him was published in his lifetime. Bu ikisinden, en büyüğü, dahâ lüzûmlusu, ikincisidir ki, (Vera') ve (Takvâ) denir. Resûlullahın “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem” yanında, birisinin çok ibâdet etdiğini, çok uğraşdığını söylediler. Birisinin de yasak edilen şeylerden, çok sakındığını söylediklerinde, (Hiçbirşey, vera' gibi olamaz!) buyurdu. Ya'nî, yasaklardan sakınmak, dahâ kıymetlidir buyurdu. Bir hadîs-i şerîfde de, (Dîninizin direği vera'dır) buyurdu. İnsanların meleklerden dahâ üstün olabilmesi, vera' sâyesindedir ve terakkî etmeleri, yükselmeleri bu sâyededir. Melekler de emrlere itâ'at etmekdedir. Hâlbuki melekler, terakkî edemiyor. O hâlde, vera'a sarılmak ve takvâ üzere olmak, herşeyden dahâ lüzûmludur. İslâmiyyetde en kıymetli şey takvâdır. Dînin temeli takvâdır. Vera' ve takvâ, harâmlardan kaçınmak demekdir. Harâmlardan temâmen kaçınabilmek için, mubâhların fazlasından kaçınmalıdır. Mubâhları, lâzım olduğu kadar, kullanmalıdır. Bir insan, mubâh, ya'nî islâmiyyetin izn verdiği şeylerden, her istediğini yapar, taşkınca mubâh işlerse, şübheli şeyleri yapmağa başlar. Şübheliler ise, harâm olanlara yakındır. İnsanın nefsi, hayvân gibi, kendine düşkündür. Uçurum yanında dolaşan, birgün uçuruma düşebilir. Vera' ve takvâyı tâm yapabilmek için, mubâhları lâzım olduğu kadar kullanmalı, zarûret mikdârını aşmamalıdır. Bu kadarını kullanırken de, kulluk vazîfelerini yapabilmek için kullanmağa niyyet etmelidir. Böyle niyyet etmeden, az kullanmak da, günâh olur. Azı da çoğu gibi zararlı olur. Mubâhların fazlasından temâmen kaçınabilmek, her vakt ve hele bu zemânda, hemen hemen mümkin değildir. Hiç olmazsa, harâmlardan kaçınmalı, mubâhların fazlasından da elden geldiği kadar sakınmağa çalışmalıdır. Mubâhlar, lüzûmundan fazla işlendikde, pişmân olup tevbe etmelidir. Bu işleri, harâm işlemeğe başlangıç bilmelidir. Allahü teâlâya sığınmalı ve yalvarmalıdır. Bu pişmânlık, tevbe ve yalvarmak, belki mubâhların fazlasından büsbütün sakınmak yerine geçerek, böyle işlerin âfetinden, zararından korur. Büyüklerden biri buyuruyor ki, (Günâh işleyenlerin, boynunu bükmesi, bana, ibâdet edenlerin göğsünü kabartmasından dahâ iyi geliyor). Harâmlardan kaçınmak da iki dürlüdür: Birinci kısmı, yalnız Allahü teâlânın haklarına dokunan günâhlardan kaçınmakdır. İkinci kısmı, insanların, mahlûkların hakları da bulunan günâhlardan kaçınmakdır. İkinci kısmı, dahâ mühimdir. .......

Sûre-i Tevbe 103.cü âyet-i kerîmesinde meâlen, (Mekke-i mükerreme ehâlîsinden olup, Medîne-i münevvereye hicret eden Sahâbe-i kirâmdan ve iyilikde onların izinden gidenlerden, Allahü teâlâ râzıdır. Onlar da, Allahü teâlâdan râzıdırlar. Allahü teâlâ onlara Cennetler hâzırlamışdır.) buyuruldu. Sûre-i Enfâl 64.cü âyet-i kerîmesinde, Allahü teâlâ, sevgili Peygamberine “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem”, (Sana Allahü teâlâ yetişir ve sana tâbi' olan mü'minler yetişir.) buyurdu. İşlerinizi, sözlerinizi ve ahlâkınızı, dînini bilen ve seven, dindâr