What is your biggest challenge right now? Many podcasters recently shared their answers with me. Today, I'll help you overcome your biggest challenge. OVERCOMING YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE I've often heard many podcasts fade away after 7 episodes. The industry has termed it podfading. I thought the number was a bit crazy. Then one day, I realized how true it is. A client was trying to grow her podcast. Her biggest challenge was attracting new listeners. We decided the strategy that would fit best was appearing on other podcasts. Let's get in front of her ideal clients. We opened Apple Podcasts and started searching for podcasts that matched her caregiving niche. As we combed through the podcasts, nearly every other one had only released a few episodes and the last was months or years ago. They had faded away. Podfading is real. THOSE THAT HAVE FADED I did the same exercise with another client. We opened Apple Podcasts and searched "Get Untuck". Here is what we found. Even many of the top recommended podcasts have faded away, though with more episodes. These are listed in order that Apple Podcasts recommended them. Get Unstuck with Murielle Marie. 23 episodes last published 7/24/23. Get Unstuck Today by Paul Salter. 47 episodes last published 7/14/24. How To Get Unstuck with Helen Thomas. 19 episodes last published 5/28/24. Get Unstuck & On Target by Mike O'Neill. 203 episodes last published 2 days ago. Get Unstuck. Move Forward With Your Life by Jason Hopcus. 12 episodes last published 4 days ago. Get Unstuck by Becky Branton-Griemann. 48 episodes last published 4/20/22. Get Unstuck by Mutita Panmook. 245 episodes last published 1 day ago. Get Unstuck: Elite Voices Making An Impact by Maiken Kuhl. 31 episodes last published 12/13/24. Get Unstuck with Michele Lefler. 53 episodes last published 10/17/23. You get the idea that most of them fade away. But you're saying, "Erik, these all have 40 or 50 episodes." The next recommended podcast is Get Unstuck & Go by Rodrigo Labra. 4 episodes published last published 2/14/23. Then there is Unstuck With Me by Barbara Jebet. One episode published 5/7/20. Get Unstuck & Find Clarity by Lysia Nathanya. 2 episodes last published 10/10/19. Get Yourself Unstuck by Andrew Eaton – 3 episodes last published 3/27/20. And it goes on and on. YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGES IS USUALLY ONE OF THESE THREE Most podcasts fade away due to three big challenges. First, the podcast becomes more work than they thought it would be. To overcome this challenge, you need a process in place to consistently produce your show. Next, podcasts fade away because it doesn't grow as fast as they thought it would. You need a system in place to methodically grow your audience. Finally, podcasts fade away because it doesn't generate money as fast as they thought it would. Most lack a strategy to generate revenue with their show. I imagine your biggest challenge has something to do with one of these three. Let's look at the biggest challenge from each of these listeners and see how we can overcome your hurdles. APPEARANCES INTO CASH The most significant challenge I face with podcasts is turning my appearances into cash. While I deeply value the opportunity to share my story and connect with new audiences, I want to better leverage these appearances to generate tangible income, whether through promoting my books, courses, or speaking engagements. Balancing that monetization goal while maintaining authenticity and value for the audience is a priority for me. -Sheldon Thanks for the question, Sheldon. You can maintain your authenticity and value by serving first. Brendon Burchard once said one of the reasons you're not making money is that you don't seek to help first. If you are using your podcast appearance to help listeners first, it is your obligation to offer to help them go even further by working with you. You can only teach so much in an interview. Help them clearly see what is possible. You can even point them in the right direction. Then, offer to help them implement it. Begin by creating a strategy for your interviews. Start with the end in mind. Where do you want to take them? When I'm interviewed, my goal is to get people to a sales video that will sell my program to help people launch their podcast. The video shows people how to walk through the 21 steps to launch. Then, the video offers the course to implement the checklist. During the interview, I help people see how easy it is to launch the podcast. We talk about the benefits of having a podcast. I help listeners envision having their own podcast and growing their significance in their niche. The interview is about inspiration and clarity. At the end of the interview, I invite people to get my podcast launch minicourse at www.podcasttalentcoach.com/launch. They opt in and get on my list. Then they get access to the 21-point checklist and a video that walks them through it. After going through the 5-minute video, they are invited to a call with me to answer their questions. Finally, I ask if they would like help implementing the plan. It's all about having a strategy and begin by serving people first. SHOULD I START My biggest challenge is