Are you feeling stuck in your writing journey and lacking new ideas for crafting stories? Try drawing from your lived experiences! Author and storyteller Tanya Taylor Rubinstein believes that to become an embodied writer, you must holistically retrieve your unique voice. She shares her valuable expertise on the profound depth of somatic writing, the transformation of ancestral trauma into narratives, and the enduring power of storytelling across cultures. Heal, enlighten, and create lasting change in this world through your own voice! Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Awaken Your True Storyteller's Voice with Tanya Taylor Rubinstein. Key points covered in this episode: 00:00:00 Introduction 00:01:44 Tell stories from your lived experience. Use personal storytelling to heal and address intergenerational trauma. Access and express your lived experience through somatic writing. 00:08:46 Storytelling is all about belonging. We all have an intractable knot—the thing that we want the most. Create a space of belonging where everyone has the right to belong without enabling violence or retribution. 00:15:07 The stories of marginalized people are more powerful. Psychologists, coaches, and healers, with their own personal stories, are the most important in this field. Seek ways to help women, non-binary people, and queer people share their stories and get into leadership roles, since there aren't enough women in leadership roles in the somatic world. 00:17:51 Don't work from the head but from the body. Combine somatic practices with literary writing to create a deep and intimate storytelling experience. Work with the spirit through the body, specifically the gut, as it represents resilience and offers a different perspective. The process may be simple, but it took many lifetimes to be discovered. 00:31:19 Stories are our true inheritance. Our stories hold the power to shape the future. The only thing that people care about when faced with mortality is for their stories to be heard and remembered. Storytellers have the ability to influence the direction of the future, just as our ancestors did in ancient times. 00:33:30 Find your sense of belonging through your ancestral heritage. By reconnecting with our ancestors, we can tap into our true power and find a sense of belonging. Creative possibilities arise when we have access to multi-generational perspectives and the support of our ancestral community. When we honor the past, we honor the future. Tanya Taylor Rubinstein developed somatic writing as a way for her students to become embodied writers. By holistically retrieving voice, untethering power, and writing stories, they are able to experience a profound personal connection to their work. By writing and publishing their memoirs and performing their solo shows, they become positioned as leaders to evolve the culture. The somatic writing process and practice are the thirty-year synthesis of her work as a narrative-based master teacher. She has worked with well over a thousand people over the last twenty-one years to write memoirs, monologues, and solo shows. Does your cluttered space drag you down, making it hard for you to find the energy, inspiration, and opportunities you want in your life? Stop blocking your life energy! Feng Shui and space healing expert Danijela Saponjic believe that you are the master of your life energy. She imparts her 20 years of experience on how home clutter blocks chi passageways, how Feng Shui empowers you to take inspired action, and how simple things like desk placement in your business can hinder your success. Break free from the clutter of life and bring back the inspiring flow of peace and clarity to your own life. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Mastering Your Space and Life Energy with Danijela Saponjic. Key points covered in this episode: 00:00:00 Introduction 00:04:31 Know the flow of your life energy. Identify what blocks your flow of chi and clear them from your home, office, and thoughts. You'll start to see things happen and opportunities open once you clear up these blockages. 00:06:02 Master the energy of your space. Feng Shui items are not effective on their own. Put an intention into it and go into action. Use these items as symbols to remind you to take inspired action. 00:7:45 What you see is what you get. What you see in your space reflects your state of mind. Does your desk align with where you want to be? Aim to have clarity and vision in your space, and opportunities will align themselves for you. 00:10:11 The desk is the base of your business. Be mindful of where you position your desk. Make it stable, clean, and clear. Recreate and declare the energy of your desk. Wherever you place your desk, it will show up in your work. 00:14:11 How you do anything is how you do everything. If you start with clutter, you'll end up with a cluttered mind. Be mindful of the energy you create whenever you cook, work, or think. 00:16:28 A clear space brings you emotional peace. Always strive for balance between your Yin (relaxed) energy and your Yang (cluttered) energy. We all have limited space. Have a separate Yin and Yang energy room so that when you rest in Yin energies, you can truly indeed rest. Danijela Saponjic is an esteemed Feng Shui and Space Healing Master with over 20 years of experience. Do you struggle with marketing your own voice and having authority in your industry? It's time to take advantage of podcasting! Internationally recognized singer-songwriter and Podigy Podcast CEO Justin J. Moore believes that podcasting is one of the most valuable marketing strategies for business owners and solo entrepreneurs. He shares his insights on the importance of video in today's podcasting landscape, building trust and credibility with your audience, and practical ideas on how to set up your podcast for success. Rise above the noise and let your message be heard! Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Maximizing Your Podcast As A Marketing Tool with Justin J. Moore. Key points covered in this episode: 00:00:00 Introduction 00:06:03 The essence of using video for podcasting. Without video, content creation becomes difficult and ineffective. Video is the only way forward for podcasters. 00:08:46 Grow your podcast in the right places. Don't grow a YouTube channel from scratch for a podcast, as it is smaller and requires an existing audience or YouTube channel. Focus on gaining reviews and having better guests, rather than ranking videos higher. 00:12:26 Establish your authority on social media. Instagram is a good place where you can build your authority in your field. Seeing your face and continuous sharing of content from your show through reels creates and sustains audience trust. 00:14:21 Come up with podcast ideas you enjoy. Don't think too much about the people who will be there to listen. Start with what you're really interested in instead. People will be drawn to you when you keep doing something that fits with who you are. 00:22:06 Generate leads from your podcast. Unlike paid ads, podcasts can generate clients in a longer way, requiring patience. Podcasting is also a time-saving tool, saving clients money and time by not having to spend time on content creation. Justin J. Moore is an internationally recognized singer/songwriter with a catalogue boasting 50 million streams. As a social media music influencer, he has a following of 300 thousand and an estimated 1 billion views of his videos. Justin is also the founder and CEO of Podigy Podcasts, a podcast production agency aimed at helping coaches simplify their content creation and become recognized industry leaders. Work with Justin J. An online platform is a powerful tool for connecting offers, generating leads, and gathering a loyal customer base. It requires well-crafted solutions that take your ideal client to different levels and consistency in engaging with and building your audience. You must be able to provide value on the front end and get them wanting to hear more. From content creation to affiliate marketing, these are just some of the ways you can do to expand your platform. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — How to Build Your Platform Up with Richard Taubinger and Kylie Slavik. Key points covered in this episode: 00:00:00 Introduction 00:04:02 Grow an email list or a Facebook group to at least 10,000 members. Set up a free opt-in gift that targets your audience's pain points, tailoring it into a solution they can't resist. Bigger companies looking to support you want to see you have a strong audience base. 00:06:51 Create your own method, formula, or idea. You want to be the authority of your niche. Let it permeate through your podcast title, books, and main course. Get in the game of posting online, figure out your branding, and outsource the tedious work to the experts. 00:09:02 Cultivate a strong relationship with your audience. The best way to do this is to create valuable content. Identify your avatar and tell stories that cater to their problems and instill hope for transformation. Vary your content: text-based, images, or videos. You can also choose one you enjoy making and ensure it's promoting your audience to engage with you. 00:13:29 Form a powerful network organically. Find ways to help others without anything in return. Make affiliate partnerships with entrepreneurs who have offers your audience might need and vice versa. 00:17:33 Start where you're at and grow it. Pick one strategy that brings you joy and run with it. Everyone begins with zero visibility, but staying consistent will help build your platform over time. ———————————————————————————————— The Conscious Marketing Movement is all about building a community of conscious leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs. Who knew scaling companies and planning profitable exits could be accomplished with the laws of physics? Entrepreneur, screenwriter, and physicist Trevor Blake breaks down the wisdom from his book, “Three Simple Steps: A Map to Success in Business and Life” and unravels how the energy around us can be engineered to lead us to our entrepreneurial goals. The more you force things, the more you repel them. Slow down and discover the benefits of boredom for idea generation. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Playing with Energy for Business Success with Trevor Blake. Key points covered in this episode: 00:00:00 Introduction 00:06:25 The world is made of energy. And we are all spiritually connected. You have control over how you react to outcomes and circumstances. It's up to you how you maximize what you have to create something worthwhile. 00:15:13 Working more won't get you more! The most successful people spare time for doing nothing. This is when their best ideas surface! Trevor Blake also reveals how he developed the Hub Model for startups. 00:21:35 Channel the feminine power of intuition. Being surrounded by deeply intuitive women, Trevor honed this inner ability in order to have access to a universal source of knowledge. 00:27:02 Incorporate the “success with balance” principle. You don't need a five-hour workday right away. Build a healthy practice to replace the unproductive ones. For example, go for a walk instead of scrolling online. 00:33:59 Handling criticism effectively can be mastered. The most influential figures have received negative feedback at some point. Hone your positive mindset. Be an advocate instead of a critic. 