From the BG Ad Group Studio this is your news minute on the Marietta Daily Journal Podcast presented by Credit Union of Georgia. Today is Wednesday, June 26th, and I'm Keith Ippolito. Marietta Advances 90-Home Development The City Council committee has advanced a site plan for the second phase of a 90-home project called The Village at Sandy Plains, with a unanimous 3-0 vote. This development, spearheaded by David Pearson Communities, spans 15 acres near Kincaid Elementary. The first phase, already approved in April, includes 41 homes. The second phase will complete the project with 49 more homes. Council member Cheryl Richardson has emphasized concerns about driveway lengths and parking access. The developer has assured that only 27 homes will have driveways shorter than 20 feet and will specify their locations. In terms of environmental considerations, the developer plans to retain existing evergreen trees and will plant additional canopy trees. They have also committed to contributing to the city's tree fund. The Council's final vote on July 10 will hopefully bring more clarity and collaboration between the developer and the council. Take care of your energy First so you can take care of othersAre you in high demand? Chances are that you have many people who rely on you on a daily basis. You might be the glue holding it all together. This is why it is so very important to tend to your own energy, because what happens to those you are caring for if something happens to you? Yikes!Often, highly sensitive and empathic people get drawn into roles where they are helping others, in the family or workplace or both. This is not a bad thing, not at all. Being in a place of your best service to the world usually brings a high degree of peace to helpers and healers. But even though you love helping, it can drain your energy if you're not careful or if the demands increase suddenly, like during a water main break or family crisis. We have several tools that can help if this sounds like you!Good Boundaries are your Love ContainerThe first place to start is quite practical, but maybe the hardest, healthy boundaries! How do you keep your energy in? Boundaries baby!Boundaries are simply saying no to things that are a 'no' to you and yes to things that are a 'yes.' Just this one move can return a lot of joy and peace. Even if it is hard to say no, it is necessary to reserve your energy for where it is needed most. Often, it's more of a case of saying 'not right now' and prioritizing requests. This is actually the most kind and loving thing you can do because if many people are depending on you, you need to keep a focus on the greater vision. You have to take steps to conserve your energy and have moments of true rest and recharge if you are to remain in your best service.Great resources for boundaries:Trilotherapy - a series of guided workshops to balance the mind and the emotions with your true self, your centre. The Art of Extreme Self Care by Cheryl Richardson - a fantastic book filled with examples of how to say a kind 'no'. Meditation is the Foundation of Your EnergyWe cannot recommend meditation enough. This is a primary tool to reset your mind, heart, and energy. It's a way to clear out the energy of the day so you can recharge. Meditation forms the core of our practice and it can be a huge help even if you feel like your mind will not stop its chatter.Try a guided meditation as a starting point. Do not worry if you're thinking a lot in the meditation at first; that is normal; minds like to think. Just stay still, close your eyes for a few minutes, and relax all the muscles you can. Put on the guided meditation and just let yourself float on the words.Every time you meditate, you are dropping out of the fight-flight-freeze zone and back into the rest and digest part of your nervous system. So you can't do it wrong! Just allow each experience to be unique and approach your whole practice with gentle curiosity.Great resources for meditation:Lightworker Activation Meditation - This one is like a pressure wash for your energy! You'll feel clear and relaxed afterwards.Self-Healing Meditation - This is a short guided self-healing practice. Even if you don't know Reiki, it will bring balance and calm to your nervous system and clear your aura.Aura Flame Meditation - This one is like a gentle yet powerful cleansing of any energy that might be stuck to you. You'll feel at peace and empowered after just 30 minutes.Grounding Meditation - Let everything get settled and connect to the earth in this grounding meditation.Bedtime Meditation - If you have trouble winding down at night, the Bedtime Meditation will help you settle into a state of rest.Clear your Aura to Take Care of Your EnergyProbably