In this thought-provoking episode of Skin Anarchy, Dr. Ben Johnson, founder of Osmosis Skincare, returns to challenge everything you think you know about skincare. From overprescribed medications to the obsession with exfoliation, Dr. Johnson breaks down why the industry's go-to methods might be doing more harm than good.He takes us behind the scenes of traditional dermatology, calling out harsh treatments like antibiotics, Accutane, and peels that treat symptoms but ignore root causes. Instead, he promotes a whole-body approach—one that starts with gut health, hormonal balance, and inflammation control. One standout topic? The exfoliation myth. Dr. Johnson explains why that post-peel “glow” might actually be trauma, not health. Rather than stripping the skin, he advocates for strengthening it—protecting the barrier, supporting circulation, and embracing intelligent ingredients that nourish rather than inflame. The conversation also rethinks cleansing, highlighting Osmosis's Purify Cleanser as a model for how skincare can be both gentle and effective. Plus, Dr. Johnson shares new insights into the gut-skin axis, the post-COVID microbiome shift, and how popular supplements might be contributing to skin issues like SIBO and H. pylori flares. If you're tired of the same old skincare advice, this episode offers a refreshing, science-driven alternative. It's not just about looking good—it's about helping your skin function as it was meant to. Tune in for a deep, transformative look at what it really means to have healthy skin.CHAPTERS:(0:02) – Introduction: Welcoming Dr. Ben Johnson(1:11) – Realizing the Flaws in Traditional Dermatology(3:50) – The Obsession with Exfoliation in Skincare(5:16) – The Truth About Exfoliation and Its Harmful Effects(7:23) – How Exfoliation Affects the Skin's Natural Barrier(9:02) – The Concept of "Glow" and Alternative Approaches(11:01) – The Importance of Proper Cleansing in Skincare(12:50) – The Right Balance for Cleansing: Lipids and Surfactants(15:18) – The Microbiome: Keeping It Intact for Healthy Skin(19:24) – The Connection Between Skin Health and Gut Health(22:57) – Exploring the Role of Epigenetics in Gut and Skin Health(25:25) – H. If you get 3% sodium hypochlorite out the end of the root, it's going to cause a sodium hypochlorite accident, as will 6%. If you're trying to eliminate risk using a lower concentration, I don't think it's as effective as you think, but you are taking away some of the strength that you're looking for to kill the bacteria and dissolve the tissue. On Today's EpisodeThere is a common paint problem that happens in high moisture areas… a slimy orange substance oozes from the wall! We will explain what is happening and how you avoid this problem in your bathroom. Historic ceilings were often decorated with ceiling medallions but why did this trend start? Turns out there is a lot of debate around the subject! We will dig into the surprising history and propose a theory of our own!Every story needs an ending…but how does this apply to design? We will finish our ceiling conversation AND tell you everything you need to know to get entered into our Christmas Giveaway! What Bathroom Paint to Use [00:00 - 12:37]Surfactant Leaching is a common problem in high moisture areas. Surfactants are necessary ingredients in paint and usually they just work their way out over time with no issues. However, when a newly painted wall is exposed to high humidity, surfactants can rise prematurely. They show up on your painted surface looking like orange, brown or even silvery areas that seem soapy or oily in nature. Not pretty . . . but it's not damaging your paint! HOW TO FIX SURFACTANT LEACHINGStart by wiping them off with a soft sponge and mild soapy water. It may take a few times but it will eventually disappear. Running the bathroom fan or installing a bathroom fan is crucial. Leave it running for about 10-20 minutes after the shower to remove all the moisture. Opening doors to the bathroom can also help. Don't Have a Fan? Get one! And get the right size for your space. Fans are rated by cubic feet per minute (CFM's). This tells you how much air they can move per minute.get a fan that moves 1 CFM per square foot. So, an 80 SF bathroom . . . you'll need a fan with an 80 CFM rating to be effectiveAVOID THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE Use the RIGHT Paint. Aura Bath and Spa from Benjamin Moore is an ideal bathroom paint. It is made for high moisture areas and is available in a matte finish! It keeps steam from gathering on the walls and almost always resists surfactant leaching. It's been a silver bullet! …usually…Hailey had a month of being sick recently and the only relief she could find was running the shower and stemming up the bathroom multiple times a day. Basically turned her bathroom into a sauna (we do not recommend this). On top of that her bathroom fan is BROKEN. So there was no way to quickly remove the moisture. VERY EXTREME situation. Walls are painted with Aura Bath and spa and for weeks there were no issues. However, every product has its limitations and eventually surfactant leaching did occur. Moral of the story, use the right paint in the right environment! Ventilation is always needed!Historic Ceiling Design [12:37 - 31:30]Ceiling medallions have a long history of creating a sophisticated ceiling design. Very popular in homes during the Victorian Times. They look like carved plaster disks that are affixed to the center of the ceiling typically were a chandelier is hanging. Now we use them almost exclusively for decorative purposes…But was that always the case? Many Historians have practical theories as to why they existed… THEORY 1: THE "HIDE THE SOOT" THEORYWith candles being used to light homes and and then eventually . . . gas lighting. The constant open flames caused soot to collect on the ceiling above the chandelier. SO, according to proponents of THEORY #1: To hide this unsightly soot. Medallions were installed, however, many people have pointed out that soot will still show on the medallion and now it is harder to clean off. THEORY 2: THE "DISGUISE THE SOOT" THEORYAnother group of people really like the soot...

