What is up Bros?! RHOSCL HATH RETURNED and not a day too soon. This episode kicks off with and RV trip for the ladies. Noticeably missing is Lisa Barlow as she has an "important business thing" but the real tea is that she wont sleep in an RV with Bronwyn. Bold move to miss the premiere and it seems to have hit the group in a bad way. Heather gives us the low down on where everyone stands. Brittany cant help herself and makes not one but TWO Jared Osmond announcements. It seems that the group is split on reactions regarding Lisa. Britany apparently is now BFF's with Lisa and immediately jumps to her defense. Whitney Angie and Mary all have questions about Lisa's behavior and the double standard when it comes to LB. Meredith want's to wait until Lisa can defend herself and we end up learning about 5 lawsuits surrounding both Lisa and Vida Tequila. While Lisa was absent from the premiere, these ladies have returned to form immediately with some Blair Witch camera work and some A grade shade being thrown. Buckle up Bros, we are so back. The 5 Pillars of Financial Discipleship with Brian Holtz

"Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours." - 1 Chronicles 29:11If God owns it all, what does that mean for the way we manage money? Brian Holtz is here to unpack the Five Pillars of Financial Discipleship—principles that, when embraced by families, bring freedom and joy to their finances.Brian Holtz is the CEO of Compass Financial Ministry and the author of Financial Discipleship for Families: Intentionally Raising Faithful Children.More Than Money ManagementWhen it comes to managing money as followers of Christ, the Bible calls us to more than financial freedom or peace of mind. It calls us to financial discipleship—a life of stewardship, surrender, and multiplication for God's Kingdom. Here are five key pillars that shape this journey.Pillar One: OwnershipEverything begins with recognizing who truly owns it all. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 24:1, Haggai 2:8, and 1 Chronicles 29:11 that God is the Creator and ultimate Owner of everything. Our role is not ownership but stewardship. This mindset shift—from “mine” to “His”—brings both relief and challenge. It's freeing to know the responsibility doesn't all rest on us, but humbling to realize our lives and resources are not ultimately ours to control.Pillar Two: SurrenderAcknowledging God's ownership requires surrender. Luke 14:33 makes this clear: discipleship means yielding everything back to God, not just intellectually but in our hearts. This surrender extends beyond giving—it includes how we spend, save, and plan. Trusting God's plan over our own is an act of daily obedience.Pillar Three: ChoiceIn Matthew 6:24, Jesus tells us we cannot serve both God and money. Every financial decision—whether saving, giving, or spending—reveals who we serve. Choosing God requires aligning daily habits with His Word, even when it feels counterintuitive. As Isaiah reminds us, God's ways are higher and better than ours.Pillar Four: MultiplicationDiscipleship is never meant to stop with us. In the Parable of the Talents, Jesus calls us to multiply what He has entrusted to us. This means sharing what we've learned and inviting others into the journey. Financial discipleship involves helping others apply biblical wisdom so that God's Kingdom continues to grow.Pillar Five: Eternal FocusFinally, discipleship means setting our eyes on eternity. Jesus said in Matthew 6:19–21 to store up treasures in heaven, not on earth. But these treasures aren't material—they're about our relationship with Christ. Living with an eternal focus keeps us from being distracted by temporary wealth and anchors our hope in Him alone. How Financial Discipleship DiffersIt's easy to confuse financial discipleship with financial stewardship or freedom. Stewardship may stop at wise resource management, but discipleship goes further—it's about helping others learn, apply, and multiply biblical truth for God's glory. True discipleship always leads to transformation, both personally and in community.Compass Financial Ministry exists to equip believers to live this way. Through resources, training, and community, they help people break free from the love of money and serve God more fully. Financial discipleship is really about helping others learn, apply, and multiply everything for God's glory, rather than for our own. To learn more, visit CompassFinancialMinistry.org.On Today's Program, Rob Answers Listener Questions:I'm about to receive money from a relative's trust and want to place it in a high-yield money market account. But the plan only has 65 family housing subsidies allocated for an estimated 427 RV households.   The mayor's RV ban comes at a time when immigrant communities are threatened by increased criminalization and deportations. End Poverty Tows fear the disproportionate impacts to immigrant communities and poor black and brown communities that have turned to RVs as their housing solution due to the lack of affordable housing in one of the world's richest cities.Tune in to hear Lukas and Armando discuss vehicular homelessness, the common myths and misconceptions weaponized by the city officials to demonize the RV community and the future of organizing with and for the RV community in the aftermath of the RV ban. Evan breaks down how Axia Partners shifted from a broad mix (self-storage, RV parks, multifamily, and a 230,000-sq-ft industrial development) toward heavier emphasis on RV parks and value-add multifamily in Middle America—and why today's pricing has them patient on new multifamily acquisitions. He explains how fixed-rate debt and conservative underwriting have kept their 2021 multifamily deals cash-flowing (with strong NOI growth) even as exit timelines stretch. On the capital-raising front, Evan shares what's actually moving the needle now: nailing execution for current investors, nurturing referral networks, and participating in the right mastermind communities long before you need to raise. For newer capital raisers, Evan's advice is simple and powerful: know your deals inside and out, never “wing” answers, give straight talk (with proper disclaimers), and recognize that not every investor is the right fit—protect your future sanity and reputation by trusting your gut.   - Get Interviewed on the Show! - ================================== Are you a real estate investor with some 'tales from the trenches' you'd like to share with our audience? What happens when you throw out rigid timelines and arbitrary benchmarks, allowing children to learn at their own pace in ways that honor their unique personalities? Kristi's 11-year homeschooling journey with her three daughters reveals the transformative power of personalized education. When her introverted third-grader with learning difficulties asked to homeschool, Kristi—despite having no prior knowledge of homeschooling—took the leap. Within two years, she brought all three daughters home, discovering that the full benefits came when the entire family shared the same educational approach. This shift opened extraordinary possibilities: four-day school weeks, regular RV camping trips, skiing adventures that started on Thursdays, and meaningful participation in the family's citrus farm. Most remarkably, Kristi's approach to her oldest daughter's learning challenges demonstrates the power of patience and personalization. Working "one to two years behind typical grade level for a very long time" and even repeating ninth grade at the student's request, this daughter eventually caught up naturally. By age 15-16, professional assessments showed she qualified for no learning disorders whatsoever. Today, she attends Concordia University with a substantial academic scholarship.Interest-led learning transformed their homeschool experience. When a child loved horses, they studied equine science for a year. When another was fascinated by birds, they created habitats around their home that now attract unique species their neighbors don't have. Their youngest daughter's inexplicable passion for the Beatles as a preschooler evolved into studying 60s history in ninth grade. As Kristi explains, "I think you get some passionate, extraordinary individuals by really customizing and letting them be interest-led in everything they do."Considering homeschooling? Kristi's advice is refreshingly simple: "Homeschool should and can look different in every single household." You can always return to conventional schooling if needed—they'll take you back.Kristi's Instagram'Homeschooled' the movie: WHERE TO WATCH: https://homeschooledthemovie.com/where-to-watchCurriculum discussed: Teaching Textbooks, Moving Beyond the Page, Apologia, IEW, Amal Unbound, Rutus Apetis, Alan Gratz, Under the Painted SkyCheryl's Guide to Homeschooling: Check out The Homeschool How To Complete Starter Guide- Cheryl's eBook compiling everything she's learned from her interviews on The Homeschool How To Podcast.

Unlock land income opportunities today: Realtors learn how RV parking income turns idle lots into monthly cash flow. Curious how to pitch this to sellers for instant value? This episode shows a practical Realtor land strategy you can use this week.Episode OverviewLand income opportunities aren't just for big developers—Realtors, investors, and everyday landowners can tap into passive RV rental income. In this episode, Mike and Caylee Harrington break down how HookHub helps connect RV travelers with underutilized lots, turning unused property into cash-flowing assets.Realtors will learn how to present land listings with built-in income potential, how to answer client questions like “What's the value of my land if I rent it before selling?”, and how to leverage this strategy to stand out in listing presentations. With market data, pricing examples, and real stories from hosts, this episode shows why the RV lifestyle is more than a trend—it's a business opportunity.Key Takeaways1. Realtors Can Differentiate Listings with Income PotentialBy highlighting land income opportunities, Realtors can show sellers how a property generates cash flow before it sells. This adds value in listing presentations and helps Realtors stand out in competitive markets.2. Passive Land Income Works Without Major UpgradesOwners don't need full hookups to earn. Even raw land or storage parking can create passive land income, giving Realtors an extra strategy when advising clients.3. Demand Comes from Remote Workers and Travel NursesCaylee explains how long-term renters like travel nurses, contractors, and remote workers drive consistent RV parking income. Realtors can frame this trend as proof of steady demand.4. Liability Concerns Are Addressed with Host ProtectionsOne barrier to adoption is landowner liability. HookHub includes host coverage and renter verification, which Realtors can confidently mention when promoting land income opportunities to clients.5. At a Phillies vs Marlins game one of the Phillies players hit a homerun. Several people ran to pick up the ball from the stands and a dad was the one who pulled it out from the scrum. He tried to give his ball to his son, but a woman came over and screamed at him until he gave her the ball. The dad and his son however got something even better than a ball. They received a bat that was signed by the player who hit the home run, a gift bag from the Marlins, an RV and a pair of tickets to the world series. A couple getting married had a $100k gift stolen from them during their wedding. Doja Cat's performance at the VMAs was incredible. BJ was impressed with her dancing. Mariah Carey did a great job singing, but barely moved. Former Denver broadcaster Deborah Takahara got tasered yesterday after going through police training camp.

