The Spark, hosted by Asia Tabb, will feature a 40‑minute conversation presented in two informal, discussion‑focused segments centered on the theme of learning how to disagree more constructively. In the first half, Asia is joined by Nita Landis, moderator of the Skills for Disagreeing Better workshop, and Dr. Jonathan Woodall, Assistant Teaching Professor of Communication at Penn State Harrisburg. Their conversation explores the value of sharing perspectives, listening with intention, and being open to learning practical skills that help people navigate disagreement in healthier, more productive ways. Drawing from the workshop's core ideas, they reflect on why these skills matter in classrooms, communities, and everyday conversations. In the second half, Michael Lippert, president of the Young Americans for Freedom student club, and Elijah Espaillat, co‑founder of the Capital College Democrats Club, join Asia to discuss their personal takeaways from the workshop. They share what motivated them to participate, how the skills resonated with their own experiences across political differences, and why they believe others—especially students—can benefit from learning how to disagree with respect and understanding.Support WITF: https://www.witf.org/support/give-now/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Blame it on American individualism or a political aversion to regulation, but the United States has become a striking outlier in its failure to regulate the assisted reproductive technology industry. As a result, individuals from other countries have begun engaging in quasi–birth tourism through American surrogacy contracts, and not in small numbers. Chinese billionaire Xu Bo, for example, has reportedly fathered more than 100 American children through surrogacy and has been involved in legal battles over custody, describing them as part of his “business legacy". Beyond clear international abuses of U.S. surrogacy laws, there are also numerous domestic practices that warrant greater oversight and protection. The central question is why? What do they want these children for? Who, if anyone, is regulating these contracts? And why have lawmakers declined to address this rapidly growing industry?Charles Hilu is a reporter for The Dispatch based in Washington, D.C. Before joining the company in 2024, he was the Collegiate Network Fellow at the Washington Free Beacon and interned at both National Review and the Washington Examiner. He attended the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor's in Political Science, where he was editor in chief of The Michigan Review and chairman of Young Americans for Freedom.Read the transcript here.Subscribe to our Substack here.

You’re listening to American Ground Radio with Louis R. Avallone and Stephen Parr. This is the full show for February 10, 2026. 0:30 A newly released DOJ document confirms what Trump supporters have long believed: Donald Trump acted decisively against Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell long before entering politics. In 2006, Trump personally called the Palm Beach police chief to thank him for investigating Epstein, praised law enforcement for focusing on Maxwell, and removed Epstein from Mar-a-Lago. This behavior underscores a consistent pattern of law-and-order instincts, standing in stark contrast to the elites and politicians who ignored Epstein’s crimes. The revelation challenges long-held narratives and reinforces Trump’s reputation as someone who confronts wrongdoing rather than protecting predators. 10:00 Plus, we cover the Top 3 Things You Need to Know. Two men from Pennsylvania pled guilty to housing fraud in Minnesota. New York State has become the 13th state in the nation to legalize suicide. Republican Senator Susan Collins announced she is running for reelection. 12:30 Get TrimROX from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 13:00 Extreme cold in New York City has claimed nearly 20 lives, exposing the deadly consequences of misguided policy. Under Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s administration, homeless individuals were not forced indoors during record-low temperatures, leaving vulnerable people to freeze on the streets. We dig into how ideology—when detached from reality and compassion—can become a matter of life or death, and why true compassion means protecting those who cannot protect themselves. 16:00 Raising children in a culture that increasingly rejects authority is a growing challenge for parents. American Mamas Teri Netterville and Kimberly Burleson share some practical strategies for instilling respect, boundaries, and decorum from an early age. Experts stress that parents are the first and most influential authority figures—the “parent tape” that shapes a child’s behavior and values for life. From modeling respect for teachers and law enforcement to teaching kids how to express disagreement calmly, these insights show how families can equip the next generation to navigate a world that often celebrates rebellion over responsibility. If you'd like to ask our American Mamas a question, go to our website, AmericanGroundRadio.com/mamas and click on the Ask the Mamas button. 