Author & film-maker, Steve Falconer joins this roundtable to further explore the etheric fabric that shapes Nature, our bodies and life in all dimensions. Central to our discussion will be the Cell Salts of Life and how they connect us with the larger Realm. We'll also touch on the sacred Christos Oil that emanates out of them as the divine 'Milk & Honey' or spirit made flesh. Astrophysiology allows a glimpse of the "as above, so below" principle in real time, while the Alchemical Sciences put it into a more functional light, so we'll use both to examine practical health solutions. Steve is a prolific political commentator and the voice of Spacebusters on Youtube, Bitchute, Odysee and Vigilante.tv. He is also the author of the children's book "The Dukes of Dense", available on all Amazon platforms and a former writer and administrator for Truth Serum News, where he wrote under the pen name Areyou Sure. Before 2015 I kept my head down, stayed in my lane, and did my work of helping people deprogram with blinders on to the outside mess of humanity. I never even knew there was such a thing as a truth or freedom movement. With a somewhat rude awakening between then and 2017 I got a bit of a head start to understand what blew up in our faces across the earth in 2020. Join Steve Falconer and myself to unpack the history of the truth and freedom movement, to talk about what parts may be engineered, what is organic, and where he sees the movement heading in the years to come. Welcome to the Special Bucket List Travel Series of Dr. Mary Travelbest Guide. Patti Christensen from San Diego talks about one of her favorite travel destinations, Copenhagen, Denmark. Copenhagen, like much of Denmark is a city on the water. One of the first things you want to do when you go to Copenhagen is go on one of the sightseeing Canal boat tours with a live guide. You hop on this great open-air boat and slowly experience various city views. Copenhagen combines brand new shiny buildings and historic buildings going back centuries. The boat trip past the multicolored buildings is fantastic, with photo-worthy sites all along the route. And as long as you're in that area, you might join the locals in a dip in the swimming beaches in the harbor. I found the water extremely cold, but the docks and the beaches were full of sun-worshiping people enjoying themselves. There are also so many wonderful and free museums and historic sites to see. Among my favorites is Rosenborg Castle, where you can see the Danish Crown jewels. There are also several other palaces and historic sites. At Amalienborg Palace in downtown Copenhagen, you can watch the changing of the guards every day at noon. It's very similar to that in London but with fewer crowds. Another must-see in Copenhagen is Tivoli Gardens. This was the world's original amusement park; they say that Walt Disney got some inspiration from Tivoli Gardens. It combines beautiful flowers and landscaping, kids see buildings and children shows, and wonderful restaurants. Throughout the summer, great concerts are going on. One must make a trip to Tivoli Garden and eat some beautiful food. One of the things you'll notice in Denmark is everybody rides bikes. if you get a chance, rent a bike and tool around. The city is very flat and very breakable. You'll see whole families riding bikes, kids riding bikes to school, and adults using bikes to commute. You have to ride a bike in Copenhagen. There are many places that have great street food, especially at the Reffen Copenhagen Street Food market. This is the largest street food market in all of the Nordic regions. It includes reasonably priced food from around the world. Copenhagen is definitely a melting pot. The most famous sausage eaten in Denmark is a medisterpolse, spicy and delicious. One more thing that you could really enjoy if you happen to be in Copenhagen in July is the Copenhagen jazz festival. The Danes love their jazz, which goes back to the 1930s and 40s when American jazz artists traveled extensively in Europe. The jazz festival, started in 1979, is a month-long festival at small venues, large concert halls and churches, and really big outdoor stages. Many of the events are free and the music is fantastic. And of course you have to go and at least have a glimpse of the little mermaids statue. This comes from Hans Christian Anderson's fairytale about a mermaid. When you see the little mermaid, you might be surprised at its size. My local cousin said, “Nobody ever called the big mermaid”. But getting your picture taken by the statue is one of the experiences you should have at least once. Thank you, Patti Christensen for that great episode. While geopolitical events deepen the collective hypnosis with flash-bang theater and diversionary breadcrumbs, a breath-taking vista is now coming into the view of many. Alfa cast has always shied from the red-herring news cycles, both alternative and conventional, because if it doesn't "grow corn" in the world we envision, what's the point? Rabbit holes of misdirection and the misguided hope for political solution are there for one reason alone, deferred self-responsibility. We entertain guests from many experiential perspectives to promote adult