In Washington, D.C., today, hundreds gathered for the 10th anniversary FreeHer March and Rally at Freedom Plaza. The event marked a decade of activism aimed at ending the mass incarceration of women and shifting resources into communities. Speakers highlighted the stark statistics: over 190,600 women and girls are currently incarcerated in the U.S. A significant number -- more than a quarter -- are not yet convicted and merely await trial. Today's rally emphasized the urgent need for federal and state clemency. With Mother's Day approaching, the spotlight was on 150,000 incarcerated mothers who will spend the day separated from their children unless immediate action is taken. The rally called on the Biden administration and state governors to grant clemency and to address the inhumane conditions in women's prisons. The event was put on by the National Council of Incarcerated and Formerly Incarcerated Women and Girls. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

After three months of carnage, the US continues to support Israel's genocide in Gaza. While the bombs rain down, tens of thousands are killed, more are seriously injured, and millions are displaced, protests have raged across the country and around the world, with demonstrators calling for an immediate ceasefire, an end to US aid to Israel, and an end to Israel's occupation of Palestine. Building on the previous, record-breaking March on Washington for Palestine last November, dozens of organizations held a second march on Saturday, Jan. 13, with tens of thousands converging on Freedom Plaza in downtown Washington, DC (organizers estimate the number of people who attended over the course of the day is in the hundreds of thousands). Reporting on the ground once again, TRNN Editor-in-Chief Maximillian Alvarez returns to DC to speak with demonstrators at the March on Washington for Gaza. This podcast also includes clips from Palestinian-Americans who spoke at the rally, courtesy of BreakThroughNews. Watch the full livestream of the rally. Whether you are a NIMBY or a YIMBY, you'll still agree that increasing the options for housing, hospitality, entertainment, historical exhibits and open space will economically stimulate a local economy. Enter Freedom Plaza, a visionary project by the Soloviev Group, spearheaded by Stefan Soloviev, Chairman, and CEO Michael Hershman. Just south of the United Nations on the East River in Manhattan, Freedom Plaza, would not only generate quite a pot of money for NYC and NY State but add much needed rental housing of which 38% will be affordable. Bonus? It would pay for and support itself while providing many other perks for the local community. Enjoy this candid conversation with Michael on episode 50 of Realty Speak.

Ralph welcomes back public interest advocate Donald Cohen to discuss the long history of corporate propaganda covering for corporate greed, and his new book Corporate Bullsh*t: Exposing the Lies and Half-Truths That Protect Profit, Power, and Wealth in America. Then Ralph is joined by founder of the Free Law Project, Michael Lissner, to talk about why the American legal system is so hard to use and the ongoing fight to make it more accessible.Donald Cohen is the founder and executive director of the research and policy center In the Public Interest. He is the co-author of The Privatization of Everything and his latest book, co-authored with Nick Hanauer and Joan Wals, is Corporate B******t: Exposing the Lies and Half-Truths That Protect Profit, Power, and Wealth in America.Every time they say something, our natural instinct is to debunk it, which means we're playing on their playing field. We want to pre-bunk it. We say, “That's bull. You're just playing a game. And listen to how you've done it in the past.” Because many of the quotes in this book are kind of hilarious, actually. We want to make fun of them and we're hoping that this becomes a little bit of a vaccine going forward. Donald CohenThis is more than just lies, falsehoods, off-the-wall predictive phoniness. It's more than that. It's deadly. In other words, it's not just rhetoric. It's not just craziness. It leads to the suppression of the society's response to foresee and forestall hazards, ripoffs, and the like, and to engage in preventive activity— regulations, opening it up for lawsuits under tort law—and deterrence. So we're dealing here with not only malicious patterns of rhetoric, we're dealing here with deadly delays. Ralph NaderMichael Lissner is Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of the Free Law Project. The Free Law Project is a nonprofit that uses technology, data, and advocacy to make the legal ecosystem more equitable and competitive. They build open-source tools to make legal information more accessible, and they host major open databases of opinions, federal filings, judges, financial disclosures, and oral arguments. Open information is really how government works… You can imagine if the Supreme Court didn't publish its