How determined do you have to be to make a career as a scientist? Do all future positions have to be in the same field as the focus of your PhD research? And what's it like to transition from academia to industry? In this episode of Science on Surfaces, we take a different approach and dive into the mind of the scientist. We talk to Dr. Fredrik Andersson, Scientist and Project Leader at Agriculture and Food for Nouryon Performance formulations, about his career path, which started with a PhD in biochemistry, followed by a postdoc, from where he then moved on to jobs in industry. The conversation covers career plans, personal and professional drivers, and reflections on how determined you must be to pursue a career in science. We talk about Dr. Andersson's decision to do a PhD and what about science that inspires him. He also shares his story on why he decided to leave academia for industry, and how he experienced this transition. And not only did Dr. Andersson take the academia-industry leap, but he also changed research fields and moved from the area of biochemistry to that of surfactants, which is a topic that we of course also had to talk about. Finally, Dr. Andersson shares his thoughts on what's challenging and what's fun with his current position, and what career plans he has for the future. Thanks for listening! W., Postle, A. D. Abstract: Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) visualises molecular distributions throughout tissues but is blind to dynamic metabolic processes. Here, MSI with high mass resolution together with multiple stable isotope labelling provided spatial analyses of phosphatidylcholine (PC) metabolism in mouse lungs. Dysregulated surfactant metabolism is central to many respiratory diseases. Metabolism and turnover of therapeutic pulmonary surfactants were imaged from distributions of intact and metabolic products of an added tracer, universally 13C-labelled dipalmitoyl PC (U[13C]DPPC). The parenchymal distributions of newly synthesised PC species were also imaged from incorporations of methyl-D9-choline. This dual labelling strategy demonstrated both lack of inhibition of endogenous PC synthesis by exogenous surfactant and location of acyl chain remodelling processes acting on the U[13C]DPPC-labelled surfactant, leading to formation of polyunsaturated PC lipids. This ability to visualise discrete metabolic events will greatly enhance our understanding of lipid metabolism in diverse tissues, and has potential application to both clinical and experimental studies. But in fact, this is just part of the healing.” ~24mins * Why do we go through flu season? * “Seasons properly understood aren't just weather. It's an energetic shift. ... Our bodies naturally follow the cyclic energetic shifts.” ~26 mins * “Toxic emotions are worse for you than going out to eat a big mac!” ~28mins * In winter time, the “Pleomorphic Progression” of organisms comes out to help us clean house. * The Holographic nature of life. * Microbes giving us information downloads that shift neurological development and consciousness. * Seeing “Contagions” from perspective of electromagnetic information field. * Microbes are very purposeful and provide life. * Under what circumstances do we get stuck in the disease state? Vs. moving through into healing and recovery? * Cell debris -- cell membrane invaginates into a vesicle -- endosome -- birthing into exosomes - stimulating rejuvenative healing mechanisms of body. Surfactants to clean out body systems. * Where do “symptoms” come from? * Caution when cleaning the body - the importance of gentle pacing. * “The best thing we can do is to respect each other.” * “Our body out-pictures every thought and emotion. And that's the biggest thing to overcome. ... It's fear based on ignorance. And ignorance is the real contagion.” ~53 mins * Understanding the creative cycle - what is at the root cause level of human physiology? * Walter Russell - the physics and electrical forces at the basis of our reality. * Pure stillness -- idea and intention -- electrical forces -- polarizing into yin & yang. -- Elements in the periodic table - go through cyclic changes. * We get to have our say in our unique coordinate of consciousness. Ep.13:The History of the Holidays in The Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Happy Holidays Everyone..... This episode is the first in a series of Disney History episodes that we are excited to share. We wanted to give a different take on areas of Disney history that have been covered by others as we really wanted an excuse to dive deep into the lore that is Disney.    