discourse that transcends the confines of intellectual, or spiritual beliefs founded on varying scriptural or historical interpretations. Steve Falconer rejoins us on this episode for a Part II discussion of the origin of present day societal constructs. This chat will further our appreciation for the complexity, symbology and inversion of ancient truths used to usurp the Life Force of each and every embodied Soul. He is a former Chicago native living in Copenhagen Denmark, a music teacher and full time touring musician. He is a father and researcher into all things hidden, esoteric and out of the ordinary daily experience, with a gift for debunking or demystifying occulted information. Expect Steve's depth of knowledge and knack for sleuthing to be on full display as he connects a myriad of historical dots between a diversity of players comprising the Swiss Nazi Templars, the Jesuits and black nobility and a host of other secretive sects to paint a revealing mosaic from ancient times to the current globalists agenda. show links: / @spacebusters3933 Join Barre & Mike at Music & Sky 2024 - June 20-24th in Mendocino County, CA. For years, I've recognized that the way change happens in organizations is disconnected from the way that executives and senior leaders perceive change to happen. Top down initiatives often fail and employees resist the change, often because the change is done to them, not with them. They can't see themselves reprsented in the story of change. I've been following Jeppe Hansgaard on Linkedin because he's found a mathematical way to identify the 3% of staff who influence the other 90%. The key is informal networks. The change catalysts you need to engage are not the high performers or even the extroverts who dominate meetings. They are often the people no one would ever guess have influence because they have no formal power. They are not at the top of the hierarchy. Did you know if these informal leaders leave, the chance of turnover among the remaining staff rises by 500%? How can you retain these people and reward them for being the glue in the team if you don't even know who they are? Most leaders guess incorrectly when asked to name who owns the influence in the informal networks in their organizations. This mirrors my experience. Listen this episode to hear more stories of the 3 percent rule in context and also learn about the 6 change blockers. We talk about how understanding networks better can help us increase belonging and reduce loneliness and improve diversity. https://twitter.com/JeppeHansgaard LinkedIn Jeppe Vilstrup Hansgaard is the driving force behind Innovisor. While vast swaths of humanity are presently waiting for the other proverbial shoe to drop on any number of socio-economic fronts, we're staying the course with our guests and subject matter that the spell-casters would rather remain occulted. Political drama, pending wars & fake epidemics aside, wouldn't it be more fruitful to understand our authentic origins upon this plane? Perhaps solution lies in what's been hidden, and what if a true historical accounting revealed historical eras in which Mankind actually had its act together? On this Alfacast installment we continue this investigative thread with author & film-maker, Steve Falconer. Steve is a prolific political commentator and the voice of Spacebusters on Youtube, Bitchute, Odysee and Vigilante.tv. He is a father and researcher into all things hidden, esoteric and out of the ordinary daily experience, with a gift for debunking or demystifying occulted information. Expect our typically open-ended roundtable to delve deeply into the history of archons within the Earth Realm. Do they really exist up in the heavens, or are they actually indigenous within a sub-plane of Earth? What do they want with us? We'll traverse the origins of the hidden ancient Irish Finician origins of civilization falsely attributed to Tartaria or Atlantis that have been sanitized by the good folks at the Vatican. Will the Novus Ordo Seclorum or New World Order achieve the ultimate prize of purloining our very Souls, or will we muster up the audacity to just say no? “What is essential is the hosting, is how you meet your guests, like having a dinner party. Either you set up the date, you buy the food and serve it, or you take days in preparing how the flowers are going to be, how the music is going to sound. Seeing that whole little journey of senses and touch points. And that for me is completely the same as staging a production in a theater.” As we celebrate the festivities of the holidays with family and friends, we're in great company with Alexander Kølpin, Founder, Owner and Creative Director of Kølpin Hotels, a collection of 3 bespoke boutique hotels in and near Copenhagen, Denmark, where he choreographs a musicality amongst his team and his guests while the hotels themselves, with their history, artistry and ambiance serve as the perfect backdrop for their experience. Helenekilde Badehotel, a historic gem and Tisvildeleje Strandhotel, a romantic gem, are both nestled along the beautiful Danish coastline in Tisvilde, encompassing a rich history filled with charm and elegance at what were once private residences. Hotel Sanders, an