The job comes with all sorts of risks and responsibilities plus exposure to a lot of violence and trauma — whether that's out in a war zone or in the office, where analysts may work on cases involving horrific human rights abuses. All of that can take its toll. CIA Director William Burns has acknowledged the agency needs to do more to “take care” of its officers. You'll hear how stressful and crushing intelligence can be from former intelligence officers who did it and from the CIA's top psychologist and the CIA's new wellbeing chief, about what can be done about it. According to a new article by Seymour Hersh, CIA Director William Burns traveled to Kiev earlier this year to ask Zelensky to stop skimming so much off the top of US aid money. Apparently his top generals were angry that he was skimming more than they were! Meanwhile Congress voted to send $60 billion MORE to the corrupt regime. With the money approved, calls are now going out for Western TROOPS to be sent to Ukraine. Also today: Trump's alleged "hush money" is "election interference"?

[SEGMENT 2-1] Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift Is it just me who doesn't give a crap about these two? I respect them in their crafts, but this fascination with this couple floors me. I feel like I'm watching some Teenie Bop TV show. You can't read a new summary without one of them being in it. I'm waiting for Swift to write songs about Kelce after they break up. When you are treated as an authority on everything because you can sing or catch a football, I lose interest. These are CHILDREN, with ideas that make no sense because they don't live in the real world. Make believe. I don't cheer for the demise of their relationship, but I wouldn't be mad if it happened, except that would dominate the news cycle for a month. Aren't ordinary people interesting? [SEGMENT 2-2] Sacramento Hollywood and the Homeless I think we have the solution to get rid of homelessness and urban blight in CA cities. Either invite Chinese dignitaries or make a Hollywood movie. https://www.breitbart.com/entertainment/2024/02/09/sacramento-takes-heat-for-clearing-out-homeless-for-leonardo-dicaprio-movie-shoot/ The City of Sacramento, California, is taking heat after clearing out all homeless people from a downtown park area ahead of its use for the filming of an upcoming Leonardo DiCaprio movie. The city started clearing out the homeless people living in tents in the park on Thursday after posting “attention to vacate” notices around the park, according to the Sacramento Bee. City officials also placed bright green warning stickers on at least six tents even as the area was still being drenched in the massive rain storms that battered the west coast earlier in the week. The warnings informed homeless people that they had 24 hours to vacate their areas in the park. Officials told the vacating campers that they could be sent to the Roseville Road shelter if they like. However, some homeless people claimed that they were not told that they could relocate to the Roseville Road shelter when officials began posting the notices to vacate. “It's terrible,” said homeless man Anji Baker. “We have nowhere to go. All our clothes and shoes are wet. We have no food.” “We've gotta put everything in the cart,” said Baker, a Sacramento native who became homeless four years ago. “It's gonna be heavy,” he said of the rains. Crystal Sanchez, president of the Sacramento Homeless Union, slammed the city for deposing the homeless just to film a movie. “It is asinine in the midst of an atmospheric storm, against federal laws and protections unhoused people are being moved and placed in greater danger for Hollywood to roll footage in Sacramento,” Sanchez told the paper. “The city permit should have not been issued without appropriately placing individuals in shelter as the city is well aware of the homeless crisis in the area.” The city is justifying the removal of the homeless by citing several ordinances that prohibits storing personal property on “critical infrastructure” and public property. The city also cites restrictions on setting up tents without a city permit. The city reported that the movie will be using several parts of the downtown area and will be filming car chases, gunfights, and even using helicopters for some scenes. “While the simulated elements may resemble real-life situations, the City and Sacramento Film + Media office wants the public to know that they're are part of a controlled production for entertainment purposes only,” Sacramento Film Commissioner Jennifer West said in a public announcement. The nature of the film, being labeled under the code name “BC Project,” has not been released, but it is known that it will star DiCaprio and being directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. [SEGMENT 2-3] Biden influence peddling I won't talk much about Nikki Haley. She's a non-factor. I prefer not to waste my time on insignificant things, or at least look for ways to show how the insignificant fits into the big picture. Haley is a RINO plant. A uniparty minion, and not worth our time. A cautionary tale for Trump in who he promotes. When I think of Haley I remember a post I wrote on James Comey. One of the best pieces, as it connects the dots on him and his relationship with the Clintons and how he ran a protection racket for them. I predicted the demise of Joe Biden. Hunter Biden is in serious trouble, but will be bailed out by Kamala Harris. The House has subpoenaed those involved with the Biden crime family, and the question is, “Will the Republicans go for the jugular?” They have a mountain of evidence against Biden. A report from Special Counsel John Durham last year concluded the FBI had no legitimate reason to open the investigation. Instead, it was used as a pretext for U.S. intelligence agencies and congressional Democrats to hamstring their political opposition with sham investigations