our favourite way to keep our energy clear is Reiki! But even if you don't know Reiki, you are able to bring energy and light around you just by thinking about it. As soon as you shift your focus to the energy around your body being bright, strong, and clear, so it is!Of course, taking a Level I Reiki course is highly recommended if you are on the front lines in your work or family life, but until then, you can spend a few minutes each morning simply visualizing an orb of beautiful clear light around you. On the outer edge of this bubble, visualize or intend a violet boundary around your personal space. Try it for a week and see how it goes!Your aura is an important part of your energy anatomy! It is the field of energy that surrounds and protects you. When your aura is strong, you are able to stay steady and clear even if everyone else is in a high state of distress and chaos. Your aura prevents you from being bombarded by other people's energy and is so important for highly sensitive empaths.Your aura is your energy container!Great Resources for your Aura:How do you Clear your Aura? - In this post, you'll learn a few key tools and visualizations to help you take care of your energy.Healing your Energy Field to Protect your Sensitivity - Learn a simple visualization tool to instantly clear and heal your aura. Podcast 02 – Staying emotionally centred as an empath and highly sensitive person - More tools for empaths and sensitives!  Book a Session

GDP Script/ Top Stories for June 5th           Publish Date:  June 5th           From the Ingles Studio Welcome to the Gwinnett Daily Post Podcast. Today is Wednesday, June 5th and Happy 52nd Birthday to actor Mark Walhberg. ***06.05.24 – BIRTHDAY – MARK WAHLBERG*** I'm Bruce Jenkins and here are your top stories presented by KIA Mall of Georgia. Ex-Cop Accused of Kidnapping and Murdering 16-year-old Girl Heads to Trial Sex Trafficking Pipeline Runs Through Gwinnett Sex Trafficking Survivors Target Hotels Through Lawsuits Plus, my conversation with Leah McGrath from Ingles Markets on strawberries. All of this and more is coming up on the Gwinnett Daily Post podcast, and if you are looking for community news, we encourage you to listen daily and subscribe! Break 1: MOG   STORY 1: Ex-Cop Accused of Kidnapping and Murdering 16-year-old Girl Heads to Trial Former Doraville police officer Miles Bryant is on trial for the kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Susana Morales in July 2022. Morales disappeared while walking home, and her remains were found months later. Bryant is charged with malice and felony murder, kidnapping, attempted rape, and filing a false report. He declined a guilty plea and opted for a jury trial. Jury selection faced issues after a potential juror shared negative information about Bryant. Initial charges against Bryant for concealing Morales' death and filing a false report were upgraded to include kidnapping and murder. The Doraville Police Department fired Bryant following the charges. STORY 2: HIDDEN VICTIMS: Sex Trafficking Pipeline Runs Through Gwinnett In October 2019, A.L., a 26-year-old woman, escaped from Earnest Bernard Reed, a self-proclaimed pimp, after being trafficked and abused for over two years. Reed, who went by "Sway Huncho," forced her into sex work, subjected her to beatings, and deprived her of basic needs. She managed to call 911 from a hotel when Reed left her alone, leading to his arrest and subsequent 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking. Her case highlights the pervasive issue of sex trafficking in Georgia, affecting people in various settings, including hotels and private homes, with a high incidence in areas like Gwinnett County. STORY 3: Sex Trafficking Survivors Target Hotels Through Lawsuits Survivors of sex trafficking have been suing hotels for allowing their exploitation. Plaintiffs claim hotels ignored obvious signs of trafficking, like high visitor rates and excessive condom use, and sometimes even provided drug paraphernalia. Lawyers Jonathan Tonge and Pat McDonough, specializing in such cases, aim to make ignoring trafficking unprofitable for hotels. They've settled over 50 cases, with 20 ongoing. Legislative changes, like improved "rape shield" laws and a "lookback" period for civil suits, could help survivors. Post-settlement, attorneys like Cheryl Richardson manage survivors' finances to protect them from exploitation and ensure long-term stability.     