to decide whether to start a podcast or just groom and promote myself as a guest on existing podcasts. I am leaning toward the latter as I am uniquely prepared to bring help, hope and healing to a huge, constantly-growing, group of pain-filled people. On the other hand, I am tech averse and doubt I have inclination, time, skill, or energy to take on development of an adequate self-conducted podcast. -Dale These are two separate strategies. Appear on other podcasts to get discovered and attract new followers. Have your own podcast to build relationships with your followers. When you have your own podcast, you get to have a conversation with your listeners every week. You get to share your story and let them get to love you. Creating a podcast isn't that difficult. Editing audio is like editing a Word document. Copy, cut, paste, delete. All the same commands. Saving it as an .mp3 is like exporting that Word document as a .pdf. If you can upload a photo to Facebook, you can upload audio to your host. After your podcast is set up, that's about all it takes each week. To get help walking through the process, join my for the free podcast launch workshop. Get the details at http://www.PodcastTalentCoach.com/launchworkshop. FINDING NEW AUDIENCES My biggest challenge is reaching new audiences. -Jeanette I have found the best way to grow my audience is partnering with others. Find people who are speaking to your ideal clients. Then, partner with them to reach more of your ideal clients. I recently had a former client reach out. She saw me speak on a group call about the power of getting interviewed on other shows. She called to say she is ready to relaunch her podcast. On top of that, she is partnering with another expert to launch a joint venture and would like my help. This is the power of partnering with others. You never know who is in the audience. MY BIGGEST CHALLENGE IS MY AGE I am 73, so not a spring chicken by any stretch of the imagination, but dumb as a post when it comes to technology. I would very much like to have my own podcast for my business that I am trying to get off the ground, but tech stuff bites me every time. I already have people interested in what I do, and I have had offers to be an affiliate, but I don't know how to set that up on my WordPress site. -Marilyn Start slowly, Marilyn. If you already have others interested in what you offer, sell it before you build it. If you can get 10 or 12 people to invest in a $500 course you teach live over 6 weeks, you can make a quick $5,000. This is what I did. I found multiple people who wanted to grow their audience. During conversations with each of them, I offered to teach them how in a 6-week course. They each paid me $500 before it even started. I recorded the entire program. That became my course. The $5,000 funded my other projects to find more clients. As I mentioned with Dale, the tech isn't that difficult. Plus, you can also find people to help you produce the show once you begin generating revenue with the course you just built. You don't need to build a big affiliate program on your Wordpress site until you have something that sells. Just get started. GETTING GUESTS My biggest challenge right now is getting consistent guests in my niche. -Greg Getting guests typically isn't very difficult. The biggest challenge is asking often. Not every invite will accept your invitation. Just keep asking. When you land a guest, ask them for referrals. If they have guest ideas for you, ask them to send an introductory email. The best chance of getting a guest is finding someone who has something to promote. That could be a book, program, organization or a variety of other things. Reach out to potential guests on a regular basis. Put it on your calendar and do it often. You'll find success. PARTNERS My biggest trouble is connecting with other podcasters to grow my podcast. As you know, many podcasts podfade and I'm finding that to be very true. Many of the podcast I'd love to connect with when I look them up have stopped producing months ago. I would like help in finding the best podcasts I can connect with. -Edwin Don't limit your options to only experts in your niche. Find anyone who speaks to your ideal clients. One of my clients is an accountant. His ideal clients are entrepreneurs. When he looks for partners, he isn't only looking for other accountants or even experts in the financial space. He is finding partners by looking for experts speaking to entrepreneurs. I could be a partner for him, because my audience if full of entrepreneurs. This client could partner with funnel experts, mindset coaches, social media marketing pros, or a variety of other influencers. Don't limit your scope. Find people speaking to your ideal clients. When you find a great partner, ask for referrals. Get them to introduce you to others. Once you get the wheel turning, you'll gain momentum. Have fun with it. YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE I would love to help you with your biggest challenge. Email your question or biggest challenge to coach@podcasttalentcoach.com. You can also get an hour of my coaching to build your podcast strategy. You can apply for that call at www.podcasttalentcoach.com/apply.

