The Bloody Benders were a family of serial killers active in Labette County, Kansas, from 1871 to 1873. Consisting of John Bender Sr., his wife Elvira (or Almira), their son John Jr., and daughter Kate, they operated a small inn and general store on the Osage Trail, which was frequented by travelers. The family would invite guests to sit at a table with their backs against a curtain, where they would be struck from behind with a hammer, usually by John Sr. or John Jr., while distracted by Kate, who was known for her beauty and purported spiritualist abilities.   After the murder, the victims' throats were slit, and their bodies were buried in an orchard or thrown into a well on the property. The Benders are believed to have killed between 11 to 20 people, with the actual number uncertain due to the frontier's sparse record-keeping.   The family's crimes came to light after the disappearance of Dr. William York in 1873, whose brother, a prominent state senator, organized a search. When authorities arrived at the Bender homestead, the family had already vanished. The property was searched, revealing several bodies, confirming the grim suspicions.   The Benders' fate remains a mystery; stories range from them being lynched by vigilantes, escaping to other parts of the country or even abroad, or changing identities. Spotlight produced an award-winning television series called “Delaware Valley Spotlight.” This television program won numerous awards for “Excellence in Community Programming” and we were awarded Federal grants to produce an award-winning documentary on teenage pregnancy which plagued our community at the time.This inspired me as well as my twin sister to write our renowned Nephilims: Children of the Fallen Angels which was a source of inspiration for such movies as Fallen and City of Angels as well as numerous other films. I will keep buzzsprout for all public reports and here for member only content.Episode #17, "Fact or Fiction: Cov Death Numbers." In this report, we will dig into a few untold facts about the numbers driving the cov statistics.For the first time in months the CDC reports a fact [1]. Less than 10,000 people in the United States died from the coronavirus. Yet, political pundits and social media giants manipulate the public. Every person must believe their narrative, “Over over 200K Americans have died from the coronavirus.”Why? Because without fear, politicians cannot control the populace.We now see how officials deliberately inflated the numbers by 94%. From the 200k media claimed deaths, only 9,700 were attributed to the virus. As fear continues among those dialed into the mainstream media, many others now understand that the pandemic's threat and danger equals a typical seasonal flu.The shutdowns across the nation are not about a virus or to slow the spread. Its purpose, a great reset for total and complete control over a once free-spirited population. And when we view the numbers, their narrative self destructs. [2]According to the CDC, hospitals around the country classified the following as Coronavirus deaths:* 51+k heart attacks [3]* 7.9k accident and poisoning deaths* 87k influenza & pneumonia.* 17k chronic lower respiratory disease.* 26k adult respiratory distress syndrome* And the list carries on.To die from Covid is rare. From the 131k stated as dying from the virus, they had life-ending diseases such as cancer, dementia, and end-stage renal failure. Ten thousand of the 131k were on hospice care: terminally ill and expected to die. Coronavirus did not kill these people. But the one fact the media refuses to disclose to the American people is how the Cares Act, passed by congress, pays hospitals a twenty percent bonus if they list the cause of death as coronavirus, whether related or not.The WHO [4] claims a nugget of truth as well. SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), with its fatality rate of 0.14%, is no more dangerous than the seasonal flu.In the United Kingdom, the Office of National Statistics [5] stated five times more people are dying from influenza or pneumonia than COVID.Where's the outcries or lockdowns for these flu deaths? They don't exist as it does not fit the political narrative of today.According to Dr. Roger Hodkinson [6], an expert in pathology who received his medical degree from Cambridge University in the UK, speaks a truth the media and political world refuse to hear.* Social Distancing does not work.* Mask do not work.* Positive test results do not mean infection.* Risk of death < 65 is 1 in 300KThese facts the media cannot dispute, yet they continue to bombard us daily with propaganda. They must keep panic at an all-time high.He goes on to states the following [7]:“There is utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and politicians, it's outrageous, this is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public,”“social distancing is useless because COVID is spread by aerosols which travel 30 meters or so before landing,”“Masks are utterly useless. There is no evidence base for their effectiveness whatsoever,”“Paper masks and fabric masks are simply virtue signaling. They're not even worn effectively most of the time. It's utterly ridiculous. Seeing these unfortunate, uneducated people – I'm not saying that in a pejorative sense – seeing these people walking around like lemmings obeying without any knowledge base to put the mask on their face.”