We have opportunities for sponsors to get great engagement on these shows. We'll be right back Break 2: TOM WAGES   STORY 4: HIDDEN VICTIMS: The Way Out: How Sex Trafficking Victims Escape and Survive A.L., a 31-year-old sex trafficking survivor, was rescued in 2019 from an Atlanta hotel. For over two years, she was exploited and beaten by Earnest Reed, who profited from her suffering. Reed lured her in with a romantic relationship, then controlled her through violence and manipulation. Police rescued her from a Days Inn after she called 911, escaping while Reed was away. Since then, A.L. has rebuilt her life, found employment, and is raising her son. She lives in another state, free from drugs, and is considering studying criminal justice. Her story underscores the ongoing efforts and challenges in combating sex trafficking and supporting survivors. STORY 5: Former Brookwood Swimmer, SwimAtlanta Coach to Compete on ‘The Bachelorette' Thomas Nguyen, a 31-year-old from Gwinnett and Brookwood High grad, is one of 25 men competing on the 21st season of "The Bachelorette," starring Jenn Tran. Nguyen, who previously swam professionally for the Vietnamese National Team and reached NCAA Division II finals in college, now works as a retirement advisor. Known as Thomas N. from Tucker on the show, he plans to impress Tran with his Vietnamese cooking skills and romantic gestures. Nguyen hopes to find a love as strong as his parents' and is eager to start a family. The season premieres on July 8 on ABC and Hulu. Have you ever experienced something so inexplicable that you knew it had to be more than just a coincidence? Experiences like this make us believe that a benevolent force of energy is available to guide and direct our lives. My guest, Cheryl Richardson, calls this energy grace. She believes that every event we experience, and every person we meet has been put in our path for a reason. She's here to speak more about the transformational power of grace. Cheryl Richardson is the NYT bestselling author of several books, including, Take Time for Your Life, Life Makeovers and The Unmistakable Touch of Grace. She was the first president of the International Coach Federation. Her work has been covered widely in the media, including Good Morning America, The Today Show, New York Times and O Magazine. She was the team leader for the Lifestyle Makeover Series on the Oprah Winfrey Show and accompanied Ms. Winfrey on the “Live Your Best Life” nationwide tour. During our conversation, Cheryl and I discuss the significance of coincidences and how to recognize and interpret them through the lens of grace. She also talks about tapping into grace so that we can feel vibrant and balanced as we age. **Important note: Some parts of the audio are choppy due to a poor internet connection. Todays guest is Cheryl Richardson. Cheryl has written 7 books and has dedicated her life to the practice of self care. When we begin to care for ourselves, we naturally begin to care for others…families, friends, the environment and the world. There are so many wisdom nuggets in this episode. She invites us to look at what's draining our energy so that we can let go of what no longer serves us; she shares how to make our inner lives more of a priority and discusses how to set up priorities and boundaries. I love her phrase; “stop doing things that bore you.” This can be the biggest energy drain of all. She also suggests that doing the opposite of what you normally do or even think you can do can be a great way to change stagnant habits and break some old patterns. Cheryl shares why focusing on self care is so important for all of us. She also discusses how to make soul vs. ego more of a focus as you move into your later years; how to look at what's draining your energy by making a list and eliminating each one by one. She believes those who focus on self care are good at sitting with the discomfort of letting go of the things in their lives that are no longer useful. Make your inner life more of a priority than your outer life and remember that death is a reminder of how precious and fleeting life is.

Over 20 years ago an offensive racial identity discussion at Harvard pushed Misasha Suzuki Graham and Sara Blanchard to simultaneously walk out of the room and kick off their decades-long friendship. As biracial women and parents of multiracial children, they have been uniquely aware of the impact that our nation's legacy of racism has on all racialized people. In their book and podcast, “Dear White Women,” Suzuki Graham and Blanchard answer the litany of questions that seemingly well-intentioned White folks have been asking people of color throughout this second wave of the civil rights movement. I don't know about you but I'm tired of explaining that racism wasn't solved during Obama's presidency. I'm thrilled to have a resource to share/chuck at the next person that pretends they desperately want to be part of the solution but only if it requires less effort than a Google search.

