I originally met Emily in the John Wineland Kendra Cunov Teacher Trainer Workshop in Sedona. I was taken by her depth of inquiry into how to live an international life, be ready for relationship but not wait for it to live fully.  As I was booking the studio in Austin for several pre-records for Season 13, I was delightfully astonished to learn that Emily was living in Austin! With her sexy accent, I was sure she lived on the other side of the planet yet I learned she's in business partnership with Alexi Panos awakening a woman's deep essense... her Muse.  In our delicious transparent conversation we also discussed... -How when we're operating in our unconscious masculine we can easily burn out chasing accomplishment and achievement and forgetting life balance -How true healing does not occur in the mind, it occurs in our bodies healing unconscious emotional triggers and traumas -How we can rewrite this script of how to be in our feminine power when ignited by our Muse archetype -How both Alexi and Emily are able to honor and ignite each other's strengths and become more impactful together -How challenging yet rewarding it is to bravely live in the present moment and trust our intuitions while still being open and inviting divine partnership  -How truly erotic, sexy and nourishing it was to dance with her in the After The Show episode on Patreon, listening to her sacred naughty answers to my rapid fire questions... ➡️ Go check out patreon.com/allanapratt for Exclusive content! Your most difficult emotions are not to be ignored. Alexi Panos is a leader in the embodied wisdom movement as well as an expert in somatics, the nervous system, and trauma. She hosts the top-ranked self-improvement podcast Unleashed, and also founded the non-profit E.P.I.C. (Everyday People Initiating Change). Alexi emphasizes being open enough to feel the beauty of life—even when that brings the pain of grief too. Our pain-averse society is used to avoiding feeling tough emotions, but there is so much to gain on the other side. If you're feeling stuck in trauma and you're ready to let go, finding a trusted person to hold that space with you (and love you through it) can change everything. In this episode, you will learn about: The grief portal Alexi went through and why it was so intense. Why motherhood is an initiation that nothing else can really compare to. How being sanitized from grief has influenced society (and why it needs to change). What happens when we bury our feelings in the darkness or shame our emotions. What must be true in order to safely release trauma and be in the present moment. How to stop striving for what you want and start magnetizing it. Why finding pleasure is the key to growing your business (and simply enjoying life). The tendency for women to hold “invisible labor” and how it creates resentment. Ideas for working with your partner to divide labor fairly. Why finding pleasure is one of the most productive things you can do. What it means to be a wild woman: The freedom to grieve, expand, and exist without worrying about anyone else.   Got a minute? “So, the brain wants familiarity, the brain wants the things that have over time felt good. So, we go to those things. We go to those things that are easy, that are in our field of view, the things that we have done in the past.” – Dr. Neeta Bhushan   The end of summer signals the start of school and changes that require flexibility during the  transition. It's hard to get everyone on board. In this episode, I get real about my own experiences as a mother and the challenges of parenting, particularly during times of stress. The overwhelm and exhaustion felt by moms, dads, and kids alike are signals of the body's need for restoration. No one is immune from a dysregulated nervous system. Everyone deserves to regain balance and calm. In this episode I talk about… Seeking comfort through activities like binge-watching, aimless scrolling, or turning to food or alcohol. Recognizing the body's need for compassion through rest and self-care. Teaching children valuable skills for managing their own emotions and stress. Creating healthy rituals to regulate the nervous system and connect as a family. Connect with Neeta: Follow her on Instagram @neetabhushan. Follow The Brave Table on Instagram @thebravetable. The personal growth in learning to fully receive compliments and gestures of kindness. The cultural aspect of receiving and the challenges it poses for different generations. The importance of creating a culture of celebration and appreciation for others. Now, let's get real. Receiving can be a real challenge for many of us. Raise your hand if you're always the one giving, or it's hard to accept help, or even a heartfelt compliment. Trust me, I've been there too.    Feeling like we need to create value for others and struggling to feel worthy of receiving is something so many of us battle with. In the I Heart Life community, we are all about success. And I don't mean just financial success.  If that's what makes you happy, then yes, sure, you do you! But to many others, me included, simply making money and creating wealth is not enough to fulfill our lives. Success means something different to each one of us, but we can all agree on one thing: It's not always easy to achieve.  It demands hard work, many sacrifices, and a lot of patience.  But, it happens!  Someone who's gone through this and is still working towards becoming the best version of herself is this week's guest, the gorgeous, brilliant Alexi Panos. Alexi is a master coach and trainer. Her work is all about teaching other coaches how to work with people as whole humans, not just as a mindset.  She is making strides in her industry and changing the game (for the better) for everyone around her.  Alexi is a true pioneer, and I couldn't be more excited to have her over on the I Heart My Life show. Listen in as she and I discuss success, maintaining energy, alignment, motherhood, and everything in between. I hope you love this episode as much as I did! Tune in now.   In This Episode: [00:00] Introduction [01:12] Alexi shares with us what it means to be a master coach [10:12] Alexi shares the biggest challenges she faced in her life [19:32] What you can do differently to stay more connected to your life partner [24:18] How Alexi and her husband achieved all of their amazing milestones [33:34] What is deserving of your time? [37:48] Alexi discusses the identity shifts that came from motherhood [43:06] The future plans in Alexi's world   Quotes: “The truth is, if we can't be who we desire to be in the “now” moment with whatever life is giving us, we're not going to be that person when the circumstances are great either.” – Alexi Panos “We do so many things that the coaching industry is not even touching because we really saw a need for coaches to be fully equipped to work with a whole human and not just mindset, and not just talking about our past, but really working in the parts of the body that support the shape that we want to take on in the world.” – Alexi Panos “The biggest macro issue was being a female in a male dominated industry. It was so interesting, and so challenging, because I just didn't expect it. But I was constantly met with people not taking me seriously […] So that was a really big challenge. But what was interesting is it made me have to get over my own stories of smallness and my own stories of what it means to be a woman or a man in this industry and all my judgments.” – Alexi Panos “Preston and I both wanted to make each other happy. So we would put our needs aside to make the other person happy, to make sure they felt good, to make sure things were stabilized because stuff was busy. And in that people pleasing, there's withholding. And in that withholding, there's closure. And in that closure, there's disconnection, and in that disconnection, so much can happen.” – Alexi Panos “Preston and I always had coaches along the way, because we believe in it, obviously, we're in this industry. But your coach or your therapist can only take you as far as you're willing to be honest with yourself.” – Alexi Panos    Links & Resources: Ready to Uplevel Your Life?