00:40:02 Follow the facts, stress less. Science has proven that the human brain can only produce quality work 2 hours at a time. Take breaks, make space for flow to happen, and set intentions for the day. Trevor G. Blake is a physicist by background who grew up extremely poor and bullied. Eventually, he tapped into the workings of energy, consciousness, and transformation - in particular the science behind it all. and began creating through intentionality. Over the last ten years. Trevor has created and successfully exited three separate companies for over $600 million and never hired a single employee. Welcome to our 100th episode! We are so excited to have reached this milestone with you – helping you reframe your understanding of marketing and making it a fun, spiritual practice that brings fulfillment. To celebrate, we'll share our actionable advice that you can do right now as conscious marketers that will help set you up for success and a higher level of self-actualization. These are proven and tested based on our decades of experience. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — The Ultimate Conscious Marketing Advice You Need To Hear with Richard Taubinger and Kylie Slavik. Key points covered in this episode: 00:01:57 Online marketing is being yourself. Creating content, writing posts, doing Facebook Lives – these methods are about being yourself and showing your true intentions. Quit wearing a mask, and just be who you are! 00:03:43 If you don't have enough criticism, you're not serving enough people. It's innately human to want to avoid this kind of attention. But negative feedback is a sign that what you're doing is reaching more – which is a huge marketing goal. 00:06:39 What are the two most important starting points in marketing? Your intention and how you can overdeliver. When you get these two down, your revenue will follow. It's always crucial to put your client first. 00:10:03 Change your story. How do you want to serve people? What's your biggest vision? Who can you help today? Write that down and remember it. As your business evolves, your target audience can change too. 00:15:07 Be the solution your clients are missing out on. Most likely they have taken other routes and failed. Stick to the basics and what works. Don't build your house on quicksand and speak deeply to their pain points. 00:21:16 Don't be discouraged. Be polarizing. Don't worry about petty complaints. When you're hungry to serve, focus on getting your message out there. ———————————————————————————————— The Conscious Marketing Movement is all about building a community of conscious leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs. One of the most extraordinary methods of building your list is doing affiliate webinars. This effective strategy not only helps with promoting your offers but also cultivates long-term partnerships with other entrepreneurs. Keep an eye out for business owners with products and services that complement yours. And you can work together in growing each other's brands while bringing solutions to people who need them. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Affiliate Webinars for List Building and Scaling Your Business. Key points covered in this episode: 00:00:00 Introduction 00:03:15 What is an affiliate webinar? It's a three-parter online meeting that you ask someone else to promote for you. Choose a partner that has your ideal clients so they can invite their audience to opt into your list. 00:07:29 Affiliates are a long-term strategy that can provide short-term results. It's a way to put your foot in the door of rooms that benefit your business. Connect with those who you want to promote you. Be genuine in wanting to provide value – and you'll be rewarded. 00:13:54 When to use affiliate webinars? There are three cases. You have an upcoming launch and have existing close partners. You have an affiliate and an evergreen offer. You know someone who has an offer that your audience would like. 00:17:09 Charge your commissions wisely. For automated offers, give 50%. For those with a live component, do 33%. For high-ticket programs, the standard is 10%. 00:18:26 Be honest about your affiliates. Disclose to your audience whenever you're receiving commissions. There are also some who don't want affiliate fees, so negotiate another form of exchange. ———————————————————————————————— The Conscious Marketing Movement is all about building a community of conscious leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs. Have a clear online page for referrals and mention it in every business call. Partner with other e-commerce sellers. Make it easy for affiliates to do referrals by having all your copy, links, and other assets ready to go. [00:13:22] Know the three types of people you can hire. Your virtual assistants can be followers, doers, or experts. Each has its own capabilities and limitations you can utilize to scale your business. Be sure to train your talent to become future leaders so the business can run even without you! [00:19:53] When hiring, look for CARE: communication, attitude, red flags, and experience. Save time in looking for the right fit and set expectations early on. [00:25:07] Content like podcasts are great for SEO and networking. Have your employees do the research and outreach for podcasters who align with what you do. Publish keyword-rich blogs and encourage customers to leave authentic reviews. [00:29:18] Consistency is key. Rejection is part of the process. Don't let it get you down – just keep on going! Provide a minimum viable product to your customers to see what works and what doesn't, and tweak your offers along the way. Nathan Hirsch is a lifelong entrepreneur and focuses on the unsexy or boring parts of entrepreneurship (bookkeeping and hiring). He is currently the CEO of EcomBalance/AccountsBalance and Outsource School. Nathan is best known for co-founding FreeUp.net in 2015 with an initial $5,000 investment, scaling it to $12 million in yearly revenue, and having it acquired in 2019. Today, he leads EcomBalance/ AccountsBalance, an online monthly bookkeeping service for eCommerce and digital businesses, and Outsource School, a membership teaching business owners how to hire effectively online.