âlimlerin sözlerine ve kitâblarına uydurmalısınız. Sâlih kullar gibi olmalısınız ve onları sevmelisiniz. Uykuda, yemekde ve söylemekde aşırı gitmeyip orta derecede olmalısınız. Seher vakti, [ya'nî gecelerin sonunda] kalkmağa gayret etmelisiniz. Bu vaktlerde istigfâr etmeği, ağlamağı, Allahü teâlâya yalvarmağı ganîmet bilmelisiniz. Sâlihlerle düşüp kalkmağı aramalısınız. (İnsanın dîni, arkadaşının dîni gibidir) hadîs-i şerîfini unutmayınız! Şunu, iyi biliniz ki, âhıreti [se'âdet-i ebediyyeyi] istiyenlerin dünyâ lezzetlerine düşkün olmaması lâzımdır. Allahü teâlâ, bir insanda bulunabilecek, görünür görünmez bütün iyilikleri, bütün üstünlükleri, bütün güzellikleri, sevgilisinde toplamışdır. Meselâ, insanların en güzel yüzlüsü ve gâyet nûrânî benizlisi idi. Mubârek yüzü, kırmızı ile karışık beyâz olup, ay gibi nûrlanırdı. Sözleri gâyet tatlı olup, gönülleri alır, rûhları cezb ederdi. Aklı o kadar çokdu ki, Arabistân yarım adasında, sert, inâdcı insanlar arasında gelip, çok güzel idâre ederek ve cefâlarına sabr ederek, onları yumuşaklığa ve itâ'ate getirdi. Çoğu dinlerini bırakıp müslimân oldu ve dîn-i islâm yolunda babalarına ve oğullarına karşı harb etdi. Onun uğrunda mallarını, yurtlarını fedâ edip, kanlarını akıtdı. Hâlbuki, böyle şeylere alışık değildiler. Güzel huyu, yumuşaklığı, afvı, sabrı, ihsânı, ikrâmı, o kadar çokdu ki, herkesi hayrân bırakırdı. Görenler ve işitenler seve seve müslimân olurdu. Hiçbir hareketinde, hiçbir işinde, hiçbir sözünde, hiçbir zemân, hiçbir çirkinlik, hiçbir kusûr görülmemişdir. Kendisi için kimseye gücenmediği hâlde, din düşmanlarına, dîne dil ve el uzatanlara karşı sert ve şiddetli idi. Herkese karşı yumuşak olmasaydı, Peygamberlik heybetinden, büyüklük hâllerinden, kimse yanında oturmağa ve sözünü dinlemeğe tâkat getiremezdi. Kimseden birşey okumamış, öğrenmemiş, hiç yazı yazmamış iken ve seyâhat etmeyen ve geçmişlerden ve etrafdakilerden haberi olmayan insanlar arasında hâsıl olmuş iken, Tevrâtda ve İncîlde ve bütün başka kitâblarda yazılı şeyleri bildirdi. Geçmişlerin hâllerinden haber verdi. Her dinden, her meslekden ileri gelenlerin hepsini huccet ve burhânlar söyliyerek susdurdu. En büyük mu'cize olarak Kur'ân-ı kerîmi ortaya koydu ki, altıbinikiyüzotuzaltı âyetinden biri gibi söyliyemezsiniz diye meydân okuduğu hâlde, kimse, bindörtyüz bu kadar seneden beri, dünyânın her tarafında bütün islâm düşmanları elele vererek, mallar, servetler dökerek uğraşdıkları hâlde, söyliyemedi. Kur'ân-ı kerîmde kimsenin yapamıyacağı, söyliyemiyeceği şeyler sayılamıyacak kadar çokdur. ... Demek oluyor ki, büyük bir şehrde, herkesin arasında doğup, yetişmiş, kırk sene birlikde yaşayıp, bir kitâb okumamış, seyâhat etmemiş, şi'r söylememiş ve nutk vermemiş iken, birdenbire, kimsenin söyliyemiyeceği ve altısını bildirdiğimiz incelikleri ile, her sözün ve her kitâbın üstünde bir kitâb getiren ve güzel huyları ve üstün hâlleri ile, bütün insanların ve Peygamberlerin “salevâtullahi teâlâ aleyhim ecma'în”, her bakımdan en iyisi