Charlie Sheen went on the GMAs on Friday to talk about his new documentary coming out on Wednesday as well as his new book. He admitted that during his drug fueled days he tried hooking up with men. A recent survey says that the average time to go to bed for Coloradans is 11:20pm. Jamie thinks that sounds about right, but BJ thinks it should be earlier. What time do you go to bed?

She built a $120 million real estate empire in just four years… and then realized it was destroying her. In this episode, I sit down with Jen Ullrich, a real estate entrepreneur who scaled RV and mobile home parks into a massive portfolio while secretly burning out from 100-hour weeks and 120 days a year on the road. The hustle that made her millions also broke her. So Jen walked away. She put her life in storage, spent seven months traveling the world, and turned to coaching, therapy, and even psychedelic-assisted healing to rediscover herself. Now she's back, building again - this time with purpose, strict boundaries, and AI as her secret weapon to avoid the grind. This is a raw, honest conversation about the hidden cost of chasing success and what it really takes to rebuild on your own terms. Are you enjoying this? Are you not? Tell us what to do more of, and what you'd like to hear less of. The Reykjavík Grapevine's Iceland Roundup brings you the top news with a healthy dash of local views. In this episode, Grapevine publisher Jón Trausti Sigurðarson is joined by Heimildin journalist Aðalsteinn Kjartansson, and Grapevine friend and contributor Sindri Eldon to roundup the stories making headlines in recent weeks. On the docket this week are: ✨ An Italian academic, Roberto Luigi Pagani who has taught Icelandic, and how to read old Icelandic manuscripts at the University of Iceland and lived here since 2014, was refused citizenship because he hasn't passed a test in Icelandic.✨The minister of finance, Daði Mar Kristófersson, is introducing next year's budget this morning. The plan is to run a 15 billion ISK deficit next year, but the plan is to end the deficit in 2027.✨Morgunblaðið reported this morning that the 40% increase in applications of foreign students who also need a residence permit, may be linked to numerous TikTok videos, promoting the fact that it is free to attend university in Iceland, and furthermore that students can bring their families with them while attending studies in Iceland. The Grapevine has received numerous emails from students who applied to study at the University of Iceland this semester, but whose residence permit was not processed in time for them to attend. ✨On Monday last week, RÚV decided it was time to platform MP and former podcast bro, Snorri Másson, who's been maintaining in interviews that there is no freedom of speech with regards to discussing trans-rights and policies in Iceland. RÚV brought him on to debate Þorbjörg Þorvaldsdóttir, the spokesperson for Iceland's National Queer Organizations. What followed were 20 minutes of Snorri playing victim, while making no solid points in the debate and constantly interrupting Þorbjörg. The following day it was reported that the Police's special forces had kept a watch on Snorri's house that night, for security reasons, and Snorri then issued a statement that the whole thing “proved” his point that no freedom of speech existed regarding the discussion of trans issues in Iceland.Totally unrelated, RÚV premiered a new documentary series called Hate. Which is about “the rise of hate speech in Iceland and the backlash that has occurred in the struggles of various minority groups in recent years.”✨Saturday saw a protest against “genocide” take place all over Iceland; in Reykjavík, Ísafjörður, Egilsstaðir, Akureyri, Stykkishólmur, Húsavík and Hólmavík.