award winning, intimate and bespoke luxury hotel, stands with poise and grace in the historic part of Copenhagen. In this episode, Alexander showcases how his past experience in the performing arts transcended into his passion for staging experiences for his guests, his audience as he sees it, and how each moment of their stay is similar to an act in a show, ending in an anticipatory grand finale. Top Takeaways [1:45] Surrounded by creativity from an early age, Alexander Kølpin became infatuated with dancing ballet over playing ball. Given his natural talent, he studied at the Royal Danish Ballet School which transpired into a storied career as classical ballet dancer, theater director, producer & performer, and film & documentary actor & choreographer. [5:20] How Alexander's past creative experience in the performing arts transferred across different mediums into the musicality of the hospitality experience he provides today. [10:00] Why Alexander approaches the design of his hotels with a “high end yet low key” aesthetic and atmosphere - to pay homage to their original intent as homes, inviting people to come as guests and leave as friends. [12:50] As if writing a ballet, play or movie script, Kølpin Hotels follows a dramaturgical technique when crafting the guest journey following Acts 1, 2 and 3 to build the story. [17:30] Entering Hotel Sanders is like stepping into a theater. Guests will always remain center stage, but the scenography and carefully curated interiors are the elegant and exquisite backdrop for their experience. [21:00] A hidden gem in the historic center of Copenhagen neighboring the Royal Theater and Royal Family's residences, where guests can take a dip in the canal or stroll the neighborhood's cobbled lanes to find countless quality restaurants, contemporary art galleries, museums, and world class shopping. Copenhagen Denmark based Jesper Skibsby was the manager of Danish band “Few Wolves”. Out of the blue he found out that their music was being played on the radio in Poland, but he couldn't find any truthful or accessible data provider that could validate this information for the band. And so the story begins, Jesper found himself questioning the lack of transparency in the music industry and the way they make it difficult for music creators to access their airplay data. As a music entrepreneur, Jesper was motivated to find a proper solution to eliminate this barrier. It was only a matter of time until he got himself immersed in research and key conversations which made him realize a major opportunity that could shake up the music industry. And so, the project we know today as WARM (Worldwide Airtime Radio Monitoring) saw an open door to get started. "What's your mother tongue?" A simple question.. Cansu Karabiyik, our guest this week, replied, "That's a complicated question. I don't really have a national identity anymore."As a Kurdish/Turkish Danish citizen who studied abroad first in America then at Cambridge University in the UK, Cansu is an example that national identity and our relationship with a language may not always be straightforward.Cansu in this episode talks to your host Kuan-wen about how she had to adjust her comedy performing style since moving across the pond from London to New York. Videos: 1. Tucker Carlson: This may have been the greatest crime in history (5:07 to 5:30) 4. Bye Bye Boris Curcumin reduces muscle soreness: Study University of Naples, July 3, 2022 A proprietary curcumin extract can ease post-exercise muscle soreness caused by oxidative stress and inflammation, an Italian study has found. The randomised, placebo-controlled, single-blind pilot trial gave 20 moderately active men 1 g of curcumin twice a day which contained 200 mg of the antioxidant or placebo. Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) was reduced in the curcumin group after all the men had taken part in a strenuous downhill running exercise. The curcumin group reported less pain in the lower limb as compared with subjects in the placebo group, “although significant differences were observed only for the right and left anterior thighs.” Vitamin C related to reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and early death University of Copenhagen (Denmark), July 7, 2022 New research from the University of Copenhagen and Herlev and Gentofte Hospital shows that high vitamin C concentrations in the blood from the intake of fruit and vegetables are associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and early death. New research from the University of Copenhagen shows that the risk of cardiovascular disease and early death falls with a high intake of fruit and vegetables, and that this may be dued to vitamin C. As part of the study, the researchers had access to data about 100,000 Danes and their intake of fruit and vegetables as well as their DNA. "We can see that those with the highest intake of fruit and vegetables have a 15% lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease and a 20% lower risk of early death compared with those who very rarely eat fruit and vegetables. At the same time, we can see that the reduced risk is related to high vitamin C concentrations in the blood from the fruit and