opinions. Right now you can go to their website, you can find their latest decisions. But you could imagine a system where people went to the Supreme Court, they decided who was right and who was wrong, and they told those people— and that was it, and they didn't explain themselves. It wouldn't work very well, because we wouldn't know how the laws are being interpreted. And I hate to say so, but when you get a little bit away from the Supreme Court…you realize that's kind of the system we have. Michael LissnerIn Case You Haven't Heard with Francesco DeSantis1. On Saturday November 4th, the largest ever pro-Palestine demonstration was held in Washington. The Real News Network reports over 100,000 demonstrators gathered in Freedom Plaza and marched on the White House, demanding a ceasefire. CNN reports that another 100,000 protesters gathered in London, along with demonstrations throughout the world, including in Paris and Berlin, where authorities have sought to quash or outright ban pro-Palestine protests. These tremendous shows of solidarity underline how much the politics of this issue have changed in the western world.2. Rashida Tlaib, the only Palestinian member of Congress, has been censured by the House of Representatives. Defending herself on the floor of the House, Rep. Tlaib said “I will not be silenced, and I will not let you distort my words…Trying to bully or censure me won't work because this movement for a cease-fire is much bigger than one person. It is growing every single day. There are millions of people across our country who oppose Netanyahu's extremism and are done watching our government support collective punishment and the use of white phosphorus bombs that melt flesh to the bone. They are done watching our government…supporting cutting off food, water, electricity, and medical care to millions of people with nowhere to go…they don't believe the answer to war crimes is more war crimes. The refusal of Congress and the administration to acknowledge Palestinian lives is chipping away at my soul. Over 10,000 Palestinians have been killed. The majority were children…The idea that criticizing the Government of Israel is anti-Semitic sets a very dangerous precedent, and it is being used to silence diverse voices speaking up for human rights across our Nation…I can't believe I have to say this, but Palestinian people are not disposable. We are human beings just like anyone else…Speaking up to save lives…no matter faith, no matter ethnicity, should not be controversial…The cries of Palestinian and Israeli children sound no different to me. What I do not understand is why the cries of Palestinians sound different to you-all…We cannot lose our shared humanity…We will continue to call for a cease-fire…for the immediate delivery of critical humanitarian aid to Gaza, for the release of all hostages and those arbitrarily detained, and for every American to come home. We will continue to work for real, lasting peace that upholds human rights and the dignity of all people and centers peaceful coexistence between Israelis and Palestinians, censures no one, and ensures that no person, no child, has to suffer or live in fear of violence.” Despite enormous pressure by the Israel lobby, support for a ceasefire in Congress continues to grow – adding powerful new allies like Rep. Maxine Waters and Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin, who has, incredibly, taken a bolder stance than longtime progressives like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.3. Two recent stories reveal widespread dissent within the State Department regarding the administration's policy on Gaza. POLITCO is out with a report on a leaked State Department memo calling for the U.S. to support a ceasefire and allow for criticism of Israel's military tactics, the gag on which “contributes to regional public perceptions that the United States is a biased and dishonest actor,” further arguing that American “tolerance” for wanton civilian death “engenders doubt in the rules-based international order that we have long championed.” Meanwhile, the Huffington Post reports State Department officials feel sidelined by the administration and unable to steer policy at this vital moment. One unnamed official decried the department for using “hollow moves” which “fail to acknowledge the complicity of our decisions and policy in the relentless suffering of Gazans…igno[ing] the fact that we still aren't pushing for a cease-fire, still not asking Israel to control itself.”4. The State Department isn't the only institution dealing with internal dissent over Gaza. Democracy Now! reports that Jazmine Hughes, an award-winning writer for The New York Times Magazine, “resigned after signing an open letter condemning Israel's genocide in Gaza. The move constituted a violation of newsroom policy. New York Times contributor Jamie Lauren Keiles, who describes himself as a “religiously observant Jew,” also left the publication after signing on to the