Michael Temperato (aka Metaphysics Mike) shares about his journey of faith. He tells about his struggles with drug addiction, pornography, broken relationships, and even jail. After hitting rock bottom, he turned to God and has been on a quest to pursue truth wherever it leads. After getting the left foot of fellowship from a church for asking questions, he came to embrace Torah observance and doubt the Trinity doctrine. Over the past few years, his research has culminated in a strong repertoire of facts from the Bible, church history, and logic that he puts to use in debating Trinitarians on YouTube. I got to meet him at Converge 2025 and was impressed by his theological knowledge and social media and video skills. I’m excited to see how God will work with Metaphysics Mike to reach people with the truth about God and Christ.   Listen on Spotify   Listen on Apple Podcasts —— Links —— Check out Metaphysics Mike on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Link Tree To support Mike you can get the “One God.” hat, shirt, and mug at onegodmerch.com or donate to him directly through Venmo or become a channel member on YouTube Support Restitutio by donating here Join our Restitutio Facebook Group and follow Finnegan on X @RestitutioSF Leave a voice message via SpeakPipe with questions or comments and we may play it out on the air Who is Sean Finnegan?  Read his bio here Get Finnegan’s book, Kingdom Journey to learn about God’s kingdom coming on earth as well as the story of how Christianity lost this pearl of great price. After years of faithful Christian ministry, some of David's old demons returned, and he stumbled and fell. David's fall led him into a season of "falling away," and many saw him and still see him as a disgraced Christian. Should a man like this be in ministry again? How far does the grace of God go? Does God permanently disqualify sinners from ministry? David's testimony is sure to give you hope and noost for faith in the power, love, and grace of God through Jesus Christ.❤️ SHOW YOUR SUPPORT - LINKS BELOW...➡️ Email me: https://www.karlgessler.com/contact➡️ DONATE ➡️  Join our team!https://www.givesendgo.com/karlgesslerfamilybandhttps://www.patreon.com/karlgesslerhttps://cash.app/$KarlgesslerSocial Media➡️Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100089357625739➡️Telegram - https://t.me/FaithoftheFathers➡️Truth Social - https://truthsocial.com/@UCLOvq6O4aIXLrkKxwXkq3uA#Bibleteaching #deliveranceministry #demons #Christianity #DiscipleshipSupport the show

In this episode of Crazy Wisdom, Stewart Alsop talks with Paul Spencer about the intersection of AI and astrology, the balance of fate and free will, and how embodiment shapes human experience in time and space. They explore cultural shifts since 2020, the fading influence of institutions, the “patchwork age” of decentralized communities, and the contrasts between solar punk and cyberpunk visions for the future. Paul shares his perspective on America's evolving role, the symbolism of the Aquarian Age, and why philosophical, creative, and practical adaptability will be essential in the years ahead. You can connect with Paul and explore more of his work and writings at zeitvillemedia.substack.com, or find him as @ZeitvilleMedia on Twitter and You Tube.Check out this GPT we trained on the conversationTimestamps00:00 Stewart Alsop and Paul Spencer open with a discussion on AI and astrology, exploring fate versus free will and how human embodiment shapes the way we move through time and space.05:00 Paul contrasts the human timeline, marked by death, with AI's lack of finality, bringing in Brian Johnson's transhumanism and the need for biological embodiment for true AI utility.10:00 They explore how labor, trade, food, and procreation anchor human life, connecting these to the philosophical experience of space and time.15:00 Nietzsche and Bergson's ideas on life force, music, and tactile philosophy are discussed as alternatives to detached Enlightenment thinking.20:00 The conversation shifts to social media's manipulation, institutional decay after 2020, and the absence of an “all clear” moment.25:00 They reflect on the chaotic zeitgeist, nostalgia for 2021's openness, and people faking cultural cohesion.30:00 Paul uses Seinfeld as an example of shared codes, contrasting it with post-woke irony and drifting expectations.35:00 Pluto in Aquarius and astrological energies frame a shift from heaviness to a delirious cultural mood.40:00 Emotional UBI and the risks of avoiding emotional work lead into thoughts on America's patchwork future.45:00 They explore homesteading, raw milk as a cultural symbol, and the tension between consumerism and alternative visions like solar punk and cyberpunk.50:00 Paul highlights the need for cross-tribal diplomacy, the reality of the surveillance state, and the Aquarian Age's promise of decentralized solutions.Key InsightsPaul