olan bir kimsenin, Allahü teâlânın sevgili Peygamberi olduğu, akl ve vicdân sâhibleri için, pek açık bir hakîkatdir. Resûlullahın “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem” söylediklerinin hepsini beğenip kal- bin kabûl etmesine, ya'nî inanmasına (Îmân) denir. Böylece inanan insanlara, (Mü'min) denir. Onun sözlerinden birine bile inanmamağa veyâ iyi ve doğru ol- duğunda şübhe etmeğe (Küfr) denir. Allahü teâlânın, Kur'ân-ı kerîmde, yapılmasını açıkca emr etdiği şeylere, ya'nî bu emrlere (Farz) denir. Yapmayınız diye açıkça men' ve yasak etdiği şeylere (Harâm) denir. Allahü teâlânın, açıkca bildirmeyip, yalnız Peygam- berimizin “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem” yapılmasını övdüğü, yâhud devâm üzere yapdığı, yâhud yapılırken görüp de mâni' olmadığı şeylere (Sünnet) denir. Sünneti beğenmemek küfrdür. Beğenip de yapmamak suç değildir. Onun beğenmediği şeylere ve ibâdetin sevâbını gideren şeylere (Mekrûh) denir. Yapılması emr olunmayan ve yasak da edilmeyen şeylere (Mubâh) denir. Bu emr ve yasakların hepsine (Ahkâm-ı ilâhiyye) veyâ (Ef'âl-i mükellefîn) ve (Ahkâm-ı islâmiyye) denir. Le capital immatériel représente les ressources non financières de l'entreprises en lien avec la dimension humaine de celle-ci. Il représente aujourd'hui 80 % de la valeur de l'entreprise. Il est composé d'actifs dits immatériels regroupés en 3 catégories : capital humain, structurel et relationnel. Et c'est dans cette dernière catégorie, le capital relationnel, que l'on retrouve l'actif "marque", à côté des actifs "clients", "partenaires" et "écosystème environnemental et territorial". De quoi parle t'on lorsque l'on appréhende une marque à travers le prisme de l'immatériel ? Il existe 3 thématiques clés en rapport avec l'actif immatériel de la marque : Le potentiel et singularité de la marque La protection de la marque Le déploiement de la marque sur internet Ces thèmes sont eux même reliés à des risques ou des opportunités latents au sein de l'entreprise. Dans les opportunités, on citera par exemple : Une marque singulière, distinctive et forte par rapport à celles de ses concurrents. Une marque engagée au niveau social, sociétal, environnemental, avec des valeurs incarnées par l'ensemble de ses parties prenantes. On parle ici d'une démarche authentique et pas uniquement cosmétique. Une stratégie et des canaux de communication en phase, alignés tant dans le fond que dans la forme. La dimension Propriété intellectuelle et la protection de la marque suivis et établis. Au niveau des risques on retrouvera par exemple : Une marque dégradée, obsolète, hors marché, banalisée ou vieillissante qui ne permet plus d'attirer de nouveaux talents ni de favoriser l'attachement des collaborateurs à l'entreprise (marque-employeur pas attractive). La non-protection intellectuelle de la marque représente un risque, tout comme le manque de veille et de visibilité concernant la notoriété et la réputation. Comment détecter le capital immatériel