Since the opening of Magic Kingdom in 1971, Christmas has been an annual celebration. Disney shares the spirit of Christmas with a massive tree covered in oversized ornaments and thousands of sparkling lights, store fronts adorned with garland, enormous wreaths, and window displays showing the magic being sold inside each shop.On December 12th, 1971 the Orlando Sentinel newspaper announced: “Walt Disney World’s first Christmas will be a spirited two-week holiday full of gaiety, tradition, colorful Disney character parades, and commemorative religious pageantry of the season. Yuletide decorations will bring added sparkle to the already fun-filled Magic kingdom — ‘decked out’ literally for Christmas with a giant tree and hundreds of wreaths of hemlock and holly.“Special daily Holiday Parades (beginning December 20) and two mammoth candlelight processionals are part of the spectacular events scheduled for the holidays.  “Florally adorned by poinsettias, snapdragons, petunias and 50,000 pansies, the theme park will feature lights and decorations in each of the Main Street shop windows. And in Town Square, a snowy, 50-foot Christmas tree, especially selected and cut from a forest in Paradise, Michigan, will serve as a colorful centerpiece for the festive theme park celebration. More than 1,200 lights and a thousand giant ornaments adorn the tree.” This excited future guests who planned on visiting during the inaugural holiday season at The Magic Kingdom. With admission to the park running $4.75 which included 7-ride tickets and transportation,  guests filled the 1500-rooms between the Contemporary and Polynesian resorts to capacity for the two weeks leading up to Christmas. With an exception to Christmas day the park was opened from 9am till midnight and a holiday parade featuring  “marching toy soldiers, dancing reindeer, marching bands, girls playing glockenspiels and 50 famous Disney characters came to life.” Disney legend Charlie Ridgway who at the time was Disney's press agent and oversaw the public relations department of the company stated that the first year the Magic Kingdom was opened “Our 1,500 rooms in the Contemporary and the Polynesian were booked up for a year. Attendance (at Magic Kingdom) increased steadily. It rose to 600,000 in (the month of) December. Hours were extended to midnight for the Christmas holidays. For three successive days at Christmastime, the gate total approached 70,000.”For the inaugural holiday season Disney began their  first holiday parade on December 20th. It ran every day until January 2nd and was complete with marching toy soldiers, dancing reindeer, school marching bands, and 50 of Disney’s famous characters and of course jolly old Saint Nick. This parade was similar to the parade that ran simultaneously in Disneyland during the holiday season.  Another special event that started during the first year of Magic Kingdoms Holiday Celebration was the Candlelight Processional.  Starting at Disneyland in 1958, The Candlelight Processional became an honored tradition. Singers from The University of Southern California along with local choirs were joined by school bands and performed in Town Square with a celebrity narrator who performed a dramatic reading of the Christmas story.  Dennis Morgan, an American actor and singer, held this position from 1961 to 1964, and Dick Van Dyke took on the honor in 1965 to promote Mary Poppins. Like in Disneyland, the show was performed in front of the Walt Disney World Railroad Main Street USA Station in Town Square. The show took place on two nights, December 18th and 19th, at 6pm with 1200 carolers and Rock Hudson, another American actor, performing the narration both nights. Frederick Fennell conducted the orchestra and boys’ choirs made up the Christmas tree.   The Candlelight Processional was moved to Epcot in 1994 after guests expressed that they wanted more shows. The America Gardens Theater in The American Adventure Pavilion, was capable of holding larger audiences of around 1000 guests becoming the dedicated location for such a performance. There were 30 performances that year spanning 15 nights, and the show was expanded even more in 1994 with 60 performances across 30 nights. This year, 2019, 108 performances are scheduled across 36 nights. Performances run nightly from November 29 through December 30, 2019.  Dating back to Dec 16th, 1983 Disney hosted its first special ticketed Holiday event Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party. This started a yearly tradition for Disney inviting guests who purchased a special event ticket to join the merry fun throughout the park. With special stops along Mainstreet and throughout the various lands of the park,  hot chocolate and a variety of cookies are handed out included with admission. Along with the variety of "free" goodies Disney also releases exclusive merchandise and snacks that can only be purchased for guests who attend the party.  