In this episode, we get into this history of varroa destructor. Varroa mite (Varroa destructor and Varroa jacobsoni) is a parasite of adult honey bees and honey bee brood. It weakens and kills honey bee colonies and can also transmit honey bee viruses. Varroa laid bare the reality of the weaknesses around how honeybees had been reared for the previous decades prior to its introduction into the United States, and we discuss examples of treatment-free solutions from Cuba to Sweden. What would we need to do here in the United States to find a solution for mites, and how realistic is it? On a lighter note, we discuss why we should take more lessons from Jerry Seinfield in Bee Movie. Also, what would a bee Jurassic Park look like? Jerry Seinfeld is a hero when it comes to comedy. In our eyes, he can do no wrong! But when it comes to stocks, his strategy on the show is slightly more like gambling than investing … In this episode, Dallas and Michael discuss how you can be smarter than Jerry when you invest, and why a diversified portfolio is less volatile than a term deposit. He's written more than 20 books, including the Midwives, The Sand Castle Girls, The Guest Room and The Flight Attendant. Bohjalian also gives us a sneak peek into the plot for Hour of the Witch and reveals his obsession with Puritan theology. Now that The Flight Attendant has been adapted into an HBO Max Original, Bohjalian tells us how he feels about the series and talks about meeting actress Kaley Cuoco. "Laurie Anderson, Leslie Odom Jr. from Hamilton was here a couple of years ago. It was fantastic. Judd Hirsch. I got a chance to drive in my car with Charles Durning and Jack Klugman, two character actors that I admired all my life. It was a surreal experience. When I got here, I started to do some of the Shakespeare plays, working sometimes with kids from the community and professional artists. Michael Nathanson played Hamlet with us in 2005. Alec Baldwin, Eric Bogosian, Jeffrey Tambor, Anne Jackson and Eli Wallach, who lived in East Hampton about two blocks from here. They were involved in the John Drew Theater from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Through much of their lives, they were lifetime performers at Guild Hall, always in the summer doing a little something. Eli worked up until his 90s, and he was still working, as sharp as a tack. There have been so many artists here. Two summers ago, Questlove was here interviewing Jerry Seinfield on the stage and Alec Baldwin has been our board president for a number of years. He liked the renovations. He liked the show that Harris Yulin did with Amy Irving. He loved The Glass Menagerie and he loved the renovation. So he said, I want to get involved with you guys. The Hamptons is a wonderfully welcoming place to make art. I think going back to the time of Jackon Pollock and before him the tile painters, this has been an artist colony. And I think there is still a spirit of that around."Josh Gladstone has served as Artistic Director of the John Drew Theater at Guild Hall since 2000 where most recently he directed Alec Baldwin, Blair Underwood and Rob Morrow in the comedy Stan The Man by Eugene Pack, and acted alongside Mercedes Ruehl and F. Murray Abraham in Jules Feiffer's A Bad Friend, an evening celebrating the playwright's 90th birthday. At the Drew he's directed and produced such plays as Romeo & Juliet, Extinction, Steve Martin's The Underpants, All My Sons starring Laurie Metcalf and Alec Baldwin; Clever Little Lies starring Marlo Thomas; Tony Walton's productions of Tonight at 8:30 starring Blythe Danner, Equus starring Alec Baldwin and Moby Dick Rehearsed starring Peter Boyle; and The Glass Menagerie starring Amy Irving. Regional credits include Children's Theatre Co.; Shakespeare Theatre, DC; and four seasons as Artistic Director of Hamptons Shakespeare Festival.www.creativeprocess.info

Rob Schneider wants to remind people that he started his career as a stand up comedian. Long before he was on “Saturday Night Live” alongside Adam Sandler, David Spade and Chris Rock, Schneider was writing jokes and mailing them to the "SNL" offices in the hopes of being discovered. “I remember when I was 16, I used to write jokes and send them to the show,” Schneider says. “And then 7 years later I was on the show.” When Rob sat down with Gentry Thomas he told us "there are a lot of brilliant comedians that I admire today; Dave Chapelle, Bill Burr, Whitney Cummings, Amy Schumer, to name a few. But his best advice for stand-up comedy was from Jay Leno. Schneider recalls riding around in San Francisco early in his career with Leno when he told him "you better have 5 minutes that kills"! Also some sound advise came from Rob's friend Jerry Seinfeld, he told Rob once that if you are not funny within 2 minutes then you have no act"! For the past several years he's been touring small comedy clubs around the US working on material for his first Netflix special, “Asian Momma, Mexican Kids.” As the title suggests, he talks a lot about his family during the show. “I'm at the point