23:00 At the Olympics, athletes are meant to represent their country and compete at the highest level—but some are using the global stage to push political narratives. A 54-year-old American curler sparked controversy by criticizing U.S. policies in Minnesota while enjoying the freedoms and opportunities his country provides. Experts call out the entitlement mentality and warn that athletes who blur the line between sport and political activism risk undermining both their platform and the spirit of international competition. 26:00 We Dig Deep into Ronald Reagan’s farewell address. It was a call to embrace patriotism and teach future generations the value of America’s principles. Decades later, surveys reveal a stark generational and partisan decline in national pride—especially among Gen Z, millennials, and Democrats—threatening the transmission of love for liberty, individual rights, and limited government. We explore Reagan’s warning, the data showing America’s waning patriotic spirit, and why teaching children the meaning and history of the nation is more critical than ever. 32:00 Get Prodovite Plus from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 32:30 Alcohol sales are slowing in the U.S., with a staggering $22 billion in unsold inventory, affecting whiskey, tequila, and rum alike. While lower prices might delight consumers, the real story could be deeper: younger generations are drinking less, possibly swapping cocktails for cannabis as legalization spreads. We break down changing consumption habits, and what this shift means for health, culture, and the future of America’s drinking trends. 35:30 New research from Tufts University shows that family dinners aren’t just a nice tradition—they’re a powerful tool for keeping kids off alcohol, vaping, and marijuana. It’s not just about eating together; it’s about the quality of conversation, connection, and attention at the table. We dig into how daily family interactions shape adolescents’ choices, strengthen bonds, and even lay the foundation for a healthier society. A simple habit like dinner could be one of the most effective ways to raise resilient, grounded kids. 39:30 At the 2026 Winter Olympics, Norwegian biathlete Sturla Lagrid shocked fans—not with his bronze medal performance, but with a tearful, on-camera confession about cheating on his girlfriend. We break down the awkward mix of Olympic glory and personal drama, wondering: are we watching a medal ceremony or a rom-com? 41:30 And we finish off with a passerby who saved a pregnant woman's life. The job numbers do not reflect how large a labor depression young workers are facing. We're joined by labor market consultant Amanda Goodall (@thejobchick), who paints a grim picture of employment prospects in nearly every sector. She believes that offshoring and outsourcing are the real culprits. We break down why AI isn't the real culprit, how corporations game hiring systems, and why entry-level jobs now demand years of experience that don't exist. This conversation exposes why the American dream is collapsing for young workers — and why politicians refuse to address it. I also address Trump's handling of the Minnesota riots and immigration standoff, explaining how federal authority collapsed, why rioters got what they wanted, and how blue states are openly defying the federal enforcement. In some perverse way, we can learn a lot from blue states on how to fight back against a future Democrat president. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Jim Rogers, who has sold all his US shares, warns that the American market has been going up longer than ever in history and when people say "it's different this time," you should look out the window and ask questions. While he doesn't think we're in a bubble yet, he sees bubble characteristics forming and is watching for signs to start shorting - like kids leaving college for the stock market and everyone talking about their investments. Rogers is deeply concerned about the $38.6 trillion in balance sheet debt plus over $200 trillion in off-balance sheet obligations, noting that historically this has always led to big problems. He still owns gold and silver but isn't buying at all-time highs, holds positions in China and Uzbekistan, and says he's "not happy" about the US capturing Venezuela's president - calling it "not normal" and "not defensible on the international stage." At the height of leftwing activism in the Sixties, conservatives funded tax-deducible rightwing groups on campuses to counter Black Power, demands for ethnic studies, and the New