and impeachment, effectively nullifying the 2016 election results. President Joe Biden continued to engage in global influence peddling schemes while serving in the Senate and White House. He met with his son's apparent foreign corruption cutouts countless times. Investigators on the House Oversight Committee have discovered more than 20 shell companies that Biden used to funnel upwards of $20 million from foreign oligarchs to the Bidens in exchange for preferential policies. On Tuesday, former Biden family business partner Tony Bobulinski even told lawmakers that President Biden “sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government.” “Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family's business,” Bobulinski said. “He was an enabler, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.” The House Select Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government led by GOP Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan is also investigating the CIA's interference in the 2020 election. A report from the Weaponization Committee last May revealed the CIA's central role in soliciting signatures for the infamous letter signed by former intelligence officials who sought to discredit Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop as “Russian disinformation.” In December, Chairman Jordan sent a letter to CIA Director William Burns demanding to know how many of the letter's signatories were on the agency's payroll. “We understand that former intelligence officials often return to the intelligence community under private contract for their previous agencies,” Jordan wrote. “It is vital to the Committees' oversight to understand whether any of the signatories of the public statement were actively employed by CIA as contractors or consultants at the time they signed the public statement.” https://dailycaller.com/2024/02/13/chinese-firm-hunter-associate-millions-joe-biden-lunch-meeting/ Tony Bobulinski, another former Hunter Biden business partner, expressed a much less forgiving view of the Biden family's business interests in the opening statement he provided to lawmakers as he testified behind closed doors in Washington on Tuesday. “The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or ‘CEFC' – a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate – successfully
U.S. spy chief CIA Director William Burns mentioned China at least seven times in a recent article published in Foreign Affairs, calling China's rise both a geopolitical challenge and a “big long-term threat”. Burns revealed that the CIA "has more than doubled the percentage of its overall budget focused on China over just the last two years" and a China mission center has been set up, making China the only country in the world with its own center under the CIA. How can China safeguard itself against what some perceive as America's "Orwellian surveillance"? What's the implication for the world?

However, Chris spoke with a heroic Trump insider who quietly and boldly provided the incumbent administration with the tools they would need to safely lead our country.Chris calls his book, "a political thriller in three acts" and it quickly moves into detailing the challenges immediately faced by Biden: A deadly pandemic, a plummeting economy, an unresolved 20-year war, and the aftermath of an attack on the Capitol that polarized the country. Following today's fifth release of hostages, Israel now has the list of the sixth group, expected to be released tomorrow. The major question that still stands is what happens on night seven when this truce is set to expire? CIA Director William Burns was in Qatar today, reportedly pushing for an expanded hostage deal that would include men, and potentially IDF soldiers. Plus, USAID Administrator Samantha Power joins to talk about the first US aid delivery to Gaza. And, former President Jimmy Carter makes a rare public appearance to attend a memorial service for his beloved wife Rosalynn, where their daughter Amy shares a letter her father wrote to her mother, in an emotional tribute. Egypt has been coming under “conflicting pressures” as the war in Gaza unfolds, both from Israel, the US, the EU, Hamas, and its public, all while looking at a potential economic crisis at home, leading to a difficult balancing act for Egypt. Despite these pressures, Egypt's role in this conflict has become increasingly pivotal for the US. The recent visit by CIA Director William Burns to Egypt and Congress's “exceptionally fast” confirmation of Washington's new ambassador to Egypt underscore this importance. MSNBC's Jen Psaki Compares Unborn Babies to Broccoli, Lumps of Coal On Sunday’s edition of Inside with Jen Psaki, the former Biden press secretary mocked a Republican strategy session where pollsters suggested the term “pro-life” isn’t helping the GOP, so they suggested the term “pro-baby” instead. This spurred Psaki to compare babies to....broccoli and a lump of coal. And to think it’s terribly dehumanizing to call a biological male “he” and “his.” Apparently, comparing a baby to broccoli and lumps of coal is good, swaggering comedy. Democrats have suggested abortion is about a "choice," not a child. The act of abortion is far more dehumanizing than language. https://twitter.com/i/status/1700914367326269442 - Play Video "The branding isn’t the problem here! The policy is the problem, it is hard to roll out an effective rebrand for a product that customers hate.” … you heard that right. The "product" is saving babies from the Planned Parenthood slaughterhouse. Democrats get piles of money and logistical support from the slaughterhouse operators. Psaki was touting an NBCNews.com story which underlined Psaki was doing the usual DNC messaging. The headline was "Democrats say Republican effort to rebrand 'pro-life' won't persuade voters." This story, based on anonymous Senate Republicans, contained all the Democrat arguments that Psaki made in this segment. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/white-house-confirms-more-than-100b-in-taxpayer-resources-spent-on-ukraine White House confirms more than $100B spent on Ukraine war The White House confirmed the Biden administration has spent more than $100 billion on the war in Ukraine, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital. The information came as a response from the White House’s Office of Management and Budget to Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio and more than 30 Senate Republicans who demanded in January a "full crosscutting" report on security assistance provided to Ukraine. Fox News Digital obtained the OMB letter and spreadsheet responding to Vance more than 7 months later. OMB Director Shalanda Young penned a letter to Vance explaining the security assistance the United States has provided to Ukraine since Feb. 24, 2022. "With bipartisan Congressional support, the United States has provided security, economic, and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine as it continues to fight to defend its sovereignty following Russia’s brutal invasion," Young wrote. "This support has been critical to Ukraine’s success on the battlefield, as well as the ability of its people to endure under harsh conditions." Young stressed that President Biden "has made clear" that the United States "will not waver in our commitment to the Ukrainian people as they fight for their freedom and independence." Young told Vance that Biden administration officials "agree that transparency and accountability are paramount to ensuring American taxpayers can be confident in their assistance in helping the Ukrainians fight for their country against Russia’s aggression." Young provided Vance a "table that details supplemental funding provided in support of Ukraine in addition to current obligation levels, which OMB shared with Congress" in August. The table shows that a total of $101,198,000,000 has been obligated/executed by the Office of Management and Budget. In addition to the $101.2 billion already spent, the spreadsheet appears to outline plans to spend an additional $9.8 billion. The table breaks down the spending from the Department of Defense; Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative; State Department; and other federal agencies providing aid. Earlier this year, the Pentagon requested an additional $6 billion due to an accounting error at the Department of Defense. Vance and Sen. Josh Hawley introduced legislation soon after to prevent such mistakes from being repeated. In addition to the more than $100 billion already spent in Ukraine, the White House last month asked Congress to authorize an additional $24 billion. Biden's request comprises $13 billion for defense and $11 billion for economic and humanitarian aid in Ukraine. https://justthenews.com/accountability/whistleblowers/whistleblower-says-cia-officials-were-paid-change-view-covid Whistleblower says CIA officials were paid to change view that COVID originated in Wuhan lab Most officers on the CIA's COVID Discovery Team concluded that the coronavirus originated from a laboratory in Wuhan, China, but they changed their positions after receiving a monetary incentive, a senior-level CIA agent told Congress. The whistleblower informed Coronavirus Pandemic Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Brad Wenstrup and Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Mike Turner that at the end of the CIA's COVID review, "six of the seven members of the Team believed the intelligence and science were sufficient to make a low confidence assessment that COVID-19 originated from a laboratory in Wuhan, China," the Ohio Republicans wrote in a letter Tuesday to CIA Director William Burns. The team's seventh member, who was the most senior person, was the only person to believe that the virus originated from an animal, the lawmakers also said. "The whistleblower further contends that to come to the eventual public determination of uncertainty, the other six members were given a significant monetary incentive to change their position," the chairmen wrote. The allegations, which stemmed from a "seemingly credible source" require Congress to investigate how the CIA handled its investigation of COVID's origins, according to the lawmakers. The Japan-based USS Ralph Johnson and HMCS Ottawa passed through the strait after drilling with Japanese ships in the East China Sea, near Okinawa, USNI News reported on Friday. “The ships transited through a corridor in the strait that is beyond the territorial sea of any coastal state,” reads the statement. “Ralph Johnson and Ottawa’s bilateral transit through the Taiwan Strait demonstrates the commitment of the United States and our allies and partners to a free and open Indo-Pacific.” During an exercise earlier this week, Ralph Johnson and Ottawa sailed with big deck helicopter carrier JS Izumo and destroyer JS Samidare as part of the trilateral exercise Noble Stingray that included anti-submarine warfare drills. A Canadian Broadcasting Corporation crew aboard Ottawa took footage of a People’s Liberation Army Navy guided-missile destroyer shadowing the formation. “The heavily armed Chinese destroyer, the Luyang, closely followed the convoy of ships in the East China Sea, calling out repeatedly to the Canadians on maritime radio, and coming within just over a kilometer of the allied ships,” reads the CBC report. It’s unclear if Hohhot followed Ralph Johnson and Ottawa during their transit. The last reported U.S. surface ship transit was by U.S. Coast Guard cutter Stratton in June. "This support has been critical to Ukraine’s success on the battlefield, as well as the ability of its people to endure under harsh conditions." Young stressed that President Biden "has made clear" that the United States "will not waver in our commitment to the Ukrainian people as they fight for their