des marques ? L'appréhension du capital immatériel de la marque est souvent intuitive (comme pour tout actif immatériel) ce qui ne permet pas de le mesurer efficacement. Et « Ce qui ne peut être mesuré ne peut être piloté ». Afin d'appréhender l'ensemble de ses composantes, plusieurs outils et méthodologie existent. A travers l'outil d'évaluation développé par Holo Way, nous allons évaluer par exemple les points suivants : quelle est la stratégie de communication ? Est-elle en phase avec la nature du produit/service vendu ? Quelle singularité la marque propose t'elle dans son offre, comment est-elle perçue ? Peut-elle être confondue avec une autre ? Comment la marque est-elle protégée y.c dans la gestion de ses noms de domaine ? Est-ce que La marque a une relation d'influence avec ses différents publics ? On va également s'attarder par exemple sur l'existence ou non de dispositifs dédiés à la gestion des risques de réputation : Au regard des canaux de communication Au regard de la qualité de la relation de service rendu par des collaborateurs plus ou moins motivés qui sont en contact avec les différents publics. L'objectif d'une évaluation est de cartographier l'ensemble des signes permettant de distinguer les biens et les services offerts par l'entreprise pour se démarquer de ses concurrents. Mîlâdın beşyüzyetmişbir [571] senesi nisan ayının yirmisine rastlayan, Rebî'ulevvel ayının onikinci pazartesi gecesi, sabâha karşı, Mekkede tevellüd etdi. Babası, dahâ önce ölmüş idi. Altı yaşında iken annesi, sekiz yaşında iken dedesi öldü. Sonra, amcası Ebû Tâlibin yanında büyüdü. Yirmibeş yaşında iken, Hadîce-tül-kübrâ ile evlendi. Bundan dört kızı, iki oğlu oldu. İlk oğlunun adı Kâsım idi. Bundan dolayı, kendisine (Ebül-Kâsım) da denir. Kırk yaşında iken, bütün insanlara ve cinne Peygamber olduğu bildirildi. Üç sene sonra, herkesi îmâna çağırmağa başladı. Elliiki yaşında iken, bir gece Mekkeden Kudüse ve oradan göklere götürülüp getirildi. Bu yolculuğuna (Mi'râc) denir. Mi'râcda, Cennetleri, Cehennemleri ve Allahü teâlâyı gördü. Beş vakt namâz, bu gece farz oldu. Târîhcilere göre mîlâdın 622 senesinde, Allahü teâlânın emri ile, Mekkeden Medîneye gitdi. Bu yolculuğuna (Hicret) denir. Medîne şehrinin Kubâ köyüne geldiği, Rebî'ul-evvel ayının sekizinci pazartesi gününe tesâdüf eden efrencî Eylül ayının yirminci günü müslimânların (Hicrî şemsî) târîh başlangıcı oldu. Müslimânların (Hicrî kamerî) seneleri de, o senenin Muharrem ayından başlar ve gökdeki ayın, dünyâ etrâfında oniki def'a dönmesi bir kamerî sene olur. Hicrî 11 [m. 632] senesinde, Rebî'ul-evvel ayının onikinci pazartesi günü, öğleden evvel vefât etdi. Salıyı çarşambaya bağlıyan gece [Çarşamba gecesi] yarısı, vefât etmiş olduğu odaya defn edildi. Aklı, fikri, güzel huyları, bütün organlarının kuvveti her insandan ziyâde idi. Çocuk iken iki kerre, ticâret edenlerle Şâm tarafına gitdi ve Busrâ denilen yerden geri döndüler. Başka hiçbir zemân, hiçbir yere gitmedi. Ümmî idi. Ya'nî hiç mektebe