In this episode, Stacy chats with Cheryl Richardson, the author of several books and audio programs, including her recent audiobook How to Survive the Loss of a Pet, which helps listeners navigate the journey of grief, acceptance, and renewal after a pet passes. In her conversation with Stacy, Cheryl discusses the strong bond that we have with our pets and how they can play such major roles in our lives. She describes how her late cat, Poupon, taught her about love and how, towards the end of his life, the most profound act of love was to let him go as gently as possible. Cheryl discusses her book “How to Survive the Loss of a Pet”, and talks about how her role is that of a grief coach. She emphasizes the importance of giving yourself space to grieve and explains how each person handles grief differently. She believes it's critical to respect and honor your own unique way of grieving. Three years ago, BJ Ojulari walked toward Mercedes-Benz Stadium with an LSU hat and his mother instructed him not to wear it. They were there to support his older brother, Azeez, a rising star at outside linebacker for Georgia. On top of that, she reminded him, the school provided their tickets. BJ begrudgingly stuffed the hat in his pocket until they reached their seats. He put it back on once they got there, making him the only person in a section filled with red and black who rooted for the Tigers at the 2019 Southeastern Conference championship game. His mother told him to go to the LSU side, to which BJ responded that he was LSU to the core. BJ had committed to LSU two months earlier to make a name for himself in college football. He wanted Azeez to play well that day, but he cheered for the team he would one day lead back to the conference title game. With the situation flipped, BJ expects Azeez to approach the SEC championship Saturday afternoon in Atlanta the same way he once did. He is the leader of LSU's defense, but his brother has other allegiances. They've bantered ever since No. 14 LSU and No. 1 Georgia clinched their spots about three weeks ago. BJ knows Azeez wants him to succeed on Saturday, but he will be rooting for the Dawgs. An Atlanta-area native with his brother already there, BJ was pursued by the Bulldogs. He called them "a big factor" in his recruitment. Azeez tried to sway him as well, and BJ thought about following him. But he felt embraced by then-LSU coach Ed Orgeron and his staff, which offered a younger brother the chance to establish himself. In three years, BJ has done that. He blossomed into a star while LSU struggled to an 11-12 record the last two seasons. Then new defensive coordinator Matt House moved him from defensive end to standup outside linebacker, which helped him take another step.BJ is showing talent and versatility that may make him an early round pick in the NFL Draft.   In the wake of the 2020 census, the Marietta City Council is preparing to redistrict the city's seven wards, which serve as districts for both the council and Marietta Board of Education. After the census is taken every ten years, the city must redraw its ward lines, if the wards' populations are not roughly equal in size, as required by federal law. Mayor Steve “Thunder” Tumlin told the MDJ Monday he expects each ward to have about 8,600 people. Marietta has about 61,500 people, the U.S. Census Bureau estimates. The council's Judicial Legislative Committee began the process Tuesday by appointing its three members — Chairman Andy Morris, Cheryl Richardson and Andre Sims — to the city's ad hoc Redistricting Ward Map Study Committee. The three council members on the committee will have voting privileges. A Marietta school board member will also sit on the committee but have no vote on the maps. The Marietta school board follows the same ward maps as the council. Tumlin said the committee will hold public meetings to determine new ward maps, which will be drawn with the help of computer software. That software, he said, takes the census results into account to create new boundaries. At Tuesday's meeting, city Attorney Doug Haynie said the city is no longer required to gain pre-clearance, or approval from the U.S. Department of Justice, for its redistricted ward maps. Before the landmark 2013 U.S. Supreme Court decision Shelby County v. Holder, all redistricting plans in the state required pre-clearance from the Justice Department to ensure maps were fairly drawn and did not discriminate against any group of voters.   Santa Claus visited the Jonquil City on Wednesday night, where he lit downtown Smyrna's giant Christmas tree with a shower of magic dust. Residents flooded downtown Smyrna around City Hall for the city's annual “Coming Home for the Holidays” event. Richard Garland, the city's parks and recreation director, estimated more than 5,000 people attended. “It was wall to wall from the colonnade at the entrance all the way down to city hall,” Garland said. Choirs from Osborne and Campbell high schools and nine elementary schools sang carols throughout the evening. Despite warmer weather, people walked around the festive downtown sipping free hot chocolate. When the time came, Santa was led into the festival by the Campbell High marching band, then lifted into the air in the basket of a fire truck as the crowd chanted his name. A reported delay in absentee ballot mailings for the Dec. 6 U.S. Senate runoff election was due to office closures for the Thanksgiving holiday, Cobb's elections chief said Wednesday. Elections Director Janine Eveler said more than 3,400 ballots were affected by the delay, but have since been mailed to voters. “Everything is out the door,” she said. Those ballots were originally marked as issued on November 23, the day before Thanksgiving. Multiple state lawmakers told the MDJ they'd