vegetables. Mindfulness meditation reduces pain by separating it from the self by University of California - San Diego, July 9, 2022 For centuries, people have been using mindfulness meditation to try to relieve their pain, but neuroscientists have only recently been able to test if and how this actually works. In the latest of these efforts, researchers at University of California San Diego School of Medicine measured the effects of mindfulness on pain perception and brain activity. The study, published in Pain, showed that mindfulness meditation interrupted the communication between brain areas involved in pain sensation and those that produce the sense of self. In the proposed mechanism, pain signals still move from the body to the brain, but the individual does not feel as much ownership over those pain sensations, so their pain and suffering are reduced. You train yourself to experience thoughts and sensations without attaching your ego or sense of self to them, and we're now finally seeing how this plays out in the brain during the experience of acute pain." On the first day of the study, 40 participants had their brains scanned while painful heat was applied to their leg. After experiencing a series of these heat stimuli, participants had to rate their average pain levels during the experiment. Participants were then split into two groups. Members of the mindfulness group completed four separate 20-minute mindfulness training sessions. Researchers found that participants who were actively meditating reported a 32 percent reduction in pain intensity and a 33 percent reduction in pain unpleasantness. When the team analyzed participants' brain activity during the task, they found that mindfulness-induced pain relief was associated with reduced synchronization between the thalamus (a brain area that relays incoming sensory information to the rest of the brain) and parts of the default mode network (a collection of brain areasmost active while a person is mind-wandering or processing their own thoughts and feelings as opposed to the outside world). One of these default mode regions is the precuneus, a brain area involved in fundamental features of self-awareness, and one of the first regions to go offline when a person loses consciousness. Four in 10 pancreatic cancers could be prevented by lifestyle changes Cancer Research UK, July 2, 2022 Almost 40 per cent of pancreatic cancers -- one of the deadliest forms of cancer -- could be avoided in the UK through maintaining a healthy weight and not smoking according to Cancer Research UK, in a call to arms against the disease. While more research is needed to find better ways of diagnosing and treating the disease, there is evidence to suggest that some pancreatic cancers are linked to being overweight and to smoking -- and almost four in 10 could be prevented by lifestyle changes to address this. Doing something is better than doing nothing for most people, study shows University of Virginia and Harvard University, July 3, 2022 Most people are just not comfortable in their own heads, according to a new psychological investigation led by the University of Virginia. The investigation found that most would rather be doing something -- possibly even hurting themselves -- than doing nothing or sitting alone with their thoughts, said the researchers, whose findings will be published in the journal Science. In a series of 11 studies, U.Va. psychologist Timothy Wilson and colleagues at U.Va. and Harvard University found that study participants from a range of ages generally did not enjoy spending even brief periods of time alone in a room with nothing to do but think, ponder or daydream. The participants, by and large, enjoyed much more doing external activities such as listening to music or using a smartphone. Some even preferred to give themselves mild electric shocks than to think. The period of time that Wilson and his colleagues asked participants to be alone with their thoughts ranged from six to 15 minutes. Many of the first studies involved college student participants, most of whom reported that this "thinking period" wasn't very enjoyable and that it was hard to concentrate. So Wilson conducted another study with participants from a broad selection of backgrounds, ranging in age from 18 to 77, and found essentially the same results. "That was surprising -- that even older people did not show any particular fondness for being alone thinking," Wilson said. During several of Wilson's experiments, participants were asked to sit alone in an unadorned room at a laboratory with no cell phone, reading materials or writing implements, and to spend six to 15 minutes -- depending on the study -- entertaining themselves with their thoughts. Afterward, they answered questions about how much they enjoyed the experience and if they had difficulty concentrating, among other questions. Most reported they found it difficult to concentrate and that their minds wandered, though nothing was competing for their attention. On average the participants did not enjoy the experience. A similar result was found in further studies when the participants were allowed to spend time alone with their thoughts in their homes. The researchers