In fact, he put the phone away altogether, and it hadn't even been charged. It's been a few weeks, and he's gotten out of touch completely. One night, he decides to check in. He charges his phone and sees several texts from E, saying that she's feeling sick and checking herself into the hospital.O checks his Facebook, and sees a horrifying post from E, sent from Intensive Care, saying “Pray For Me”. .. and, then… nothing. Mesmerized, O & E, Episode 6“The New Age”O is out of his mind with grief. He feels guilty for driving E away, and putting her at risk. He is torturing himself that he deliberately avoided his phone for the last few weeks. He refuses to admit that E is dead. Leo and Carly have been in touch with E's family, and they have made all the arrangements. They've tried to tend to O, who is becoming irrational. They are basically on 24 hour suicide watch now. O has convinced himself that there must be a way to communicate with E's spirit.

I feel very lucky, we all feel very lucky to be at this point of our career where we can release an album like this. We're all very happy guys right now."While some may think putting together an album celebrating a band's lifespan is an easy proposition, Michael stresses the point that it is not as cut and dried as just selecting the tracks that did well commercially."Any time you call an album hits or greatest hits you've got to include your radio singles on there," he said, "so that was the easy part of the decision making process. We put the singles that SIXX:A.M fans know best, but then what we did with the rest of it was... it was really a collection of fan favourites. Whether it was songs that really went over well live when we were touring or songs that people have streamed a lot and obviously reacted well to so it's a good eclectic collection of songs. Some of them have never been on the radio at all, but we would consider them hits to our fans. That's how we came up with it and it was a fun process to do. It was a neat experience to go back over all of our albums and revisit each of those records and dust off the memories and be reminded of what the recording process was like and what the writing process was like. it was a really great experience and ultimately it just made all three of us feel very proud of what we've done over this last decade."In the full interview, James talks about the process of remixing some of the songs for the album and what that entails, the original songs on the album and how they represent SIXX:A.M in 2021, the piano vocal of Life Is Beautiful, Nikki's book that was released three days prior to the album, Nikki Sixx the person as opposed to Nikki Sixx the public figure, singing about someone else's life experiences on the book soundtracks, producing and mixing his own music and staying objective, SIXX:A.M's future plans and more.

He is definitely ADD as hell as his mind goes deep in many directions I was learning quickly, so there are many tangents he drifts off into.David and I had talked off and on over the last several years, but I learned so much doing this podcast, and in our conversation at lunch before, that I never knew. On the day I became a father, everything changed. And then, on the day almost eight years ago when I became a grandfather, everything changed again. When I became a father, I earnestly prayed for my kids as I knew they were growing up in a world markedly different from the world that I grew up in. Now, as a grandfather, my prayers have increased as the challenges of growing up have ramped up even more. I am convinced that for kids growing up in today's world, the role grandparents can and must play is more than necessary. My dear friends, ‘Pray For Me -Centering Prayer' is a deep prayer within my being. The story behind this song, prayer, is part of the chorus part of this song. It is actually part of a letter written to me from my dear and close friend, Pam, who was my singing partner in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in the small town of Beatrice, Nebraska. Her words to me were an inspiration, she may never know how her words became a prayer deep within me, haunting my every breath, until this song was completed before leaving this small town of Beatrice. Thank you Pam. Pray For Me is a ‘Centering Prayer' deep within my being.

Prayer is essential to the Christian life. As followers of Jesus, we must make the same request as one of His early disciples: Lord, teach us to pray. Once we learn how to pray, what should we be praying for? In today's incredibly confusing world, one of our primary prayers subjects must be our children and teens. What would happen if as individuals and churches we would begin to engage in daily prayer for each and every young person in our congregation? We'll be talking to Tony Souder about the Pray For Me campaign and how we can build our churches into communities that pray for children and teens, on this episode of Youth Culture Matters.

If I were to ask you to describe the YMCA, my guess is you would either sing a pop song or imagine a really nice gym. Odds are you would describe a place with a physical building that had something to do with workout machines or a pool. But in Chattanooga we have a very unique branch of our local YMCA, the J.A. Henry Community YMCA. It doesn't have a brick-and-mortar location. It doesn't have elite workout equipment or an incredible kids play area. Rather this decentralized branch is located throughout the community, operating in nearly every neighborhood throughout Chattanooga. As a result, this branch has an unusual approach to help our community solve some of its greatest challenges when it comes to youth development, social responsibility, and healthy living.
