A final score of 4-0. A big win for Paris Saint-Germain. Despite Kylian Mbappe leaving due to an injury, Les Parisiens were not stopped. Goncalo Ramos replaced Mbappe and went to score a brace. Les Parisiens need to build and keep the momentum going. Marseille's inability to challenge really hurts especially since they were coming off a brilliant Europa League 3-3 tie against Ajax. The capital, Rabat, was bursting with joy while Morocco fans also celebrated in the streets in France and Spain. FIFA – Ronaldo a solitary figure after being benched at World Cup Cristiano Ronaldo didn’t start Portugal’s game against Switzerland in the round of 16 of the World Cup. The move came a day after his coach expressed frustration about Ronaldo’s attitude in the last match. Gonçalo Ramos started in Ronaldo’s place at Lusail Stadium. Ramos scored the opening goal in the 17th minute and added the others in the 51st and 67th. By that time chants of “RONALDO! RONALDO!” were swirling around the 89,000-seat Lusail Stadium. FIFA – Moroccans celebrate historic World Cup win against Spain Exuberant Moroccans have poured into the streets of their capital and in cities across Europe to celebrate their national soccer team's historic win against Spain at the World Cup. Morocco defeated Spain in a penalty shootout in Qatar, making the Atlas Lions the only team from outside Europe or South America to make it to the last eight. The capital, Rabat, was bursting with joy while Morocco fans also celebrated in the streets in France and Spain. FIFA – Ronaldo a solitary figure after being benched at World Cup Cristiano Ronaldo didn’t start Portugal's game against Switzerland in the round of 16 of the World Cup. The move came a day after his coach expressed frustration about Ronaldo's attitude in the last match. Gonçalo Ramos started in Ronaldo's place at Lusail Stadium. Ronaldo showed obvious displeasure at being removed from the game against South Korea on Friday. That led to Ramos getting the start. The 21-year-old made his international debut three weeks ago, then scored a hat trick in his first career start for Portugal, which came in the World Cup as Ronaldo's replacement. Ronaldo showed obvious displeasure at being removed from the game against South Korea on Friday. That led to Ramos getting the start. The 21-year-old made his international debut three weeks ago, then scored a hat trick in his first career start for Portugal, which came in the World Cup as Ronaldo’s replacement. The quarter-final line up is complete after Morocco beat Spain on penalties and Portugal were mesmerising against Switzerland. Kelly Cates is joined by guests from all around the world to react to Tuesday's results. Watching a game which saw Portugal coach Fernando Santos drop Cristiano Ronaldo to the bench, and then saw his replacement Goncalo Ramos scoring a hat-trick, was former England goalkeeper, Rob Green and Alistair Bruce-Ball - they both give their views on an incredible night. And not only that Jose Fonte, who won the Euros with Portugal in 2016 joins the pod and they pose the question, should Ronaldo start from the bench for the next match too? Kelly gets very different reactions as she reflects on Spain's loss to Morocco on penalties – first from Aziz Nait Sibaha, a Moroccan football journalist and then from a rather frustrated Guillem Balague who was watching the match in Barcelona… Rob Green also gives his insight into why Spain were so bad at taking penalties. And if that wasn't enough, after England's Bukayo Saka decided to test his team-mates with a spelling competition, the 5 live sport team decided to do the same…. with mixed results! Timecodes: 3'00 – Morocco reaction to the win over Spain. 8'00 – What went wrong for Spain? 13'00 – Rob Green on penalty shootouts. 19'00 – Portugal focus. 28'00 – Saka and his spelling bee. 31'00 – Quarter-finals look ahead.