freedom and independence." Young told Vance that Biden administration officials "agree that transparency and accountability are paramount to ensuring American taxpayers can be confident in their assistance in helping the Ukrainians fight for their country against Russia’s aggression." As the demand continues to rise for precious minerals, many world powers are scrambling to invest and secure valuable trade agreements with major mineral deposits around the world. China has been leading and winning the race by investing billions of dollars for over 25 years.Major Chinese Investment Abroad For Minerals (Africa)Due to the continually rising demand for precious minerals, many world powers are scrambling to invest and secure valuable trade agreements at major mineral deposit sites around the world. At the forefront of this race, China has been investing billions of dollars into foreign economies, especially on the African continent, to secure the mineral rights to mine Africa's natural resources like lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, graphite, and iron. According to the foreign policy research institute (fpri) “Between 2001 and 2018, China loaned approximately $126 billion to African countries. Between 2001 and 2018, China invested $41 billion in FDI.” These steps taken by China to place itself at the front of the pack in terms of foreign mineral investment has placed them in a unique place of power for the coming years. The need for rare minerals such as cobalt, lithium, manganese, etc… will make their investments, such as the $6 billion cobalt mining contract (see Bloomberg) signed in 2008 with the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) all the more lucrative and very strategic for ChinaChina Holds A Stranglehold On The World's Mineral SupplyChina's position on the mineral world stage will allow them to dominate the EV and lithium-ion battery world now and in the near future. CSIS (Center for Strategic and International Studies) states that “From 2008 to 2018, China exported nearly 408,000 metric tons of rare earths, which amounted to 42.3 percent of all rare earth exports over this period.” The United States pales in comparison, supplying only 9.3 percent of the global total. CSIS also says that “As of 2018, the US still imported 80.5 percent of its rare earths from China.” This shows how dependent the US is on China, so much so that if China were to disrupt global supply chains the United States would be severely hampered.Chinese Dependence Is A National Security RiskThis would be a massive national security risk for the U.S. Being dependent on any one source for the majority of your resources means that someone like China for example could cut off the supply of material which would effectively halt many of our domestic markets. CIA Director William Burns said in congressional testimony. "An adversarial, predatory Chinese leadership poses our biggest geo-political test." Overcoming this “geo-political test” means effectively weaning US markets off Chinese rare earth suppliers and finding our own domestic markets or at the very least diversifying our suppliers. Mineral Availability Could Strain The EV MarketFinding independence from Chinese rare earth minerals will be extremely important in the coming years, especially since certain markets such as the EV (electric vehicle) market will require increasing magnitudes of extra material to continue to function. The IEA's 2021 sustainable development scenario of critical minerals as cited by the WEF (world economic forum) states “80% of battery storage in 2040 would be used in light-duty electric vehicles, and this will require a 40-fold increase in the production of lithium and nickel and more than 20 times as much as copper, graphite, and cobalt compared with 2020 levels.” Any disruptions to the supply chain from China would drastically alter our domestic markets and the WEF even predicts that because batteries account for about “30%-40% of the cost of an EV, and a price surge or supply disruption could make EVs less attr
The United States of America had arguably the top Intelligence community in the world for decades. As we all know, the quality of such units' work comes down to how experienced and formidable the leadership performs and runs their respective departments. There was a time when top-notch and highly-skilled veterans of the field were promoted to run the FBI, CIA and related organizations through their own merits and solid backgrounds. During many of the more recent presidential administrations, positions atop some of the most important national security-entrusted organizations have gone to political patrons who have spent their careers as pencil-pushing bureaucrats. Reflecting that, CIA Director William Burns recently patted himself on the back, saying he was "proud" of the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal at a conference in Aspen. The result has been a continued downward spiral in the quality of our intelligence community while administration big-wigs pat themselves on the back about how woke their recruitment ads and equity programs have been. The London Center for Policy Research takes a deep dive into how we got to this point and what needs to be done to re-solidify our intelligence agencies and restore a high-level of trust in national security in the United States. If you enjoy our Thought to Action videos, please comment and subscribe to our channelAlso, visit our Thought to Action Teespring Store: https://my-store-10084335.creator-spring.com/ Follow the London Center on Twitter: @TheLCPR Thank you for watching; please feel free to comment, share and subscribe. His comments came during a speech at Georgia Tech in Atlanta on Thursday where he also spoke about the ‘political desperation' and military setbacks that Russian President Vladimir Putin is experiencing as his forces suffer worse than expected losses in Ukraine.

