Next Level Soul with Alex Ferrari: A Spirituality & Personal Growth Podcast
The winds of existence often carry us to realms of insight and transformation, and today's conversation is a testament to the profundity of our journey. On this episode, we welcome Rebbeca Wertz, a courageous soul who has traversed the path of spiritual awakening, shedding light on the mysteries of pre-birth experiences and beyond.Rebbeca Wertz's journey began within the structured confines of the Mormon church, a faith that provided her with a foundation but ultimately left her seeking deeper truths. Her childhood was marred by trauma, and she found herself grappling with questions that the church could not answer. It was through this period of turmoil that she embarked on a quest for understanding, exploring various spiritual realms and diving into self-discovery.Her journey into spirituality intensified after discovering near-death experiences (NDEs) on endof.org. "I felt like I was remembering things I already knew," Rebbeca explains, describing her all-night reading sessions that catalyzed her spiritual awakening. This awakening opened her to divine encounters, including spontaneous Kundalini awakenings and contact with what she refers to as divine extraterrestrial beings. One of the most striking aspects of her story is her vivid pre-birth experiences.During a period of deep introspection, she recalled being in a room with her soul family, planning their lives and the challenges they would face. "I remember saying, I want to go down at this time and do that, and come into this family group," she recalls. This memory, albeit vague, gave her profound insight into her life's purpose and the trials she volunteered to undertake, including her abusive past.Rebbeca's descriptions are both fascinating and deeply moving. In another pre-birth memory, she found herself as a small, curious orb in a heavenly domain. She eagerly volunteered for a life on Earth, likening the experience to preparing for a roller coaster ride. "It was shown to me so I wouldn't freak out," she says, describing how she entered a light body and then a physical form, feeling the excitement and trepidation of her chosen journey. Her spiritual path has not been without its earthly challenges. From confronting her abuser and dealing with the trauma's aftermath to experiencing severe medical crises during childbirth, Rebbeca's resilience is awe-inspiring. These experiences have gifted her with heightened psychic abilities and a profound understanding of life's interconnectedness.SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYSSelf-Compassion is Essential: Through her struggles, Rebbeca learned the critical importance of self-compassion. It's a vital component of healing, allowing us to nurture ourselves with the same kindness we extend to others.Spiritual Awakening is a Journey: Rebbeca's story highlights that spiritual awakening is an ongoing process, often triggered by life's most challenging experiences. It involves shedding old beliefs and embracing new, more expansive understandings of existence.Embrace Your Path with Courage: Rebbeca's decision to openly share her experiences, despite societal skepticism, underscores the power of living authentically. Her courage serves as an inspiration for others to embrace their own spiritual journeys, no matter how unconventional.Rebbeca's experiences remind us that our lives are intricately woven with purpose and divine guidance. Her story encourages us to seek deeper truths, embrace self-compassion, and live courageously. Through her journey, we see the beauty of transformation and the limitless possibilities that lie within each of us.Please enjoy my conversation with Rebbeca Wertz.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/next-level-soul-podcast-with-alex-ferrari--4858435/support.

Suspense "Forcast The Lodger Audition" (July 21, 1940) CBS Presented "The Lodger" as its audition program of the hugely successful radio series Suspense. Mr. Alfred Hitchcock brilliant English director of such outstanding motion pictures as "The Thirty-Nine Steps", Rebbeca and Foreign Correspondent was eager to create a very special type of radio drama, the suspense stories. As narrator and star of his production he thought at once of the distinguished actor with whom he had been associated in countless British film successes, Herbert Marshall. Mr Marshall suggested that they dramatized a certain favorite story of his and that story happened to be the very one Mr Hitchcok had in mind, Marie Belloc-Lowndes classic in chills, The Lodger. The Lodger is a work of fiction, which springs from recorded fact a story that begins in the year 1888 in London, a London terrorised by the fifth in a succession of recent murders. It is believed that these deeds were the works of one person, a tall gaunt figure in a black Inverness cape carrying a small narrow bag. The mysterious killer known as the Avenger preyed on young attractive blond haired women just like Daisy the daughter of the Buntings, the Buntings who had taken in a gentleman lodger… --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/waldina/message

Was bedeutet das genau?