“positive test results do not, underlined in neon, mean a clinical infection,” and that all testing should stop because the false numbers are “driving public hysteria.”In the end, as the doctor states, this virus, “just another bad flu.”If we need more validation, we need to look no further than Pfizer's former Chief Science Officer Dr. Mike Yeadon [8].He states, “there is no science to suggest a second wave should happen.”The unreliable false-positive COVID test results have one goal in mind, to manufacture a second wave based on new cases, not actual infections. Half to all covid tests are false positives.When asked in an interview if our civil liberties and freedoms are being destroyed due to fake data, the doctor responded, “yes.” And followed up with,“Were it not for the test data that you get from the TV all the time, you would rightly conclude that the pandemic was over, as nothing much has happened. Of course people go to the hospital, moving into the autumn flu season…but there is no science to suggest a second wave should happen.”Many fail to realize COVID-19 is novel only in the sense that it's a new type of coronavirus. But, as the doctor explains, four known strains circulate throughout the population and most often link to the common cold.“There are at least four well characterized family members (229E, NL63, OC43 and HKU1) which are endemic and cause some of the common colds we experience, especially in winter. They all have striking sequence similarity to the new coronavirus.”“Yes, its a novel virus but its very closely related to at least four other viruses that circulate freely in the population, which are all corona viruses and contribute to the common cold, so bluntly it was naive of them (government etc) to assume everyone was susceptible.. [9]”Driving this point home, Elon Musk [10] received a coronavirus test. His symptoms started with those of a common cold. Four tests later, taken at the same location, produced two positive and two negative results back to back.In closing, we now see how these PCR Rapid tests' only purpose is to drive the fear narrative and destruction of everyone's lives civil liberties. I think it's a really important message in our world today, where on college campuses it has become very common to say “this could be offensive to someone, so you're not allowed to say it. You're not allowed to share this information.” In reality, if something is offensive that means it needs to be shared a thousand times more than any other piece of information because it means that it's challenging the way somebody sees the world.Simone: To add to that, if you are proven wrong about something, and you change your mind, it's not a bad thing. You're not a flip-flopper, you're not weak-willed. You're now a better person because you have better information. You're stronger. And you're flexible enough to improve, whereas other people just are broken and they can't. Should she be changing her diet in pre-surgery for a faster recovery?  Any dietary tips would be appreciated." In my response, I mention something called "Recoverease". Glen asks: "What to do do improve running speed?" Listener Cheri asks: "I have 30 days before my first 100 mile run.  I'd like to drop some unwanted fat.  My work load is high right now so my dietary needs are high, is it still possible to drop some fat?" Listener JD asks: "Hi Ben—One of my training partners has this nagging pain through the arch in his foot and Achilles/heel area.  He indicates it's mostly tight but bothersome.  He recently mentioned he tore his Achilles twenty years ago when he wrestled in high school.  So I've suggested some yoga poses for stretching, mainly downward dog, and using a golf ball or frozen bottle of water to “massage” the foot.  He's the kind of guy who's resistant to seeing a doctor but it's been going on now for a couple of months.  In addition to visiting his doctor are there any stretches, exercises or recovery tools that you could suggest?" Listener Roy asks: "I am a part-time indoor cycling instructor (several classes per week) with another full-time job who adopted our first daughter, age three, over the winter.  Because my time at home has now increased exponentially in value, I am focusing in this season's triathlon training on increasing training intensity as a path to helping decrease my training volume while still remaining competitive enough to reach my personal goals.  Cycling, as you know, is the most time-consuming of the triathlon disciplines.  Recently, while catching up on back episodes of the Indoor Cycling Instructor podcast, I heard you as guest on the show talking about how, as an indoor cycling instructor and a competitive triathlete, you trained using several indoor rides per week combined with (I believe you said "maybe") one outdoor ride weekly.  Would you mind sharing some tips on the protocol you followed to be able to cut back on outdoor riding and still be able to compete on the bike in a race?" Listener Kathy asks: "I joined your Body Transformation club and am a participant in the Summer Body Challenge.  I have been cycling 2 or 3 times a week spending about an hour on the bike, totalling 50 or 60 miles.  I registered for a century ride which will take place 6 weeks from now.  I figured it will help me stay motivated in the challenge and will help me lean out. I just turned 50 this year and need to step it up!  My last big ride was the L.A. fun ride which was 64 miles, before that I ddi the Sea Otter Gran Fondo which was 50 miles.  My questions are: 1. If I keep my calorie intake low will I still have the energy to train? 2. How many miles a week should I be in the saddle, or should I focus on hours in the saddle? 3. Should I focus on specific muscle groups while doing my strength training?" Listener Cheryl asks: "I did my first triathlons in 1993 as a novice and I never had any problems with the swim in fact I did quite well usually finishing in the top 1/3 of the swim. I didn't do anymore until 2006 and have been doing 5-6 every season since. My problem is that I often panic in the swim which when it's bad can completely ruin my entire race. It seems to be worse when I wear my long sleeve wet suit. I always seem to get a little panicky but sometimes it's so bad I have to stop and hold on to the kayaks b/c I feel like I can't breathe, it feels like I'm having an asthma attack and sometimes my chest hurts even after the race is over.