The festivities begin at 7pm each night of the event and the "Snoap" begins to fall.  Being in Florida, a state that has seen snow fall less then a handful of times in the last 100 years, Disney has created a magical addition of "snoap" which gives guests visiting the party that feeling of a white Christmas. Throughout the years Disney has perfected the art of "Snoap Fall" including this years party with what seems to be the first ever "snoap blizzard" ,  There's a bit of science behind the magic of snoap and according to Steve Zigmont of Zigmont Magic FX, the company that creates artificial snow for Disney World in Florida,  these aren't your typical suds. "To call it a bubble is like calling David Copperfield’s work tricks... or just calling Broadway community theater," he said. Zigmont said "the bubbles in fake snow are a complex feat of engineering that result in long lasting, residue-free flakes. It starts with a liquid that is mostly water and something called a surfactant. Surfactants are naturally occurring compounds that give substances like water a lower surface tension, which means less tension is needed for the substance to form a surface." Along with the magical snoap Cinderella's castle comes alive as Elsa, Anna and Olaf pay Magic Kingdom a visit.  Olaf, along with the help from the guests watching, encourage Elsa to change the castle into a magical Ice Castle.  This effect is created by the use of 3D projection mapping technology along with thousands of white lights and a changing hue of teal and purple projected lights.  The special lighting  happens daily at 6:15and then again around 8:15 on party nights. Since the inception of the Holiday Dream Lights, this version of Cinderella's Castle is a favorite amongst guests. Starting November 8th of this year an all new firework display made its debut with“Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks.” . In addition to the fireworks is Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade.  This parade that has seen its updates and name changes over the year.  it Debuted in 1994 as Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Parade and entertained crowds up until 2007 when its name was changed to its current one. During the first week of December Disney  films a special parade at The Magic Kingdom specifically for television which airs on ABC Christmas Day. The very first year this parade aired is was hosted by Joan Lunden and Michael Douglas and has  aired annually since 1983 with the only exception being in 2000 when Disney aired a Christmas Eve "Tracking Santa" special instead. In 1999, a nighttime version of the parade was shown on Christmas Day for the first time. Over the years, the television program has gone through a number of name changes. During the 1980s and 90s, the program was known as The Walt Disney World Very Merry Christmas Parade. The program's name was then changed to Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade. From 2009 through 2013, the program was referred to as the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade. For a few years after that, the program's name would change on a yearly basis, being known as Disney Parks Frozen Christmas Celebration in 2014, Disney Parks Unforgettable Christmas Celebration in 2015, Disney Parks Magical Christmas Celebration in 2016 and 2017, and finally Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade in 2018. The tradition continues with the newest rendition airing on Christmas day 2019. As Walt Disney World's annual attendance expanded so did their footprint. In 1982 The Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow or EPCOT opened its gates and offered visitors an all new theme park that  became a must do when visiting Walt Disney World.  Riding the coat tails of Magic Kingdom,  Disney knew they needed to spice things up at Epcot to give guests a reason to stay into the evening.    I’m Dreaming of a “Green” Christmas . . . The 1,500 Christmas trees at Walt Disney World Resort won’t be the only “green” holiday delights each season as each Walt Disney World resort hotel glows with new “conservation” lighting — more than 700,000 LED lights in all. String the bulbs end to end and the strand would stretch for 96 miles or light the path from Jacksonville to Orlando, all while using 1/10th of the power of traditional incandescent bulbs. Beginning November 2007, for the first time, the "Castle Dream Lights", with over 200,000 LED Christmas light citations  (Web view)