Tonight's show is titled: "Boredom: A Path to Mindfulness and Innovation.” When you are super busy, you don't have time to let your mind wander and solve problems. You just don't have capacity. The same can be said when you are holding on for dear life in Survival Mode. Having REGULAR downtime to dream, think and create is just what the doctor ordered, especially if you are stuck. Think about it: what WAS Sir Isaac Newton doing while sitting under that apple tree? He was bored, and an apple dropped right on his head. VIOLA! Gravity was discovered! Adam Rick and I will be covering this and a whole lot more on tonight's show. We must discuss the results of the Halloween on Main Chili Contest in Dousman, WI. Who won? Who lost? What lessons were learned along the way? OF COURSE, we'll be THE BEST damn boring Livestream on YouTube you have ever seen. ANT Live starts at 7:30 PM Central on the Small Scale Life YouTube Channel on Monday. For links and show notes, head over to https://smallscalelife.com. Special Guest: Adam Rick.
This is part 4 of the series How To Get Unstuck. A distress signal is an urgent appeal for help. When used for ships, we call it an SOS. When we move into our personal pain, cry for help, and trust the Lord is with us, we move from suffering to surrender. This SOS is the place between where you are and where you want to be-- the Sea of Suffering turned Sea of Surrender (SOS). In today's episode, I show you what to do with your emotions, including six habits to cultivate in your emotional life.Join me for three days of LIVE coaching (1 hour each day) and leave with a plan of How To Stop Being Disappointed In Your Marriage & Igntite Joy. If you feel stuck anywhere in your life, whether it's as a parent, at work, or with your fitness, today's episode is for you. This tends to happen to people I meet through my work as a coach. They're smart, driven, creative, passionate people who want more for their lives, and they don't know where to turn in getting unstuck. Discover how to get unstuck when you don't know how to bring more passion and empowerment to your life. I'm showing you how your brain is keeping you stuck, not the circumstances of your life, and most importantly, I'm showing you how to break free from the cycle of feeling stuck so you can create what you really want and start moving forward. Do you ever feel like your mind is overflowing with negative thoughts as a caregiver? Well, mine certainly was this past week. I was buried under the weight of concerns about my appearance, and with Denis' oncology visit, my anxiety was through the roof. I was stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts, so I began to question their utility. Are they really helping us or just adding to our emotional burden?Through this journey of navigating negativity, I stumbled upon the intriguing concept of Reticular Activating System (RAS), our brain's very own filter for information. It's a little like a lint filter that sometimes gets clogged with all the negativity. I learned how to recognize when my RAS filter is overloaded and how clearing it can help manage my mental health. This journey doesn't have to be undertaken alone. Together, we can learn to retrain our RAS and flip our negative thoughts. I discovered that with a few brain games and some practical strategies, I could restore a positive mental and emotional state. I began setting reminders with positive affirmations, getting myself into motion, and finding my caregiver community. This not only helped me to regain control over my thoughts but also improved my overall wellbeing. And guess what? You can do it too. Let's embark on this journey together to understand and reprogram our mind filter. Support the showThank you for listening. And then be willing to do the work to rewrite those old stories so that your past doesn't create your present, as well as your future.”“At any time, you can just say, I don't really like the direction my life is going, I think I'll change it, you can do that at any time.”“Who cares what other people say, just do you, show up and do you?”“So at any point again, you don't have to hit rock bottom. It's about taking control of the things that have happened to you. In today's episode of the Christian Coaching School Podcast, Dr. Leelo Bush unveils the true condition of being stuck, offers questions to help you uncover why you're feeling stuck, and shares the most effective ways to get unstuck. [02:07] Introduction [03:12] The True Condition of Feeling Stuck [06:44] The First Step to Getting Unstuck [09:41] Reasons Why Your Clients Are Feeling Stuck [13:48] My Top Five Coaching Questions to Getting Unstuck [16:28] Bible Verses For Overcoming Fear [18:49] Parting Thoughts The Real Condition of Feeling Stuck What is being stuck and how can it happen? When it comes to being stuck, here's something that you might not have considered. First, all of us will feel stuck on something at one point or another. The truth is, though, that someone is never actually stuck. Yes, you might be feeling impatient or frustrated, but being stuck is not a real thing. As soon as you say to yourself that you are stuck, that's precisely how you'll