letter.”5. Brandeis University has banned their campus' chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine. The group posted on their Instagram that the Student Affairs department at the university “derecognized” the group after they planned a vigil for the dead in Palestine, deeming the demonstration “a genuine threat or harassment.” Brooklyn College Professor Corey Robin wrote “the idea of an institution bearing [the] name [Brandeis], of all names, to investigate student groups exercising their speech rights—in the name of combating alleged danger—is outrageous. "Men feared witches and burnt women," he wrote. Quite.” The ACLU has urged higher education leaders to “Reject calls to investigate, disband, or penalize pro-Palestinian student groups for exercising their free speech rights.”6. According to the Intercept, Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, Christine Abizaid is using the October 7th Hamas attack in Israel to argue for reauthorization of section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA. Section 702 “enables the U.S. government to gather vast amounts of intelligence — including about U.S. citizens — under the broad category of foreign intelligence information, without first seeking a warrant.” This section of the law is set to expire at the end of this year, though lawmakers are likely to renew it in some form. The Brennan Center for Justice recently published a report documenting how the FBI “has used the 702 authority to spy on U.S. representatives, senators, civil liberties organizations, political campaigns, and activists.”7. CNN reports that South Africa and Chad have recalled their diplomats from Israel. South African officials also “noted the continuing disparaging remarks of the Israeli ambassador to South Africa about those who are opposing the atrocities and the genocide of the Israeli government,” adding that “A genocide under the watch of the international community cannot be tolerated.” South Africa and Chad now join Turkey, Honduras, Colombia, Chile, Jordan and Bahrain, in withdrawing diplomats from Israel, while Bolivia has opted to cut off diplomatic relations with Israel entirely, citing “crimes against humanity committed against the Palestinian people.”8. In domestic politics on Israel, Wisconsin Rep. and outspoken progressive Mark Pocan made waves this week for criticizing AIPAC, Israel's chief lobbying arm in the U.S. In an interview with Slate, Pocan said “I don't give a f**k about AIPAC—period…I think they're a cancerous presence on our democracy and politics in general, and if I can be a surgeon, that's great.” The Slate article goes to say “following Pocan's lead, a small number of congressional Democrats (and one congressional Republican) have openly accused the organization of spreading falsehoods and misrepresentations in its lobbying efforts.” AIPAC was the top 2022 donor to both Reps. Mike Johnson and Hakeem Jeffries, respectively the Speaker and Minority Leader of the House.9. Finally, in non-Palestinian news, More Perfect Union reports that “Tens of thousands of garment workers in Bangladesh who make products for brands like Zara, H&M and GAP are on strike. Their minimum wage is $75 a month, and they're demanding it rise to $208. The bosses are only offering $90. They've shut down over 300 factories so far.”This has been Francesco DeSantis, with In Case You Haven't Heard. Get full access to Ralph Nader Radio Hour at www.ralphnaderradiohour.com/subscribe
On this show: the largest demonstration in U.S. history in support of the Palestinian people brought 300,000 people to Freedom Plaza. They demanded an end to Israel's genocidal bombing and siege of Gaza, an end to U.S. aid to Israel, and an end to apartheid in and occupation of Palestine. Speakers and attendees said that the U.S. is complicit in Israel's war crimes as more than 10,000 civilians, almost half of those children, have been murdered. We spend the hour hearing from some of those who assembled November 4, 2023 at Freedom Plaza, before marching on the White House. Clearing the FOG with co-hosts Margaret Flowers and Kevin Zeese
In his recent article, "America's Fate: Oligarchy or Autocracy," Chris Hedges writes that bankrupt liberals have sold out to the oligarchic class to try to prevent an autocracy from rising but that is actually creating the conditions for autocracy. Hedges speaks with Clearing the FOG about the lessons from the Occupy movement - he was involved in the Occupy Wall Street movement in New York City and the occupation of Freedom Plaza in Washington, DC in 2011 - and why we must build a militant movement now to confront and hold power accountable. He explains how power works, including the role of politicians such as Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden in protecting the interests of the wealthy classes. Ten years ago, prominent activists and a variety of organizations came together early in the year to organize the October2011 Movement, styled on the