This time, Paul talks to special guest, Anushka Jain, about why playing our part is doing good for the world can positively impact others, and cause them to do the same, for if we all do our part to build a world of love, then love will thrive and grow KEY TAKEAWAYS Doing good breeds more good, and encourages others to do the same. This butterfly effect of doing good will grow and spread. Promoting positivity impacts us not just in terms of mood, but spirit and physicality. Doing good reinforces us is far more positive ways than we may assume. Feeling good makes us want to do good. Conversely, if we do good, it makes us feel good. It's a circle of positive intention. It's okay to fake it till you make it sometimes, in order to give yourself a boost of confidence that can lift you out of dark situations. Currently they are operating in eight cities across India, supporting 120+ charities and have facilitated close to half a million goods donations. Their mission is to create a world where every re-usable item reaches someone in need, and doesn’t end up into landfills. Anushka believes that profit with purpose is how businesses must operate giving equal consideration to people, planet and profit, so that there is a fairer, more sustainable future for us all. She is an amateur golfer, and loves salsa dancing and practicing yoga." ABOUT THE HOST Paul has made a remarkable transformation from existing for many years in dark, desperate despair; to now living a really healthy, happy and fulfilling life. Covid-19: Government 'doing some work' on requirement for border workers to get vaccinated - Bloomfield

Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield says work is being done on how to ensure border workers will get vaccinated. New Zealand has approved its first Covid-19 vaccine for use here. The Government announced yesterday the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine has been given provisional use for people aged 16 and over, with two doses 21 days apart. Workers at the frontline against Covid-19 are first in line to get jabbed, followed by healthcare workers who are most at risk of picking up the virus.  Dr Bloomfield told Morning Report there will not be mandatory vaccination in New Zealand, an as far as he knows that is the case for almost every country in the world. It's another story for employers and their workers though. "It's really about the employment relationship, as in whether there are either legal or other ways, the role that vaccination has in terms of their workplace requirements." [audio_play] "As for matters around the extent to which they [border workers] can be required to be vaccinated, we're doing some work on that with their agencies and with the workers themselves." Dr Bloomfield said he his focus would be on ensuring workers who may be worried about getting the vaccine feel supported. "These workers need to feel confident about the information they've been given, feel confident in the process, about the safety and efficacy of the vaccine and understand the importance and the value of the vaccine in protecting them and their families. "That's a that's a key task for us, just to make sure they're fully engaged and have got all the information they want." He said that approach will be his focus for handling vaccine hesitancy in the general public as well. "My focus is on making sure people have got absolutely good information and that they have the opportunity to sit down and ask questions and be assured themselves. "The reason I think that's the most important thing is we have shown in the past, even where we have like had low vaccination rates, if you take that approach in the case of childhood vaccination, the vast majority of people up to 95 percent will vaccinate their children, and you will overcome that hesitancy."

It's a sad fact, most every new agent fails within 24 months...(and those who make it past the first 2 years often spend years struggling to find their way.) Why? Some will argue that is just how the cookie crumbles. Most folks actually believe that there is some preordained number of people who will succeed (in life) and a certain number who will fail. You hear it all the time, "Its the 90/10 rule, 10% succeed and 90% will fail". But is that really a 'rule'? Is there something that mandates if you will succeed or fail in real estate? The real answer is yes, and no. Who you allow to influence you is perhaps the most important decision you will ever make. It's incredibly easy to get caught in an echo chamber of bad information. People waste years, heck lifetimes on bad ideas. They eventually come to blame themselves for not being able to make a bad idea work and then emotionally check out and...quit. If agents were told the real truth about real estate from day one what would happen to the agent failure rate? And yes, we are talking about mastering the art and science of 'Doing what you don't want to do when you don't want to do it at the highest level....for long periods of time". We can't run from this energy, we are supported to do this work through our existence on earth and our interactions with others. Things such as memories, patterns, beliefs, sabotaging roadblocks we've placed for ourselves are being removed for us to prepare for the future. Energy patterns of 7 generations past no longer are needed going forward. Contracts and agreements that we committed to are either complete, or they have been voided by the universe. It's time to Let Go and move forward. Chiron is magical energy that will help us propel from survival mode to thriving mode and from Wounded to Limitless.