feel. So be careful what you allow yourself to think and what you say to yourself. Feeling stuck comes from a gap in time when not much is going on. We begin to feel anxious when we think that things should be otherwise. So when you get down to it, being stuck is just a thought in our brain. It's the way we have chosen to perceive this period of our lives. Once we recognize this, we can manage our thoughts and reconsider what we're making this mean so that we struggle less. The First Step to Getting Unstuck One of the times that we may feel the most stuck is when we're waiting for an answer from God, or a sign on the direction we're supposed to take. We'll wait for everything to be just perfect and pray for God to give us a sign. Unfortunately, God has His own timing and it may not be the same as ours. The more impatient we get, the longer it seems to take, as though God were stretching us. Remember, God orders the steps of the righteous. If we are here, it's because we're supposed to be here. We can't control what life brings; only God can do that. So when we acknowledge that we can't control our lives, we gain more peace, and that's an important part of becoming or remaining unstuck. On episode 58 of Outside The Studio: The Science Behind Getting Stuck and How To Get Unstuck with Britt Frank If you call yourself lazy or undisciplined every time you get stuck, you're not alone. The good news is that getting stuck is not usually a mindset issue or character defect. There is a science behind why we get stuck and that's what Britt Frank and Tessa discuss throughout this episode. They chat about why asking why you're stuck keeps you stuck, the life you will unlock if you are willing to deal with the uncomfortable, and habits you can build to regularly get unstuck. Britt Frank MSW, LSCSW, SEP, is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Trauma Specialist. She is the author of the book The Science of Stuck. Timestamps (00:30) Who is Britt Frank? (02:02) Is being stuck a form of laziness? (04:01) Why do we get stuck? (11:58) Recovering from drug addiction. ( 17:49) Freeing yourself from 'why' questions (why am I doing what I'm doing?) (23:35) How do you know how traumatized you are? (Finding perspective vs. making comparisons) (28:00) Taking control of your choices to create the life you want (29:58) Daily habits and rituals to get unstuck. (34:11) Mental health is a commitment to reality, at all costs (and other helpful reminders) (37:51) The science of stuck (39:47) How to connect with Britt Frank 5 Key Takeaways 1. When we get stuck, the first thing we tend to do is blame ourselves. However, there is a science behind why we get stuck. Being stuck is not a character defect. Understanding the science behind stuck can destigmatize it. 2. We often get stuck because we lack enough information about our brains work. We're not trained to deal with the thoughts that society deems as shameful. Give yourself permission to heal 3. All change, even good change is threatening to our brain 4. When you get stuck, don't let 'why' questions be your first questions. 'Why' questions will keep you stuck. Instead of asking why - ask what you're willing to do about your situation 5. We have to be honest with ourselves about the benefits of our choices, even choices that seem like they have no benefits (eg: drug abuse). Name things as they are so you can change them Links The Science of Stuck: Breaking Through Inertia to Find Your Path Forward by Britt Frank: https://www.amazon.com/Science-Stuck-Breaking-Through-Inertia-ebook/dp/B097B3BHL6 Connect With Britt Frank, MSW, LSCSW, SEP: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brittfrank/?hl=en Science of Stuck: https://www.scienceofstuck.com/ Connect With Tessa Tovar: Website: https://tessatovar.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tessamarietovar/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tessa-tovar-baa27613 Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/TBenedicktus

Waiting until things get really BAD to make a change! It's when we've outgrown a situation, but stick it out anyway until the PAIN becomes too much to bear. It doesn't have to be that way!
When we grasp onto the THOUGHTS: I don't know. I don't know what to do. I don't know what I want. I don't know how. I don't know the answer! We spend our time overthinking and indulging in CONFUSION instead of actually gaining the clarity we crave. Watch today's video to learn what to do right now!
Evolving our results means evolving our THOUGHTS about WHO we are and what we deserve. It is the only solution to rising up from the BS we CLAIM that we're fed up with.

Without you, this program wouldn't exist! And, now for the featured episodes. Quotables from each episode: In episode 115, we talked with Kris Reece about How To Train Your Brain to Trust God. The 8 of Swords appears when we WANT to do something, but sh*t keeps getting in our way. Pastor Chad, Pastor Matt, and Pastor Chris all sit down to talk about last week's sermon, "How To Get Unstuck." In this conversation, we look more into what stops us from sharing our faith and effective ways to make meaningful relationships with others.