Rebecca Coriam, a crew member aboard the cruise ship, the Disney Wonder, vanished in 2011 and has never been found. 24-year-old Rebbeca or "Becks", as she was known to friends and family, disappeared on March 22nd, 2011. From the very beginning, the investigation seemed lacking including jurisdictional disputes on who should lead the investigation. Join Mike and Morf as they discuss the disappearance of Rebecca Coriam. The ship had a lot of cameras and Rebecca was seen on CCTV footage early that morning. But not a single camera captured what happened to her. A search ensued but no sign of her was found. The Royal Bahamas Police was the investigating agency and their investigation has led many to question its thoroughness. Did Rebecca Coriam end her life, get swept overboard by a rogue wave, or was it a love triangle that led to murder? Do narcissists even want to settle their legal issues and get peace, or do they get high from jerking you around? How to keep going when it feels like your drama with a narcissist will never end! Who really has control in the courtroom, and how to use it to your own advantage. Rebecca talks about the typical traits of narcissists, and how you can get skilled at unmasking that through her proven strategies. Tools such as Rebecca’s “Crush My Negotiation” Worksheet, along with resources from Sherry and Carla on overcoming codependency and gaining confidence. When dealing with a narcissist, data, facts, and plans are your friends. Keep those receipts! What do you do to protect yourself when you aren’t ready to leave? Yes, there are female narcissists out there! Rebecca also helps show us how to get that person out of our space. How to best cope with PTSD and aftershocks that come after dealing with a narcissist. How to break free of the obsession that comes with dealing with a narcissist, no matter what stage of the relationship you are in. Options for people who broke up with someone and are being harassed by them. Our definition of co-dependents and empaths, and why they seem to be so drawn to narcissists. Tweetables: “For narcissists, you are either for them or against them. Once they realize you are against them, you become enemy number one.” - Rebecca “Even if you gave them 100% of everything they wanted, it wouldn’t be good enough.” - Rebecca “Document, Document, Document.” - Rebecca “If I’m thinking about the drama, trauma, and chaos, I can’t be in creation mode. That is what you are meant to be doing and you can’t be in two places at once.” - Rebecca “Detach with compassion.” - Sherry Connect with Us! Today’s guest on the Millionaire Secrets podcast is Rebecca Zung. Having run her own highly successful law practice in Florida for over 20 years, Rebbeca is a top 1% attorney. Taking a special interest in the area of working with narcissists, Rebecca decided to pivot in her career. She realized that negotiating with, and winning duels against, narcissists was an under-represented field of study - not only in law but in life in general. With 1 in 10 people having some degree of narcissistic traits in their personalities, there was clearly a demand for greater research, and for a specialist in this area. So, Rebecca switched from running a law practice to coaching and mentoring people in the art of negotiating with narcissists. Particularly, this was in relation to business and divorce proceedings. Rebecca has written a wildly successful book on the subject: Negotiate Like YOU M.A.T.T.E.R.: The Sure Fire Method to Step Up and Win And her social media channels continue to grow at lightning speed. This is a fascinating interview, as the conversation is very different from the usual topics we cover. There’s more. In this interview, we also speculate how narcissists are created. Nature vs nurture. We discuss the differences between a grandiose narcissist and a covert narcissist - and how women tend to be more of one than the other. Why are narcissists successful? Why do they do what they do? And, how to tell if you’re a narcissist? All of these questions are answered and more. Touching on the entrepreneurial aspect of things, we also work through how and why Rebecca made the pivot from running her own wildly successful law practice to being a coach and mentor in this area. The famous story of the stolen blessings presents us with some interesting questions: Why do Rebbeca & Jacob resort to deception to obtain Jacob's father's blessings? How could Isaac be totally blind to his son's behavior, and why couldn't his wife enlighten him? Did he really love his son because he was a hunter? Learn about passion vs process.

