One of the greatest lies humanity has been told is that we alone can't access the divine realm - it has to be through an external power. The truth is, we all have a connection to the angelic realm, and tapping into it is an inside job.   We were equipped with the divine, but unfortunately, if we're suppressed, depressed and screwed up it will be hard to connect. How do we align ourselves with the angelic realm? Why are we seeing more people raising their vibration?   In this episode, I'm joined by Anjie Hipple, a channel for a beautiful collective of angelic beings from the fifth dimension. Anjie and JUDAH share how to turn the volume down on your 3D reality and turn up the fifth dimension.   When you're in abject pain 24/7, you don't have the energy or the frequency to truly connect to divinity. -Jay Campbell    Three Things We Learned    - The danger of externalizing your divinity Is religion leading many people to giving praise energy to non-divine beings?   - If you've got the fruit, you've got the root When we help people heal their wounds, how do we make sure it's cleared through all realms of time and space?    - How to eat for enlightenment Sometimes the pain and anxiety we feel comes from what we consume. How do we change this?   Guest Bio   Anjie Carpenter Hipple is a musician, artist, former schoolteacher, and mother. Raised in a conservative Christian environment, she found herself seeking greater spiritual understanding in mid-life, and began opening herself up to Eastern medicine and teachings. Just a few short years ago, Anjie would never have thought "channeled messages" to hold any value at all! But now, she has set all those roles aside to play the most important role of her life, which is as a channel for a beautiful collective of angelic beings from the fifth dimension. How do we achieve peak body performance?   In this episode, I'm joined by retired sought after physician, and practitioner of the EPIC Technique,Dr. Ernest Pecoraro. After 25 years of practice, he decided to retire, but decided to come out of retirement when his daughter was treated with the EPIC Technique to relieve the debilitating low back pain that caused her severe disability for three years. She was previously treated by several chiropractors, acupuncturists and medical doctors with no results. Her last hope was getting the EPIC Upper Cervical Care when a friend suggested she try it. The doctor corrected the misalignment of her Atlas vertebra, never treating her low back directly, and with the first treatment her low back muscles started to relax and her pain was 70% gone in 30 minutes. This inspired him to go back to school and train to deliver the EPIC Technique. Now, he is one of only three offices in the world that specializes and delivers this technique that has been getting miraculous results with this cutting edge soundwave technology. In the Western world, aging is demonized and the wisdom of elders is ignored and even suppressed. This is the complete antithesis of indigenous cultures where people age in a healthy way, and live well into their 90s with full, meaningful existences. It's not just about physiology, how they age is driven by their beliefs and the culture around them. What can we learn from these centenarians about aging? Is the link between disease and getting older real? In this episode, clinical neuropsychologist, world expert in healthy longevity, and the founder of Biocognitive Science, Dr. Mario Martinez returns to the show to share his studies on centenarians and profound wisdom about our world today.   Aging is an interaction between the predisposition of genetics, the belief systems that you have and the environment that you live in and how you teach illnesses to your body. -Dr. Mario Martinez   Three Things We Learned  Why science and technology will never have all the answersWhat are the perils of being a culture that only looks at things through the lens of conventional, reductionist science? The inquisition of political correctnessDo cultures with more political correctness breed more negativity and misery? Healthy sadness vs. morbid sadnessHow do healthy centenarians view grief so that it doesn't turn into prolonged suffering and eventually disease?   Guest Bio   Dr. Mario Martinez is a clinical neuropsychologist and proponent of cultural psychoneuroimmunology, world expert in healthy longevity, bestselling author of the The MindBody Code and The Mindbody Self and the Founder of Biocognitive Science. As more people awaken to the great grift of the legacy system, what we're currently living through is the final fracturing and destruction of these systems before the Golden Age commences. This is a massive spiritual cleanse where we can reject the era of authority, centralization, and control of this era, and the question is, how long does the system have before it entirely collapses? How will the system use the illusion of abundance to keep millions of souls trapped? In this episode, I'm joined by co-founder of Alfa Vedic and host of Alfacast, Mike Winner, and he shares how close we are to ushering in an alternative system.   It's not about confrontation, it's about sending people divine love and healing through the ether. -Mike Winner    Three Things We Learned  The true cost of being subservientWhy are legacy systems in such violent opposition to the sovereign spiritual selves we're meant to be? Why holding onto legacy is so poisonousMany people still seem hell bent on staying within the legacy system, and the real question for them is how sick and spiritually bankrupt are they willing to be? How to change souls without committing an act of spiritual violenceInstead of trying to confront and change the people who are enslaved, can we get more done by just sending them a loving frequency?   