Ally Love is a multifaceted woman, pioneering the slash generation by wearing a multitude of hats. She is the CEO of Love Squad, a community organization empowering women; a Peloton instructor, Brooklyn Nets arena host; an inspiring speaker; and an Adidas global ambassador. Ally was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and moved to New York City (NYC) to pursue her dream of becoming a dancer. As a speaker and instructor, she has inspired audiences from major global corporations, including Google, JP Morgan, Amazon, Salesforce, and more. Ally has been featured in Vogue and the New York Times, has appeared on Good Morning America, and was a co-host at U.S. Open live show in 2022.Curiosity and hunger are what drove Ally Love—curiosity of what's next and the hunger of “I want to get to the point where I deserve to be.” She fought for her life from a young age. Her ambition to achieve more, combined with the desire to become a dancer, led her to move to NYC. She received a scholarship from Alvin Ailey, the international dance troupe, and graduated from Fordham University at Lincoln Center, NY. She later became a dancer for the New York Knicks, the professional basketball team based in Manhattan. She also performed with top-named artists such as Beyonce and Pitbull. But she still wanted more.In her early days in NYC, Ally remembers that she struggled to make friends and adapt to the fast rhythm of the city. However, she did not step back, and she fought through those emotions. She got a modeling contract with Wilhelmina Models, start making money and friends, and learned to love NYC. Her boyfriend (now husband), Andrew Haynes, encouraged her to tap into her love of reading. Ally admits that Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People and How to Stop Worrying & Start Living are two key books in her life. These books have helped her understand herself and find her purpose in her early days in NYC, as well as recently when she needed to battle a stressful and busy year flying between NYC, where her full-time job is, and London, where she was recording a show for Netflix. One of the core principles she has grown to believe is that we must be comfortable being uncomfortable. Her mom offered additional advice. “If you're uncomfortable, take a beat. Listen—you're learning something. It doesn't mean run. It doesn't mean change. It doesn't mean leave! So, anyone who's dealing with that fear of what's next, or fear of making a transition . . . take a beat. Stay where you are. Be steadfast.”Ally's high energy, positive attitude, and desire to explore new things earned her a well-rounded knowledge of sports, fashion, public speaking, wellness, and activism. While she admits she's never taken a course in business or leadership, she has learned to manage her team and business through experience, lots of hard work, and by loving her many jobs. Her style of leadership is grounded in understanding how to lead from the inside and grow and achieve goals together. Ally believes leaders should be able to bring out the best in people, figure out who's the best in a specific area, and let them do what they do well. This episode's Thought Leadership Spotlight segment features Liz Haberberger, President of Dale Carnegie Missouri. Liz's enthusiasm and passion aren't easily matched. Her number one rule in life is to have fun. If it's not fun, she's not doing it. She is at her best in front of a group or working to solve a complex business challenge.Join us to learn how to take command of our lives, learn what we are good at,  manage negative thoughts, overcome fear, and— grow and succeed— to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.Learn more about the new Take Command: A Dale Carnegie Book on takecommand.com

ERIC PRIEST Punches People In The Face For A Living | Divij's Den | Ep 26 Eric Priest - An Athlete on the RISE With fists as fast as his knockouts, Korean American professional boxer Eric Priest's record and reputation are generating buzz. “Eric is fast, damn fast,” says Justin Fortune, former heavyweight and strength coach to Manny Pacquiao. “And he can crack—hard. That combined with his mental toughness—this kid's a contender, a real contender.” From a young age, Eric had a formidable coach: his father, a former memeber in the United States Navy Special Operations. Eric was trained and competed extensively from age 10 in a mix of combat sports from boxing to ju jitsu. Upon winning, at the age of 18, the coveted Kansas Golden Gloves title in the elite men's division, Eric's focus turned exclusively to boxing. Following the Golden Gloves win, Justin Fortune sought the young middleweight out and signed on as his main coach. Both Fortune and Priest share a passion for technique, speed and agility. The pairing has proven to be a serendipitous fit. Priest kicked off his professional career in February 2020 with a win by second round knockout. When Priest knocked his second opponent out in less than two minutes (in August 2020), he cemented his status as a calculated pressure fighter. Priest got his third victory in December of 2020, all three wins coming