There are many governors in our lives that often slow us down and limit our potential. And some of them we believed to be true growing up. But these ideas are what actually hold us back from growth and success. As entrepreneurs and conscious marketers, the only true governor you have is yourself. Now's the time for us to identify these inner governors and let them go. Open your eyes to the endless possibilities of what is out there for you. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Releasing the Inner Governors with Richard Taubinger and Kylie Slavik. Key points covered in this episode: [00:00:00] Introduction [00:06:54] Quit playing it safe. Sometimes, we overthink and doubt whether people really need our offers. You'll never know until you try. Don't aspire for perfection on the first try. You have the ability to pivot when you need to. [00:11:30] Your business model and choice of the market can restrain you. Open yourself to testing out new models that might be better for your product or service. With the internet, you're playing at a global scale – don't hesitate to recalibrate your business. [00:14:13] Rethink your current pricing. If everybody's saying yes to your offers, your price is too low. Set it a little bit higher than you're comfortable with, but not too high that it gets you sweating when saying it. ———————————————————————————————— The Conscious Marketing Movement is all about building a community of conscious leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs. There's no need to look elsewhere to start scaling. Growth strategist Jessica Miller guides entrepreneurs like you to streamline your business by optimizing what already works. She helps companies identify their “hell yes” offer and amplify their unique voice in a saturated market. No more chasing the next trendy offer. It's time to focus on what lights you up and enhance the existing customer experience. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Growing Your Business Through Optimization with Jessica Miller. Key points covered in this episode: [00:00:00] Introduction [00:04:37] Create more by doing less. The things that will take you off your plateau are already in your business! Double down on what's working on a bigger scale, and the money will follow. [00:07:37] A “hell yes” offer helps you stand out. This speaks to your target client in a voice that cuts through the noise. It provides a unique solution that they need and are interested in. Most of all, it should be something you like! [00:11:47] The way you define the problem and solution is your IP. Get clear on why you designed this offer, why it's important, and why your target needs your help. Market saturation is a myth. You may have common products and services with others, but your energy and the experience you create sets you apart. [00:15:32] Put your offer in front of your audience! There's no such thing as a million-dollar idea. Do your own market research and introduce it to the right people – be it in your existing email list or you may have to start from scratch. [00:19:20] Find the best opportunity for your business. You don't have to stack multiple offers to hook your audience. Choose one that's been working, and study what your clients do after they buy your offer or why they reject it. [00:27:41] Start hiring after automating. So many marketing tasks can be done through software tools. Once you know what you're left with that tech can't do, pick the best talent that aligns with your vision. Jessica Miller is a Growth Strategist that helps ambitious entrepreneurs streamline and grow their businesses by optimizing their offers so that sell themselves and find the gaps in their businesses that can be turned into golden opportunities to produce more sustainable income, repeatable assets, and more time and freedom without working harder. After working with dozens of business owners she has seen that the difference between struggling and thriving is having a Hell Yes Offer at the center of the business. Jessica has spoken at The StoryBrand Made Simple Summit, The Maine Women's Conference, and several others, and is a favorite guest expert in private high-level masterminds and has been a guest on much-loved podcasts like Susan Hyatt's Rich Coach Club, and The Next On Scene podcast.

Remember, it's impossible to dodge hurdles in any field, but it's all about your ability to redirect and improve. So don't feel bad if you did one or two of these mistakes! Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — The Biggest Mistakes in Marketing with Richard Taubinger and Kylie Slavik. Key points covered in this episode: [00:00:00] Introduction [00:02:29] No matter what you're doing, start it with a story! Kylie tells us the biggest mistake she'd ever made in her early copywriting days. With her friend Michael's honest mentoring, she was finally able to close sales. [00:06:09] Mistakes are inevitable. What matters most is your ability to pivot after learning from them. [00:07:08] Consider the list size before a membership launch. Ensure that the number of people who get on board compliments your price. You don't want to be exhausting yourself for little return. [00:12:21] Don't speak from your point of view! Get in touch with your avatar and imagine them being a real person. Avoid falling into the trap of showing off what you know – speak to your target directly. [00:16:06] The fewer pricing options, the better. Clients want to be led to the answer. The only exception is having a flexible payment plan for premium offers.