Japanese-Australian chess player, trainer, and content creator Junta Ikeda is the 2013 Japanese National Chess Champion and a runner-up in the 2020 Australian Championship. These days, with a full-time job outside of chess, Junta devotes most of his chess energy to helping others improve. He has shared countless insights on his excellent blog, Infinite Chess, which I've been reading religiously since its launch. There, Junta offers thoughtful advice on topics such as improving your tactics, managing the clock, and budgeting your study time. For this interview, I compiled questions based on some of his most insightful observations as we explored chess improvement from a wide range of angles. Information access: While many have Copilot licenses, usage is low beyond basic tasks like email and meeting summaries. The main challenge with adoption is providing guidance within apps like PowerPoint, Excel, Dynamics, and Word so users can access help exactly when they need it. This is something Rehmani's company, VisualSP, and his training platform, copilottrainingpackage.com, specialize in. "I'm a big proponent of giving people 'at the moment need' information," he notes.Training paths: Copilottrainingpackage.com enables users to go down different "training paths," explains Rehmani. Specifically, there are pre-built PowerPoint training modules covering key topics like prompt creation and preventing hallucinations. Additionally, there's learning management system (LMS)-ready video content on Copilot use cases in Word, Excel, and other tools for on-demand learning. Finally, the platform offers optional live training sessions for trainers and power users to ensure effective adoption and ROI from Copilot. "At the end of the day, it's all about making Copilot into ROI and not just an expense layer."What to expect: Rehmani describes the "anatomy" of the program. It uses seven modules to teach trainers and power users how to craft effective prompts, reduce Copilot errors, and apply specific workflows for high-impact ROI. Then, participants share this knowledge internally, enabling time savings and efficiency across their organizations.End-of-year pricing: Users can take advantage of this resource with special pricing through the end of the year. Users can purchase the standalone package for $4,950 or the package and live training for $8,950, all of which could be delivered in 2026, explains Rehmani. Visit Cloud Wars for more.

We get super tactical: real scripts, simple workflows, and low-lift ideas you can deploy this month to increase repeat visits and lifetime value. In this episode, we cover:✅ Why med spa retention beats acquisition on cost and effort✅ The “first car vs. second car” mindset: marketing sells visit one, service sells visit two✅ Pre- and post-appointment text journeys that reduce no-shows and drive rebooking✅ Front desk as revenue engine: open-ended questions, product-of-the-month, rebooking prompts✅ Post-care cards, sample kits, and a 7-day “new client” drip that spotlights other services✅ Loyalty and memberships (“beauty bank” math) that lift member spend and stickiness✅ Promotions that add value instead of discounting core services✅ Building community that retains: book clubs, gym class takeovers, trunk-or-treat, QR “treatment quiz”✅ Provider fit as a retention lever: make it easy to try another injector or aesthetician in-house✅ Extracting real feedback from “B+ experiences” with better questions (not yes/no)✅ Holiday booking strategy: proactive outreach to keep books full at peak times✅ AI with a human touch: where automation helps, where manual wins, and “vibe-coding” simple tools✅ Social cadence that engages: info drops, weekly giveaways, conversation posts that build loyaltyAbout Chris Balbi of Meesha Aesthetics (https://www.botoxbymeesha.com/)Chris is Facebook Blueprint–certified and blends creativity with behavioral psychology to build marketing that drives measurable growth. This episode of the HVAC School podcast Steve Coscia's symposium presentation: HVAC Soft Skill Training Resources. Likability is a superpower in any job that requires you to interface with customers or students. Every word and mannerism your customer or student sees will matter, and it's important to be likable. Those impressions can heavily influence their decision-making. Making a good first impression is one of the most important areas where we can focus our soft skills, and being on time is an easy way to make a good first impression on customers. When we are pleasant and convey mastery of our craft, we become more likely to earn appreciation and respect from customers and fellow tradespeople. Delegating the authority of the class is a soft skill that is important for instructors, as it encourages participation and lets a student be recognized by their peers. Telling a "signature" story, using props, and making the classroom interactive also help you convey useful information to your students and keep them interested. The objective is to get students to talk, and applying the "rule of 10" with these methods should help keep students' attention. Whether you're leading an employee meeting or training a class, don't be afraid to embrace your unique brand of teaching or leadership. Steve also covers: Lessons learned as a writer and instructor "Overpreparation" Humility Using action-oriented language and being honest Cleanliness and organization skills Sharing information with coworkers The Silo Effect Editorializing and saying too much Using proper grammar and positive words Congruency Integrity, self-control, and proactivity Buying time and convenience-oriented customers Learn more about Steve's training at https://www.coscia.com/, and be sure to check out his training series on ESCO Institute's HVACR Learning Network at https://hvacr.elearn.network/pages/coscia-communications. Gynecological cancer is one of the leading causes of death in women. In the US, 100,000 cases are reported yearly, and 33,000 die from gynecological cancer annually. The numbers are significantly lower in the UK, but it is still a cause for concern. One of the major factors in the increasing number of cases is the lack of awareness and the stigma surrounding gynecological issues. So many of us don't even know what to ask our doctors. Plus, many women do not wish to undergo the often invasive screening procedure. Many are unaware that there are five types of gynecological cancer they can be susceptible to. So how can women get information and protect themselves? Welcome to the Scarlet Society podcast. In this episode, Stacey Lindsay speaks with Athena Lamnisos of The Eve Appeal, a leading cancer charity funding research and raising awareness of early diagnosis and prevention of gynecological cancers. Getting earlier detection right will have the most significant impact in terms of saving women's lives. Now is your chance to discover the truth about gynecological cancer and what you can do to better care for your body. “If you have a cervix, you need to be screened.” - Athena Lamnisos In This Episode: 00:00 Introduction from today's host, Stacey Lindsay 01:59 The mission and the work being done by Athena Lamnisos and her organization 06:43 What's the reason behind people's lack of awareness about the threat of gynecological cancer? 08:33 The five types of gynecological cancer, the risk factors, and the real reason women don't go on regular screening 12:43 The importance of being comfortable talking about our bodies 15:59 What should we ask our doctors, and what body changes must we pay attention to? 18:25 Have you been vaccinated against this pretty evil little virus called HPV? 24:15 How can we minimize the shame around getting examined for possible gynecological issues? 30:00 A powerful message for nonbinary individuals, trans men, and women over 40 (and just about anyone with female reproductive organs) 33:59 Support the work that Athena is doing through The Eve Appeal Resources: - https://eveappeal.org.uk/gynaecological-cancers/ (The Five Gynecological Cancers: A Brief Explainer) - https://eveappeal.org.uk/gynaecological-cancers/training-resources-for-gp-and-community-nurses/ (Training Resources for GP and Community Nurses) Connect with Athena Lamnisos and The Eve Appeal: - https://eveappeal.org.uk/ (Website) - https://www.instagram.com/eveappeal/ (Instagram) - https://web.facebook.com/eveappeal/ (Facebook) - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNpe_IXpfvH3OqZCvA9imnQ (YouTube) Connect with Jade & Scarlet Society: -https://www.instagram.com/scarletsociety_official/ ( Instagram) -https://scarletsociety.com/ ( Website) -https://web.facebook.com/ScarletSocietyOfficial ( Facebook)