took their studies further. Because most people prefer having something to do rather than just thinking, they then asked, "Would they rather do an unpleasant activity than no activity at all?" The results show that many would. Participants were given the same circumstances as most of the previous studies, with the added option of also administering a mild electric shock to themselves by pressing a button. Twelve of 18 men in the study gave themselves at least one electric shock during the study's 15-minute "thinking" period. By comparison, six of 24 females shocked themselves. All of these participants had received a sample of the shock and reported that they would pay to avoid being shocked again. "What is striking," the investigators write, "is that simply being alone with their own thoughts for 15 minutes was apparently so aversive that it drove many participants to self-administer an electric shock that they had earlier said they would pay to avoid." Wilson and his team note that men tend to seek "sensations" more than women, which may explain why 67 percent of men self-administered shocks to the 25 percent of women who did. Post-pandemic diet shifts could avert millions of deaths University of Edinburgh, July 8, 2022 Encouraging people to eat more fruit and vegetables post-pandemic could avert up to 26 million deaths every year by 2060, a study has found. Premature deaths from diseases such as heart disease, stroke and cancer—conditions that are also risk factors for COVID-19 patients—could be prevented by including measures to reduce global meat consumption in recovery plans, researchers say. Reducing the amount of meat eaten globally would also make food more affordable—particularly in low- and middle-income countries—and be better for environment, the analysis shows. The findings suggest post-pandemic plans prioritizing economic recovery above all else would lead to millions more deaths linked to poor diet, be worse for the environment and do less to reduce food costs. A team led by Edinburgh researchers show plans that include dietary shifts toward less meat and more fruit and vegetables could prevent 2600 premature deaths per million people by 2060. With the world's population projected to be more than 10 billion by 2060, this could potentially avert 26 million deaths that year alone, the team says.

More, More…. MOAR! This week we get to have on our good buddy Dan from Moar Guitars, again! Actually it might be more accurate to say that Al was the guest this week. Dan's been on the show a few times and it's always an absolute pleasure so we thought we'd do things a little differently, so Kasper detoured during a trip to Germany and he and Dan sat down in the Moar Guitars workshop, about an hour outside of Copenhagen Denmark, while Al called in from Canada. It's a little bit flipped around this week but that makes for some fun banter! Enjoy! https://instagram.com/moarguitars?utm_medium=copy_link https://moarguitars.com/
I'm so excited to get the chance to introduce you to Susanne, a creative forced to be reckoned with. Susanne has been involved in some aspect of the arts for a long time – as a founder of an arts mentorship organization, coach, and producer. She also has experience organizing and running various festivals. In our conversation, we get deep into topics about spirituality, our souls' journeys, and how we can use our own unique creative powers to get in touch with both. I hope you will join us, and hope you enjoy our discussion as much as I did. KEY TAKEAWAYS What determines us as human beings is how we embrace our difficulties and using them as lessons on how to become better people Taking care of ourselves is being of service to others. We are of this world and aren't separate from it, so what we do for ourselves we do for others. Get your inspiration from wherever you can get it. Make physical space for your curiosity – be intentional about questioning and learning and see what will grow. BEST MOMENTS “I look at it as being a channel of energy. I must perform in the way where I allow myself to be that channel, which means that…I must take care of myself to hold that space for people.” “I don't believe in hierarchy because we are all on that level – on a spiritual level, we are all equal. It's like, we all have the capacity to open our hearts and minds. Of course, there's some training, there's an opening, there's an availability, that you allow yourself to be available for that kind of connection. And there's a training towards yourself.” “The conception we have a death is very limited. And for that reason, I know that I'm not afraid of dying because I know that there's something more to it.” “But I'm also very respectful of everyone's own journey to finding the potential that they have inside of them. Because you can never judge another person's journey in life. So, I can give some instruments I can ask some questions. MSC World Europa and MSC Euribia will become the first LNG-powered vessels to join the MSC Cruises fleet next year representing an investment of €3 billion in Liquified Natutal Gas (LNG) ships with the construction on World Europa II due to commence in early 2023.These ships play an important role in the