gitmedi. Kimseden ders almadı. Fekat, herşeyi biliyordu. Ya'nî herneyi düşünse, herneyi bilmek istese, Allahü teâlâ Ona bildiriyordu. Cebrâîl “aleyhisselâm” adındaki melek gelip, Ona her istediğini söylüyordu. Mubârek kalbi, güneş gibi, nûr saçıyordu. Onun saçdığı ilm, ma'rifet nûrları, radyo dalgaları gibi, yerlere, göklere, heryere saçılıyordu. Şimdi, kabrinden de yaymakdadır. Yayma kuvveti, her ân artmakdadır. Elektro-manyetik dalgaları almak için, radyo alıcısı lâzım olduğu gibi, Onun nûrlarını almak için de, Ona inanan ve seven ve gösterdiği yolda giderek temizlenen kalb lâzımdır. Ya'nî kan aldırsınlar dediler) buyurdu. Bir hadîs-i şerîfde, (Arabî ayın onyedinci veyâ ondokuzuncu veyâ yirmibirinci günleri hacâmat olunuz ki, kan artarsa [ya'nî tansiyon yükselirse], ölüme sebeb olur) buyurdu. Bir hadîs-i şerîfde, (Allahü teâlânın ölüme sebeb yapdığı hastalıklardan birisi, kanın artmasıdır) buyurdu. Tansiyon artınca kan aldırmak ve tansiyon düşürücü ilâc almak ve mikrop hastalıklarında, antibiyotikler ve sülfamidler ve başka antiseptikler kullanmak ve dezenfekte, ya'nî mikrop imhâsı yapmak ile, elbisedeki, yatakdaki akrebi, yılanı öldürmek ve yangını söndürmek arasında bir fark yokdur. Çünki, hepsi insanı öldüren şeydir. Tevekkül için, bunları terk etmek lâzım değildir. Peygamberimiz “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem”, Sa'd bin Mu'âz “radıyallahü anh” için, fasd ya'nî damardan kan aldırmasını emr buyurmuşdu. Hazret-i Alînin “radıyallahü anh” mubârek gözü ağrıdığı zemân da, tâze hurma yimemesini, pancar yaprağı, yoğurt ve pişmiş arpa yimesini söyledi. Suheyb-i Rûmînin “radıyallahü anh” gözü ağrıyordu. Bunu hurma yirken görüp, (Gözün ağrıdığı hâlde hurma yiyorsun) buyurdukda, ağrı olmıyan tarafda çiğniyorum demiş ve Peygamberimiz “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem”, bu cevâba gülmüş idi. Peygamberimiz “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem”, her gece sürme sürerdi. Her ay hacâmat olurdu. Her sene ilâc içerdi. Vahy geldiği zemân, mubârek başı ağrırdı. Mubârek başına kına bağlardı. Resûlullah hazretleri “sallallahü teâlâ aleyhi ve sellem” buyurdu ki: (Yâ Ebâ Bekr! Bu vakt gelmenize sebeb nedir?) Ebû Bekr-i Sıddîk cevâb verdi ki, (Yâ Resûlallah! Üç gündür bir ta'âm yimemişim. Açlık cânıma kâr etdi. Geldim ki, mubârek dîdâr-ı şerîfinizin müşâhedesi ile karnım tok olsun.) Bu konuşma sırasında iken, yine kapı çalındı. Resûlullah “sallallahü teâlâ aleyhi ve sellem” hazretleri buyurdu: (Üç gündür ben de ta'âm yimedim. Karnım açdır.) Hazret-i Alî dedi ki, yâ Nebiyyallah! Dün yoldan geçerken, Mu'âz bin Cebelin “radıyallahü teâlâ anh” havlusunda olan hurma ağacında hurma gördüm. Bunu söyleyince, Resûlullah “sallallahü teâlâ aleyhi ve sellem” hazretleri buyurdu ki, (Kalkın, Mu'âzın evine gidelim! Bizi hurma ile konuk etsin [müsâfir etsin]!) Server-i Enbiyâ, Çihâr yâr-i güzîn hazretleri ile, Mu'âz hazretlerinin kapısına gitdiler. Güçlükle vardılar. Vay başımıza, vay cânımıza! Sultân-ı