There are moments in life that break us and moments that remake us. Mo Isom Aiken's story is one of both. From an Elite Division 1, All-American athlete to a woman haunted by trauma, addiction, and suicidal despair, Mo's life took a dramatic turn when a near-fatal car crash became the very altar where heaven met earth. What followed was a supernatural encounter with the Holy Spirit that not only saved her life, but ignited a transformation so complete it would ripple through her marriage, her motherhood, and her mission around the world. This isn't just a story of redemption. It's a call to awaken to the invisible spiritual warfare waging over every soul—and to the freedom that comes with surrendering everything. In this episode of the Revelations Podcast, host Reagan Kramer sits down with Mo Isom Aiken for an unfiltered, deeply moving conversation that spans trauma, healing, and the raw power of a life fully yielded to Jesus. Mo opens up about growing up in the Bible Belt, navigating father wounds and performance-based identity, and the spiritual warfare that nearly claimed her life. Together, they explore Mo's radical encounter with God in the wreckage of her Jeep, the prophetic call that led her family from a fifth-wheel RV across 48 states to the mission fields of Nigeria, and the power of intercession that reshaped her view of prayer entirely. This episode is for the believer who feels stuck in cycles of shame or silence, the seeker longing to hear God's voice again, or the weary warrior who needs to remember what it means to defect from the kingdom of darkness and live fully alive in Christ. Here are three reasons why you should listen to this episode:Gain deeper understanding of how a supernatural encounter with God can occur amidst unimaginable personal tragedy.Learn how radical obedience—like selling everything and living in an RV—can unlock divine provision and spiritual growth.Reflect on the importance of prayer, spiritual warfare, and intimacy with the Holy Spirit in a chaotic world.Become Part of Our Mission! That lie keeps us stuck, powerless, and numb to God's call.Cultural Christianity is an illusion; we should consider what full surrender actually looks like.Mo Isom Aiken, a former All-American athlete turned revivalist and prophetic voice shares her story of defection from darkness—and the fire of obedience that followed.[02:56] Mo Isom Aiken: Childhood and Early LifeMo discovered her identity through competitive sports.Despite being raised in a Christian household, her faith was cultural and lacked deep personal roots. She describes the impact of early exposure to pornography and the pressure of performance-based love from her father. Her struggle with an eating disorder and need for control remained hidden behind a mask of success.[12:22] Transition to College and Personal StrugglesAt LSU, Mo excels as an All-American goalkeeper but continues battling inward brokenness.[13:02] Mo: “How much of my true self and my true life can people handle? Because they have this picture of me, and yet I am destroyed inside.”Her father committed suicide, devastating Mo both emotionally and spiritually. She turns to sexual sin, secrecy, and self-harm, wrestling with suicidal thoughts and tormenting spiritual voices.Though publicly praised, she describes living with private torment and deep spiritual oppression.[20:54] Spiritual Awakening and HealingMo survives a violent car crash and has a supernatural encounter with the Holy Spirit while trapped in the wreckage. She describes the weight and wonder of God's presence as overwhelming yet freeing.[22:58] Mo: “The kingdom of darkness was literally mad because things had been set up in my life that my gifts, my talents, my destiny, my anointing, my very God, given fingerprint of God, purpose was going to be leveraged for evil was going to advance the kingdom of darkness, if not for the mercy of Jesus”In that moment, she chooses full surrender to Jesus and receives a baptism of fire. Her salvation marks a clear defection from darkness into God's Kingdom—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.[28:20] Recognizing God in the Midst of DarknessMo reflects on how God pursued her even during seasons of rebellion and bondage. She shares a deliverance session where a spirit confessed she had “defected” from its kingdom. The conversation highlights how spiritual warfare is strategic and real—but God's grace is more powerful.Mo encourages listeners to stop excusing bondage and fully embrace the invitation to be made whole.[33:22] Impact of Faith on Personal RelationshipsReturning to campus, Mo feels conviction and begins separating from old friends and sinful patterns. She committed herself to purity and obedience, even when it meant facing rejection and isolation.[39:07] Mo: “But if you won't separate yourselves from the ones who are holding you back from your destiny — then you've tightly gripped something God's asking you to open your hands about right? When you open your hands, when you let go of things, He will then, in time, refill what is His good portion.”Through FCA, she found a godly community, received a baptism at LSU, and experienced revival.A two-year intimacy fast sets the stage for meeting her husband, Jeremiah, and building a Christ-centered family.[46:45] Fifth Wheel Missions and Family LifeMo recalls receiving a prophetic word in college about living in a fifth-wheel RV and going on mission.A decade later, she and Jeremiah sell everything and travel the U.S. with their four kids, sharing the gospel. She shares how moments of humor and hardship—like a sewage overflow—shaped their faith and resilience. The RV season prepared them for deeper obedience and future international missions.