Company's commitment to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. LNG is by far the cleanest marine fuel currently available at scale and it virtually eliminates local air pollutant emissions like sulphur oxides (99%), nitrogen oxides (85%) and particles (98%). In terms of emissions with a global impact, LNG plays a key role in climate change mitigation and the engines of these two ships have the potential to reduce CO2 emissions by up to 25% compared to standard fuels. In addition, with the subsequent availability of Bio and Synthetic forms of LNG, this energy source will provide a pathway toward eventual decarbonized operations. It was also revealed that MSC Cruises and the Chantiers de l'Atlantique confirmed the installation of a fuel cell pilot plant on board MSC World Europa known as Blue Horizon. The technology will use LNG to convert fuel into electricity at one of the highest efficiencies of any power solution available today, producing electricity and heat on board. The fuel cell technology selected by Chantiers de l'Atlantique (CdA) and MSC Cruises is the SOFC (Solid Oxide Fuel Cell) developed by Bloom Energy. The SOFC will reduce emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) by about a further 30 percent compared with a conventional LNG engine without producing emissions of nitrogen oxides, sulphur oxides or fine particles. It also offers the advantage of being compatible with LNG, as well as several low carbon fuels such as types of methanol, ammonia and hydrogen. This project will form the building block for future larger installations and the beginning of an even closer collaboration between MSC Cruises and Chantier de L'Atlantique on R&D of fuel cell technology. The traditional coin ceremony tradition took place as the keel was laid for MSC Cruises' second LNG-powered ship, MSC Euribia, which will be one of the most environmentally high performing contemporary vessels built in France. Anne Claire Juventin Responsible for Quality Control from the Chantiers de l'Atlantique, and Valentina Mancini, Brand Manager from MSC Cruises performed the traditional maritime ritual as godmothers representing the ship owner and the shipbuilder when they placed two coins under the keel as the historical sign of blessing and good fortune for the project, and the ship's operational life at sea.The float out of MSC World Europa, which will be the first LNG-powered vessel to join the MSC Cruises fleet took place at the shipyard in Saint-Nazaire where she will now be moved to a wet dock for work to continue on the ship until her delivery in November 2022.NCL Homeports in Panama City Norwegian Cruise Line, will become the first cruise line to homeport in Panama City, Panama, offering roundtrip Panama Canal voyages beginning 20 March 2022 with Norwegian Jewel.NCLK (Parent company of NCL) signed a multi-year agreement with the Panama Tourism Authority which allows the Company to seasonally homeport at the Colon Cruise Terminal as well as at Fuerte Amador Cruise Terminal located on the Pacific Ocean side of the country and adjacent to Panama City.In 2022 and 2023 the Company will offer 12 homeport voyages starting with Norwegian Jewel on 20 March 2022 where she will sail a nine-day itinerary traversing the Panama Canal and visiting incredible destinations including Puerto Limon, Costa Rica; Oranjestad, Aruba; Willemstad, Curaçao; Kralendijk, Bonaire and Cartagena, Colombia before arriving to the Caribbean side of Panama in the city of Colon.Starting 14 January 2023, Norwegian Gem will also feature select Panama Canal voyages including an 11-day journey visiting seven ports of call, including Puerto Limon, Costa Rica; Oranjestad, Aruba; Willemstad, Curaçao; Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos Islands before ending in New York City. In today's episode, we will speak to my friend Naza from Copenhagen (Denmark). I met Naza through common friends when visiting them in Copenhagen on several occasions. We have been keeping in touch through Facebook over the years, she is a positive person and when I met her she seemed very happy and dedicated about her career. Just in November of last year, she posted on her Facebook profile that she would leave her corporate job and her happy life in the bustling Scandinavian capital to move to Asia to pursue her dreams of becoming a licensed yoga teacher, to teach English to underprivileged Thai children and open her yoga school in Bali! That was quite a surprise to me but I was very happy for her at the same time. I, of course, wanted to know more about this drastic lifestyle change: The reasons, the wake-up call, the preparation, the mindset shift, the finances, etc. Naza will share her story and lessons with us on the show and even if you are not planning to change your life in such an extreme way, there are some great takeaways from the conversation for all of us! This episode is for you if you currently feel stuck in your career, in a routine. You have goals and dreams but they seem far out of reach, you do not feel confident about achieving them and do not know where to start. Naza's story will definitely inspire you to take action. Enjoy! Show notes: https://joneytalks.com/2020/02/06/naza/
