Released orginally in 2020. From a talent standpoint, it's no surprise Frank Ragnow has found success at the highest level. He was a 4-star prospect with offers from some of the best programs in the nation, an All-American and All-SEC performer at Arkansas, and was a first-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. Ragnow is a guy who loves life and is the same person every day. But that doesn't mean his journey to becoming a starting center in the NFL has been easy. During his sophomore year at Arkansas, his mom was diagnosed with cancer. And while she has recovered, the news rocked Ragnow. As a senior, he suffered a season- and college career-ending ankle injury that required surgery. But it was during his junior year when his world shattered: His dad suddenly passed away after a heart attack. And dealing with the grief has understandably been a struggle. Through it all, Ragnow is driven by the desire to compete against the best. Just don't expect him to change who he is.
Nebraska's last unanimous All-American was Prince Amukamara in 2010….which means they've never had an All-American in their B1G era. Hard to believe and not good at all Others that stand out..Rutgers has had one ever (TE Marco Battaglia, 1995)…and none for Maryland since 1974! Paityn Noe has gone from being an injury-plagued freshman to one of the NCAA's most electrifying distance runners, redefining success with speed, resilience, and purpose. After a turbulent freshman year marked by injury and setbacks, Paityn didn't just bounce back, she transformed, clocking a blazing 31:36.91 to break Arkansas' 10,000m record, becoming All-American in the 10,000m and 5,000m outdoors, and finishing 4th at NCAA Outdoors. Her resume reads like a breakout-year checklist: she ran 15:11.27 in the 5000m; 8:47.17 in the 3000m; she finished in 7th place at NCAA Cross Country Nationals; and she earned All-American honors in the 3,000m and 5,000m indoors. But behind the accolades is a story of mindset, discipline, and a radically honest approach to fueling and recovery. Paityn has been candid about how embracing nourishment, faith, and joy became the foundation for her breakthrough. Now, she's on a mission to change how young athletes think about performance.Paityn's discussion is equal parts blueprint and inspiration; an inside look at what it takes to turn adversity into acceleration. In today's conversation, Paityn takes me through her NCAA performances from this indoor and outdoor seasons; her 7th place finishes at the 2024 NCAA XC Championships, handling setbacks/injuries her freshman year, her ambitions for the future, her thoughts on NIKE's Breaking4 project, and so much more.Tap into the Paityn Noe Special. I don't know a thing about F1, but if this movie does for F1 what Days of Thunder did for NASCAR, an entire generation of kids are about to dream about being the next Sonny Hayes. And just like Days of Thunder was Top Gun on Wheels, F1 is Top Gun Maverick on…more expensive wheels! Brad Pitt plays Sonny Hayes - an aging multi series vagabond driver who lives for the thrill of driving and the hope that on the track he can feel God's pleasure upon him. (He didn't say it that way in the movie but that was the gist of it.) As a kid he was coming into Formula 1 when he had a devastating accident. It cost him his future to be the next Senna. He went to drinking spiral, bad marriages, then driving taxis, and then found his way into any racing series that would have him and let him try to tame it. And they all did. Sports cars, NASCAR, Off Road, and now F1. His job in this movie, to get a young hot shot up to speed and save the rag tag racing team they're all there with to save their jobs. It's predictable, it's beautiful, it's fun, and it's fast. In a nutshell: awesome. WHAT A REINVENTION!! Wrong Turn Full Reaction Watch Along: / thereelrejects Visit https://huel.com/rejects to get 15% off your order Now that they've seen the first 6, Roxy Striar & Tara Erickson venture deeper into the Appalachian wilderness for their Wrong Turn 2021 Reaction, Breakdown, and Spoiler-Filled Review — the seventh installment in the long-running franchise, directed by Mike P. Nelson (The Domestics) and written by original series creator Alan B. McElroy (Halloween 4, Spawn). Ditching the inbred cannibals of earlier entries, this reinvention introduces a new threat: a secretive, self-sufficient cult called The Foundation. Charlotte Vega (The Lodgers, Warrior Nun) stars as Jen Shaw, a young woman who sets off on a hiking trip through the Appalachian Trail with her boyfriend Darius (Adain Bradley – The 100, All American) and their close-knit group of friends. What starts as an adventurous detour quickly spirals into a brutal fight for survival when the group encounters a deadly community living off the grid and abiding by ancient, merciless laws. Bill Sage (We Are What We Are, American Psycho) gives a chilling performance as John Venable, the cold-blooded leader of The Foundation. Also featured are Matthew Modine (Stranger Things, Full Metal Jacket) as Jen's father Scott Shaw, who launches a desperate search for his daughter, and Daisy Head (Shadow and Bone, Underworld: Blood Wars) as Edith, a high-ranking cult member. With harrowing traps, underground trials, and twisted moral dilemmas, the film reimagines the Wrong Turn formula with fresh brutality and thought-provoking questions about civilization versus survivalism. Iconic and highly searched scenes include the spiked log ambush, the courtroom execution sequence, and the shocking ending that takes place during the end credits. Join Roxy & Tara as they dig into the blood-soaked reinvention, dissect the film's major deviations from franchise tradition, and debate its place among modern horror reboots. "In life and in marathons, whoever can overcome those challenges the best — it's not about not having challenges, because you are going to have them — it's about responding to them, being resilient, learning from them, inspiring other people, and sharing that with others." Jordan Hasay competed at her first Olympic Trials when she was in high school. After graduating, she attended the University of Oregon, where she became an 18-time All American. She immediately signed with Nike to kick off her professional track career. When Jordan transitioned to marathoning, she had immediate success, debuting at the 2017 Boston Marathon where she finished third and broke the record for the fastest marathon debut by an American woman (2:23). That fall, Jordan raced the Chicago Marathon, where she again finished third, running 2:20:57. Now, life looks a little for Jordan — now Jordan Hogan — and her husband, Ryan. They are the founders of Hogan Performance, and Jordan is finding new joy in this chapter of life as a coach. She's also 35 weeks pregnant with their first child! In this conversation, Jordan talks about pregnancy expectations vs. reality, and about whether or not she hopes to someday return to competing. UFC 317 delivered in a big way with highlight-reel finishes, breakout performances, and a star-making moment for Ilia Topuria — and guest co-host Kevin Iole is on the mic with Matt Serra (while Jim Norton is out) to break it all down. The episode kicks off with featherweight knockout artist Jose Miguel Delgado, fresh off a 26-second finish of Hyder Amil. The Arizona native talks about training with elite teammates at MMA Lab and explains why he's calling his shot for a clash with William Gomis at September's Noche UFC card. Matt and Kevin then react to Topuria's viral knockout of Charles Oliveira and what it means for the future of the lightweight division. Later, undefeated welterweight Jacobe Smith joins the show to break down his submission win over veteran Niko Price — the first of his career. The 29-year-old reflects on his All-American wrestling days at Oklahoma State and how Coach Sayif Saud has helped mold him into a complete mixed martial artist. To close it out, the guys share their biggest takeaways from UFC 317 — including Beneil Dariush's bounce-back win and the record-setting flyweight war between Joshua Van and Brandon Royval before Kevin reflects on officially retiring from writing after an extraordinary 46-year run covering combat sports.

Golden appeared in all 16 games for the Seahawks in 2010, catching 35 receptions and three touchdowns.