On COI #194, Kyle Anzalone breaks down the growing tensions in Eastern Europe. The US is simulating nuclear war with Russia, conducting war games in Latvia, and deploying warships to the Black Sea. Meanwhile, Ukraine is engaging in military build-ups/drills on its borders with Belarus and the separatist Donbas region. NATO head Jens Stoltenberg said Russia building up forces within Russia was unexplained and unprovoked and Biden warned Russia about violating Ukrainian sovereignty. Kyle discusses CIA Director William Burns' recent trip to Russia. Burns confronted Russia over the fictional 'Havana Syndrome.' While Burns' visit to Moscow sparked hope for diplomacy, threatening Russia the fake illness suggests his visit was less than successful. Kyle updates Julian Assane's imprisonment. Assange has been held in a UK maximum security prison for over a year. He has experienced psychological torture from the prison authorities. In today's episode: Russian media is reporting that CIA Director William Burns met with Russia's Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev in Moscow. No other details have been released but reporting on the movements of a CIA Director in real-time would generally be considered a security risk – I want to note that the meeting has apparently already happened.

Joe Biden COWARD IN CHIEFI'm not being hyperbolic when I say: Joe Biden is staring down the barrel of the biggest geopolitical crisis in modern American history. And in this moment of crisis, he's responding with cowardice. He essentially ceded defeat to the Taliban... a sub-human, group of neanderthals who were hiding in caves while Donald Trump was President. Let's get into the developments... ▪️ It was revealed that Biden sent CIA Director William Burns to hold secret negotiations with the Taliban on Monday. We don't know the details of the meeting, but Biden wanted to extend his self-imposed August 31st deadline for American withdrawal from Afghanistan.▪️ Shortly after the above report broke, the Taliban made a public demand that all foreign troops be out of the country by August 31st and that they would now ban Afghans from entering the Kabul airport to leave the country.▪️ In response, Joe Biden basically accepted the Taliban's demand. Biden said, “We are currently on pace to finish by August the 31st" and then warned that staying longer carries a risk of terrorist attacks and conflict with the Taliban. ▪️ Biden's cowardice comes as a leaked State Department cable reveals how many Americans still need to be evacuated from Afghanistan. The numbers reflect up until August 23rd:Total evacuated: 26,58221,533 were AfghansOnly 4,407 were Americans…The Biden administration refuses to give an exact number, but it's been estimated that there were at least 15,000 Americans in Afghanistan. So that means more than 10,000 are still there, stuck behind Taliban lines. The Commander in Chief's most important duty is to protect Americans at all costs. Joe Biden is failing. Joe Biden is clueless. His handlers won't let him take questions from the press. And the media lets him get away with it.Demand the media to hold Biden accountable with real questions.https://tv.gab.com/channel/peterboykin/view/joe-biden-coward-in-chief-613347153197f6cc4a3452bfhttps://www.spreaker.com/user/9922149/joe-biden-the-coward-in-chief#Boykin4CongressPeter R Boykin Peter Boykin For United States Congress https://BoykinForCongress.comhttps://t.me/RealPeterBoykinhttps://t.me/BoykinForCongress

CIA Director William Burns secretly met with Taliban leader Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar in Kabul on Monday, a senior U.S. official confirmed to Fox News. White House press secretary Jen Psaki denied Monday that Americans are stranded in Afghanistan despite national security officials stating Americans aren't able to make it out to Kabul's airport for evacuation.