[00:20:30] Create a bigger impact by avoiding (or recovering from) these mistakes! A cancer diagnosis didn't stop Nika Stewart from becoming one of the leading marketers in her field. As the Co-founder and CEO of Streambank Media and a Video Confidence Coach, she aims to inspire entrepreneurs to up-level their online marketing game by being comfortable with their perfectly “imperfect” selves! Forget the fancy outfits and makeup – people want to see the real YOU. It's time to tell your story. Your community is waiting for you. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Marketing With Authenticity and Confidence with Nika Stewart. Key points covered in this episode: [00:00:00] Introduction [00:03:12] Showing up vulnerable connects you with people. Nika started out vlogging her cancer journey for fun, inspiring others by accident. She ditched trying to look perfect and embraced her bald look – and people were listening. She encourages embracing your fears and still doing it anyway! [00:10:33] Cut out the fluff. This tip is crucial as short-form content is now dominating. Map out your bullet points, and cross out everything that doesn't add to your story. The more you do it, the better you get at it. [00:12:31] Find your “stop the scroll” moment. Identify your unique hook that will stop people from skipping your post. For Nika, it was her bald, almost-naked self that got her first viral video. [00:16:30] Record yourself just doing anything! Most people hesitate to do video content because they're scared of speaking in front of the camera. Practice by talking about your routines. Do this daily, and just delete these drafts. [00:19:00] Choose a platform you love. And you can even repurpose your content and upload them to other places. Also, don't forget to engage with your audience! [00:21:49] Create content that keeps people on the platform. This will put you in favor of the algorithm. Instead of sharing external links right away, talk to your audience and share them right after. [00:28:00] Revealing the real you inspire others! When you put yourself out there, it's not just about you – it's also about them. People want to see other people, and your uniqueness is bound to be discovered. Nika Stewart is a Video Confidence Coach. She helps creative entrepreneurs show up and shine online as the unique, brilliant superstars they are - with vulnerability, authenticity, leadership, and confidence, so they can get the recognition they deserve, make a meaningful impact, and grow a profitable business. Like how musicians and performers do the same piece in different arrangements, give yourself room to experiment with added anecdotes, moods, and intonations. The secret to Natalie Jill's massive following of 3 million users on Facebook? The answer lies in her authenticity and honesty. Back in 2007, when the social media giant was still relatively new, Natalie bravely shared her personal battles with the world on Facebook, revealing that she was at rock bottom, struggling with obesity, depression and other issues. Tune in to the ᴄᴏɴꜱᴄɪᴏᴜꜱ ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛᴇʀ podcast —The Role of Authenticity in Health & Fitness Marketing with Natalie Jill ▶️ Key points covered in this episode: [00:01:11] Introduction: Natalie Jill's origin story. As a sales trainer at the age of 27, she faces massive personal setbacks, becoming a brand new single mom, going through a divorce, and losing a home with the housing market collapse. "Rock bottom is the launching pad for your new world. And that is exactly what happened to me." [00:03:15] Building a 3M social media following. Natalie bravely decided to make her downfall have a purpose. Today, from a hundred high school friends, she has amassed more than 3 million engaged followers who find motivation from her journey. [00:05:22] Sharing your humanity can greatly impact your audience and help attract more followers. Kylie and Natalie explain the difference between vulnerability, oversharing, and finding the sweet spot that can create a hero's journey (not just the happy ending) that inspires and engages your audience. [00:06:32] Listen to your audience, understand their problem, and offer solutions. Natalie shares how her first product, a recipe book on a PDF at $10, was the result of knowing what exactly her followers needed. Testimonials of successful weight loss results catapulted the direction of her business. [00:09:03] If you want to create a business and are stuck at the HOW - Natalie says to start with something you know. We all have knowledge on some level and can help somebody with a problem. "It doesn't matter if a million people are already helping with it. Tell your story around that and be relatable." [00:11:19] As an entrepreneur and conscious individual, it is imperative to comprehend the significance of fitness in all aspects of life. However, how can we successfully influence others to see the bigger picture and make a transformational choice? Natalie states that the solution is simple: Decide - Vision - Action. Your decision is the primary step toward any transformation. Without it, progress is unlikely. [00:14:44] Sometimes, you have to make things a little painful for yourself to achieve your breakthroughs. Whether it's time ⏳ or