heard from constituents that their ballots — marked as issued in the state's ballot tracker — had still not been received as of earlier this week. In the case of the 3,442 ballots marked issued on the 23rd, Eveler said they were mailed out Monday because her office was closed on Thanksgiving Day and the day after. The reported delays sparked concerns the ballots were not mailed at all, as happened with more than 1,000 ballots in the weeks prior to the Nov. 6 general election. In that instance, Eveler initially said there was no evidence a significant number of ballots were missing, but days later announced the ballots had never been mailed. State Rep. David Wilkerson, D-Powder Springs, said he'd been tracking the ballot requests in the secretary of state's system, but it's too early to tell if there have been any errors. When the issue was made public before the general election, it was weeks after the ballots had supposedly been mailed. All absentee ballots must be returned by the time the polls close at 7 p.m. on Dec. 6. Voters can check the status of their absentee ballot at mvp.sos.ga.gov.   The McEachern girls outscored Kell 12-1 in overtime to win 66-55 in a battle of top-10 teams at Lovinggood Arena on Tuesday. The Indians ranked Number 8 in Class 7A, got 18 points from Jada Bates and 17 from Kalise Hill to offset 35 points from the Longhorns' Crystal Henderson. Bates connected on back-to-back 3-pointers — the second coming with 3:49 to play in the third quarter — to give McEachern its biggest lead in regulation at 37-30. Henderson then scored 18 of Kell's final 21 points in regulation, including making two 3-pointers and going 11-of-12 from the free-throw line. Two free throws from Haleigh Cephus and one from Williams gave the Indians a 57-54 lead, and moments later, Taylor Collins hit a 3 to push the lead to six. With just seconds left in the game and the shot clock running down, Collins made her second 3 in overtime — a 30-footer — to cap the scoring. Collins and Williams each finished the night with nine points.    Cobb EMC's Holiday Light Tour will feature light displays at the Cobb EMC Solar Flower Garden along with nine other homes serviced by the electric cooperative. “Many of our members told us how much they enjoyed the Holiday Light Tour last year and we can't wait to brighten the holiday season once again,” said Kris Delaney, Vice President of Marketing at Cobb EMC. “It's a chance for families and the community to experience some amazing light displays from Cobb EMC members that are participating for a great cause.” Cobb EMC's Holiday Light Tour kicks off with the grand lighting drive-through event on Dec. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Solar Flower Garden at Cobb EMC off Highway 41 in Marietta. So, settle in, grab a nice cup of tea, and welcome to another episode of OUR podcast.Boundaries [02:30] “A boundary is a limit or a space between you and the other person, it is a clear place where you begin and the other person ends.” [03:10]“The purpose of setting boundaries is to protect and take care of yourself. It is to keep you connected and protected.” [03:30]“Sometimes the more you give, the more others expect and the less that they appreciate.” [04:05]“When you need something and they are not there or not giving the way that you gave, it is damaging to self-worth.” [04:30]Setting boundaries is such an important part of your overall health your well being and your self-worth.” [04:45]Signs That You Lack Boundaries  [05:00]“The first is, difficult relationships or relationships with a lot of drama that are very draining.” [05:10]“A sign that you lack boundaries is that you hate letting people down.” [05:30]“A third sign that you lack boundaries is that you feel responsible for other people's happiness.” [05:50]“The fourth sign that you lack boundaries is that you feel exhausted all the time.” [07:20]“Another sign of a lack of boundaries is over or under sharing of information.” [07:45]“The last one is that you feel very connected but not protected, you do not feel like you can say no when you need to.”[09:05]Three Reasons Why We Struggle with Setting Boundaries [10:00]First: “If you grew up in a house where there were no boundaries.” [10:05]Second: “The second reason why boundaries are hard for you is that our society glorifies self-sacrifice and it pushes that self-care is a luxury.” [14:20]Third: “The last reason is having low self-worth. When you have low self-worth it is so appealing to get self-worth externally.” [16:20]“One of the biggest boundaries I am working on for 2022 is work boundaries and having a balance between work and my personal life. I want to feel as excited about my personal life as I do about my work-life.” [18:40]“We all have limited resources, our external resources are our time, money, and energy. Our internal resources are our attention compassion and vulnerability.” [21:10]Quote share: “It is impossible to practice compassion from a place of resentment.” -Brene Brown [22:40]“One of our most important human needs is the need to be seen, heard, and valued. That is what makes us truly connected to others and boundaries are such a good way to do that.” [23:15]Quote share: “If you avoid conflict to keep the peace, you start a war inside yourself.” -Cheryl Richardson[25:20]Five Ways to Start Setting Boundaries [25:50]Step One: “Get clear on the benefits of boundaries.” [26:00]Step Two: “Pay yourself first. Plan into your week.” [29:30]Step Three: “Set boundaries clearly and compassionately.” [33:20]Step Four: “Have mantras.” [37:20]Step Five: “The  power of pause.” [38:50]Q+A  [40:20]“How to identify damaging and negative people in your life? Heal from hurt treatment even when they're still in your life?” Book Recommendations:The Gift of Imperfection by Brene Brown