Guest Bio   Mike Winner is the co-founder and technical director for Alfa Vedic, an off grid farm and wellness co-op focused on innovative solutions for a new era of self-mastery, health independence and personal sovereignty. Mike, along with Dr. Barre Lando, hosts a weekly podcast called Alfacast that delves into a vast range of topics related to the new cutting-edge terrain of health freedom and spirit science. With a bachelor's degree in Film Studies and History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Mike aims to elevate the conversation of global consciousness through captivating and positive story telling processes, new decentralized technologies and life changing health and freedom festivals where humans get to be humans again. Mike's unique perspectives and positive outlook on the current global situation is a refreshing breather from the often negative nihilistic take so common in today's materialistic world. For Mike, it is all about decentralizing power and returning to our spiritual selves in the process. He is excited for a future where free energy and regenerative agriculture will give us the ability to create systems where we can live in abundance and not scarcity. What You Need to Know is three things we learned this week:  It's historically common for the party in the White House and Congress to lose in off years. The losses by Democrats this week are more intense because Biden is so weak.   “Drain the swamp" is what people are wanting. Terry McAuliffe was a swamp creature as is Murphy in New Jersey.  We the People want the swamp drained and are working towards that goal. Trumpism is the rejection of the establishment. It's the rejection of school unions, of CRT, and of Biden. Trumpism won this week! Getting to know Shruti Kapoor  Today's guest is Shruti Kapoor the co-founder of Wingman, a company that looks at the call data to provide overall analytics to sales leaders and sales teams. She started her career in finance a decade ago as an investment banker and from there, went on to build the business she has today. Analyzing B2B sales calls Since the pandemic, Shruti has learned three things: First, there is a big dip in call volume since March but the number is slowly going up. Second, some businesses froze for a time but it's slowly going back. People have other reasons for not buying and it's not just due to budget.  Third, people love to talk about their kids so salespeople need to incorporate that into their discussions.  During March, phone calls dropped to almost half. There is also a significant dip in the types of phone calls.  Sales cycles are much longer with many more touch points due to the pandemic and people being remote.  With the changes in call volumes, sales reps must look for other avenues. Shruti's team uses voice calls and voice messages for their outreach.  Salespeople today are curious whether it's okay to talk about the pandemic, working from home, internet issues, and other topics, with their clients/prospects during a call.  People are struggling with their budgets. Sales reps must listen to how their prospects are speaking of budget during the conversation.  A sales rep can ask their prospect/client about the decision makers involved in the process early on. It is better to have someone from the finance team involved in the conversation.  Sales reps need to develop more empathy as they talk to clients.  People seem to be more open about sharing their struggles and salespeople need to be able to navigate sensitive topics.  “3 Things We Learned Analyzing More Than 1 Million B2B Sales Calls” episode resources  Connect with Shruti Kapoor via her LinkedIn account.  Speak with Donald directly for more sales talks. The idea of retirement has changed because people are living a lot longer, and things like Social Security are going to fall away. How can we prepare ourselves for a long retirement, and avoid buying into The Big Lie? Why is real estate the best and most stable investment we can make? On this episode, I’m joined by life-long entrepreneur, CEO and managing investor at Grande AMA & Associates, Anne Amagrande, who shares on her work, her lifestyle and how she helps clients build an environment of financial success.  Real estate is the preservation of capital because the money you’re putting into it is still secured by the asset, and you get to live off the interest without dipping into the principal. -Anne Amagrande   Three Things We Learned  Why we should avoid buying bulk portfolios  Many private equity firms buy someone else’s portfolio in bulk, a lot of the times they are just buying the problems the portfolio owner is selling. It’s often a lot wiser to buy individual properties and then create the right portfolio.   How real estate boosts our cash flow  When we invest in real estate, it means we never get to degrade the principal of our investment, and we get the cash flow from the interest, while our capital is being preserved.   The unique lifestyle Anne chooses to live  Anne chooses to live in a 650 sq. ft condo, and it allows her to put all her money into her investments. What holds a lot of people back from being able to build wealth is being too preoccupied with the trappings of money, not the things that actually allow us to become truly financially free.    One of the biggest mistakes people make in the process of building generational wealth is failing to understand that success is all about being able to delay our gratification. If we get too caught up in the now, and buying all the fancy and flashy things, we’ll never be able to focus on building assets. If we do the foundational work now, we’ll have a more stable future. Ultimately, we should always be looking for ways to preserve our capital and live off the interest.