in my life where I don't mind being honest. This is the least amount of lies I've ever told in any comedy routine.” In the interview Rob opens up about his relationship with longtime friend Adam Sandler whom he met in 1988. Sandler once told Gentry that Rob is obsessive compulsive with his vitamins. Schneider admits to taking 72 vitamin a day. Hear his list of must have supplements to add to your daily regime. His new Netflix special has been dedicated to Raymond Francis who has penned a handful of books that Schneider says will give you better quality of life. His favorite book from Francis is Never Be Sick Again. During these days of covid-19 we could all use some sound advise when it comes to our immune system. We personally feel that sometimes laughter can be the best medicine. So listen to our latest episode of Backstage with Gentry Thomas and share it with all your friends! To control crime in Shreveport, we must be supporting our police to enable them to do the job the Shreveport needs done. Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr discuss why crime in Shreveport has gone up so much recently. Police Chief Ben Raymond explained the Police Department is short 80+ uniformed police officers, meaning he cannot put enough officers on the streets to better control and to respond to non-violent crime. Chief Raymond also said the effects of stress on the population because of the Coronavirus is adding to the problem.Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr point out that crime is not as much a poverty issue as it is a fundamental character issue. They further point out how comparatively speaking to other societies, even America’s poor are better off. They point out that 99% of America’s black men do not commit crimes. In listening to the daily liberal news, it is important to remember this. People of all races really want to achieve the same personal goals for themselves and their families. Our American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, talk about the connection between poor health due to lifestyle choices and the connection to COVID deaths. Why run up more college debt than you could make with your first job’s annual salary? If you like the oceans and traveling the world, is a Maritime Academy on your list of possibilities? Definitely worth thinking about. For the vast human history, everyone was dirt poor, especially prior to the Industrial Revolution. Today, we try to figure out why people are poor instead of why people are financially successful. The answer is Nothing Causes Poverty. Mankind started in poverty. How many times have you heard “we were poor but didn’t know it”? Jerry Seinfield is reported to say when his children asked him if they are rich, he told them “I am, You’re not.” Being poor is not a victim state. It is where we all start. The question really needs to be “How do men and women prosper?”

Emily Harrison is the Founder/Director of the The Akashic Academy, a modern day mystery school dedicated to sharing knowledge that is changing the planet. Raised in a small town in Louisiana, Emily dropped out of school to pursue her dream of being a hollywood actress. In the early days that meant working in restaurants where she had the opportunity to serve the likes of Jerry Seinfield. Her acting career took off and led to Emily being cast in a leading role on the American soap opera “The Bold and The Beautiful.” What should have been the pinnacle of her career went off the track when Emily realized her heart was not in it. This impacted her performance and ultimately led to her being fired. In 2015 Emily became a certified Akashic Records practitioner. She left her career in Hollywood and created a healing business that includes teaching, speaking, contributing to the Huffington Post, and mentoring/certifying others in the Akashic Records. For those that don’t know the Akashic Records are an energetic record of every person, place, thing, event, and animal on the planet. You could count me skeptical when I first heard Emily speak about the Akashic records at Harvard (we shared a stage). We had a lively discussion in which Emily: Explains what the Akashic records are How they can be used to find the clarity you’re seeking What waking up really means Why we’re all masters and newbies at the same time Why your story so far is as important as the story yet to be written How you past has been training you for the future ahead And how she deals with the naysayers who mock her so called “woo woo” work Emily’s genuine interest in helping others is impossible to deny, as is her passion for sharing the knowledge of the Akashic records. This episode digs into her work and also her journey as an entrepreneur. Enjoy You can reach Emily at: Facebook: Emily HarrisonWebsite: The Akashicacademy.comEmily encourages anyone interested to go to her website and book a free 15 minute clarity call. It All Goes Back in the Box 16And he told them this parable: “The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest. 17He thought to himself, ‘What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.’ 