kevneyn ve Resûl-i sakaleyn ki, onsekizbin âlem onun yüzü suyu hürmetine yaratılmışdır. Görünüz hazret-i Çihâr yâr-i güzîn ile birlikde ne zahmetler çekmişlerdir. Allah saklasın, bir gün aç kalmış olsak, başımıza kıyâmet kopar. Dünyâ bize zindân olur. Eğer Eshâb hazretlerinden birisi merkad-ı şerîflerinden [kabrlerinden] başını kaldırıp, bu zemânda olan ümmet-i Muhammede nazar etse [baksa], teâccüb edip [hayret edip] der ki, acabâ bunlar hangi milletdendir, hangi tâifedendir. Hangi Peygamberin ümmetidir. Biz de insâf etsek. Hergün dahâ iyiye mi gidiyoruz! Allahü teâlâ şânühü hazretleri, bu sultânların hurmetine, kendi lutf, kerem, fadl ve ihsânı ile, bizim o yüzümüzün karalığına bakmayıp, afv buyursun. Biz âsî ve mücrim kullarını dîdârı ile şereflendirsin. Âmîn! Yâ Rabbî, âmîn diyen kullarını magfiret buyur.
Güzel huyların hepsi Resûlullahda “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem” toplanmışdı. Güzel huyları, Allahü teâlâ tarafından verilmiş olup, çalışarak, sonradan kazanmış değil idi. Bir müslimânın ismini söyliyerek, hiçbir zemân la'net etmemiş ve aslâ mubârek eli ile kimseyi döğmemişdir. Kendi için, hiçbir şeyden intikam almamışdır. Allah için intikam alırdı. Akrabâsına, Eshâbına ve hizmetcilerine tevâzu' ederek, iyi mu'âmele eylerdi. Ev içinde çok yumuşak ve güler yüzlü idi. Hastaları ziyârete gider, cenâzelerde bulunurdu. Eshâbının işlerine yardım eder, çocuklarını kucağına alırdı. Fekat, kalbi bunlarla meşgûl değildi. Mubârek rûhu melekler âleminde idi. Resûlullahı “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem” ansızın gören kimseyi korku kaplardı. Kendisi yumuşak davranmasaydı, Peygamberlik hâllerinden, aslâ kimse yanında oturamaz, sözünü işitmeğe tâkat getiremezdi. Hâlbuki, kendisi, hayâsından, mubârek gözleri ile kimsenin yüzüne bakmazdı. Fahr-i âlem “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem”, insanların en cömerdi idi. Birşey istenip de, yok dediği görülmemişdir. İstenilen şey varsa verir, yoksa, cevâb vermezdi. O kadar iyilikleri, o kadar ihsânları vardı ki, rum imperatörleri, Îrân şâhları, o kadar ihsân yapamadılar. Fekat kendisi sıkıntı ile yaşamağı severdi. Öyle bir hayât yaşıyordu ki, yimek ve içmek hâtırına bile gelmezdi. Yemek getirin yiyelim veyâ falanca yemeği pişiriniz demezdi. Yemek getirirlerse yir, her ne meyve verseler kabûl ederdi. Ba'zan aylarca az yir, açlığı severdi. Ba'zan da çok yirdi. Yemeği üç parmakla yirdi. Yemek sonunda su içmezdi. Suyu otururken içerdi. Başkaları ile yemek yirken, herkesden sonra el çekerdi. Mubs is originally from Pakistan, but he immigrated with his family to England at the young age of four.As a child, he was fond of making things and working with computers, which led him to pursue a degree in software engineering.Having a stable job at Oracle wasn't Mub's ideal life. Instead of choosing what's comfortable, he decided to leave his home and work in the US with a tech startup company.With an H-1B visa, the immigration process wasn't difficult for Mubs, but living with an H-1B in the US was.After marrying his wife, Mubs finally got his green card and became an American citizen. Interestingly, a one phone call from a friend made Mubs leave his life in San Francisco and move to New York.Now, Mubs is a well-known person in the tech industry because of his almost 100 side projects, including Pod Hunt and Founderpath.
