There's a specific kind of stress that doesn't shout. It hums. Unpaid bills you keep thinking about. Appointments you still need to schedule. That return sitting by the door. Emails you flag and forget. None of it is urgent in the moment, but all of it quietly takes up space in your head. For a long time, those small tasks filled our week. Newly released emails connected to Jeffrey Epstein put New York Giants minority owner Steve Tisch in the spotlight, raising serious questions about accountability, league standards, and whether the NFL will actually confront uncomfortable issues involving ownership. The guys break down what is known, what is denied, and why this story barely registered across national NFL media. They also dig into what authority Roger Goodell truly has, how past ownership scandals were handled, and why the Giants brand and the Mara family sit at the center of the conversation. The show pivots to the Knicks. Was it worth paying a fortune to see LeBron James at Madison Square Garden, an all-time Reggie Miller broadcast moment that drove fans crazy, and whether the Knicks' recent run changes the urgency to chase Giannis. A caller floats a Mikal Bridges for Jrue Holiday trade, and the guys explain why that idea quickly falls apart.
The release of thousands of Jeffrey Epstein related emails puts uncomfortable attention on the NFL, including the naming of New York Giants minority owner Steve Tisch. The discussion breaks down why some mentions are meaningless, why others can seriously damage reputations, and why this one sits in a very different category. The guys question why national NFL media largely ignored the story, what responsibility Roger Goodell has when it comes to ownership optics, and whether the league actually has the will to act when no crime is alleged but the association itself is troubling. They also examine how this impacts the Giants brand, the Mara family, and why protecting the shield has mattered in past ownership cases. Ultimately, it becomes a larger conversation about power, accountability, and whether the NFL will confront uncomfortable realities or quietly move on once the headlines fade.

What does the evidence suggest, what's still unproven, and why does this story refuse to go away? We also look at Epstein's broader web of connections — including the political and billionaire circles that continue to raise eyebrows. That means discussion of names like Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, and others who have faced questions over their association with Epstein (even if their involvement has been publicly disputed or denied). And yes — we also talk about Sarah Ferguson (Fergie) and the royal dimension: how Epstein intersected with royal life, the reputational crisis for the monarchy, and why this scandal has become one of the most damaging in modern royal history. This isn't just a story about one man — it's about power, access, influence, blackmail rumours, elite protection, and why Jeffrey Epstein remains one of the most haunting figures of the 21st century.

From power companies asking people to unplug their EVs during deep freezes ❄️⚡ to explosive claims buried inside Epstein records, Tara connects the dots between media narratives, selective outrage, and political strategy. This episode moves from lighthearted winter chaos to deadly serious allegations—highlighting what gets amplified, what gets ignored, and why misinformation has become a political weapon.
CannCon and Zak Paine break down a packed Badlands Daily covering the unraveling media narrative and escalating unrest tied to ICE enforcement. The show opens with an in-depth examination of Don Lemon's arrest, the media's attempt to reframe him as a persecuted journalist, and direct comparisons to the treatment of January 6 defendants. From there, the conversation expands into ongoing ICE protests across Los Angeles, Minnesota, and New York, including traffic blockades, attacks on media crews, and the growing use of children in politically charged demonstrations and school walkouts. The hosts also dig into newly released Epstein-related emails, unpacking disturbing claims involving powerful political figures, intelligence connections, and foreign interference. Additional segments cover massive overseas cash transfers out of U.S. airports, the financial collapse of the DNC heading into 2026, Hollywood backlash over the Melania documentary's box office success, and rising public pushback against establishment narratives. The episode closes with a clear throughline: selective enforcement, narrative control, and the consequences now coming into focus.

Ever feel like you're doing everything right with email… but your open rates are stuck and sales feel inconsistent? Like your messages just aren't landing where they should? In this episode, I sit down with email deliverability expert Troy to break down what's actually happening behind the scenes when you hit send—and why most marketers are unknowingly training inbox providers to ignore them. We unpack the biggest mistakes killing email performance: sending too infrequently, neglecting list hygiene, falling into spam traps, and assuming your ESP is handling deliverability for you. Troy explains why inbox placement requires ongoing maintenance—and how small backend fixes can lead to massive gains. You'll learn why sending more often can improve deliverability, how cleaning your list can revive inactive subscribers, and how businesses add 10–20 percentage points to open rates without changing their offers or copy. If email is a core revenue channel for your business, this conversation will change how you think about inboxing—and what it really takes to get your emails seen, opened, and acted on.

Jennifer was stalked by someone she once trusted. She met her stalker at a self-defense gym, where the two became friends. But when Jennifer began noticing red flags and tried to create distance, the behavior didn't stop — it escalated. After Jennifer blocked her completely, the stalking spread. Her social media accounts were hacked. Emails and phone calls were sent to her friends, family, coworkers, even members of her church — all about her. She began seeing her stalker driving past her home. Dead birds appeared on her porch. Inside her house, objects were moved, seemingly on their own. It wasn't until Jennifer hired a digital forensics investigator that the truth finally came into focus — uncovering what her stalker had been doing to her, silently and deliberately, for the last ten years. According to newly reported emails between Jeffrey Epstein and Leon Black, Epstein pressed Black with aggressive financial demands for years, particularly around 2015 to 2016. Epstein repeatedly insisted on annual payments of roughly US$40 million for providing tax-and-estate-planning services, seeking an upfront US$25 million plus multiple US$5-million bi-monthly installments. He chastised Black's children and financial advisers, calling them incompetent and saying that their actions had created a “really dangerous mess.”While Black had engaged Epstein for advisory services and reportedly paid over US$150 million over a period of time, the correspondence underscores how Epstein sought to impose unusually high compensation and used personal attacks and pressure tactics. Black maintains that Epstein's role was limited to legitimate financial work, and investigations (such as the independent review by law firm Dechert LLP) found no conclusive wrongdoing by Black, though substantial payments and tax-planning strategies remain under scrutiny from the U.S. to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Jeffrey Epstein sent nasty emails to Apollo founder Leon Black demanding millions of dollarsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Post long weekend, things get absolutely wild. First up: the giveaway nobody saw coming. Christian reflects on the Cabanas he never expected anyone to want, only to discover they’re the most popular item the show has ever given away. Emails at 2 a.m., desperate pleas from listeners, and complete chaos ensue leaving Christian stunned and declaring, “I’ve never known anything like it.” Then, the conversation takes a very different turn. Christian shares a story that will make you laugh, cringe, and maybe double-check your own knowledge of the law. While at the beach, he witnessed something completely shocking and, in classic Christian fashion, admits he didn’t even know it was illegal. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