18“Then he said, ‘This is what I’ll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store my surplus grain. 19And I’ll say to myself, “You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.”’ 20“But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?’ 21“This is how it will be with whoever stores up things for themselves but is not rich toward God.” (Luke 12:16-21) We are a people in a hurry We suffer from a disease called “hurry” sickness. We are rushaholics The Confession If you have this disease, you are Polyphasic (multitasking) I invite you to join the slow group The Calamity People often spend their life pursuing things that don’t really matter So Jesus tells the story of a busy man with a lifetime opportunity Then he dies. Jesus summaries his life in one word: fool He was so busy building his own kingdom he had no time for God Two Corrections One: Life will settle down; we’ll get time for the things that are important Two: Someday enough will be enough The way we become rich is to slow down and focus on Him The Contest After playing a game for a while, “it all goes back in the box.” While we want to leave it out as a memorial to what we’ve accomplished, it is a reminder that it’s time to go home We understand, “It all goes back in the box” means “game over; it is time to go home” It means “It’s not really yours. It doesn’t belong to you.” The man in Jesus’ story learned to play the game; he played it well. But he forgot the game eventually ends So...what is worth giving your life to? The Casket “If life boils down to one significant thing, it is movement. To live is to keep moving. Unfortunately, this means that for the rest of our lives we will be looking for boxes. When you’re moving, your whole world is boxes; that is all you think of; boxes. Where are the boxes? You wander down the street, go in and out of stores, wondering “Are there any boxes here?” You could be at a funeral, everyone around you is mourning and crying and you are looking at the casket: “That’s a nice box.” Does anyone know where that guy got that box?” That is what death is. It is the last move of your life. The hearse is like the van, the pallbearers are your close friends; the only ones you can trust with a move that big. And that casket is that great box you have been looking for your whole life. (Jerry Seinfield) All this rushing and accumulating is simply a form of denial There is a simple two-word question we tend to avoid: “Then what?” Jesus reminds us life passes quickly. And then, it all goes back in the box If your soul was demanded of you today and God used a single word to summarize your life, what might it be? _______________ As you reflect on this past week, allow his gift to fill your heart As you look forward to the New Year, remember the person in Jesus story As you think about this story, remember the only thing that doesn't go back in the box is your soul!
You’ll hear other dads talk about the need for “quality time” with their kids. It’s sort of a strange phrase, if you think about it. Because it implies a kind of hierarchy of time that nobody has ever really bothered to define. There’s a judgement to it too, that maybe the time or experiences you—the busy, ordinary, doing-the-best-you-can dad—give your kids is not enough. The comedian Jerry Seinfield, who has three kids—an 18-year-old daughter, a 16-year-old son, and a 13-year-old son—pushes back against that. Special days? Nah. Every day is special. Every minute can be quality time:I’m a believer in the ordinary and the mundane. These guys that talk about "quality time" – I always find that a little sad when they say, "We have quality time." I don’t want quality time. I want the garbage time. That’s what I like. You just see them in their room reading a comic book and you get to kind of watch that for a minute, or [having] a bowl of Cheerios at 11 o’clock at night when they’re not even supposed to be up. The garbage, that’s what I love.Your job is not to entertain them. Or to curate every minute of their lives so that everything is meaningful and important and edifying. Your job is to be their dad. You job is to be there. To help them see that quality is what we make it, that it’s always within our reach if we so choose. Eating cereal together can be wonderful. Blowing off school for a fun day together can be wonderful—but so can the twenty minute drive in traffic to school. So can taking out the garbage or watching a garbage truck meander through the neighborhood. All time with your kids is created equal. What do you with it is what makes it special.
Sean talks about comedians, like Bill Burr and Jerry Seinfield, who are often being a jerk in interviews and other things. Listen to it yourself because Sean is about to go to sleep as he has to go to work tomorrow and so he hates himself. Oh, BTW, he hates himself is also involved in this episode, but it's just one part why he hates himself because if he wants to talk about all the other reasons why he hates himself, it's gonna be many many episodes.