occupations of space that were occurring during the Arab Spring and in capitals across the United States. That movement merged with the Occupy Movement when it was announced later that year. Clearing the FOG speaks with Bill Moyer of the Backbone Campaign, one of the organizers of October2011, about what was happening at the time, the occupation of Freedom Plaza in Washington, DC and the impact the Occupy Movement had on activism in the United States. Moyer discusses the lessons learned and the movements and victories that came after Occupy. Plus a segment by Paul Tulloch on the 2008-09 financial crash and the current precarious global economy. Fervent supporters of President Donald Trump rallied in Washington on Saturday behind his spurious claim of a stolen election and swarmed his motorcade when he detoured for a drive-by on his way out of town."I just want to keep up his spirits and let him know we support him," one loyalist, Anthony Whittaker of Winchester, Virginia, said from outside the Supreme Court, where a few thousand assembled after a march along Pennsylvania Avenue from Freedom Plaza, near the White House.A week after Democrat Joe Biden was declared the winner of the election, demonstrations in support of Trump took place in other cities. Fury at the prospect of a transfer of executive power showed no signs of abating, taking a cue the president's unrelenting assertion of victory in a race he actually lost.A broad coalition of top government and industry officials has declared that the Nov. 3 voting and the following count unfolded smoothly with no more than the usual minor hiccups — "the most secure in American history," they said, repudiating Trump's efforts to undermine the integrity of the contest. In Delray Beach, Florida, several hundred people marched, some carrying signs reading "Count every vote" and "We cannot live under a Marxist government." In Lansing, Michigan, protesters gathered at the Capitol to hear speakers cast doubt on results that showed Biden winning the state by more than 140,000 votes. Phoenix police estimated 1,500 people gathered outside the Arizona Capitol to protest Biden's narrow victory in the state. The crowd in Washington was beginning to gather Saturday morning when cheers rang out as Trump's limousine neared Freedom Plaza. People lined both sides of the street, some standing just a few feet away from Trump's vehicle. Others showed their enthusiasm by running along with the caravan. They chanted "USA, USA" and "four more years," and many carried American flags and signs to show their displeasure with the vote tally. After making the short detour for the slow drive around the site, the motorcade headed to the president's Virginia golf club.Among the speakers was a Georgia Republican newly elected to the U.S. House. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has expressed racist views and support for QAnon conspiracy theories, urged people to march peacefully toward the Supreme Court. The marchers included members of the Proud Boys, a neo-fascist group known for street brawling with ideological opponents at political rallies. The march was largely peaceful during the day before turning tense at night, with multiple confrontations as small groups of Trump supporters attempted to enter the area around Black Lives Matter Plaza, about a block from the White House, where several hundred anti-Trump demonstrators had gathered. In a pattern that kept repeating itself, those Trump supporters who approached the area were harassed, doused with water and saw their MAGA hats and pro-Trump flags snatched and burned, amid cheers. As night fell, multiple police lines kept the two sides apart. By early evening, police had arrested at least 10, including four on firearms charges, according to both The Washington Post and WTOP.Videos posted on social media showed some demonstrators and counterdemonstrators trading shoves, punches and slaps. A man with a bullhorn yelling "Get out of here!" was shoved and pushed to the street by a man who was then surrounded by several people and shoved and punched until he fell face first into the street. Bloody and dazed, he was picked up and walked to a police officer. The "Million MAGA March" was heavily promoted on social media, raising concerns that it could spark conflict with anti-Trump demonstrators, who have gathered near the White House in Black Lives Matter Plaza for weeks. In preparation, police closed off wide swaths of downtown, where many stores and offices have been boarded up since Election Day. To be honest, many great words have been spoken about our Independence Day. It would be a sin to not reuse such words. Today I will borrow these words of the past by great patriots, including one local man our previous Sherriff BJ Barnes.Fourth of July speeches, as John Adams predicted in 1776, tent to be "with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires and illuminations from one end of this continent to the other."On the 4th of July