Jamie Miller and Rebecca Jones are here for today’s episode. Jamie is the CEO of Union Cowork, and Rebecca is the mayor of San Marcos, California. San Marcos is the most recent city to welcome in a Union Cowork building. Before getting into politics, Rebecca grew a business to $100 million in sales. Previously, San Marcos didn’t have a defined downtown. Rebecca began planning to implement one in her city around ten years ago and talks about its evolution. Jamie discusses how he was under the impression that San Marcos was just a place for big box retailers, and that his changed perception of the city made him want to get involved. Rebecca shares insight on the struggles and loneliness that happened in the early days of building her business. Jamie adds in that Union Cowork can help in similar situations because using their spaces allow people to feel like they’re not alone. He believes that having others who can support you along the way is extremely important. With the politically charged atmosphere of late, Rebecca expresses that people such as herself must remember why they are in their position in the first place. She says that one of her favorite areas to focus on is traffic, and Jamie talks about his desire for everyone to walk or bike to work. We finish by hearing advice from Jamie and Rebecca about building a business. Rebecca promotes remembering that you can’t make everyone happy and sometimes have to let things go. Jamie brings up the importance of having balance between your business and personal life. "A vague curling mist suddenly crept along the edges of her vision. Oh, no, not again!" Quote from Looking Through the Mist Looking Through the Mist was written by Rebbeca J. Vickery. This book is considered a mystery, an adventure, a romance, and a paranormal thriller. The main character, Jessica Wilder, has psychic abilities. She has used this gift to consult with the FBI to solve cases that involve children for the past 6 years. Bob Strickland was the first FBI agent to believe and trust in Jessica's visions. Once he retired, she began a new life working as an illustrator for children's books. While eating at a diner, she had a vision that would change everything. She had to take a leap of faith and report her vision to the local authorities. She met a detective, Johanthan Lansing, who would support her in solving a case. For once in her life, Jessica accepts her psychic visions as a gift and apart of who she is. Her visions are no longer considered a burden. The love between Johnathan and Jessica grows as they solve the case together. The author, Rebbeca J. Vickery, has a writing style that allows the readers to visualize the charisma the two main characters share. Rebbeca has stated that "The books that I write have traditional romance themes with ironic twists and usually tales in the style of Edgar Allen Poe and Alfred Hitchcock." After reading, Looking Through the Mist" I can't agree more with this statement! The podcast also features a true intuitive medium/psychic investigator, Troy Griffin. You can find "Looking Through the Mist" on Amazon or on Lulu.com. Questions: mohenderson2525@gmail.com "WHAT IS YOUR STORY?"
We know what a bribe is and what to do to avoid it, but bribery often takes many forms. If that's the case, how can you prepare employees to identify and address risks that aren't presented in black and white? Join Tom Fox and SAI Vice President of Learning, Rebecca Turco, as they discuss compliance training solutions. They talk about some of Rebecca's best practices in compliance and ethics training, along with other trends in learning. Finding effective ways to target users with personalized training content can be quite a struggle for some companies. This is because one-size-fits-all compliance training programs aren't effective in delivering key information. This is where adaptive learning comes in handy. It presents content and relevant information in more meaningful and relatable ways. Rebecca talks about how adaptive learning doesn't reinvent the whole training process. How it gives participants the freedom to skip the topics they already understand and focus on new yet relevant pieces of information. By following this trend, employees are rewarded for their demonstrated training competency and the company can save more resources. How can compliance officers use adaptive training effectively? Rebecca talks about how asking questions and collecting participants' answers enable compliance officers to create better learner profiles. Data collected from these sessions are then adapted into their technology for ease of access and delivery.Asking employees reflective questions and branching out scenarios gauges the employee's course understanding. Not only will you understand how your employee will handle potential risks, but you will also see how effective your E&C program is. This enables compliance officers to gather better and more relevant data. When employees understand why they need E&C training and how it can help them perform their jobs better, then they'll improve. How can you meet both the legal and market requirements while being effective and targeted? Content must be engaging and accessible - there shouldn’t be any barriers from receiving the training. Tom and Rebbeca talk about SAI’s new technology-based learning solution called, ‘Ethics Anywhere.’ The beauty of adaptive learning is that it improves the user experience. It re-calibrates user data and generates more accurate data. It also helps the company to understand if there are any gaps in their training knowledge as well as their compliance program. The more personalized content you deliver, the more refined data you’re collecting. The more refined your data is, the better your future content will become. But content isn’t all there is to a successful compliance program, so balance content engagement and delivery. This will lead to learners becoming more and more engaged, year after year. Ongoing EducationIf you’re a compliance professional looking for a convenient and effective way to fulfill your continuing education requirements, go to FCPAComplianceReport.com/Courses and choose from 4 hour-long training packages that will keep you up to date with the latest developments in the compliance field.Rebecca TursoLinkedIn SAI Global Learn more about your ad choices. In this episode we talk about death and dying with Rebecca Lynn Scott, founder of the Polytheist Death Guild. She talks about her own experiences that lead her to creating the Guild and the importance and necessity of death rituals in our society. How do we talk about death in our society? How are we able to express grief? Do pagans (of any traditions) have a healthier view of death than other traditions? Rebecca Lynn Scott is the founder of the Polytheist Death Guild and author of A Litany to the Many Dead, a set of prayers to those who have died. She is an Hellenic polytheist, a Hekatean, and a Dionysian. She is currently engaged in writing the funerary and mourning rituals for the Starry Bull tradition of Bacchic Orphism. She lives with her wife and assorted critters in Seattle. Interview with Rebbeca Flax by The Management