THE ONE THING: THE SURPRISINGLY SIMPLE TRUTH BEHIND EXTRAORDINARY RESULTS A non-fiction, self-help book written by authors and real estate entrepreneurs, Gary W. Keller and Jay PapasanPaul Chek says that life goes through 3 phases. Simplicity. Complication. Then back to simplicity. This is what it means to be an elder. To simplify and become wise. This is what this book is about! The premiss We all want a simpler life, less distractions, stress, demands, emails etc. And greater results, more productivity, income satisfaction from life, more time for family and friends. This is what this book is about, having both less and more through focusing on your ONE THING.“Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work at hand. The sun’s rays do not burn until brought to a focus.”Alexander Graham BellOr you live in New Zealand where there is no ozone layer. The book is broken into 3 parts. The Lies: They Mislead and Derail Us.The focusing questions: "What’s the ONE Thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?"Extraordinary Results," which details how to make the above principles actionable. To Start…“I bargained with Life for a penny,And Life would pay no more, However I begged at eveningWhen I counted my scanty store; For Life is just an employer,He gives you what you ask,But once you have set the wages,Why, you must bear the task.I worked for a menial's hire,Only to learn, dismayed,That any wage I had asked of Life,Life would have paid.”―Jessie B. RittenhouseThere can only ever be one thing that is most important. This book is about finding that. When you look at successful people in any field they got there by doing one thing very well. Kelly Slater surfed. Federer played tennis. Steve Jobs built technology. Jerry Seinfield created comedy. Seinfield for example spent hours writing jokes everyday. Warren Buffet reads and invests everyday. Even companies do this just ONE THING. Google’s one thing for example is search. Amazon started just with books. Nike just with shoes. The one thing in common everyone’s one thing was founded on passion and purpose that drove them to put in a disproportionate amount of time into their one thing. Malcolm Gladwell called this mastery 10,000 hours.Be like a postage stamp, stick to one thing until you get there. - Josh BillingsDoug’s TipWhat is you One Thing? For me I used Dan Sullivans unique ability framework to find it. Your unique ability is the one or two things that continually motivated and energises you. Normally you’re unaware of it. You have it from the age of 7 and it can be found through many means. One way is to send 20 friends you trust asking them what value you add to their lives. For me this was,Enthusiasm and humour.Networking.Creating and sharing ideas. This is how I add the most value to the world and what I love to do and this is where my ONE THING resides.Part 1We’ve been taught so many lies and mistruths that have conditioned and limited our thinking. There are 6 main lies or mistruths listed in the book.Everything matters equally.Multitasking.We must live a disciplined life.Willpower is always on Will-call.A balanced life.Big is bad. These lies divert us from our greatest potential.First everything does not matter equally. And we cannot do everything. Therefore we must priorities what is important. If we can’t say no to somethings our Yes has no value. Success is about doing the right thing not everything right.Multitasking the Buddhist called the monkey mind. We can’t actually do many things productively at once. Juggling is an illusion. You’re actually catching and throwing one ball at a time. Switching between tasks cost you 25 - 100% extra time.Self discipline is another lie. Successful people aren’t disciplined they just have habits.Willpower is a battery that runs out. Willpower doesn’t work by Benjamin Hardy goes into more depth on this. We’re never in balance are trying to be balanced is stressful. We are continually like a pendulum swimming from one extreme to another. The other is that you shouldn’t dream or think to big. Somehow we should place limits on out thinking. Big is bad myth? Big is not bad. Who told you you have a limit. Thinking big is required for exceptional results.Sabeer Bhatia arrived in America with $250 dollars and big plans. He had a belief that he could grow a business faster than any business in history. He created Hotmail and sold it for $600 million. What set him apart his mentor said was the size of his dream.J. K. Rowling planned 7 years at Hogwarts before writing the first chapter. Sam Walton set up a tax estate for his family that saved an estimated $13 billion dollars. This is growth mindset. If you put fleas in a jar, they will pop up and hit the top of the lid. They will jump and hit the roof. Fleas will jump and will never jump out of that jar. They will never jump outside. Very early in life you were told and taught what you can and couldn’t do.Note on happiness. Happiness happens on way to fulfilment. Seeking it isn’t the way. Making it about something bigger than you is. Discover you’re big WHY. This is what ever gets you excited, motivated and