President Donald Trump will deliver such a presidential address during the “Salute to America” celebration at the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall, I hope the world listens.Just 2 days later a number of brave men and women will face the hate of domestic terror groups such as Antifa in order to Demand Free Speech, I will be one of those individuals. We do this because we believe in the Liberty granted to us by brave men who came before us.Liberty does not consist, my fellow-citizens, in mere general declarations of the rights of man. It consists in the translation of those declarations into definite action.Have you ever read the Declaration of Independence or attended with close comprehension to the real character of it when you have heard it read?If you have, you will know that it is not a Fourth of July oration. The Declaration of Independence was a document preliminary to war. Those were grim days, the days of 1776. Those gentlemen did not attach their names to the Declaration of Independence expecting a holiday on the next day, and that 4th of July was not itself a holiday. They attached their signatures to that significant document knowing that if they failed it was certain that every one of them would hang for the failure. They were committing treason against England in the interest of the liberty of 3,000,000 people in America. All the rest of the world was against them and gave cynical smiles at their audacious undertaking. Do you think that if they could see this great Nation now they would regret anything that they then did to draw the gaze of a hostile world upon them? The most patriotic man, ladies and gentlemen, is sometimes the man who goes in the direction that he thinks right even when he sees half the world against him. It is the dictate of patriotism to sacrifice yourself if you think that that is the path of honor and of duty. First President to go into North Korea. Yet some say it means nothing.First President to bring China back in line by making them pay tariffs and bringing billions back to America, but some say it is not enough, he is putting us in danger.Having meaningful talks with both our friends and our enemies making it clear he is putting his country before theirs, as it should be.The best economy in the world, yet some give him no credit.Best job growth for everyone, black, brown and white, yet some call him a racist. Some have tried to bring false witness against him and when proven wrong, refuse to believe it.Every idea must be started by somebody, and it is a lonely thing to start anything. Yet if it is in you, you must start it if you have a man's blood in you and if you love the country that you profess to be working for.Do not blame others if they do not agree with you. Do not die with bitterness in your heart because you did not convince the rest of the world, but die happy because you believe that you tried to serve your country by not selling your soul. The task to which we have constantly to readdress ourselves is the task of proving that we are worthy of the men who drew this great declaration and know what they would have done in our circumstances. Patriotism consists in some very practical things—practical in that they belong to the life of every day, that they wear no extraordinary distinction about them, that they are connected with commonplace duty. The way to be patriotic in America is not only to love America but to love the duty that lies nearest to our hand and know that in performing it we are serving our country.I'm proud to be an American and proud of my flag and my country. Which one are you, some or other. The world is becoming more complicated every day, my fellow-citizens. No man ought to be foolish enough to think that he understands it all. And, therefore, I am glad that there are some simple things in the world. Before the coming 4th celebration, stage your own revolution.Call your local board of elections and if you are a Democrat, change to a Republican or independent. You can still, vote for whoever YOU want and should.Your change may send the message these Antifa, Domestic Terrorist, Socialist-leaning groups. Not in my America! It's simple to do and will be like dumping your own bale of tea into the Boston Harbor.I leave you with this. God Bless America.DemandFreeSpeech.org