[56:44] Mission to Nigeria and Angelic VisitMo recounts a dream where an angel tells her she'll go to Nigeria to forge a deeper connection to the divine.Initially resistant due to fear for her children, she surrenders and receives confirmation from her mentors. The family spent eight months in Lagos serving under Nigerian spiritual leaders.Their time becomes a season of discipleship, humility, and spiritual equipping for future ministry.[1:14:19] The Power of Prayer: Greatest Takeaway from NigeriaMo describes prayer as the single greatest lesson from their mission season. In Nigeria, daily prayer was non-negotiable—fostering spiritual strength, wisdom, and breakthrough. She challenges Western believers to move prayer from a fallback to a foundation.Prayer, she emphasizes, is the gateway to discernment, power, and intimacy with God.[1:21:24] Teaching the Next Generation to Prioritize PrayerMo and Reagan discuss the difficulty of maintaining a prayerful life amid Western busyness and distractions.Mo explains how she and Jeremiah are raising their children to see prayer as essential, not optional. They commit to resisting hustle culture and modeling devotion in everyday life.Mo calls for prayer warriors to arise—those who walk in reverence, not performance. [1:32:39] Spiritual Warfare and the Call to Live Fully SurrenderedMo prays a powerful blessing over listeners for renewal, healing, and sanctification.Revival begins in surrendered hearts, not just pulpits; it is in living God's Word to be kind and loving to all those around you.It is our time to live fully awake, defecting from darkness and advancing God's Kingdom with boldness. About Mo Isom AikenMo Isom Aiken is a prophetic voice, revivalist, and bestselling author whose life and ministry are marked by radical obedience, spiritual boldness, and supernatural transformation. A former all-American goalkeeper at LSU, Mo encountered the living God in a near-fatal car accident that became a divine turning point. From the ashes of trauma, addiction, and loss—including her father's suicide—Mo rose into deep intimacy with Jesus and a calling to call others out of darkness and into the light. With more than 14 years of experience speaking, teaching, and discipling, Mo now carries a powerful anointing for deliverance, prayer, and spiritual awakening.Alongside her husband Jeremiah and their four children, Mo lives as part of a family on mission—mobilizing across America in a fifth-wheel RV before being prophetically sent to Nigeria through an angelic encounter. Their journey is a living testimony of surrendered faith, courageous intercession, and generational restoration. Whether preaching in churches, serving the overlooked, or training others in spiritual warfare, Mo is driven by one purpose: to see Jesus made known, captives set free, and the Kingdom of God established on earth as it is in heaven.Connect with Mo on her website or socials: Instagram, Facebook, or X.Enjoyed this Episode? If you did, subscribe and share it with your friends!Post a review and share it! But the real magic started when we finally entered Yellowstone National Park — a dream I've had since I was a kid! From geysers that shoot sky-high and rainbow-colored springs, to surprise wildlife sightings like bison traffic jams, mama grizzlies, and even a mountain goat grazing high on the cliffs — it was one jaw-dropping moment after another. We chased waterfalls, dodged snowstorms in May (seriously!), made new friends over bingo and tacos, and marveled at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone.Top it off with huckleberry chocolates, and crystal-clear lakes — we had a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Visit neroyal.com to learn more and show us a little love by mentioning this podcast when you reach out!  Now back to today's tip.   Summer is right around the corner which means you are probably planning your summer vacations with loved ones. Ditch the family vacation to the amusement parks this year and take the family on a road trip in a recreational vehicle or camper!     Here are 5 reasons to vacation in an RV:  1. Cost-effective travel. According to Bankrate's Summer Vacation Survey, 47% of Americans chose not to go on a summer vacation in 2024—65% citing affordability as the reason.  One of the biggest vacation costs is transportation, which includes airfare, car rental, parking fees, gas, etc. Now factor in the cost of a hotel room and food on your vacation, and the costs really add up.    When you vacation in an RV, your transportation and place to sleep are rolled into one which helps cut down on costs. Plus, RVs have small kitchen areas included to stock up on food staples before you begin your trip. Instead of eating out for every meal, you can cook some meals in your RV and lower your total vacation costs.     2. Flexibility. Gone are the days of booking a vacation based on the cheapest flights or hotels. RVs give you increased flexibility because when you are traveling and staying in your own mode of transportation, you are not locked down to specific dates and times for vacation.   There's also flexibility if something occurs and you need to delay your vacation by a week. You don't need to worry about changing flights or booking new accommodations because you are traveling in your own mode of transportation.   