She became a missionary at the age of 19, and was based in Lake Tahoe, California. She spent two summers helping children, working in music ministry and after school programs and extended her time with her new church family. While Leah grew up in a mixture of Christian backgrounds, she has come to have a relationship with Christ that is not defined by one denomination. She has been part of church families across the states since her youth, often singing in the choir, playing the piano, leading services or offering prayer for healing. She considers herself a Christian mystic, after witnessing first-hand miracles, the supernatural power of healing and love that Christ and the Bible portrays, and the power of awakening to the most Divine. She views her work as an offering.   Website:    Books:

Adam went from making $200k+/yr working for a well-known CPAP manufacturer to take a chance and bet on himself. He was tired of going through the motions, and always knew that there was something more to life, other than just money and nice things. Having the entrepreneurial bug, an opportunity to go into digital marketing full-time seemed like the right move. Since going out on his own, Adam has leveraged his skillset of digital marketing to grow multiple companies at this point. He is the Owner/Partner of Hite Digital St. Louis, and Owner of Auto Glass Repair of STL. He did pretty well, so well that he won the contest! Within a week or so from the contest Mike’s speech was being picked up and going viral on sites like The Power of Positivity, A Plus, and Jay Shetty. In 2020, people have lost businesses, dealt with isolation, suffered mental health issues among other challenges during the whole Covid 19 pandemic. Mike feels that we are all “unbalanced paddleboarders” in a sense and is grateful for the fact that he can bring value and positivity to others. This episode is loaded with lessons. Overcoming obstacles, having small wins lead to other wins and continuing to make steps in the right direction, surrounding yourself with othe rpositive people, being aware of your situation in life, getting coaches to help through challenges and projects, are some of the main ones Mike brought up. Eric and I are fascinated with his story and we know you will be too. How a man who was completely broken mentally to now working with people like Jack Canfield and is a National Spokesperson for Paddleboarding in Canada and was inducted into the Hall of Fame for People With Disabilities. I'm super excited for today's episode with film producer, virtual storyteller and entrepreneur Nina Froriep. Nina has over 30 years of experience in the filmmaking industry, and has worked with stars such as Sophia Loren. I really wanted to learn more about innovation and Nina definitely embodies this word; she identified that video was the best and most innovative way of marketing at the time. Because of this, she's been able to create her own production company called Clockwise productions.  She understands how video is the marketing medium of today and through her company, she is enabling mission driven entrepreneurs to grow their ventures and businesses through consistent, real and truthful video content. Listen to learn more about her career, why innovation is so important and also about her life as an entrepreneur. Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/whyfimatters)

Collin has an amazing background, as in amazing with overcoming challenges. He was not a student growing up and found his way into Sales as a young man in a boiler room environment. He learned from others along the way including some really good habits and some habits that weren't so good.Surprisingly, Collin likes challenges today. Whether is be working at being an outstanding Dad or an entrepreneur starting several businesses, he is always working at improving and being a better version of himself. Looking at his routine with meditation, journaling, exercise, eating healthy, and working not 14 hours a day, but 8.There is a lot to learn here from Collin with positive reinforcement, I Am statements and goal setting. Collin shares his ideas about the community he is building and podcasting and going from the Always Be Closing mentality which was transactional to Always Be Helping. The latter builds stronger and better relationships and is better for business and life in general. Selling becomes serving and becomes easier because one is not so focused on the result but focused on helping others. Collin is still learning and speaks about his training he attended on prospecting with Jason Bay of Blissful Prospecting. This is just amazing that Collin is learning about prospecting and he could easily teach a class and yet is taking a class with one of his new hires. True happiness starts from within yourself. If you really want to be happy, if you really want to stop waiting for things to happen. Look in the mirror and make a commitment to yourself. And it’s going to be hard. You’re gonna have to fight through it. The best advice I can give you to help supplement and accelerate you into feeling more joyful, more peaceful, more successful, and more content with yourself is this: Every day, look outside. Look at the sky. Look at the sun. Look at the moon. Look at the alternation of day and night. There’s something greater out there, something more powerful than you and I. The more you acknowledge the things around you that have great power, you will have great power. Power associates with power. Power knows power.

She also discusses how she applies her expertise and experience to mentoring would-be entrepreneurs studying on the Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship programme. Sarah's career has developed from working in ICT with a focus on change management and business strategy to business consultancy and coaching across many different industry sectors. Her experience of working with companies has led her to believe that a particular skill-set and attitude of mind is required to grow businesses. A good business leader needs to have clarity of focus and to communicate well with people so that they understand what needs to be achieved and everyone is aligned with the overall strategy and vision. Sarah brings a breadth of experience across different industry sectors to the mentoring on the Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship programme. She considers her main role is to support the student entrepreneur and give them confidence. Sarah quotes the late Anita Roddick, founder of The Body Shop, who said, "Be courageous because it's one of the few places that's left uncrowded." She firmly believes all entrepreneurs need to maintain and nurture the passion for their idea but also remember that developing a business is more of a marathon than a sprint.