We interview Rebecca from Stapler Confessions to find out how she is paying off $125,000 of student loan debt and learn how we can pay off our debt too. Rebecca escaped her four-year college with zero debt but things changed when she graduated law school. She came out with $125,000 in student loan debt. She married her law school sweetheart and he had the same amount of debt so all total, they were a quarter of a million dollars in debt. The couple used the snowball method and every month threw every extra dollar at the smallest loan payment. Rebecca’s husband works for a non-profit and uses an income-based repayment plan. If he works for the non-profit for 120 months and makes every payment, the rest of the loan will be forgiven. This option is only available for federal loans, not private. Eventually, he stands to have about $50,000 in loans forgiven. Income-Based Repayment is a good option for a lot of people. Your monthly payment is based on your income. It will generally extend the life of your loan but if you’re in a tight spot, it can help. Rebecca has an IRA and will max that out and then start tackling the next loan. Rebecca does a budget, as we all should. She keeps it on an Excel spreadsheet and tracks the family spending in Mint. When it comes to the question of whether you should pay off low-interest rates loans or invest in the market, Rebecca advises going with your gut. Those loans, even the low-interest ones, can be a heavy psychological burden. Student loans are burdensome but there are ways to pay them off faster and even have them partially forgiven. Good luck to all us borrowers. Show Notes Stapler Confessions: Rebbeca’s blog about personal finance and her love of Staples office supply stores! Mint: The easy way to track your spending. Who is really in charge at Rarotonga now? Do you think they will really be able to regroup and come back to win after losing their strongest physical player? What do you think is most important this season: brains or brawn? Would you keep sad sack Ozzy around or discard him the first chance you got? Who's smarter: Parvati or Nathan? Aitutaki: Becky, Candice, Cao Boi, Jessica, Jonathan, Ozzy, Sundra, and Yul Rarotonga: Adam, Brad, Cristina, Jenny, Nathan, Parvati, Rebbeca, and Stephannie We just wrapped episode four and there are still 16 people in the game. Will this finally be a double elimination week? We think it will be Cao Boi on Aitu and and Nathan is our pick for Raro. Who's your pick(s) for next to get voted out? Say goodbye to Puka Puka and Manahiki. Unless you missed the preview commercial or the LF show, you knew there was a merge coming. That seemed like a pretty fair way to distribute the teams, but this show stood out for another reason too. This turned out to be another one of those episodes that left us wondering more about what we didn't see than what we did. What happened to Candice on Exile Island? Was there another clue and another idol already hidden there? Did Rarotonga chow down on that octopus? And most importantly, did Yul gift the Hidden Immunity Idol to Becky before Tribal Council? What do you think about these new tribes? Here's the tribes after episode 3. Aitutaki: Becky, Candice, Cao Boi, Jessica, Jonathan, Ozzy, Sundra, and Yul Rarotonga: Adam, Brad, Cristina, Jenny, JP, Nathan, Parvati, Rebbeca, and Stephannie We're sticking with our prediction of a double elimination again for the next episode. There's still way too many tribe members in the game. Jo Ann thinks it will be Cao Boi and Nathan. Stacy thinks it will be Cao Boi and Parvati. Who's your pick(s) for next to get voted out? Now that they have merged, there are new romantic possiblities to consider. Parvati seems intent on hooking up with one of the studs on her team. Who do you predict will be the other rumored romance this season? We've got several ways you can reach us. You can call and leave a voicemail at 206-350-JASS(5277). You can record an audio comment and attach it or just type up a quick text message and send it to us via email at joannandstacyshow@gmail.com. Lastly, there's a link for comments on the web page here. You can click that link and post your thoughts out there for everyone to see. Leading Hollywood actors of the time starred in suspense films.PLOTThe Lodger served as an audition show for the wildly popular radio series Suspense. Mr Alfred Hitchcock, the renowned English filmmaker of films like The Thirty-Nine Steps, Rebbeca, and Foreign Correspondent, was eager to create a unique sort of radio drama called suspense stories. He immediately thought of Herbert Marshall, the great actor with whom he had been associated in several British film hits, as narrator and star of his project. Mr Marshall recommended that they reenact one of his favorite stories, which proved to be the one Mr Hitchcok had in mind, Marie Belloc-Lowndes' chilling classic The Lodger. The Lodger is a work of fiction based on true events that opens in 1888 in London, where the fifth in a series of recent killings has terrorized the city. These crimes are thought to have been committed by one individual, a tall gaunt figure wearing a black Inverness cape and carrying a little thin satchel. The Avenger, a mysterious serial murderer, preyed on young attractive blond haired ladies like Daisy, the Buntings' daughter, who had taken in a gentleman lodger...About the Podcast:Mystery Theater Old Time Radio PodcastWe bring you the best radio plays and programs of mystery, intrigue, and comedy from the Golden Age of Radio.
