Dr. Kendrah Underwood is a Global Education Consultant and the founder of Level Up Education Consultancy. Her education philosophy is grounded in the 6 E's—Equity and Excellence in Education for Every Child, Every Chance, Every Day. Her inspiration to start her own education business stemmed from a deep passion for equity in education and a desire to make a broader impact beyond the walls of a single institution. Throughout her career in education leadership, she consistently encountered systemic challenges—gaps in resources, disparities in student outcomes, and the need for more effective teacher support. These experiences fueled her determination to create solutions that could address these issues on a larger scale. Dr. Underwood has a certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School and an Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University. She holds a BA in Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in Africana Studies from Agnes Scott College, two MBAs, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Development from Grand Canyon University. Her dissertation, titled "A Descriptive Phenomenological Reflective Study of Black Women who are First-Generation Doctorates," explored the theme of belongingness. Dr. Underwood boasts a distinguished track record of achieving impressive student outcomes. Her extensive experience spans teaching and administrative roles across elementary, middle, and high schools in diverse settings, including inner-city, urban, and suburban neighborhoods. Her portfolio includes supervising, coaching, and training principals, as well as managing all facets of school-related operations in elementary, K-8, middle, high, virtual, and early college school environments. She has worked in schools across inner-city, urban, suburban, and rural communities, including both traditional public and charter schools. Dr. Underwood's guiding principle is straightforward: “I prioritize what's best for kids, not what's easiest for adults. She has served in traditional public, private, and charter schools in cities such as Atlanta, Chicago, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Tampa, St. Louis, and Houston. Dr. Underwood also taught college-level courses for four years and has held roles such as principal, assistant principal, grade team leader, content leader, and new teacher mentor. As a 12th-grade advisor, she guided all 23 of her advisees to college acceptance, with two achieving valedictorian and salutatorian honors. In addition to her educational leadership, Dr. Underwood initiated "Bridging the Divide," a community outreach program in partnership with the Chicago Police Department, and created several viral videos showcasing her passion for learning and engagement. Dr. Underwood defines success as the positive impact one can make on others' lives and believes that one's story is not a fortress but a source of fuel.

A portion of this was spent opening a high school division for an expanding charter school. He has just finished his 14th year as a building administrator. Currently the Principal of Whitman-Hanson Regional High School in Whitman, Massachusetts, Chris is also the President-Elect of the Massachusetts State Administrators Association (MSAA).  He is the author of SEEing to Lead, a book that provides strategies for how modern leaders can and must support, engage, and empower their teachers to elevate student success.     Jason P. Dropik (Babaamii-Bines / Eagle Clan) is the School Administrator for the Indian Community School (ics-edu.org), in Franklin, WI, which serves Native students in the metro Milwaukee area. A member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians (BadRiver-nsn.gov), Jason is committed to supporting students, families, staff, and the community both near and far. Having recently completed a two-year term as President of the National Indian Education Association (NIEA.org), he advocated for and spoke on the importance of tribal sovereignty, policy, appropriations, and student support across the country. As a Board Member of NIEA, Jason continues with that work, championing training and providing information for schools and community organizations, while creating visibility and understanding of Indigenous perspectives. He is involved in many organizations throughout the state, doing his best to ensure that Native voices are present in diverse groups. He has served as a Board Member for the Wisconsin Association of Environmental Education (WAEE.org), an Advisory Council Member for the Midwest Environmental Advocates (MidwestAdvocates.org), and many other community organizations. He is a graduate of the Urban Indian American Indian Teacher Training Program from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2004). He holds a Master's Degree in Administrative Leadership from Concordia University (2017), and recently completed his Superintendent's License from UW-Milwaukee (2023).     Jason P. Dropik (Babaamii-Bines / Eagle Clan) is the School Administrator for the Indian Community School (ics-edu.org), in Franklin, WI, which serves Native students in the metro Milwaukee area. A member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians (BadRiver-nsn.gov), Jason is committed to supporting students, families, staff, and the community both near and far. Having recently completed a two-year term as President of the National Indian Education Association (NIEA.org), he advocated for and spoke on the importance of tribal sovereignty, policy, appropriations, and student support across the country. As a Board Member of NIEA, Jason continues with that work, championing training and providing information for schools and community organizations, while creating visibility and understanding of Indigenous perspectives. He is involved in many organizations throughout the state, doing his best to ensure that Native voices are present in diverse groups. He has served as a Board Member for the Wisconsin Association of Environmental Education (WAEE.org), an Advisory Council Member for the Midwest Environmental Advocates (MidwestAdvocates.org), and many other community organizations. He is a graduate of the Urban Indian American Indian Teacher Training Program from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (2004). He holds a Master's Degree in Administrative Leadership from Concordia University (2017), and recently completed his Superintendent's License from UW-Milwaukee (2023). His greatest passion is creating spaces for Native students to develop their identity, take pride in their language and culture, and to celebrate the rich legacy and the promising future of Indigenous communities.     Connie Hamilton has served many roles in over two decades as an educator. She has been an elementary and middle school teacher and instructional coach. As an administrator, Connie held positions as a principal at both the elementary and secondary levels and a central office curriculum leader. Her experience in these positions fueled a passion for supporting high quality instruction.   Dr. Joseph Jones is the Superintendent of Schools in the New Castle County Vocational-Technical School District. Joe is a former high school teacher, assistant principal and principal. As principal, he was named the Delaware Secondary Principal of the Year and during his tenure, Delcastle Technical High School was the first high school to receive the state's Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. Joe received his doctorate from the University of Delaware in educational leadership. He is also an adjunct professor for various universities.    Dr. T.J. Vari is the Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Schools and District Operations in the Appoquinimink School District. T.J. is a former middle school assistant principal and principal and former high school English teacher. His master's degree is in School Leadership and his doctorate is in Innovation and Leadership. This makes keeping track of individual students' progress a challenge. To solve this problem, John and Chris Fiel, co-founders of Wela School Systems developed a digital solution for schools, teachers, and parents to keep track of basic administrative tasks like daily attendance-taking and keeping record of grades, among other things to keep paperwork at bay.  Starting with just three schools upon launch, Wela now serves more than 200 schools on its platform.