Left. As historian Lauren Shepherd illustrates, such groups like Young Americans for Freedom groomed future Republican leaders and influential conservatives, like Karl Rove and Newt Gingrich. There they learned to spin unpopular politics as popular. (Encore presentation.) Welcome back to Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu! In this thought-provoking episode, Tom Bilyeu sits down with Scott Galloway for a no-holds-barred conversation on the state of America's economy, generational divides, and the future of capitalism. Together, they dive into the hard questions: Why are Boomers thriving while younger generations struggle to get ahead? What's fueling the rise of cronyism and political polarization—and why does class mobility feel increasingly impossible? Scott Galloway shares sharp insights on topics like entitlements, tax policy, and structural barriers facing young Americans—from housing affordability and stagnating wages to the corrosive effects of monopolies and regulatory capture. The pair debate solutions ranging from progressive taxation and the need for genuine competition to massive investments in housing, education, and healthcare. But the discussion isn't just about economics. Tom Bilyeu and Scott Galloway also unpack the psychological side of money, the shifting expectations around masculinity, relationships, and what it means for young men navigating today's world. Throughout, they challenge each other—and listeners—to think critically about what kind of future we're building. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Show (11/06/2025): 3:05pm- On Tuesday night, Democrat Mikie Sherrill defeated Republican Jack Ciattarelli in their New Jersey gubernatorial race. With more than 95% of the vote reported, Sherrill leads by 13%—56.3 to 43.1%. Prior to election day, most pollsters—including Trafalgar—published data showing the race would be significantly closer. What happened? 3:10pm- Government Shutdown's Impact: Did the Trump administration's decision to halt federal funding for the Gateway Tunnel project between New Jersey and New York help Mikie Sherrill win? 3:15pm- Despite winning her race to become the next governor of New Jersey less than 48-hours ago, is Mikie Sherrill already planning for a White House run in 2028? 3:30pm- Listeners call in and react to Tuesday's election results. 3:40pm- Rich notes that the American education system no longer teaches the history of communism—and the disastrous consequences for societies that embrace it. Accordingly, young Americans are becoming more and more sympathetic to the ideology. 4:05pm- Dr. Wilfred Reilly—Professor of Political Science at Kentucky State University & Author of “Lies My Liberal Teacher Told Me”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to recap Election Day. Why are young Americans increasingly sympathetic to communist political ideology? PLUS, NYU professor Scott Galloway addresses the male loneliness crises in his new book—but what's the driving cause? Dr. Reilly and Rich joke that the modern internet is encouraging young adults to deemphasize in-person relationships…and instead emphasize relationships with toasters!? 4:45pm- Should we all be nice to artificial intelligence? And after a series of depressing topics, maybe we should all just look at photos of curly haired chickens… 5:00pm- Rich continues to take calls—and listeners continue to react to Tuesday's election results. 5:15pm- In a video posted to social media, Nancy Pelosi announced she will not seek reelection in 2026—meaning that next year will be her last as a member of Congress. The former Speaker of the House has served in the House of Representatives since 1987. Despite members of Congress earning $174,000 annually, Pelosi—according to most estimates—has amassed a net worth of over $200 million. 5:30pm- Earlier this week, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument in a case that will determine the legality of President Donald Trump's unilateral adoption of global tariffs. The court seems skeptical of the Trump administration's argument—with Justice Neil Gorsuch asking U.S. Solicitor General D. John Sauer if, hypothetically, a president could impose a 50% tariff on gas powered vehicles to address the threat of climate change? 5:45pm- Would you buy a humanoid robot to help around the house with chores like folding laundry and loading the dishwasher? 1x Technologies has introduced a personal robot named Neo—measuring 5'6”, weighing 66 pounds, and capable of lifting up to 55 pounds! 6:05pm- Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) said that Tuesday's election results were a “disaster” for Republicans. 6:30pm- While speaking at the American Business Forum in Miami, President Donald Trump unveiled a new nickname for California Governor Gavin Newsom: “Slimy Newscum!” 6:45pm- Rich goes back to the phones to close out the show.