While real crackers during Dīpāvali have been banned, the metaphorical ones light up with clockwork precision: Dīpāvali is a festival of lights not sound, crackers are not Hindu because they are a modern invention, and there is no mention of crackers in scriptures. We follow the Constitution but neither is it found in any scripture, and I found out that comparing the articles in the Constitution to different types of crackers makes one a Sanghi. The whole drama was played out on Twitter with a very predictable sequence of events, which got me thinking about the equation of power and politics in social media and the real world. We talk about creating an ecosystem and end up antagonizing people who wield power on the ground because they have a different opinion from ours. Şer, haram ve günâhlar niyetle değişmediğine göre, “Ameller niyete göredir.” hadisi, amellerin diğer iki kısmı olan tâat ve mubâhlara yöneliktir. Çünkü tâatların kabul şartı, Allâhü Te'âlâ'ya itâat etmeye niyet etmektir. Bu niyet bulunmadığı takdirde tâat geçersizdir. Ve eğer tâatla kötü bir niyet beslenirse, o zaman da tâat günâh hâline gelir. Mubâhlar ise, sabit hükümleri bulunmadığı için niyete göre tâat veya günâh hükmünü kazanırlar. Tevbe etmekte olduğu gibi, niyet etmekte de sadece, “Niyet ettim.” demek yeterli değildir. Bunun yanında, niyeti arzu ve istek hâlinde kalbinde duymak ve onun önemine inanmak da gereklidir. Bu duyuş ve inanış olmadıkça, tevbe de niyet de gerçekçi olmaz. Onun için Allâh Resûlü (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurmuştur: **“Yalnızca dille tevbe etmek yalancıların tevbesidir.”** Niyet için de hüküm budur. **(İmâm-ı Gazâlî, _İhyâ-u Ulûmi'd-dîn_, c.4, s.664-671)**

We explore the unique campaign for advertising this game had. Along with how this game had a lot of dark moments in the game that forced it to be censored majorly to come over to America. “Muhammed, Allah’ın Resûlüdür. Onunla beraber olanlar, inkârcılara karşı çetin, birbirlerine karşı da merhametlidirler. Onların, rükû ve secde hâlinde, Allah’tan lütuf ve hoşnutluk istediklerini görürsün. Onların secde eseri olan alametleri yüzlerindedir. İşte bu, onların Tevrat’ta ve İncil’de anlatılan durumlarıdır: Onlar filizini çıkarmış, onu kuvvetlendirmiş, kalınlaşmış, gövdesi üzerine dikilmiş, ziraatçıların hoşuna giden bir ekin gibidirler. Allah, kendileri sebebiyle kafirleri öfkelendirmek için onları böyle sağlam ve dirençli kılar. Allah, içlerinden iman edip salih amel işleyenlere bir bağışlama ve büyük bir mükâfat vaad etmiştir.” (Fetih 29) 54. Mektup Bu mektûb, yine nakîb seyyid şeyh Ferîde