energised. Absent purpose pick a direction. Why only ONE THING? Andrew Carnegie, the man often referred to as the greatest industrialist of the 20th century, was standing in front of a room of wide-eyed students at Curry Commercial College. [1]“‘Don’t put all your eggs in one basket,’ is wrong” he counselled. “I tell you ‘put all your eggs in one basket, and then watch that basket. Look round you and take notice; men who do that do not often fail.”The question is, which basket do you watch? More to the point, how do you know which basket is the right basket, to begin with? The answer is you ask a question, one that removes ambiguity. You ask a focusing question. The focusing questions."What’s the ONE THING I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?" Slash I would feel deeply accomplished.Powerful questions lead to powerful answers. Questions are the answer. It’s important that the focusing questions is specific. We can’t manage what we can’t measure. You’re one thing could be for any aspect of your life.Example: Deepen my spirituality by spending time in nature 3/4 times a weekDon’t go big. Go small. Pair down to the one disciplined out of everything you could be doing. This creates space for everything else you need to do.Michael Phelps for example. He figured out if he swam 7 days a week for 6 hours a day to get a 52 training day advantage over his competition. This was something that could be measured and managed.Instead of him creating a foundation, building businesses, getting sponsorship, or trying to be the greatest swimmer of all time. He did his highest priority. The lead domino. Which was swimming everyday. Interesting to note one day out of the pool cost him two days in training due to losing water feel. The domino effectThe domino effect they figured out in science. That a domino could knock down another domino 1.5 times its size. By the 73rd domino you would reach the moon.Everyday there is a lead domino. This is the psychology. We must ask ourselves what is the one thing we can do today, that pertains to the one thing for the week, for the month, for the year, for my life. That if I did just that it would make everything else easier or unnecessary. What would produce the highest growth, that would set me up pertaining to the one thing for me this week, for.Bryce Langston for example started with his Living Big in a Tiny House Blog a few years back for his own personal interest. He posted regular content. His latest video 6.5 million views in 4 days!Goal setting to the now Someday GoalWhats the ONE THING I want to do someday.Five-Year Goalbased on my someday goal what’s the ONE THING I can do in thh next five years.One-Year GoalBased on my five-year goal, whats the ONE THING I can do this year?Monthly GoalBased on my one-year goal whats the one thing I can do this month?Weekly GoalBased on my monthly goal whats the one thing I can do this week?Daily GoalBased on my weekly goal whats the one thing I can today?Right NowBased on my daily goal whats the one thing I can do right now?Make success listSuccess is sequential. Success builds on success. Aristotle said it best when he said:'We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.'What we are looking to do if this system works for you. For the rest of your life. We’re looking to build habits that create the highest version of success in your eyes. Your definition of success is different for different people. What does success look like for me with my family, with my relationships, with my business/career, with my health? What is then the one thing that would make everything easier or unnecessary in each area of my life?Nobody who ever gave his best regretted it. - George HalasChoose 3. This is a roadmap to your success. Choose 3 domains, career being one of them. Knock it out 4 hours a day. 5/6/7 days a week.Spirituality?Physical Health?Personal life? Fun, play, recreation?Key relationships? friends, partners etc. Great place for love languages.Book in Holidays every quarter.Job/career. business? If you have both can be two different domains?Podcast 2X per week. Find a new coach/mentor after that.FinanceBuy land in Te Arai.Don’t go alone!Mentors, coaches and accountability partners are needed to get results. That’s why I set up Divine Masculine. A high level mens conscious coaching group based on ManCave by Preston Smiles. But you can’t do it alone. Everyone has mentors. Success leaves clues. George Martin was a record producer and regarded as the 5th Beatle. Tony Robbins had Jim Rohn. Jeffery D. Jacobs advised Oprah to set up her own company rather than just be talent for someone else. Harry J. Sonneborn convinced Ray Kroc to buy the land of McDonalds. Scott Jurek loved running and his best mate, Dusty Olson, happens to be a great runner and his pacer.Create discipline Create discipline in one thing so that it create automaticity and creates space for you to be less disciplined else where.Takes 66 days to make or break any habit! We have a life time to build these habits.Willpower does not work. Willpower is not on role call. It’s a battery. We must make and create and use our