Story - They start by ensuring the story they are living out of gives them every chance of succeeding State - They control their state at all times, meaning they can access the magic when they need it most Strategy - Only after they having sorted out the 'BEing' do they embark on the 'Doing'. Did you know our branch is autism-friendly?—Regions Bank During a recent trip to my local bank, I noticed signs displayed stating the branch is autism friendly. Displaying a message so prominently indicated a story behind the campaign.  With that in mind, I invited a representative from Regions Bank to appear on my show for family caregivers. Kathy Lovell manages the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) program for Regions, and she called the show from Birmingham to share the story. (Click the play button to hear the interview) As the ADA manager, I look for ways that Regions can enhance the banking experience within the disability community. Recognizing the growing need for improving Autism awareness, because 'You don't know what you don't know' about Autism, we developed a company wide initiative aimed at better accommodating the needs of individuals on the spectrum, as well as their family members and caregivers. -Kathy Lovell According to the CDC, approximately 1 in 68 children are identified with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Regions incorporates special training for employees, as well as an identified "quiet area" for families.  These quiet areas become havens for families in the event of an episode. Furthermore, Regions also provides "sensory packs" containing stress balls, sunglasses, and noise-cancelling earbuds. "This goes beyond customer service, this is a gift." The fear of an episode causes many families dealing with autism to dread public places. Lights, noises, and other environmental factors can all contribute to an episode. With a trained and prepared environment, Regions clearly communicates a sensitivity to the needs of their customers.  According to Mrs. Lovell, Regions isn't stopping there.  From working with the hearing impaired to the visually impaired, Regions continues exploring additional ways to assist customers with disabilities and their families with innovative ways to conduct their financial business.  As a result of these efforts, more individuals, and their caregivers, enjoy a smoother, safer, and friendlier banking experience. "These initiatives support two of our core values:  'Doing what is right and making life better!'"  Kathy Lovell, ADA Manager, Regions Bank For more information on Regions' accessibility programs, click here.   Peter Rosenberger, a thirty-year caregiver, is the author of Hope for the Caregiver.  In addition, Peter hosts a weekly radio show for caregivers on 1510 WLAC, Broadcast Sunday's at 3 PM CST.  Furthermore, the program is streamed through IHEART, and the Podcast can be accessed here.e president of Standing With Hope.   The non-profit ministry has two program areas:  a prosthetic limb outreach to amputees in West Africa, and an outreach to family caregivers. When looking for balance in our daily lives, it is important to consider all the things we do and prioritize our time. Among our many responsibilities — personal time, prayer time, marriage, parenting, and work — how can we figure out how much time is reasonable for us to spend on each? Former CIA officer John Kiriakou is the sixth individual charged by the Obama administration under the Espionage Act for “leaking” classified information. His crime? Kiriakou, a whistleblower, allegedly provided members of the media with information related to the Bush administration’s actions of implementing torture – specifically waterboarding.  Kiriakou was the leader of the intelligence team who captured suspected terrorist Abu Zubaydah. Years later, he discussed the controversial interrogation technique known as waterboarding publicly, and was one of the first CIA officers to call waterboarding torture (a characterization with which even Attorney General Eric Holder agrees). Further exposure of the Bush administration torture program revealed that CIA had misled even its own employees about the extent and effectiveness of Zubaydah’s torture. In his book, The Reluctant Spy: My Secret Life in the CIA’s War on Terror, Kiriakou speaks strongly against torture, “There are things we should not do, even in the name of national security. One of them . . . is torture.” While no individual from the Bush administration has been charged with any crime related to torture, including the attorneys who wrote the legal justifications for torture and the intelligence officials who administered the techniques, Kiriakou - who did not participate in torture - is being charged with a 1917 law meant for going after spies. We spoke with Martin Kirk and Anuradha Mittal about the World Bank's "Doing Business" ranking which encourages countries to lower protections for workers, public health and the environment in order to attract businesses. It allows businesses to move factories and capital to countries with the lowest standards and fuels the race to the bottom. Of particular concern is the rising number of acres being sold to Big Ag which is displacing millions and destroying local food protection.
