Henry Lopez is an alleged predator caught in a Blount County, Alabama investigation. He came to the sting house with Garson Lopez.  Henry is originally from Guatemala. At the time of the sting, he was living in the United States illegally for the past year. He had at least one child.  Garson was the one to communicate with the decoy over the phone, rather than Henry. He reached out to a decoy posing as the aunt to a fifteen-year-old girl, selling the girl for sex. After learning of the girl's age, Garson asked for pictures of both decoys. He further asked what the rate would be if he and Henry both wanted sex. The decoy told him $300 for both of the Lopezes to have sex. Henry arrived to the sting house first, followed by Garson. He and the decoys stood awkwardly in the kitchen of the sting house because they were not able to communicate well. Garson called for Henry to step out of the house, which he did. After asking if two men were acceptable to the decoys, Henry and Garson left toward their car. Goin' HollywoodMusic by David KraneBook & Lyrics by Stephen ColeIt's Alice's birthday, and Garson, her musical writing partner and sometimes lover, takes her to lunch at the trendiest restaurant in Grand Central Station, The Super Chief Dining Car. The restaurant is a perfect replica of the Super Chief Dining car of the train that took everyone out to Hollywood back in the Golden Age.  Alice and Garson have always had one wish, to live back when movie musicals and MGM was at its hottest, and when Alice blows out her candles and makes her wish, the Super Chief Dining Car starts to move on a track, taking them cross country and back to Hollywood in 1949.They are told by the conductor that their ticket is good for one year.Once there, they get jobs at MGM, and find out that every era has its dangers and pitfalls as they encounter the decline of the studio system, sexism, anti-semitism, homophobia, and the Blacklist.L.B. Mayer has them investigated and finds that they have no identity (as they're from the future) and thinks they're Commie spies.Their year is up and they hot-foot it back home to their own time with a new understanding of who they are and where they are meant to be and that there is no time like the present.

Recorded near the sands of a beach motel — you will get a mix of nature and machine noise (ACs, exhaust, maritime, etc). Speaking of sand... Was Mort Garson talking about getting drug-high in "Big Sur"? His trippy 1968 musical number where he addresses a Mrs. Sanberg throughout about a song he learned "while high on Big Sur." And yes, I am for sure thick but I can still spot an ode to drugs. Look, I know that getting high has been a human aspiration forever. Early humans didn't have smartphones. I imagine staring at a tree rather than watching Netflix could be boring. "The same thing is on the sky today... what's on rock? Pass the opium." There was probably a lot of early PTSD as well — what with unconquered nature. Of course, our early ancestors self-medicated. So I'm sure Garson is referring to getting drug high on Big Sur. Yet, for argument's sake, Garson could be talking elevation. The cliffs of Big Sur are just under a mile high. And for an East Coaster/ Appalachian fanboy, that is pretty high. Maybe there was a vagabond with a guitar and a campfire perching the cliffs of Big Sur. "I will now teach you a song. Tell Mrs. Sanberg." By the way, was Mrs. Sandberg on Big Sur as well? Did the conversation about the learned song happen just after Garson learned the song? Did Garson pick up trash and discover it was balled-up sheet music? "Holy crap a song. I am going to learn this song. And then I am going to teach it to Mrs. Sanberg." And who the hell is Mrs. Sanberg?