5 Natural Skin Care Myths You Need to Know! Is 60% of your lotion "REALLY" absorbed?

Have you ever wondered WHY certain skincare products work better than others? Or, what makes “this” vitamin C, different from the other on the shelf? As unapologetic truth teller, natural beauty advocate and co-formulator of Evoq Beauty, I’m well aware of the surface information and tactics for selling natural beauty. First things first, I always look at the whole of a formulation and then work backward on getting to the endpoint safely and efficiently in the results I wish to achieve for the modern gal’s skin health needs. Just like you - I get pulled into all the allure of new fancy ingredients in the skincare scheme, and sometimes it’s sooooo convincing, between the attractive imagery and emotional words - I think “it must be true?” A little more digging, a phone call with my lab - I can quickly differentiate fact from fiction. So today, I’m here to help set the record straight. Like a festering, ready to get out pesky pimple, let’s BUST the common myths now. *Sorry for the gross visual, but - maybe that will imprint the BS I’m about to help ya pop! 1. “What you apply topically is up to 60% absorbed.” Let me start with SIZE MATTERS (get your mind out of the gutter). Skin lotion and potions are made with all different weights and shapes. As a lover of truth and natural health, the truth is - the natural skincare industry has been pushing this quote of “over 60% of what you put on your skin is absorbed.” Sorry, but it is not entirely true. Let’s get-go deep- really: The skin is made of many layers, three in which a formulator focuses on. The first layer that we see on top of the skin is called the epidermis. The second is called the dermis (where collagen and your natural hyaluronic acid gets produced) The third layer is the subcutaneous tissue (or hypodermis). My awareness on delivery systems excited me - and puzzled me as I started to first learn about nanometers, daltons and a bunch of other critical needs in a formulation for an accurate delivery system - for serious results. I quickly learned and am here to tell you - it’s a challenge for skincare products to penetrate beyond the epidermis layer. You can thank your bouncer (skin) for protecting you from potential harm such as stabilizing your skin barrier from losing hydration- as well as working to protect your skin from penetrating external toxic substances. Other key factors are how ingredients work together to strategically drive into the epidermis and slightly beyond, and free of chemicals. Evoq products are composed of skin-identical ingredients such as nano organic phytocannabinoids (CBD), liposomal Vitamin C and medical-grade liquid oxygen - all scientifically prove to drive deeper for visible radiance. The conclusion. It’s VERY hard for most skin care products to actually get past the skin barrier, which is why the delivery system of products and their ingredients is just as important, if not more important than the ingredients themselves when considering efficacy. For example, our pores are approximately 50 nanometers in size. So we developed our topcial nano Cell Regenerative CBD OIL molecular weight and size at approx 20 nanometers - driving further to get to skin-glowing work. Here’s an interesting video on skin and absorption. https://youtu.be/LKiZtYffteE 2. Really? “Dermatologist tested, Non-Comedogenic, & Hypoallergenic.” In order to make these claims, companies bring a collective group together and have them use the product. However, many have it done independently and the current state of a woman with normal skin doesn’t give a in-depth valuable data set. The product may have been non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic for those individuals with really great skin and no allergies, but that doesn’t mean it would be for the greater population. The conclusion: Just because the dermatologists who “tested” the products, doesn’t mean they liked them. Yes, it’s stating that the dermatologists tested it, not that they found the product effective. I suggest being aware of each ingredient and personally trial the product on your own skin. 3. “Occlusives suffocate your skin - for bad.” This is nuanced. Occlusives have different origins. Some synthetic and others are natural. Occlusives help lock in moisture by preventing skin water loss. When you apply a very heavy-duty moisturizer, your skin still feels pretty comfortable, right? The proceed with caution is when low grade synthetic or even natural fats tend to be used. How do you know? Trial and error. Look for cold pressed oils and organic creams. Used in mall percentages, even silicones ( derived from rock) can feel great and not clog. The conclusion: Many people think that silicones are suffocating and that they clog your pores. On the contrary, silicones are one of the most breathable occlusives out there! 