You may be thinking that poetry isn't exactly marketing. But it was Nina Manolson's Body Peace poems that captured the raw, vulnerable inner process of a woman's relationship with her body. They have resonated with so many women because they speak the truth about our relationships with our bodies. Put yourself out there like Nina did and share your inner process with the world. You'll be amazed at the response and community these poems can create. And who knows, it is the marketing strategy that sets you apart in a sea of sameness. Tune in to the ᴄᴏɴꜱᴄɪᴏᴜꜱ ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛᴇʀ podcast —Body Peace and Reclaiming Your Identity with Nina Manolson ▶️ Key points covered in this episode: [01:14] Meet Nina Manolson, who was always on the lookout for the next diet, the next fitness regime, and how to change the body to fit into that teeny tiny box that our world says is beautiful. She has seen the beauty and liberation of a life that's the opposite of warring with our weight and self-worth. [05:40] We don't just need body love, but body-peace. Nina explains that it's not always lovey-dovey for what makes a real relationship with our bodies but one that's based on a foundation of peace and mutual respect. [09:21] When people are at war with their bodies, they struggle with unwanted eating, binge eating, secret eating, compulsive eating, nighttime eating, restricted eating, all the disordered eating that really get in our way and spends so much time and valuable real estate in our brains. [17:30] Unwanted inner criticism and eating behavior are windows and doorways into other parts of our life and healing that we need to do for ourselves. Nina says, "If we can look at those instead of trying to hide them and push them back under the rug, trying to fix the body as broken, going into the next diet/regimen/quick fix - we have to look underneath that for transformation to happen." [22:14] Hiding and marketing don't go together. Women entrepreneurs who are not at peace with their bodies tend to play small in business. They hide from their bigger purpose, creating the impact and effect they could have in the world. [25:26] We are desperate for someone who's just being themselves – raw, unfiltered, and real in the public sphere of marketing. Nina created successful breakthroughs when she chose to be vulnerable with the written word. Her poems brought her closer to the people she was meant to serve. --------------- Nina Manolson helps women over 40 end their war with food and make peace with their body. How do you craft your bonuses in a launch? An effective strategy is offering bonuses that address specific objections your potential buyers may have. This ensures that the value of the additional resource and benefits matches the price of the entire program, removes the fear, and dramatically enhances the appeal and value of what you offer. Tune in to the ᴄᴏɴꜱᴄɪᴏᴜꜱ ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛᴇʀ podcast — Bonuses ▶️ Key points covered in this episode: [00:00:07] Introduction: Why we love bonuses. You throw in a bonus as an additional resource or benefit when somebody works with you or buys one of your products. [00:04:03] Leverage other people's information and knowledge. It doesn't always have to be your content. In our Conscious Launch Accelerator program, we have a list-building bonus. Eight other experts talk about how they built their lists. That makes it more valuable because you are paying the price to get wisdom from all these different people for the cost of one program. [00:06:01] Giving away more content is overwhelming & less helpful to people making a purchasing decision. This is a mistake many service-based entrepreneurs make. Most often than not, stacking more content creates overwhelm rather than buy-in, ensuring they take action and achieve the desired results. [00:09:49] Be intentional in creating bonuses. Tune in to the ᴄᴏɴꜱᴄɪᴏᴜꜱ ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛᴇʀ podcast — Confident Coaching with Christian Mickelsen ▶️ Key points covered in this episode: [00:00:30] Introduction: Get to know Christian Mickelsen Bullied and teased for being poor, he found solace in personal growth books at age 12. When life wasn't working the way he wanted, Christian hired his own coaches to help him change his health, business, and love life. Today, he has built a multi-million dollar coaching business that has made the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies 4 years in a row. You can make milestone changes and take your business to the next level, if you too understand that coaching is the answer. [00:08:46] "Confidence is more important than credibility." Christian has to say this for anybody afraid to step up in their coaching profession. It's not about your degrees or credentials but instead having the ability to connect with your audience and impart your knowledge in a way that is accessible and meaningful. [00:11:39] While there are many ways to attract clients, Christian attests to the remarkable effectiveness of a free session. Learn how to implement this in your own business (and avoid falling into the trap of solving your client's problem too soon!) [20:09] Uncovering client challenges. Lack of clarity is often the biggest factor why the people you serve are stuck and delayed in progress. As a coach, investigate and dismantle these beliefs and help them resolve the challenges holding them back. [26:33] So many people have the illusion that they can do it themselves without a mentor or a coach. Think about it: we've all had teachers and mentors at some point in our lives. Even the most accomplished athletes work with coaches to hone their skills. Having a coach can make all the difference. And while some may argue that they don't need help, the truth is that even if you could do it alone, it's much easier and faster with a coach by your side. [35:24] The person you invest with gets some money – but you get their wisdom, advice, and shortcuts. You, as the client, decide the value of your investment when you take up an offer for next-level coaching programs. What you pay for is their experience, wisdom, and advice - the precious shortcuts that can help you reach your goals faster. --------------- Christian Mickelsen is a leading authority on personal development and coaching, and is the author of 4 number one best-selling books. There are two types of people in this world: those who