but i wouldn't call it restraint either oh it's a lot of restraint philip well there's a lot of things he could have done and he inspires the movement but in the end maybe none of that happened well unless they go like the alan moore killing joke thing where it's like in a flashback he's like i'm a loser you know to yeah but he's never happy he's never content with his lot you know it was interesting interesting we're talking about the one bad dake and even moore's idea of the one bad day and the way crippled we crippled her strips her naked takes pictures and then chose gordon the pictures of his naked bleeding daughter yeah and so when things go from bad to worse that causes them to snap arguably oh yeah and i think even after he snaps he wants to prove that you know i know killing her crippling her taking pictures of naked you know at the end of the day all things you're doing and the lasting effects of them while in the joker remembers it they give you different origin basically every time and it's like okay one of these is true but we're not going to tell you which one is true why it wasn't just him he you know he wasn't the loser who could you know i was the week one ego enough pressure everyone will snap that's why he liked tortures gordon that's why he crippled there's maybe even within that the concept that you know it's not that it's one bad day it said it's no good days but if chartered you know the because he is always this person who has been beaten down who has severe neurological damage for which medication now what would it be more specific he wants to do other things to he once care for his mother provide for what he needs and also pursue barbara gordon and then again this is of course assuming that he doesn't know that she's actually back earl because obviously if he'd known she was back girl could be done and you know once a week cop therapy is not helping in now i mean that's the thing now for what it's worth he really basically joked that the joker in that story in the original alamar never has a good day here's one really bad no good awful day oh yeah even oh great are not going to be particularly weighing on james gordon in that moment essentially he's trying to say it happens in an instant and it doesn't surprised she opened the door he might boom but i but i mean i think the the thing with joker more than anything preferred crazy in measurable too utah gordon tells batman he's like bringing them in by the book you know let's show him yeah no this is it this isn't true her emmy and not for do a career in the arts and none of these things always work out very well you know you have to be very lucky to make all those things work at the same time nations ship quote unquote with batman because even like he's like i don't wanna know who you are under the mask he's like that's nothing he's like your batman he's like in you know we're locked in this thing the greatest villain you're not you know honestly i really simply i have to deal with you because you are a villain goth what do you do you think is arthur never has a good day and he see for the worried that arthur flex is unliked among his peers he it's sort of like this thing where he tells himself if i see this no i'm not dreaming and yet he's still dreaming so when he has some deep recesses of his brain the jokers like okay batmans my check you now in case i go too far no because he was easy and base who was looking for self-aggrandizement he wants to be seen you know he wants to be he doesn't care how he's seen he just wants people to know much more often you've got to make a hard choice to say you know what i'm just gonna go about my business and do my thing and then of course you have that mentally ill beaten as a child his delusion that he can eliminate which is zazi beach you know so he realizes oh that was the hallucination but everything nothing that let's be to he didn't even kill his daughter well you know willing should he be restrained as his life and he you know he concocts this elaborate story about how he was the one who killed the guys in the subway and he is the killer clouds in fact the joker arthur flick is in fact just some other random arkham asylum didn't kill anybody they're not well you know well when he took us it's that you know do it would you rather that would you rather that he wasn't the joker or would you rather that he was full blown joker maybe we could see him later on somewhere else there's entirely possibility that you can take away from this whatever you want and the authorities intent is irrelevant but actually think that in this case i would like to know that thank you know what i'm not gonna argue the death of the arts author on this thank you lucy i let's say 'cause so for example it's entirely possible that didn't know or doesn't want to know yeah isn't really thinking about it it's like no escalate the aggression you try to turtle and you hope that you can survive it that's the goal you know talking about it in the it's when the teenagers bully him you know he's no position to fight back is in no position to you were on this is how he would have been joker the joker and this is what is fantasy world would have been even to the point of him understanding that oh there are actually two scenes to scenes they think make the point that none of this ever happened so just after he gets punched by bruce wayne or not i'd like to know was going for here and part of me thinks wouldn't it be cool if he was saying no he's not a joke or or maybe he is they'll leave it open to interpretation or do you think that he was like no no no this is the joker well you know that's an entirely other concept here i think there's a very strong by at amazon this term movies had even happened because maybe not happen and then you have where i think is the most fascinating thing that no-one has mentioned remade that yeah it's meant to be open for interpretation it's meant to be something that you will never know because if you title st deteriorated more and more see my point would be is that he actually he actually did he was already gone by going to be actually the end of the day incapable of the violence you wish you see what's he wants to be violent but at the same time even though he's in the macy aided even if you like passed out you would fall forward and that would likely knock the door open that's not really sealed but even more to the point if the refrigerator is on art theory the i'd like to know what this is name philip something or something phillips todd phillips there actor served legend actually happened to a lot of died horribly but did they call they call that frigging before that though no that was just dying refrigerator i wrote a script i'm thinking making a movie and because that's the it's like you think about there's an entire school sometimes crazy people will say they do great things that they never did because they just want to feel important for and in the way the joker in this is some other aspect story do you think about what is what is it isn't clear the house gonna do you think if did he do it the way he did did you say he must have killed those people he said he did is sort of missing the point that the point is that all he wants is to be seen we assume many of them are that way to be we'd be like hey what might be true none of them might be true all culture when it cuts away 'cause not even that happened just in the you actually couldn't kill yourself in that method that he does cause i know i know there's in return which is yes killing someone and putting them in the fridge calloway became green later billed as here's working so he's not gonna suffocating there which explains why he doesn't die in that same spot yeah but there are a lot of moments like that where you have once again gentlemen to vote a one scene end and the next thing beginning a much more arthur flicking away essentially there's the arthur flicky in universe where he is in command of his life and the real arthur flicking a universe where he's not and i think if there's any kind of real sword you taken this it's that yes she killer body in the refrigerator yes i am aware of that but then there's also the urban legend about getting locked in a refrigerant yeah actually exact same does the exact same stance is in his kitchen from exact same moment and there was this thing i saw just as it happens like oh wait winding locked in the fridge could make you suffocate is because the fridge is turned off and you're going to be on the air wells it is near sale well the frigid hidden or frigerator and didn't realize that old refrigerators used to lock modern iraqis block which is why you could never actually even if you hit in the bed the flow of air so you actually wouldn't suffocate mad at you know night made the point that when he opens refrigerator you see the light on that says the refrigerator joker out there well we'll know joe followed as far like screen time is a commodity in this you have to see people but at the end of the day are reflected that a person that you know maybe the world wants to see or maybe that arthur the only way he can be seen as by catholic disa- murders apopka now and in that even fits into the thing that other flex his trying to tell which is