Today I have Todd Herman on the show, and I am thrilled he’s here! He wrote a book called “The Alter Ego Affect.” that I really enjoyed reading. In fact, he actually reads the book himself on the audiobook, which I love because it makes it more real. So, if you get a chance, you should definitely listen to it. Now let’s get right to it and learn a few things from Todd. Why Your Alter Ego Matters I started a peak performance training and coaching company back in 1997 right after I got done playing college football. At the time, I was really young. My strength when I played sports was my mental game. I learned all about mindset when I was in high school and learned how to get to a zone state to help with my anger issues. Now I coach athletics and Olympians and help them learn to control their mental state, especially when they’re on the field or getting ready to compete. When I started working with top quality athletes, they would say they had a different identity they would step into when they stepped onto the field. Working in many different sports, I took things I learned from each to help other athletes. I realized alter egos was a theme. It didn't matter who I talked to. There is a process to it. With sports, there is a theme and an end goal. With business, there are so many different ways to go about achieving your goals that it causes friction for entrepreneurs. There are so many hats that you’ll wear, and all those things will create friction because you’re not always good at everything. Being able to shift our identity is a huge fast track to get through the start-up stage. How To Get Unstuck There is a difference between people who start a franchise and someone who starts their own, especially between people who start a franchise and start their own business from scratch. People are much likely to succeed if they start a franchise than those who start their own business. Because the entrepreneur is building the product and business at the same time, and it’s not easy to do it all. A meta-model says when we have a model that we’re working inside or a vision we have. It helps achieve something quicker. Use someone that you would like to be showing up as to be your model. It’ll help give you fire and drive to move forward and get through difficult things. Create a model within your own mind to help you show up. The power of an alter-ego is taking a preexisting idea and showing up to represent that. It’s not you being fake. There is no you because there are multiple versions of you. We play many roles in life. When you’re an entrepreneur, there are many different versions of you as you grow a business. Ask yourself who you’ve met or connected with that is amazing like that and show up just like they do. So many people identify their skills as themselves, and that’s just not true. An alter-ego allows you to show up as different types of people for different aspects of your life. How To Take Action and Embrace Your Alter-Ego I don’t care about your beliefs; they aren’t your truths. I want you to commit to 30 days. Do the thing you’re struggling with every day. Do it in private, so you can practice and get better at whatever it is. When you do it again and again, you’re going to improve as you go. The lowest barrier that I can get you to start with will help you get momentum. Momentum creates confidence, and confidence creates certainty. If you’re just starting out, just commit to taking action and practice. Have a model in mind of people that are really good at the thing you’re practicing. It’ll help you play around with different sides of your personality so you can find a grove. Mental toughness is your ability to be flexible and adaptable, no matter your circumstances. You’ll just need to find a strategy to get there when things don’t go the way you’ve planned. Expectations can be healthy. Always keep in mind that if there is a bad in something, there is also good. My expectation is to the process, and not the outcome. I expect myself to show up and believe I’ll do my best. They are all things that I can control. Note From Scott: Nowadays, it’s so easy to compare people, especially on social media. It can be hard to see other people who are successful and wonder how you’ll ever get there. Many people will show up on video or a blog post in fear of judgment or not good enough. What advice do you have someone who might be struggling with this? Avoid The Path of Least Resistance Welcome to the club. It’s a heavy load to worry about what people are going to think about you. The reason you want to do something is that you like it. However, when you start, you’ll realize the difference of great work. Also, what you’ve done is discouraging. This is part of the process. The difficult parts of the process are there to help separate people who have the true desire to go after it from those who don’t. The beautiful part about it is if you’re only looking for the easy path in life, you’ll find resistance. The value is in the journey and the valley of difficulty. Human beings don't care about my story. Don’t worry about what other people think. If your intention is pure and you’re just working to improve, that is all that matters. People who just keep doing, do the reps, and move forward will be hard to beat. The discipline will win the day. You have to keep going even if you don’t see the results right away. Because the brain is 70% visual cortex, it needs a model or framework. Shove all your content through that framework. I want you to learn how to paint by numbers first, so put in the reps so you can break the frame later because you have the skills to do it. Always focus on one target market and stay focused on it. Don’t get sidetracked. Put a box around it to help keep you focused. A rule of thumb is to start where you are. The moment you name who your target market is, other people will come. You might think that naming who you work with will eliminate everyone else. Instead, it’ll invite other people who aren’t in your target