Under Bo's leadership, Pareto Legal has achieved numerous milestones, helping clients add seven figures in cases to their pipeline and managing ad spends as high as $30 million a month during his tenure with Fortune 500 brands like Calvin Klein and eBay. Bo holds degrees in Marketing and International Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and has helped scale digital ad efforts for various industries. In this episode… Have you ever wondered how a shift from broad spectrum marketing to a niche focus could transform a business? What if you discovered a substantial chunk of your advertising budget was being wasted? Wouldn't you want to know how to reallocate those funds more efficiently in order to grow your business? Bo shares his journey of transitioning from the fast-paced corporate advertising environment to becoming co-owner of Pareto Legal, a growth marketing agency for law firms. By focusing on digital advertising, conversion rate optimization, and analytics, Bo has been instrumental in scaling numerous injury law firms. He emphasizes the importance of niching down, noting that his early years were marked by taking on any client in any industry, leading to a lack of specialization. It was only after the e-commerce wave during the pandemic and subsequent budget cuts that Bo realized the saturated market needed a different approach, leading him to refocus on legal marketing. In this episode of Inspired Insider Podcast, host Dr. Jeremy Weisz sits down with Bo Royal, CEO and Co-founder of Pareto Legal, to delve into strategic shifts and operational lessons learned. Bo discusses the importance of specialization in attaining sustainable growth, the structure of incentivizing staff through a revenue-sharing model, and the critical need for qualifying potential clients through initial paid assessments. He also touches on the balance of client servicing and internal efficiency, highlighting the use of tools like Asana and ClickUp for project management and the Freedom app for minimizing distractions.

Sean Coakley and Joe Lynch discuss a new model for grocery delivery. Sean is the Chief Commercial Officer of Capstone Logistics, a leading provider of technology-enabled warehouse services, freight management, and last mile distribution solutions. About Sean Coakley Sean Coakley is the Chief Commercial Officer of Capstone Logistics, a leading provider of technology-enabled warehouse services, freight management, and last mile distribution solutions. He is responsible for helping the company continue its rapid growth across its end-to-end logistics services offering. Previously, Sean held supply chain operations, design, consulting, and sales roles with companies such as EDS, Arthur Anderson, Ryder, and Kenco. He received his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a master's degree in International Business Administration from Central Michigan University. About Capstone Logistics Capstone Logistics is the leader in providing specialized, technology-enabled solutions for the most challenging supply chains. Powered by an interconnected platform, Capstone creates end-to-end efficiencies and cost-savings that help suppliers, distributors, and retailers exceed customer expectations. From performance-driven labor solutions to high-touch transportation and fulfillment, Capstone delivers the scale, accountability, and continuity that enables modern supply chains to compete in an ever-evolving environment. Key Takeaways: A New Model for Grocery Delivery Sean Coakley is the Chief Commercial Officer of Capstone Logistics, a leading provider of technology-enabled warehouse services, freight management, and last mile distribution solutions. In the podcast interview, Sean and Joe discuss the new model for grocery delivery, which might also be called the “revenge of the retailers.” Prior to the pandemic, grocery retailers were slowly dipping their toes into ecommerce and grocery delivery. The sales and associated infrastructure were very small. The pandemic changed everything for grocery retailers – suddenly, consumers wanted to order their groceries online and get them delivered. Many grocery retailers didn't have their own ecommerce sites, fulfillment, and delivery services. Enter the grocery delivery services like Shipt, Instacart, and others who provide a ready-made solution for the grocery delivery challenge. These companies provide the consumer interface, ecommerce technology, integrations, and personal shoppers perfect for grocery retailers who wanted to accommodate their house-bound customers. Consumers loved it – a record amount of consumers took advantage of this wonderful new service. Grocery shopping will never be the same and research suggests that 20% of groceries will be sold online by 2025. The only problem is grocery retailers don't like it. They no longer have a direct relationship with their customers who use the grocery apps. They also lose control of the data and the customer experience. Worst of all, many grocery retailers lose money on home delivery transactions. A new model for grocery delivery has emerged. Grocery retailers are creating their own ecommerce sites and partnering with logistics companies to manage fulfillment and delivery. Was ist also was?