Many people in real estate investing feel like their funding sources are running out, but with the right connections, you can easily overcome this obstacle. How does the Connected Investor help investors looking for lenders? What are some of the key things we need in order to be lender-ready? How can we avoid scammers online? On this episode, Ross Hamilton shares on building a platform that facilitates loans for real estate investors, and growing a subscriber base of 800,000.   Three Things We Learned   Why right now is the best time to approach lenders Borrowers have a lot more options than they could have ever had to get funding. It’s getting harder to find deals, and lenders are having a harder time finding borrowers. They have so much money they want to get in the hands of the right people.   Why getting into investing without any skin in the game is a mistake Lenders like to see a little skin in the game, so for your first deal, borrow money from a friend or family member, and then once you’ve done your first couple of deals put some of your own money into the deals, it removes a lot of the friction.   Why it’s important to be in unity with your spouse when it comes to business When you’re an entrepreneur, you have to get people on your side, and the very first person who should be on your side is your spouse/partner. Being in unity with your spouse is a blessing, and one of the things that can propel your business.   Lenders are looking for investors who can bring them high-quality deals. If you have everything in order, getting funding won’t actually be an uphill battle. That first deal is the hardest, but once they fund you on the first one, they will fund you again and again. To achieve this, you have to be forthcoming and honest with them from the start. Don’t inflate your numbers, and be conservative. That’s how you earn the trust that will allow for multiple deals. The best opportunities and successes we can have come from connecting with the right people. Jon’s purpose-driven path in life is to facilitate this interconnected network. Many people lose connection with self, with other people, and with nature. Returning that connectedness through questions and answers to lead an organization toward collective wisdom.   On this episode, I continue my talk with co-founder and president of the Flourishing Leadership Institute, Jon Berghoff, about the consciousness of connectedness, leading businesses toward collective wisdom and how his parenting mirrors this philosophy.   Three Things We Learned   Figure out how to get everyone to listen. There are 4 levels of listening: being stuck, having an open mind, being empathetic, and seeing all together as one.   Business owners need to stop asking, “How do we fix a prob problem?” That question only gets us back to neutral, closing the deficit gap. Instead, focus on the question that will get you to abundance.   Leaders need to have patience. The biggest barrier we see to a leader or an organization transitioning to this new approach of tapping into this collective wisdom is patience. It takes patience to figure out what the questions and wait for the answers from 900 people at one time. It’s a lot more efficient for the leaders to figure out what to do since we’re smart and we made it here.   Instead of thinking of sustainability as doing less harm, let’s look at sustainability as flourishing. The highest purpose in our work is a world generations from now where all living things are thriving. Our starting point is within organizations that want to start with collective wisdom within their business.

In order for us to be good leaders, we have to tap into our emotional currency as much as we tap into our intellectual currency. How do our negative experiences in childhood and the emotions that come from them design us for our lives in leadership? How can we balance the hyper-focus between our internal selves and the outside world? On this episode, I talk with co-founder and president of the Flourishing Leadership Institute, Jon Berghoff, about overcoming childhood pain, how the seed of mentorship and coaching was planted early in his life, and the levels of leadership required to build successful organizations.   Three Things We Learned   How success can be a vehicle to prove ourselves Jon believes that a lot of his early success was a rebound or pendulum in response to a lot of pain in his life. A lot of the energy and motivation he had was an attempt to counter not feeling accepted, and not feeling like he was enough.   What defines a good teacher Every good teacher/coach knows that the amount of wisdom in the universe is beyond what they can teach. They know that their job is to inspire the student to want to learn on their own— to instill that hunger in them.   The most critical skill a leader should have As leaders, one of the most critical things we can do is to listen through the eyes and the hearts of other people. In order to do that, we must have certain emotional experiences and emotional currency.   Every experience in our lives prepares us for each level, and this is especially true in leadership. As the world has become more complex, so has leadership. We may feel at times that the complexity of our world has surpassed our own capabilities, but that doesn’t mean we are useless as leaders. In those moments we need to unlock collective intuition and work on helping the people we lead to tap into their own inner wisdom and strengths.

So many of us take actions and make choices to prove ourselves to other people, but the true journey of enlightenment requires us to look inward. How do we overcome the feeling of not being enough? When we build a business, why is it so important to listen to what the market wants? Why is it so critical to celebrate our wins and milestones?   On this episode, I’m joined by personal development speaker and coach, Rob Dial. He shares about overcoming his childhood trauma, how it influenced who he is and the business he runs, and how he’s gotten to a billion content views. Three Things We Learned   The root of not feeling like we’re enough We all have a feeling of not being enough in some way, and a lot of it comes from childhood. The average child is reprimanded 8 times more than they are praised by their parents, so they feel like they aren’t enough more often than not. If we’re searching for love from our parents and they constantly reprimand us, we’ll feel like we’re not enough. This can become a trauma, and if we don’t get past it, we’ll just remain broken children inside.     How to build more relevant products A lot of entrepreneurs just build up a following and never really ask people what they want, and they just guess and fail. It’s better to grow a following, find out what people want and then figure out how you can best serve them based on what they want and then put out that product.     How you can be more influential in the market place via online channels The most valuable thing to have right now is a personal brand, people connect with people, they don’t connect with brands The best way to influence sales is to go where everyone is going, and just be top of mind. Have a personal brand that’s just about you and then people will find out about the company eventually. When there are more eyes on you the person, inevitably there’ll be more eyes on your business.   Many people are stuck in lives they don’t think they signed up for. One of the most important things we have to unravel is whether we’re trying to prove ourselves to others or doing things for ourselves. When we’re so focused on how other people see us, it holds us back from doing what we’re really great at and shining at what we do best. To overcome this, we have to focus on our superpowers and learn to look inward to determine our worth. When our emotional currency is greater than any physical currency in the bank, that’s when we can truly find joy.