3. Bring Your Pets. Another pro of vacationing in an RV is being able to bring your pets along. Instead of asking your friends or family to take care of them, or even paying to have someone look after them, you can take them along as travel companions.   Not only is this a good choice for your finances, but it also provides peace of mind so you can spend your vacation relaxing instead of worrying about how your pets are doing without you.   4. Privacy and Comfort. Why would you want to squeeze into the middle seat of an airplane when an alternative is being able to stretch out in the sleeping area, sit in the dining area enjoying a meal or even using the private bathroom while traveling to your destination.     When it comes to sleeping, you have the security of having your own space which can help you feel safer than an AirBnB when in an unfamiliar place. Plus, you can tow your own car behind your RV; that way if you want to explore each destination a little deeper, you can do so in your own car and can avoid a rental car.   5. Bring Home with You Wherever You Go. Another benefit of vacationing in an RV is bringing and using what is most familiar to you. We've all had a terrible night stay at a hotel while on vacation because the pillow just wasn't right or the blanket was too rough. When you vacation in an RV, you can bring your own pillows and blankets (among other things) with you for those comforts of home.      RVs provide more storage space as well which means you aren't confined to just what you can pack in a suitcase. In addition to more clothes, shoes, and bedding, RVs offer the opportunity to bring other things you can use on your vacation.    Maybe you have bicycles or kayaks that you want to use when exploring your new destination; if so, you can bring these along with you when you have the space in an RV!  If you're ready to take the plunge and finance an RV or camper, check out Triangle Credit Union's competitive rates. We also offer low auto rates on new purchases and vehicle refinancing!  If there are any other tips or topics you'd like us to cover, let us know at tcupodcast@trianglecu.org. The second question is what kind of capital return could work is on what kind of “yield vehicle” could be possible for shale pure-plays that do not want to sell to a larger company and where diversification wouldn't make sense.

Show notes -- in this episode we'll cover: Pace walks through a live call where he negotiates a seller finance deal on a 34-pad RV park, offering full price with an “embarrassingly low” down payment and a second payment after 12 months. He explains why sellers agree to seller finance—health issues, retirement, or management fatigue—and how solving their pain points is more important than price. The RV park in question generates an estimated $34,000/month, and Pace reverse-engineers the deal to ensure $8,000 in net cash flow before calculating an $11,000/month payment to the seller. Pace reveals that he buys RV parks with no bank loans, no credit checks, and often negotiates 0% seller finance—emphasizing terms over price. Even without capital or ownership, you can earn $10K–$20K just by sourcing deals.   ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ ☎️ Welcome to Wholesale Hotline & Subto Breakout✌️✌️! ☎️ Need discounts and free trials!? Send us a textHow do you solve America's housing crisis? For Galiano Tiramani, co-founder of Boxable, the answer lies in completely reimagining how homes are built, shipped, and installed. The journey from Bitcoin trader to housing revolutionary isn't an obvious career path, but Tiramani's entrepreneurial instincts led him to partner with his engineer father to develop a groundbreaking concept: houses manufactured on assembly lines that fold up for shipping, then expand on-site for quick installation. Their flagship product, the Casita, offers 360 square feet of modern living space for just $60,000, while their newest innovation—the Baby Box—provides essential housing for an astonishing $20,000.What makes this conversation particularly fascinating is Tiramani's candid discussion of the regulatory obstacles that have historically prevented housing innovation. From city councilmen personally blocking affordable housing projects to the federal government holding vast empty lands surrounding Las Vegas hostage, the artificial barriers to solving the housing crisis become painfully clear. Yet Boxable persists, navigating state-by-state approvals and building a nationwide dealer network. The manufacturing insights alone are worth your time—Tiramani explains how applying automotive production methods to housing creates precision, quality control, and economies of scale impossible with traditional construction. The Baby Box's ingenious design as a permanent RV circumvents countless regulations, connecting to utilities with nothing more complicated than a garden hose and extension cord. With 170,000 people on their waitlist and factories operating in North Las Vegas, Boxable represents one of the most promising solutions to America's housing challenges. Whether you're a potential homebuyer, investor, or simply concerned about housing affordability, this episode offers a compelling vision of how innovation might finally break through in this essential industry.Listen now to discover how persistence and creative problem-solving could transform housing accessibility for millions of Americans, and consider: could factory-built housing be the future we've been waiting for?