yazılmışdır. Bid’at sâhiblerini ve zararlarını, Eshâbı kirâmın büyüklüğünü bildirmekdedir: Allahü teâlâ, insanların Seyyidi “aleyhisselâm” hurmeti için, ecrinizi artdırsın. Kıymetinizi, derecenizi yükseltsin! İşlerinizi kolaylaşdırsın! Kalbinizi genişletsin! İnsana şükr etmiyen kimse, Allahü teâlâya da şükr etmez. Bunun için biz fakîrlerin, sizin ihsânlarınıza şükr etmemiz lâzımdır. Nasıl şükr etmiyelim ki, yüksek hocamızın, dünyâya nûr salmasına sebeb siz idiniz. Sizin arkanızdan, bizlere de, orada Hak teâlâyı istemek sırası nasîb olmuşdu. Sonra, (Büyüklerin ölmesi ile büyük sanıldım) dedikleri gibi, sıra bu fakîre gelince, şarkdan, garbdan, Hak âşıklarının, bu fakîrin yanına üşüşmesi, hep sizin yardımınız ile olmakdadır. Allahü teâlâ, size, bizim tarafımızdan sonsuz mükâfâtlar, en iyi karşılıklar ihsân buyursun! Fârisî beyt tercemesi: Vücûdümün her kılı, dile gelse de, şükr etmiş olamam, ni’metlerine! Allahü teâlâ mubârek ceddiniz, Peygamberlerin seyyidi hurmetine, sizi, dünyâda ve âhıretde, şânınıza yakışmıyan şeylerden muhâfaza buyursun! Âmîn. Mubârek sohbetinizden uzak düşdüm. Nasıl kimselerle konuşduğunuzu, kimlerin yazılarını okuduğunuzu bilemiyorum. Resmî ve husûsî görüşdüklerinizin, kimler olabileceğini düşünemiyorum. Fârisî beyt tercemesi: Ciğerleri yakan bu düşünce, uykumu kaçırdı her gün, Ki, kimin âğûşuna düşdün, rü’yâda kimi gördün? İyi biliniz ki, bid’at sâhibi ile konuşmak, kâfirle arkadaşlık etmekden, katkat dahâ fenâdır. Yetmişiki dürlü bid’at sâhibi vardır. Bunların içinden en kötüsü, Peygamberimizin “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem” Eshâbına düşmanlık edenlerdir. Allahü teâlâ, Kur’ân-ı kerîmde, bunlara kâfir diyor. Sûre-i Fethin son âyetinde meâlen, (Senin Eshâbına kâfirlerin düşman olması için) buyuruldu. Kur’ân-ı kerîmi ve islâmiyyeti bizlere bildiren, Eshâb-ı kirâmdır. Onlardan biri kötü olursa, Kur’ân-ı kerîm, sağlam olmaz. İslâmiyyete güven kalmaz. Kur’ân-ı kerîmi, Osmân “radıyallahü anh” topladı. Osmân “radıyallahü anh” için, dil uzatılırsa, Kur’ân-ı kerîme dil uzatılmış olur. Zındıkların böyle i’tikâdlarından Allahü teâlâya sığınırız! Eshâb-ı kirâm arasındaki ayrılıklar, muharebeler, nefslerine uyarak değildi. Onların mubârek nefsleri, insanların en iyisinin “sallallahü aleyhi ve sellem” sohbetinde bulunmakla, kalbleri cilâlıyan sözlerini dinlemekle, tezkiye bulmuş, emmârelikden kurtulmuşdu. Nefslerinde, islâmiyyete uymıyan istek kalmamışdı. Şu kadar biliyoruz ki, Emîr “radıyallahü anh” haklı idi, Ona karşı duranlar hatâ etdi. Fekat, bu hatâları, ictihâdda yanılma idi. İctihâd hatâsı, fısk, günâh değildir. Hattâ, ayblamağa bile izn yokdur. Çünki, ictihâdda hatâ edene de, bir sevâb vardır. Evet, nasîbsiz Yezîd, Eshâb-ı kirâmdan değildi. Onun tâli’sizliğine karşı, kim ne diyebilir ki, hiçbir kâfirin yapmadığı işi, o bedbaht kimse yapmışdır. Ehl-i sünnet âlimlerinden ba’zısının, ona la’nete izn vermemesi, onun işini beğendikleri için değil, belki pişmân olmuş, tevbe etmişdir dedikleri içindir.