by way of knockout within the first two rounds. Recently, Priest brought home his fourth victory in a dominate performance against a fighter who had never been stopped before. On September 25th, Priest is yet again to face another slick southpaw from the East Coast. This fight is set to take place in South Carolina. THE FUTURE OF BOXING At age 22, Eric Priest is already set to change the face of boxing. Already having signed a multi-year deal with Adidas as an offical athlete and signed with one of the worlds largest modeling agencies Wilhelmina Models. Three wins by knockout, undefeated record, backed by one of the best coaches in the game, a large and growing fan base (online and via broadcast) and a solid education (at the University of Kansas), the proud Korean American is a fresh face that the world will be hearing more about—in and out of the ring. “My dream is to make Korean Americans proud,” Eric says. “As an athlete, my goal is to be a world champion one day and to be a role model for younger generations. I'm on a mission to bring something new to this sport.”Former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has confirmed he will return to the boxing ring in February 2022. Iron Mike, the boxing Hall of Famer who turns 56 next June, is rumoured to be facing YouTuber-turned boxer, Logan Paul. “I am going to have a return fight in February and we are pretty sceptical about the opponent, but it will be a really stimulating opponent,” he said. When asked previously if he would face either Paul brother – Jake or Logan – Tyson suggested that the money would be too good to resist. Yes. Hell, I would fight them. They would fight me. That would make a lot of money. Hundred million dollars, they do anything, they don't mind getting beat up for a hundred million dollars.” However, in the past few months, Tyson has become pretty close with the younger Paul brother, Jake. “My family loves Jake Paul. So f***ing easy (I would knock him out). Yeah, but I never would,” he said on the Full Send Podcast earlier this month. “I would be against my own f***ing family. They love this little white motherf***er. You know what I mean? He has f***ing balls.” Logan Paul's last outing saw him go the distance with all-time great Floyd Mayweather. Paul lasted the eight rounds and came out of the fight with way more credit than many were prepared to give him previously. Tyson fought Roy Jones Jr to a draw after eight rounds in November 2020.

I graduated high school early by doubling up on all of my courses and got admitted to most of the Universities that I was aiming for. I am a student at Rutgers University majoring in neuroscience. Since I was 13 I always wanted to be a model. One mother agency in Moscow offered my mom a contract, but she declined due to our relocation to the US. In NYC, my mom and I went to all of the agency open calls but we were turned down. I never stopped working hard, getting signed to a major modeling agency was my biggest goal. I applied online, emailed, called, went for open calls and all I was getting was rejection. Some agencies made me feel as though I should stop trying, they did not believe in me. About two months ago I got an email from Wilhelmina, and we set an appointment. Now I can proudly say that I am represented by Wilhelmina Models, and I have walked in New York Fashion Week, Los Angeles Fashion Week, and Miami Swim Week. Hard work always pays off. A dramatic pivot from sport to a totally different career is what truly excites me about the potential of athlete transition, and today’s guest on my #MakeYourMark podcast, Dale Moss, has become an impressive entrepreneur, and oh, did I mention, one of the first professional athletes to become a professional model? Hundreds try to sign with world-renowned Wilhelmina Models, and Dale has made the cut!   “The biggest thing I can say to any athlete who is 100 percent into their sport and doesn’t have or has not begun the process of building outside of that, is to start building a team. You have to focus and put extreme effort, mindfulness and consciousness into everything that you’re doing in your profession. It’s not your job to be an expert of all things because if you try to you’ll be a master of none.”    Dale and I had the chance to sit down in between all of the other events during Super Bowl week in Miami and have a chat, and I was truly impressed with his composure, his plan, and his ability for himself and his team balancing his variety of ventures and projects!    “I think we’re in this day and age now that if you can get that brand recognition and reach, but you also understand the marketing and advertising on the other side, and the collaborations, you can do anything. That forms numerous streams of revenue that can all come back into your LLC or whatever enterprise you’re building.”    Dale has been on magazine covers and on TV, but he’s just scratching the surface. Make sure you give this episode a listen to hear so much more about a truly inspiring story of athlete transition!   “I was actually one of the first NFL athletes to sign with Wilhelmina models, which is a big time modeling agency. I knew that this wasn’t the end game, but I could see a shift in the trend coming with fitness, athleticism, and athletes were becoming at the forefront of all things sports, wellness and entertainment. I knew that would be an in to get me in the right circles, the right places, and I knew that it was an advantage being an NFL athlete.”  Some Topics we talk about in this episode:    2:30 - Welcome to Miami, Dale Moss!  3:45 - The start of an athletic mindset in Brandon, South Dakota 4:30 - My uncle Johnny Rogers won the Heisman Trophy 7:35 - If they can do that I can do that 9:00 - I’m doing exactly what I want out of life 10:00 - The transition from the Bears into the next chapter 10:45 - A new perspective of the game  13:00 - I recruited Wilhelmina  13:45 - Remained persistent towards a deal 14:00 - Trail blazing into modelling 15:00 - Nike was the low hanging fruit 15:30 - It’s critical who you align with  16:30 - A vision from Day 1  17:00 - TV Host - production, docu-series  18:30 - Understanding the power of media  19:30 - Michael Strahan is doing it right 20:00 - Advice for athletes  21:00 - Build a team and play to your strengths 23:00 - Financial consciousness created financial freedom  26:00 - Gratitude  27:00 - Coming around full circle  28:30 - Hit your Mark  How to get involved   Be sure to connect with me on Social Media @MarkMoyerCoach and go to my website, www.markmoyer.com to get access to the tips and strategies that my coaching clients get directly.   If you would like to be a guest on the Make Your Mark podcast and/or know someone else who has either been an athlete, in a role within the sports industry, or a military veteran, and have made a successful transition into a new role, I’d love to hear from you! Ciara is an R&B singer-songwriter and dancer best known for her hit single and debut album, ‘Goodies,’ and successful followup ‘Ciara: The Evolution.’ She is married to NFL star Russell Wilson. Synopsis Born on October 25, 1985, in Austin, Texas, Ciara traveled the world as an only child of military parents. After she settled in Atlanta as a teen, she decided on music as a career. Ciara joined a girl group, which did not work out, but she was inspired to hone her songwriting skills, which led to a meeting with Jazze Pha, a prominent Atlanta producer at the time. She was signed to Atlanta's LaFace Records in 2003 and released a 2004 hit single and debut album, both titled Goodies. Early Life Ciara was born Ciara Princess Harris on October 25, 1985, in Austin, Texas. As the only child of Jackie and Carlton Clay Harris, she grew up on U. S. Army bases all over the world, including stops in Nevada, New York, California, Arizona and even Germany. Ciara settled in Atlanta as a teen and after watching pop group Destiny's Child on television, she decided that music was what she wanted to pursue. She wrote poems and stories as a young girl, but Ciara never took her writing seriously until she joined a girl group call Hearsay. Although the group broke up, she saw this as an opportunity to work on her songwriting skills—a smart move, given Atlanta's reputation as a center of urban music talent. She got a publishing deal and met prominent Atlanta producer Jazze Pha, who helped her get a record deal at LaFace Records. Career The single that put Ciara on the map, "Goodies," was co-written by her and produced by popular rapper/producer Lil Jon. The song reached the top of the singles charts in the U. S. and the U.K. The follow-up singles, "1, 2 Step," featuring Missy Elliott, and "Oh," featuring rapper Ludacris, were also successes, both reaching No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. Ciara's debut album, Goodies, was a surprise hit, certified triple platinum (3 million in sales) by the Recording Industry Association of America. The album also garnered the new artist four nominations at the 2005 Grammy Awards. Her second studio album, 2006's Ciara: The Evolution, did well in the United States, reaching No. 1 on the albums chart and reaching platinum status. However, her third album release, 2009's Fantasy Ride, marked a serious downturn in sales, despite its big hit single "Love Sex Magic," featuring superstar JustinTimberlake (and the racy video that accompanied the song). Always known for her agile dancer's body and unique dance moves, Ciara has become a fixture in fashion magazines as well, partly due to her deal with Wilhelmina Models, which foc --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/handradio/support

Under that umbrella she released her next single “BIG”; which reintroduced her fans to a more evolved lyricist and an established brand. In the first half of 2017, Sharaya J dropped her explosive collective entitled “Dope Product – Vol. 1”; showcasing fierce freestyles over tracks from both the past and present. Followed by the release of the single “New Wave” in October. Currently this entertainer, filmmaker, actress and choreographer is working harder than ever as one of the original contestants on Fox Network's hit show The Four. There’s no telling where her talents will take her. http://www.sharayaj.com/