crave what you have to offer and those who don't. It's really clear. Therefore, if somebody reaches out to you and expresses interest in what you have, it's your duty to guide them toward making the best decision for themselves. Tune in to the ᴄᴏɴꜱᴄɪᴏᴜꜱ ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛᴇʀ podcast — Objections ▶️ Key points covered in this episode: [00:00:10] Introduction: Some objections can be overcome, and some cannot. When people refuse to buy based on their financial constraints, it can be hinged on their real, challenging situation that conscious entrepreneurs must respect. However, we must also remember that, more often than not, objections are not about the money but rather the perceived value of the product or service. [04:53] Become trustworthy in other people's eyes Building trust with your ideal clients is not just about being honest and reliable. There's something more subtle that often goes overlooked - shared values. Start speaking up about your values and your stance in the world. When you do this, you'll attract those people who are meant to be served by you. [09:39] The power of risk reversal Let clients try out your offerings free for 30 days or even give money-back guarantees. This technique has been around for a long time and is highly effective. One of our partner companies offers a one-year guarantee on all their programs. Imagine having that kind of confidence in yourself and your product. [12:16] How to use future pacing Paint the picture of the life-changing results of the transformation people pay for in the key areas individuals are willing to invest in - relationships, health, wellness, spirituality, business, and money. Show them the vibrant possibilities on the other side of their investment, and you'll have them eager to take the leap. [15:12] The bigger the investment, the bigger the result. Whenever someone questions the price of your offerings, be prepared to answer their concerns with confidence and clarity. Be bold and give high-level products, programs, or services. The bigger the investment, the more willing they are to put in the effort and truly invest in their own success. --------------- The Conscious Business Movement is all about building a community of conscious leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs. Everyone has an interesting story to tell. And it's not just in movies, TV shows, or books. You can use the power of story for your marketing. Script consultant, story expert, and best-selling author, Michael Hauge shares his wisdom on how you can create and tell a compelling story that attracts your target audience and ignites the soul and why you should start sharing your truth. Tune in to this new episode of The Conscious Marketer podcast — Screenwriting Principles for Brand Storytelling with Michael Hauge Key points covered in this episode: [00:08:11] What makes a terrible story? Based on Michael's experience as a script reader, a bad story is too complex, has poorly written or absent core elements, no goal, and no conflict to overcome. [00:13:12] Bring out the hero's inner journey. A transformation must happen at the end – whether tangible or abstract. The biggest obstacle to conquer is the fear of taking an emotional risk, letting go of a past identity, and stepping into their true essence. [00:22:13] Choose a goal that your audience cares about. Consider your market and your target audience. Share case studies. Allow them to experience the inner journey through your story. [00:28:10] What makes a story more emotional? Add a conflict and more detail. Immerse your audience in your story by creating an atmosphere. Only share relevant details – especially for your origin story. [00:35:24] Don't shy away from sharing what really happened. Choose that story that tipped you into what you're doing now. Be open about your struggles. [00:45:23] Story is everything. The only way to stand out is to share your truth. The world needs your story! --------------- Michael Hauge works with people who want to change more lives, and make more money, by telling compelling stories. He has been one of Hollywood's top coaches and story experts since 1985 and has worked with countless screenwriters, novelists, and filmmakers. He has consulted on projects starring (among many others) Will Smith, Morgan Freeman, Julia Roberts, Tom Cruise, and Reese Witherspoon. Our limiting story is something we hold on to and is preventing us from taking action. It's the excuse we give ourselves. And we lack the courage to stop and question it. Dislike the process of using technology? Outsource or set up a team to do it for you. Spend more time strengthening what you're good at instead of fixing your weaknesses. As creative and conscious adults, we must be constantly reminded that self-expression is part of how we make a positive difference in the life of other people. Adventurous coach Emily Utter learned the hard way that trying to water down every aspect of our person puts a lid on achieving success in all aspects of our lives and businesses. When she realized she needed the courage to become her unapologetically, her income immediately doubled. Tune in to the ᴄᴏɴꜱᴄɪᴏᴜꜱ ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛᴇʀ podcast — The Power of Self-Expression with Emily Utter ▶️ Key points covered in this episode: [07:22] Welcome to Episode 73! The Power of Self-Expression with Emily Utter Listen in if you want to sell in a way that feels natural and good and isn't all sleazy and pushy. Our guest, Emily Utter, is an expert on this topic. She is a business coach, sales trainer, and creator of a program called Sales Power System, and she works with many adventurous coaches. [16:22] For almost all of us, our zone of genius lives in the part of us that somebody shamed in our lives. We all have unique