Spencer frames astrology as a way to understand the interplay of fate and free will within the embodied human experience, emphasizing that humans are unique in their awareness of time and mortality, which gives life story and meaning. He argues that AI, while useful for shifting perspectives, lacks “skin in the game” because it has no embodiment or death, and therefore cannot fully grasp or participate in the human condition unless integrated into biological or cybernetic systems. The conversation contrasts human perception of space and time, drawing from philosophers like Nietzsche and Bergson who sought to return philosophy to the body through music, dance, and tactile experiences, challenging abstract, purely cerebral approaches.Post-2020 culture is described as a “patchwork age” without a cohesive zeitgeist, where people often “fake it” through thin veneers of social codes. This shift, combined with Pluto's move into Aquarius, has replaced the heaviness of previous years with a chaotic, often giddy nihilism.America is seen as the primary arena for the patchwork age due to its pioneering, experimental spirit, with regional entrepreneurship and cultural biodiversity offering potential for renewal, even as nostalgia for past unity and imperial confidence lingers.Tensions between “solar punk” and “cyberpunk” visions highlight the need for cross-tribal diplomacy—connecting environmentalist, primitivist, and high-tech decentralist communities—because no single approach will be sufficient to navigate accelerating change. The Aquarian Age, following the Piscean Age in the procession of the equinoxes, signals a movement from centralized, hypnotic mass programming toward decentralized, engineering-focused solutions, where individuals must focus on building beauty and resilience in their own worlds rather than being consumed by “they” narratives.

Only a person who is willfully blind could deny that miracles happen today. They didn't end at the shore of the Red Sea. Malachi 3:6 says, “I the Lord do not change.” From this, we can logically see that the Bible's powerful and majestic miracles didn't stop in the first century. They're still happening. God didn't suspend the love He dispenses in the form of miracles. Taylor McCaffrey was an alcoholic as a teenager. He was also a preacher's kid, and these combined to weigh him down with guilt. From the age of 16, he drank heavily, but God didn't leave him there. He says, “On my 21st birthday, I'd been drinking about eight hours straight and simply heard the voice of the Holy Spirit inside me say, ‘Either do what I've called you to or I will not continue wrestling you.'”It sounded so stern. However, so loving, “I was instantly sober.” And that was several years ago. Today, Taylor is still sober. There are also countless examples of what we might call ‘corporate' miracles—those that bless whole communities. At Christmas time of 2004, a group of 400 believers wanted to hold a Christmas service. The local authorities, though, told them that they could not do that in the city of Meulaboh in North Sumatra. The 400 decided to hold their service in a remote mountain region, and they stayed overnight. Early next morning, an earthquake and resulting tsunami flattened their city, but they were safe in the higher elevations. Had they opted not to worship Jesus during their holiday, they would have perished. The fact is, our world is miracle-heavy. They happen all the time. Miracles happen to ordinary people and to whole nations every day. This is one of the clearest evidences of the power and the majesty of the living God. We can choose to be witnesses for Him by pointing out to everyone we come in contact with that though our world has problems, God is still working in a mighty way.Let's pray. Father God, thank you. The example of miracles. They give us strength in our faith and a boost to our days. We're forever grateful to you for routinely doing things that some say cannot happen. In Jesus' name, amen. Change your shirt, and you can change the world! Save 15% Off your entire purchase of faith-based apparel + gifts at Kerusso.com with code KDD15.

Organizational leaders and managers understand the responsibility of every true disciple of Jesus to live the faith not just profess it. They understand that the populist paradigm of Christianity is confused about this truth. These leaders and managers recognize their responsibility to live soundly consistent with profound truth. And they recognize their responsibility to disciple their stakeholders according to this truth. As the stakeholders live the Christian faith well, they will work as Jesus did to produce an excellent value proposition that reflects Christian values and principles with integrity. And the fruit of faithfulness to truth will be a lifestyle of redemption that will be a positive testimony for Jesus and the good news of the kingdom of God.