So einfach wie sinnvoll: “We help companies to measure, reduce and offset the personal CO2-footprint of their employees.” On today's show, we have Royal Expert, Commentator, and founder of The Monarchists (Themonarchists.com) Thomas J. Mace-Archer-Mills. He's the visionary creator of EIIR: The Platinum Record, a Jubilee Anthem, that was released on the Queen's 96th Birthday (4/21/22), honoring Her Majesty for her unprecedented 70-year reign. Thomas will be speaking about this and all things The Royal Family.      Thomas is the Founder, Visionary, and Director of the British Monarchists Society, President of the Centre for British Royal Studies, Editor-in-Chief of Crown & Country Magazine, creator of Crown & Country Radio, a Freeman of the City of London and a member of the Order of St. Thomas of Acon. In addition to the aforementioned, Thomas runs his own consultancy group. As a Royal Consultant for Protocol to the Princely House of Their Highnesses, Prince Waldermar, Princess Antonia, and Prince Mario-Max of Schaumburg-Lippe (a branch of Europe's oldest Royal family going back to the Viking Kings and the Royal Household of Denmark since 936. His Highness Prince Waldermar of Schaumburg-Lippe is in the line of succession to the British throne), Thomas further works with other international companies, businesses and Royal households. Mace-Archer-Mills has further carried out consultancy duties for, and not limited to, the Serbian Royal family on a series of occasions, most notably the 2017 Royal wedding of Prince Philip of Serbia.  Professionally, Thomas is a Consultant, Royal historian, award-winning author, media personality, and educational speaker. Thomas has been a radio presenter for London's W!zard Radio, which is broadcast internationally to over 15 countries, where he had several different shows and themes over five years. Thomas' last show was dedicated to helping the youth of the world overcome issues, challenges and negativity which face the daily lives of his listeners on “Therapy with Thomas Mills”. Thomas addressed the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Monarchist League in Sydney during the Summer of 2015 to thousands of members and has just recently lectured for Model Westminster and the Young Adults Forum in Parliament in February of 2017. In April of 2017, Thomas undertook a tour of America where he opened the Royal Society of St George – California Branch, completed several meet and greets and further attended events and book signings for his new release: “Their Majesties' Mixers – when they reign, they pour”, which has since won the Gourmand Award. In 2019 Thomas created the internet-based radio station, Crown & Country Radio" and continues to broadcast on his own specially themed shows. Thomas is well versed in the International Business Auditorium as well as Royal history, with degrees and certificates from American and European universities in History, International Political Economy, International Business Administration, International Relations, Humanities and Political Science. In honor of Her Majesty's Diamond Jubilee in 2012, Thomas penned his first book with permission of the Palace, to which he was granted the use of the official Diamond Jubilee Logo. “To The Queen: A Royal Drinkology” sold 5,000 copies in the months following the central Jubilee weekend. Over the past decade, Thomas has worked (and still works) tirelessly on behalf of Crown and Country, building the British Monarchist Society and Foundation, which has become the leading organization for not only British, but international Monarchists which he funded himself. He has worked hard to incorporate like-minded people to be a part of this much-revered society within the United Kingdom, in which cumulatively, under Thomas' direction, brings British traditions to the next level. Thomas has been busy perfecting and readying his team to organize and carry out international celebrations for Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II and the House of Windsor for the Platinum Jubilee in 2022. Thomas and the BMS hosted several events for The Diamond Jubilee in 2012, The Diamond Anniversary of the Coronation, the births of Prince George and Princess Charlotte and the celebration of the longest reign: when The Queen's reign exceeded that of Queen Victoria on September 9, 2015. This is an exciting and challenging time for Thomas and his team, and it is with great commitment, energy and foresight that he is looking forward to producing an educational celebration within his latest project, “Crown and Country Magazine” that will leave a lasting legacy for future generations of Britons. In his spare time (which is very limited), Thomas enjoys traveling, horseback riding, the arts, theatre, music, fine dining, reading and writing. In addition to all this, we'll hear a piece from his Jubilee Anthem on today's show.  To keep up with all that Thomas is up to, follow him on the web at: Themonarchists.com Also on today's show, we have the founder of Rivermont Records, musicologist Bryan Wright, Ph.D. Rivermont Records was founded in 2003 to preserve and promote ragtime, jazz and 'hot dance' music. A New Model for Grocery Delivery with Sean Coakley Sean Coakley and Joe Lynch discuss a new model for grocery delivery. The new model has promise because grocery retailers will own the customer relationship and experience along with valuable data and insights. Best of all, grocery stores can be profitable on their fastest growing customer segment – home delivery. Additionally, the logistics providers will optimize the fulfillment and delivery service under a white label service. All communication, personnel, and vehicles carry the grocery store brand. Capstone's Last Mile service has the operational expertise and technology that gives grocery retailers an advantage over crowd-sourced delivery apps. Their solutions enhance the customer experience and give retailers more control, increased efficiency, and improved profitability.   Learn More About A New Model for Grocery Delivery Sean Coakley LinkedIn Capstone Logistics Capstone Grocery Delivery Services Cub case study Integrated End-to-End Supply Chain Solutions End-to-End Logistics Solutions The Logistics of Logistics Podcast If you enjoy the podcast, please leave a positive review, subscribe, and share it with your friends and colleagues.

"My friends take care of me / Not the police" On her debut single "Marcaperu," Afro-Peruvian artist Yanna (real name: Brenda Carpio) uses her voice to denounce the injustices she sees around her: racism, discrimination, and violence.  Raised in the San Martín de Porres district of Lima, Peru, Yanna moved to France to study International Business Administration and instead, fell in love with hip hop.  "When I came back, it was a shock," she toldEl Comercio. "Having left and identified as a black and empowered woman from that Afro side was reduced to the fact that people on the street were quite violent and they looked at me, but not in a positive way, they made fun of my hair and my features.” She continued, "I felt that being abroad I was treated better than being in my own country. I know people who have gone through this misogynistic, sexist, and abusive violence. I wanted to highlight and put these issues on the table." Hello and welcome to this week's episode of My Big Idea, an ASOS podcast giving young women advice and inspiration to start their own businesses. Our host Lucinda Greasley speaks with the founders of Career Girl Daily, an award winning online destination for young, career-minded women. Career Girl Daily is the creation of two girls who decided to work together and create an online lifestyle guide for young, career-minded women. They loved the idea of talking with other women about their careers and goals in life, but in a more ‘feminine’ way. Now a team of three ambitious girls, they cover the lifestyle of female entrepreneurs, career women and young girls at the beginning of their career. The site was founded in 2015 by Beth, Lois and Celina. Celina came to the realisation that she wanted to pursue a career in fashion after going to university to study law, an option she thought would be a 'safe bet'. She now has a degree in International Business Administration, and is a certified personal stylist.... See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