group. This happens because human beings don’t like being excluded. Boxes will help you stay focused, so don’t get overwhelmed. You need to learn to paint your boarder and stay within your sandbox. Think about what the number one skill is that it will help make the largest improvements in the outcomes that are important to you. It’ll help keep you on track to achieve something. It’s important to focus on doing what you love. Yes, you do need to make money, but you’ll get the best results if you look at it about playing and learning and building up your skillset. You’ll learn faster because playfulness is key to help you. Final Note From Scott I wasn’t kidding when I said that Todd is an awesome guy. I consider him a good friend and loved having him on the show. He is someone worth having in your diet of consumption. He will help impact you in the right way, so go grab his book, “The Alter Ego Affect.” Now, take some time to think about what you’ve learned today and how you can apply it to your own life. Are you feeling stuck in your business? Maybe like it’s not quite IT, but your hands feel tied about what to do about it? Let’s talk about feeling stuck, understanding why you feel stuck and what to do about it on today’s show. Welcome to show 139, and I promise it’s going to be a great show and give you some ideas, tools and a journey you can take to move yourself closer to what you want out of life. If you want to discuss further one on one coaching, go to JackieUlmer.com/contact And complete the form, letting me know what you are looking for. I’ll get back with you on my one on one coaching programs. And, if you want to “do it yourself” with the nuts and bolts of online offline Direct Sales, my inner circle coaching is for you. http://JackieUlmer.com/coach Show notes - http://JackieUlmer.com/139 Understanding Why You Are Stuck and How To Get Unstuck Since I started sharing my recent journey of change, I have talked and coached with at least a dozen people who are feeling stuck and unhappy for one reason or another. So, here is my disclaimer - if you are listening and we had a phone conversation, a coaching session or an email exchange about this, I am NOT talking about you and your story. And, at the same time, know this - you are not alone. How this often shows up is - Business stops growing. You procrastinate. You believe there aren’t any motivated people any more. You stop sponsoring people. You become indifferent and frustrated. You might even feel hostile about your company. There is a much deeper issue. And, by defaulting to the above statements, you are saying - other people have power over me and I can’t have what I want because they are stronger than me. It seems to be about unmotivated people, but really it’s about your lack of belief….in something. Products, company or management - something. Maybe you feel like you've climbed the ladder of success and found that it was leaned against the wrong wall. I've been there. Built with that turned out to be the wrong company. But, there are no mistakes. There really aren’t. We are all on a journey, and we don’t know the path when we start. It’s full of starts, stops and twists and turns. The path can feel very painful at times. Money, loss of income, friendships, others counting on us, what will people say and so on - it can be even worse in the network marketing “box” than corporate America. You must slow down to hear the voice of God, which is ALWAYS there, speaking to you. If you can’t quiet your own voice, you won’t hear it. My own story - things kept being placed in my path. Even 3 years ago. Mary Kay PLR content for a blog Companies sending me products to demo. Those things were God, or spirit speaking to me, but I had a challenge getting my ego out of the way so I could hear. What I mean by ego. Passion vs Routine - what might that feel like? Where will life lead me when I have a passion and I follow it? What if you are being guided to serve an audience that needs and wants you? What if you are playing small to remain stuck where you are? What’s the lesson for you in all of it? What’s the cost? What’s the payoff? The cost is in not being truly happy and following your values and passion. The payoff might be not having to get back in the game and build again; of not having to tell your sponsor, or team, or whatever. We never want to do something that creates more of a loss than a gain, but there are perceived payoffs and real costs that must be examined. You are often losing more than you are gaining by staying stuck. More often than fear of failure, we have a fear of success, and so we continue to attract people into our business who are not really interested or ready. When you think about it - we attract that because WE are not truly interested or ready. Question - what action or behavior is leaving you feeling stuck, frustrated and unfulfilled? What do you perceive the payoff to be? What is the cost? These are REALLY heavy questions. Now, what if you chose a different action or behavior - how would that feel? What would that payoff be? And the cost? There is a concept of IT and NOT IT. It experiences align with our joy, our values and passions. NOT IT experiences grate against us, deplete us, frustrate us. So, right now, what is the NOT IT experience for you? What might the IT experience look like? If you find yourself thinking - I don’t know - go deeper. If you DID know, what would that be? These can be tough question to ask, but if you will be honest with yourself, you know the answers. You serve no one, least of all you, by choosing to stay stuck. And, that’s what it is - a choice. I know, I hear it - the paycheck, the company, the team - it’s all still a choice and you know for yourself how to choose it and not it, to best align with where you want to be. No one else is choosing for you. Actions Steps Where are you feeling stuck Why is it NOT IT What would be it What action do you commit to in order to create the change you want What will that feel like?