Intentional Leaders Podcast with Cyndi Wentland

Let's talk drama. For most of us, we've experienced it, we tend to know what it is…and I hear about it quite frequently from managers I work with.  We'll focus on some of the reasons why it happens, and most importantly what to do about it.Starting with why.I mean, seriously why does this happen in professional adult environments? I am attention seeking: I want people to notice me, I want recognition, attention, and you listening to me is reinforcing. I am important. My status: I love knowing something that no one else knows and I get to tell others about it, this also reinforces my status, I am “in the know" which gives me power. And chances are, I have low emotional intelligence (self awareness and/or self management); I don't realize that what I am doing is affecting my own credibility negatively and/or I do and don't “care.” I don't consider the consequences of my behaviors on my integrity. There may be a gap in the integrity I think I have relative to what I truly have in the eyes of others. There is a lack of expectations on appropriate behavior: for example, there is nothing in place that states clearly, “Don't talk behind others' back. It's disrespectful and undermines trust."  No one is saying, “You are doing this. Stop.”I am not held accountable to stop destructive and annoying behaviors: there are no consequences. While it's important to know why it occurs, we also have to be very clear what it means. Define it. For you. Because what you think and feel is “dramatic” is probably quite different from someone else. To some strong emotional reactions, unfiltered emotional responses may be more commonplace. If you are in the role to manage the environment, to make it more trusting, positive and supportive, then consider your standards and expectations. What are appropriate standards that are important to you? And from there, we manage it.  Starting with…1.      Set expectations for constructive behaviors; establish the vision for what you want and expect in the workplace; create the vision; set the standards.2.     Label the ineffective behavior clearly, make sure you are focusing on actions—and things that you can hear or see concretely, not abstractions or generalizations. For example:Gossiping about othersTalking about someone's intentions and judging them (particularly without knowing them); aka not assuming positive intentionsTalking negative about someone behind their backOverexaggerating a problem (explain facts/data/specifics versus exaggerations)Not differentiating between facts versus opinionsUsing aggressive or passive aggressive languageSwearing, yelling, throwing, name callingSabotaging decisions/changesBlaming, deflecting, whining,LyingUndermining someone else's credibility3.     Address the “drama” as it arises.4.     Strengthen emotional intelligence across your team/organization; self-awareness and self-management is key to change. If you're in a leadership role, you are responsible for the environment. What you ignore, sadly you condone. So, clean up these behaviors that are energy draining, morale depleting and soul sucking. And if you're not in a leadership role, to create this change remember Cheryl Richardson's stance:  "Just because some people are fueled by drama doesn't mean you have to attend the performance. " Get confident daily showing up as a leader regardless of your role or title, learn more now!

He currently runs the Life Maximizer consultancy, sourcing his lessons from an eclectic background which ranges from personal training to stage acting. It's clear that many traditional leadership and communication techniques aren't taking us down the roads we need to walk together. Often “influence” techniques seem manipulative, morally grey, or even dark-side. Donnie points us down a new route: one inspired quite a bit more by the light-side of the force.Donnie and Gavan talk about topics like restorative leadership, holding compassionate conversations with people you *strongly* disagree with, and how to “invite people in,” even during a negotiation.>> Links

As coaches we have a duty of care for the wellness of the clients that we work with -  and as leaders,  we have a duty of care for the wellness of the teams that we manage. But before we support our direct reports or clients –in terms of their wellness - it’s really critical for you and I as care-providers to look after our own wellness first. And, when I use the word wellness, I mean physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellness. But, how can we support others if we do not focus on our own self-care first? Now, in addition to your work related responsibilities if you are managing your home, and are a care giver to children, elder parents, or a loved one who is ill, the importance of self-care is intensified. You now have to focus on EXTREME SELF-CARE!! Cheryl Richardson in her book, The Art of Extreme Self-Care provides this extreme self-care kit in chapter 12; and I’ve extracted some of the key elements that I believe will work for you and I. I’ve been using this assessment as process to be followed, and also using the assessment as a way to stay on track, assess progress, and be alert to areas where I need help. It’s been really effective for my coaching clients too! If you liked this episode, please share it with your network of influence and close friends! We’re grateful for your support!Share your feedback / comments with me on coachtoolbox@gmail.comYour host for this show:  Ajay Nangalia PhD PCC,  https://www.linkedin.com/in/ajaynangalia/And, here is who we are and what we do: www.globalcoachtrust.orgGet new episode updates via email by registering your email id on the follow blog via email button here www.globalcoachtrust.org