Episode 163 - What would it take for you to completely reimagine your family's life? For Brandon and Amber Morse, it happened around a campfire in the mountains of Idaho when they asked themselves a simple yet profound question: what if we could break free from the daily grind and truly connect as a family? That conversation led them to sell nearly everything they owned, pull their four children from traditional school, and embark on an adventure that began in an RV and evolved into living full-time aboard a catamaran sailing through the Caribbean. With zero sailing experience and plenty of well-meaning skeptics, the Morris family pushed past their fears to create an extraordinary life on the water.Their journey hasn't been without challenges. From freezing temperatures with no heat during their first month aboard to navigating medical emergencies in remote locations, the learning curve has been steep. As Brandon describes it, "The lows are low, but the highs are incredibly high." Those highs include dolphins swimming alongside their children, spearfishing for dinner, and watching the sunset from anchorages few travelers ever experience. What's most remarkable about their story is how their children have transformed. Their oldest daughter, initially devastated to leave her competitive dance career, became an accomplished free diver reaching depths of over 70 feet. Their naturally shy daughter now confidently speaks with people from around the world. As Amber notes, "Kids are way more resilient than we give them credit for – all they really need is loving parents and a good household environment."Now approaching their fourth year of boat life and having visited 21 countries throughout the Caribbean, the Morse family is considering how to help other families make similar transitions. They've discovered that courage begets courage – each step outside their comfort zone has prepared them for the next adventure.Whether you dream of sailing away or simply creating more meaningful family connections, this conversation will inspire you to question conventional wisdom about what makes a good life.      If you're anything like me, you've likely longed for a time when you could leave everything behind and hit the road, actually live the van life. I've got you covered. This episode is for you. Today, I'm speaking with Brent and Alan Klein from VanDoit, who take travelers to better places through trustworthy, modular van designs tailored to each story. You can contact me here:  rick@theoutdoorbizpodcast.com   What Happened: I used to think van life meant dropping everything, quitting your job, and driving off into the sunset with a dog and a dream. You know, the stuff Instagram makes look effortless. But then I met people who lived something different—more real. Like hauling their kids to soccer in the same van they use for weekend mountain biking trips. Or using it as a mobile showroom by day, then a cozy crash pad by night. It hit me: this isn't about escaping life—it's about expanding it. Making your van fit your life, not the other way around. That's when I realized... van life doesn't have to be all or nothing. It can be everything. Principle: The best adventure vehicles don't just take you places—they evolve with your life. From hauling mulch to hauling mountain bikes to hauling kids, they meet you wherever you are. Van life isn't about living out of your van. It's about living more fully because of it. Transition: But here's the thing… Most people think van life means going all-in, Instagram-ready sunsets and full-time nomadism. And that belief? It's holding them back. They either think it's “not for them” or they try to DIY their way into it and end up elbow-deep in wiring they should've never touched. That's why: That's why we dropped this episode of the Outdoor Adventure Lifestyle Podcast—to show you a more authentic path. One that's rooted in decades of experience, real-life usage, and a design philosophy that's more about living than it is about lifestyle labels. Call to Action: Still dreaming of freedom but stuck thinking you're “not the van type”? Listen to this episode. 386 When a Door Ajar Becomes a Fatal Distraction: GA Door-Open Accidents and What Pilots Should Do + GA News

A cabin door pops open just after takeoff. It's noisy, surprising—but the aircraft is still flying just fine. So why are general aviation pilots still crashing and dying in these scenarios? In this episode, Max explores the unsettling trend of fatal accidents caused not by mechanical failure, but by how pilots react to in-flight distractions—specifically, an open cabin or baggage door. In just the first five months of 2025, four U.S. GA crashes involved doors opening shortly after takeoff. Three were fatal; the fourth resulted in serious burn injuries. Max walks through each accident in detail, including the tragic crashes of a Beech Baron in Colorado, a Vans RV-10 in California, a Beech A36TC in Pennsylvania, and a Piper Saratoga in Florida. In all cases, the door opening startled the pilot, who either tried to immediately return at low altitude or became distracted from flying. The result: stalls, spins, or uncontrolled impacts—none of which were caused by the open door itself. Drawing from FAA guidance, NTSB investigations, and personal experience with over two dozen open-door incidents, Max explains exactly how pilots should handle this situation. The key? Don't panic. Don't try to fix the problem in the air. Fly the airplane, climb to pattern altitude, and land normally. You'll also learn about door designs that are more prone to issues—like gull-wing doors on RV-10s and Columbias, or rear doors on Diamonds—and the importance of educating passengers on how to respond. The episode also includes real-world listener stories, POH comparisons across different aircraft, and a review of FAA training materials that stress proper task management in abnormal situations. Max reminds pilots that an open door is not an emergency—it's a test of focus. If mishandled, it can become a fatal distraction. But with the right knowledge and discipline, it should be a non-event. This episode is a must-listen for every GA pilot—because distractions happen, and it's how we respond that makes the difference.