willpower early in the morning. Then manage ourselves in the evening. There’s a great book on this called Willpower Doesn’t Work by Benjamin Hardy.Create momentum. Men in particular try to bash and smash and will there way through life and cause stress and issues. When we clench our way through there’s no space or god, allah, the divine, the conciousnness that rolls in the ocean and powers the sun. The gress doesn’t try to grow it just grows. The sun doesn’t try to shine, it just shines. What is the one thing? We over plan, over analyse, over think. IF success if an iceberg. It’s purpose at the bottom, then priority, then productivity, then profit. People see productivity and profit. Purpose drives everything. What is that? That is what ever calls you forward. What is your one thing? There is 3 type of answers. Doable. You know you can. Stretch, has to get out of the comfort zone and do things you’re not used to. And possibility, is to go beyond what you can even think.Time block it out. When I spoke to David Heinmeir Hasson this was his definition of a successful day. To do 3-4 hours of his greatest most productive work.Everyday is 4+ hours of your number 1 thing. Best done in the morning.Give up to go up. Sacrifice short term to get the heights in the long term. Elevation requires seperation. Take care of what is most important to you.Good Vs GreatTheres a big difference between the two. In the book they divide an entrepreneurial approach and purposeful approach. Entrepreneurial is doing what you do naturally. But this hits a ceiling of achievement. Purposeful approach is doing what comes unnaturally, this has no ceiling. Good is the enemy of great.Follow the path of mastery.Move from “E” to “P”Live the accountability cycle.Mastery is a mindset that requires 10,000+ hours. Founder of Judo got burried in a white belt because he had the master mindset that he was always a student. There are two great mindset to life. Being accountable or being a victim. Life happens but it is how you respond that matters the most. Victims avoid reality, blame others, don’t ask questions, comes up with excuses, hopes that things were better.Accountable people ask questions, find solutions. own their life, acknowledge reality, seek the truth. The 4 thieves of productivity. The fear of saying no. You have to be able to say NO to give power to your yes. Counterbalance. Pull away and go in to that cave, lab, gym. Other people can’t see what you can see. Get in the practice of saying NO to the good so you can say YES to the great. If it’s not a fuck year it’s a NO!Fear of chaos which goes with saying NO. Life gets messy. You can’t do everything at the same time. Chase two rabbits you will end up with none. Get used to things being out of balance for now.Poor health habits. This is movement, sleep, food and water. Feed your body, your brain and feed your dream.Environment. Desk, workplace, home. This is also friends and family. Let go of these anchors. Not that these people are bad they just can’t see it what you can see.Friedrich Nietzsche: And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the musicHighly productive persons daily energy plan. Meditate and and pray for spiritual energy.Eat right, exercise and sleep sufficiently.Hug, kiss and laugh with loved ones for motional energy.Set goals, plan, and calendar for mental energy.Time block your one thing for business energy,Here’s the secret. When you spend your early energising yourself you get pulled through the day with little additional effort. It creates positive momentum.Surround yourself with positive people who lift you higher. The greatest journey starts with the smallest step. Story of Wolf. The Cherokee told his grandson about the internal battle within people of two wolves. One if fear. One is faith. What wolf won? The one that was fed the most.LastlyEckhart Tolle says it’s more important how you do it rather than what you do. Set a vision for your life. Then be present with your ONE THING and everything you do. This creates harmony in your mind and for all of those around you. This is what helps increase the consciousness of the planet and gives you the most power, enjoyment, enthusiasm and results. The End

Jerry Seinfeld came up with the concept of "Don't Break The Chain" in order to ensure he is motivated to finish a task everyday. In his case, it was writing 1 new joke. This simple method is what has helped several people in achieving their goals and grow on a consistent basis. Piyush breaks down the reasons that leads to a break in his chain of publishing new episodes for the "Grow Daily Podcast" with the hope that this will help find gaps in your own process and helps motivate you to do more. Ahí lo tienen: Comedians in Cars Getting Coffe. It's a very special edition of the METAL INJECTION LIVECAST. Due to all the fuck ups of the past, Rob, 3D, Noa, Sid and (special guest) Allen decided to bring in a quality control agent, and the best person we could find is Batman himself, Christian Bale. We also premiere a new segment, Thrash It or Trash It, where we play unsigned bands and decide their fate on the show.