Join host, Greg Carlwood, of The Higherside Chats podcast as he talks freedom, self-governance, and dissolving the State, with guest, Adam Kokesh. While we are all acutely aware of the uphill battle that must be fought in order to overcome the constant combat to our consciousness, many may differ on the best possible solutions to solve such a severe crisis. Yes, indeed there is a battle being waged throughout multiple fronts that appears hopelessly inescapable- from the systemic indoctrination through the school systems, to the wage slave scheme, it is painfully obvious that we are living in a broken system designed to indenture the masses- and while recognizing these oppressive inadequacies may be the first step on the road to recovery, what comes next is another thing. Today's guest, Adam Kokesh, has been a resolute figurehead of the Libertarian movement. As the author of "FREEDOM!", and host of the popular show "Adam Vs. The Man", Kokesh has been a passionate activist upon his return from the Iraq War. Today, Kokesh joins The Higherside to educate us on the violent role of the federal government and detail how he believes a society rooted in personal responsibility is the most viable option to restore freedom and circumvent oppression. 2:22 As an activist, author and champion of causes ranging from Iraq Veterans Against the War to gun rights, Kokesh has a rich and complex history of advocacy. Greg and Adam begin by walking through a few experiences that helped set him on a path to activism. Adam explains, his experience of Libertarianism began as far back as high school, slowly proliferated into a more philosophical perspective, and eventually expanded into an ethical examination of our society and political system. Kokesh also elaborates on how his military experience facilitated his disenfranchisement, the circumstances that lead to his 2010 Congressional campaign, and the inspiration behind his book "FREEDOM!". 9:42 Adam discusses how his activism landed him in jail. He begins by elaborating on the catalyst that put him on the radar, his Youtube video "Freedom Plaza", in which he loads a shotgun in close proximity to the White House. As a passionate proponent of gun rights, Kokesh articulates on how he believes matters such as gun control should be decided and what the future holds for technological advances in weaponry. 14:37 Greg and Adam debate the merits of gun rights and whether gun control should be deemed a violent policy, or if the very presence of weapons can be considered an act of aggression. 19:50 Despite understanding the elite's agenda to create a fearful and obedient society, using false flags and coordinated acts of terrorism being sold as random chaos, escaping the campaign of mass manipulation can be difficult. And, while we would love to believe it is only institutionalized acts of bloodshed that pose the real threat to public safety, stupidity is another factor that cannot be ignored. Adam examines not simply the tools of violence, but the prevalence of violence in society, and how it's foundation is rooted in the nefarious actions of governments worldwide. He also addresses critiques of this anti-government perspective and offers possible approaches to achieving this Libertarian utopia. 27:00 Kokesh clarifies the finer points on how we can ensure everyone evolves equally and there is a shift in paradigm even with the absence of an enforcement class. He also analyzes the ways in which agents of chaos and disruptors of the natural order can be managed in the absence of a central control mechanism. 30:00 While Adam contends that the real problem lies in government and the decentralization of power is the only viable solution, Greg questions if the nefarious acts attributed to government may in fact be the corrupt conduct of wealthy industrialists, corporate lobbyists, and corporate control in the governing process. 41:44 As a firm believer that all taxation is theft,

Like our brothers and sisters in Egypt, Greece, Spain, and Iceland, we plan to use the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic of mass occupation to restore democracy in America. We also encourage the use of nonviolence to achieve our ends and maximize the safety of all participants. Who is Occupy Wall Street? Occupy Wall Street is leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%. The original call for this occupation was published by Adbusters in July; since then, many individuals across the country have stepped up to organize this event, such as the people of the NYC General Assembly and US Day of Rage. There'll also be similar occupations in the near future such as October2011 in Freedom Plaza, Washington D.C. A Message From Occupied Wall Street (Day Seven)
We'll be speaking with John Iverson about his "mission" in Uganda, what it's like being HIV+ for 30 years, living with AIDS for 18. We might be joined by representatives from Africa Action, who can address the epidemic in Africa. WORLD AIDS DAY 2009, RALLY AND MARCH, December 1, 2009; TIME: 12:00 - 2:00PM at Lafayette Park to Freedom Plaza, Washington, DC. Every December 1, activists around the world commemorate World AIDS Day as a way of focusing the world's attention on fighting the devastating HIV/AIDS pandemic that has killed more than 25 million people in the last 3 decades. This year Africa Action is working with HIV/AIDS groups in and around DC to mobilize for a rally and march in front of the White House. We want to put pressure on the U.S. government to fulfill commitments to fight the global HIV/AIDS pandemic. This year's World AIDS Day commemoration will take the form of a mock funeral procession, as we highlight