We often hear about journeys to success, but we don’t always hear about the pitfalls along the way. What advice can we take from those who have “made it” despite the challenges? Which regrets should we be paying attention to? What advice could help you when it comes to real estate investing?   On this episode I talk with Paul Moore, entrepreneur, author, and host of the podcast How to Lose Money, to answer these questions.   "It’s a lot easier to learn from others’ mistakes than it is to replicate their success." -Paul Moore   Three Things We Learned from This Episode Strive for balance Money management requires a careful balance. While you shouldn’t be so frugal that you never enjoy the fruits of your labor, you also need to avoid using money unnecessarily. Stop telling yourself you need to work harder to stay ahead of the game and not run out of money- you’re only training yourself to work harder and harder.   Aim to invest in commercial real estate There’s a reason why most people on the Forbes 400 Richest list are involved in commercial real estate. Investing here not only keeps the process objective (you’re buying according to numbers, not an individual seller’s price), but offers phenomenal tax benefits.   Make sure you’re investing, not speculating There’s a key distinction between the two. Investment requires a safe principle, while speculating does not. If you don’t know how to differentiate the two, make sure you find someone who can. Whether a mentor or a professional investor, ensure you’re making wise decisions with your money.   When it comes to breaking away from the system and building our wealth, not every action will take will be perfect, but the key thing is that we learn from those missteps and come back wiser and stronger. There is a lot of merit in listening to advice from others. Remember, someone else has always already done something you’re yet to do. By trusting in people who’ve already been on the journey, we can save ourselves from making some of these mistakes.   Guest Bio Paul is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, developer, and author. It’s impossible to have a life when work takes up 80 hours of your week. How can getting a coach help you step into systems of efficiency and leverage? Where do you find clarity? How do you go about staffing your real estate business? On this episode, Becky Evans shares how a coach turned her business and her life around.   In order to pivot to a higher level, you have to hire a business partner that’s been there before. -Becky Evans   Three Things We Learned from this Episode Don’t get advice from random people. A lot of people around you will give advice based on their own experiences and wanting to stay the same. Look for people who have mastered what you want to master.   Clarity is power. When you have a clear vision of what you want and what needs to be done, the rest of the path becomes more defined and easier to achieve. Don’t underestimate the value of a coach. A coach is a powerful way to get an external person who has a perspective outside of your business to provide you with the strategies you need to level up. Because they have been where you want to go, they understand the journey.   When you have clarity on your goals, the path to getting there becomes a lot clearer too. It allows you and your team to get into the right action, and it becomes easier to add efficiency to your operations. You are going to be more empowered as an agent and a leader because you’ll know the right conversations to have and how to leverage your time well. Ultimately, you can have a business that funds your perfect life.   Speak with a Business Growth Advisor about the next step in your business. Leverage is something a lot of agents are never taught or trained on. What do you do when your business is stressing you out and overwhelming you? Why did Chris Suarez invest in MAPS coaching? How did he implement the 80-20 rule, and how did it help him grow his business and develop his mindset? On this episode, Chris Suarez shares his journey from merely working a job to having a vision, and how that impacted his business.    Real estate agents want systems, because it allows them to make the money they want in half the time. -Chris Suarez   Three Things We Learned from this Episode Think leverage; not adding more to your schedule. When you think you have a time management issue, reframe what you think the problem is. Take the time to really drill down to underlying issues in the business. It’s not about cramming more into your day, it’s about putting leverage and systems in place. Don’t let opinion breed ego If you’re going to believe that a model can take you somewhere, and you believe in a system that has been proven to be successful, you have to let go of opinion. Opinion tends to lead to ego and even if you’ve been successful on your own, you have to be able to allow someone else to help you be successful in a different way. Success has to be defined internally It’s easy to tell yourself that you want to focus on being successful by imitating a successful person, but you have to consider what success looks like to you. Take the time to define success on your own terms so that you build a life that resonates with you.   For the most part, what we think to be a “time management” issue is usually a “leverage and people management” issue. Having very clear systems and models in place will solve this for you because they are duplicatable, leverageable, and expandable. If you feel like there’s more work to do than time, take a step back and try to spend a little time outside of the world that you call your business. It will help you get clear on what you really want for your life.       Speak with a Business Growth Advisor about the next step in your business.