4. “Argan to Argan,” go for the cheaper one! Oh, my. Just because the ingredients are the same, doesn’t mean it’s the same quality of product. Sorry for the sugar crave, let’s take oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, for example. Let’s say two people use exactly the same ingredients but one uses organic materials and raw cocoa chips in the cookies and the other uses store bought premixed batter. The store baked batch burns and deploys the pan with grease while the natural healthy batter turns out perfectly delicious. This works very similarly with skincare. Hungry? Wink The conclusion: Ingredients aren’t everything, the quality and the complete formulating methodology is what makes all the difference! 5. “Apple Cider Vinegar is a cheap one trick wonder toner for clearing up acne. “ Again this one is another cautious nuance to clarify for you. ACV has a superior exfoliating property and a very potent antibacterial property, so it does have potential in helping acne. The user beware is frequency of use. I wouldn’t recommend that you use this daily since the overuse of antibacterial products can diminish or eliminate good bacteria life balancing biome that is the main protector of your skin. The conclusion: If you want to start using ACV on your skin, only use it once a week and I suggest you always dilute it with water so that the pH is more skin-friendly. 6. Using “Clarisonic” type cleansing tools or foaming cleansers are the only way to get your skin clean. This may be one of the most skin damaging advice you could follow. Surfactants do eliminate makeup, dirt, and grime from your skin when you wash your face. But surfactants can’t differentiate dirt with your natural moisture and oils, which means it can take away what’s needed for barrier repair, especially if you cleanse too often. Skin barrier disorders tend to cleanse obsessively, but doing this is likely causing more harm than good. Instead of over-cleansing, look for gentle, non-stripping pH-balanced cleansers that won’t strip the good stuff. The conclusion: Don’t cleanse more than twice a day! I personally only rinse water on my face in the morning. It has not gotten dirty overnight and keeps your skin’s pH and biome in tact prior to applying moisturizer and make up. By skipping your morning cleanse might be just what your skin craves. 7. I’m of a darker nationality or darker skin type so I don’t need to apply sunscreen. Dark skin tones thinking that they don’t have to wear sun UV protection are “false things appearing true.” This is a serious health prevention and even could save your life. I personally know because I lost my brother to skin cancer - he was 24! Everyone needs to wear sunscreen. If I told you that aging (wrinkles, lines, sun spots, etc) is 90% from previous sun damage, would that persuade you? Here are some things you should know: There are two specific UV rays that you want to protect your skin from. UVB ray burns your skin and UVA ray ages your skin. The UVA rays are why every skin color needs to have a safe barrier. UVA exists in rainy and cloudy weather, not just when the sun is out. A broad spectrum sunscreen also helps what we now know damages even more deeply - IR (infrared rays) that emit off of our digital devices. This is one of those cases where “better safe, than sorry” cannot be truer. The conclusion: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen every single day, no matter your skin tone, to protect yourself and your skin from UVA,UVB rays and now known IR rays. 8. “It’s best to start using anti-aging skincare early on” I suggest being in the mindset of preventative methods that women can be doing like moisturizing properly, wearing sunscreen daily, and not causing too much physical degradation to your skin. As we age after the age of 30, we want to look for more safe ways to help cellular turnover while extreme help on keeping the outer barrier strong and firm. Consider adding actives (like vitamin C) and peptides, then moving up to natural retinoids later on. The Conclusion: Love your skin! It’s smart and it knows how to take care of itself. In this episode, I spoke with Dennis Abbeduto, Personal Care Business Manager at Colonial Chemical with a long career history as a chemist in the cosmetics industry. This conversation was mostly focused on surfactants, although we spent a lot of time talking about sustainability pertaining to some of the industry trends at the moment. Today there’s a big push towards ‘biosurfactants’, switching out petrol for things like palm, or coconut, but at what cost? Biotech has huge potential to make ingredients more sustainable into the future, but alas, many certifiers will not approve these materials and many consumers are leery of them, due to their fear surrounding genetic modifications. It feels like misinformation may be slowing the industry from making better decisions, which we talked about.  I find myself often getting frustrated with perceptions of what’s ‘green’, including at certain conferences geared at educating the industry about sustainability, as well as in the marketing of so many brands. This is such an important concept that often isn’t given justice - it’s not good enough to think that a material will be more sustainable because it’s ‘100% natural’ or ‘organic’, show me the metrics to tell me how. Note, parts of this podcast are a bit more technical. If you’re new to the topic of surfactants, before listening to this episode, check out the surfactant episode I did with Perry Romanowski for a good 101 breakdown, and then come back to this one.