the sad fact that every day 5,500 people die from AIDS while our leaders backtrack on funding commitments. Africa is the hardest hit accounting for 76% of AIDS deaths. Further, only three out of ten Africans needing drugs have access to treatment. We highly encourage all "mourners" to wear black funeral attire. In line with this year's World Aids Day theme of "Human Rights and Universal Access," Africa Action is calling for: * Universal access to drugs * Universal access to prevention services * Universal access to Care and * Universal respect for the human rights and dignity of those affected by HIV/AIDS. We will be demanding from President Obama that the U.S commits a fare share of resources to fighting global HIV/AIDS by fully funding the Global Fund and PEPFAR. TRANSCRIPT Church Militant (a 501(c)4 corporation) is responsible for the content of this commentary. Why are Trump supporters so upset at the current goings-on? Why are they showing up at state-capital rallies by the thousands, all over the country, angry that this election has gone the way it has? Why are so many, including Church Militant, descending on Washington, D.C. this weekend (specifically, Saturday at noon) for the "Million MAGA March" at Freedom Plaza to let their grievances be known? Because they are aggrieved. And they aggrieved because a tremendous injustice has been perpetrated on them. Massive voter fraud on an industrial scale has been committed through not just ballot harvesting, not just the vote dump in the middle of night, not just the unsupervised counting, but — most importantly — through fraud committed via the computing software assigning the vote tallies stealing from Trump and assigning them to Biden. Taking something from another that belongs to him or refusing to give a person what is rightfully his comprises an offense against justice. This would explain why Republicans were dominant everywhere on election night, in every race across the country, on every level of government except the presidential race. This ultimately boils down to a question of justice. Taking something from another that, by right, belongs to him or refusing to give a person what is rightfully his comprises an offense against justice. Justice is one of the four cardinal virtues and is directed to loving God and man, the greatest and second greatest commandments. Justice on earth is not a neutral issue. Fallen humanity's inclination is toward injustice — to lying and cheating. Left unchecked, this is how human beings tend. As Bp. Sheen said, God has created another world to correct the injustices of this one. But that ultimate reality does not absolve us from our duty to do justice in this life. It's why justice must be fought for and fought for hard. To sit out the fight for justice is to suffer eternal damnation. You cannot say you love God and neighbor and not give to each what is due: Worship to God and human rights to your neighbor. The Marxist Left has created an art form out of dressing up injustice to look like justice. It even co-opted the word (justice) as one of its rallying cries, i.e., "social justice." The Marxists subvert justice by denying the right to life to the unborn, inverting it into a "right to choose," for example. This is a grievous offense against both God and man. And their list of foul perversions extends throughout the land, executed by fellow travelers in the media, courts, legislatures, higher education and so forth. In the name of justice, they champion injustice. They desire absolute power to institute absolute injustice. And in the current case of the election theft, they are on the verge of pulling it off. But deep down, within the hearts and souls of men of goodwill, they intuit some foul deed is afoot: A great industrial-sized injustice, the theft of an entire election, the canceling out of perhaps millions of votes, the highest form of canceling that a cancel culture could engage in. Men of goodwill must join in this fight for justice — it is a spiritual war, something recognized by not only President Trump but also by those in his orbit. Every single decent man and woman in America must commit himself to justice — in person if at all possible — but unreservedly in prayer. Justice for our nation and Church is the intention of the 9-day novena Church Militant is in the midst of. Men of goodwill must join in this fight for justice — it is a spiritual war. By all means please join us live for that novena every weekday at 8 a.m. ET. But also, add justice for the nation and Church to your daily Rosary intentions, specifically praying for justice. The forces of darkness are on the verge of overwhelming a nation that admittedly has permitted much evil. But as Abraham bargained with the Lord God to spare the city if there were a certain number of righteous men inside, stand up now and be among those righteous men. Righteous men demand justice throughout the land — in every age, in every place — and they do so because God is just.