talents, gifts, and ways of expression that have often been discouraged or shamed. Our parents, teachers, friends, family members, or even complete strangers might have said cruel things that tried to force us to conform to a mold we weren't meant to fit. Nevertheless, it is these very traits that make us special and fulfills our purpose to offer nourishment to those around us. Who we are can help liberate others. [21:05] Self-expression needs to permeate every aspect of the business. Instead of worrying about turning people off, think that showing up online as your true self is a magnet for the people who are the right fit for you. [24:55] Emily recommends: start tracking where you self-censor, not just in business, but in life. Many people need to realize how much they're trying to please others. Unconsciously, we are paralyzed by fear of the opinion of others. They write a post, and in the back of their mind, they're thinking, What will my spouse think? Or What are my previous clients going to think? That happens a lot in the coaching industry, especially when someone is up-leveling or shifting their niche. [28:51] When we're not expressing our gifts, we're reducing our impact. People in our world are not just doing this to make a buck but because we know we have a gift to give. Every time you put out content, find yourself holding back and censoring yourself from your social media network – take a step back and think about it – why do you often do that? Understandably, you may feel guilty or fear being judged, but you must focus on doing what's best for you and your purpose. [37:47] Role-playing is a highly undervalued technique that will spell success in launching your next webinar, program, mastermind, or event. Emily says that ensuring you do this activity in your business is proven to make a difference. To optimally prepare, role play with another person (who's not necessarily a sales expert) who can help you look out for "energetic bumps." This allows you to find hidden currents that you may unconsciously communicate that make you look and sound inauthentic. [44:47] We need more impact players out there to shift the consciousness of every industry. Every day, we are thrilled to work with heart and soul-centered entrepreneurs using their gifts to empower others to improve the world. To see real change, we need more passionate people to overcome their sales and marketing hurdles, join this movement, and achieve collective transformation. For every ᴄᴏɴꜱᴄɪᴏᴜꜱ ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛᴇʀ out there – thank you for your courageous commitment to making a difference! ———————————— Emily Utter is a business coach for adventurous entrepreneurs —coaches and healers who want to scale their location-independent businesses and work from anywhere in the world! Many creators, authors, therapists, and conscious entrepreneurs have come to us for coaching, and we are surprised to find that often, they don't have their own distribution list. They have successfully built a big following on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and the rest of other social media platforms, but capture only a few people in their CRM system so that they can contact prospects without paying for it. Social media siphoning is what we teach so that you can move your leads from a platform that you don't control to a place where you have the power to access your contacts as your most important asset. [02:48] Kylie shares effective techniques that she's been doing in the last ten years. She emphasizes keeping in mind to add a ton of value in your actual post by talking about the benefits, showing people what life could be like on the other side of the training you provide, and leading them where to get more information [05:14] Richard cites that we always aim to take people from social media networks and bring them to our email lists as a general rule. If they are on our web page or email list, they should also follow us on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. This produces a powerful web of contacts around us. This way, we can effectively communicate with them, target them and call them to action. [08:40] Don't let algorithms get the better of you – take control and keep creating amazing content for your audience. You absolutely need to take the time to understand what they need and like and build on it. Of course, it's not about becoming cheesy or watered-down but rather listening to feedback in a constructive way and deepening your message. [11:27] The role of social media is to get people off social media. As a conscious entrepreneur, you aim to bring people to safety with your product, service, and expertise. You want to carry them into your world to show them what they've been missing. Your websites, email lists, membership sites, and inner communities can save those aimlessly wandering around social media and help them become part of meaningful content and conversations. [14:07] It's not wrong to grow your Facebook group or pages - it's just that, in the grand scheme of things, building up your email list should be your priority. Companies can get banned from platforms all the time, including account restrictions. If you ONLY rely on Facebook contacts, that would be disadvantageous. An email list helps you diversify so that you can also turn to other platforms for backup. #consciousentrepreneur #ConsciousMarketer #consciousrevolution #consciousbusiness #listbuilding #emailmarketing #marketing #emaillist #digitalmarketing #leadgeneration #socialmediamarketing #emailmarketingtips #onlinemarketing #marketingtips #emailcampaign #email #business #internetmarketing #emailsuccess ———————————————————————————————— The Conscious Business Movement is all about building a community of conscious leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs.