Based on his book, Renaissance, Os Guinness calls the current generation the “crunch generation” because the many challenges facing today’s world are converging quickly and need resolution. He asks Christians to pay “focused attention” to listening to non-believers around them in order to connect. Os advises believers to think deeply for themselves when it comes to loving God with their minds. When witnessing, they must ask questions to those questioning Christianity, rather than making statements, allowing the non-believer to think and come to their own discovery of salvation in Jesus. Taylor to discuss all this and more. Dr. Matthew D. Taylor is a leading scholar and practitioner in interfaith dialogue and a fierce advocate for pluralism in American society who holds a Ph.D. in Theological and Religious Studies with a focus on comparative religion and modern radical movements within both Christianity and Islam. He currently serves at the Institute for Islamic, Christian, and Jewish Studies in Baltimore, where he works to dismantle antisemitism, Islamophobia, and Christian nationalism. A political science major at a major university was having coffee with a campus pastor. The pastor knew that the student was wrestling with doubt about the existence of God and said to him, “John, you know all of us wonder at some point if it's all real or not. For example, there are quite a few stories in the Bible that are just hard to believe. Jonah and the whale and all that.” John smiled and said, “No, that's not my problem. What I wonder about is how God could care about me. I've done some really bad things and have had some really bad things done to me. I just can't understand the concept of forgiveness.”There you have it. Doubts about the faith come from all directions. While one person cannot bring herself to believe in miracles, another cannot forgive himself for the wrong things he's done, and can't fathom how God could. Thomas Jefferson actually cut out the miraculous sections of the Bible. He couldn't believe in what some would call the God of the Bible. Francis Crick, the co-discoverer of DNA, thought that Christianity was just a collection of mythical stories. And what about those who want to see the proof, they like evidence and feel a need to make an intellectual case for our faith. The New Testament writer Luke was like that. He wrote in Acts and the Gospel of Luke about the importance of eyewitness sightings of Jesus and His miracles. Lots of people debate whether evolution and religion are compatible or not. And this is a big stumbling block to believe for many. We all believe something, but our minds can struggle at times to grasp the big stuff, the infinite universe. While for others who doubt, the struggle is more internal. They're so grieved by their own sin, they can't accept that God could love them.Maybe the most famous verse in the Bible is John 3:16, which says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” However, few quote the next verse which says, “For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” It isn't God's wish to condemn you. Instead, He loves you and wants to give you assurance that life is more than struggle and molecules. Whether you're looking for evidence to believe the Bible or you just need to know that God loves you, try not to focus too much on your objections. Own them, but just tell God as a child would, that you're struggling to understand it all. Will you pray with me? Father, your grace saves us from a life of struggle with sin, and we are accepted by you. Thank you for putting up with our up-and-down faith. In Jesus' name, amen. Change your shirt, and you can change the world! Today, we break down the pain-free-birth movement and explore its theological roots. Can women truly experience a pain-free birth? Where did this concept originate, and why is it so controversial? In this episode, we dissect the claims made in the book "Supernatural Childbirth" by Jackie Mize. Mize encourages women to believe that with enough faith, they can overcome fear and pain, commanding their bodies to obey their faith declarations. For these final weeks of summer we wanted to transport you away from the doom and gloom of the daily news with a trio of stories produced by our friends at the public radio documentary-maker, Radio Diaries. The series is called “Making Waves” and it profiles three people who pushed the boundaries of radio: one to warn, one to rile, one to preach. This week's focus is the preacher. In 1934, the Washington Post called Elder Lightfoot Solomon Michaux the “best known colored man in America.” His Sunday services were broadcast to over 25 million listeners on CBS radio. Black America saw Michaux as a leader for racial harmony and progress. But during the civil rights movement, his reputation took an unlikely turn. On the Media is supported by listeners like you.
