I'll get to the point... If your plan to starting and growing your Merchant Cash Advance business is to lease an office, hire a bunch of sales people, buy UCC data and have them dial all day long to close deals, I am sorry, but you are in trouble. That's exactly what each person who gets into this industry does, and more than 90% of them don't survive their first year. If you want to be a part of that 90%,,great, I just gave you the recipe. But if you are serious about what you are doing and you really are committed to build this as a solid business, you can't keep using what worked in 90's and expect to build a healthy business. Why? Not because if won't work. You will close deals, but you will get your deals stolen, you will sell on rate, you will lose deals because everyone is calling on the same list, you will have to work 8-16 hours a day to make a living. I don't think you need more reasons. OK. If you are ready to take this business seriously and build a solid business by using all the online tools available to you without having to bag for deals and have clients come to you, Here is the link to watch my Free training how to just do that; ===>https://localmarketingstars.com/website

Welcome to Majority.FM's AM QUICKIE! Brought to you by justcoffee.coop TODAY'S HEADLINES: A low-energy Donald Trump whined and moaned his way through a second debate with Joe Biden. The Democratic nominee laid out Trump’s many failures on the coronavirus response, national security and more. Meanwhile, it turns out the Taliban’s Air Force is based out of a high-tech American command center. A new report reveals US drone operators have secretly been helping the Taliban on missions in remote eastern Afghanistan. And lastly, a judge upholds a murder charge against the cop who killed George Floyd. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison calls the ruling an important step forward. THESE ARE THE STORIES YOU NEED TO KNOW: Joe Biden and Donald Trump met at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee last night for their second and final debate. Kristen Welker of NBC News moderated – this time, with the help of a mute button for Trump’s inevitable filibusters. As an opener, Biden reminded viewers that more than two hundred thousand Americans have died from the coronavirus and said QUOTE if you don’t hear anything else I say, hear this: anyone who’s responsible for that many deaths should not remain as president of the United States of America ENDQUOTE. He said Trump’s promises of a vaccine in a few weeks’ time is a lie. Trump, in his typical rambling fashion, struggled to defend his record on the pandemic. Of catching the coronavirus, he said QUOTE I learned a lot. I learned a lot ENDQUOTE. To which Biden responded QUOTE Learning to live with it? Come on, we’re dying with it... We’re about to lose two hundred thousand more people. ENDQUOTE. Trump’s tone was markedly whiny throughout. Biden remained sharply on the offensive. It will probably go down as one of the better nights of his otherwise unobtrusive campaign. US drones support Taliban The Washington Post reports that American forces in Afghanistan have made a practice of providing air support to the Taliban, which is fighting a local ISIS group in the eastern province of Konar. Inside the Joint Special Operations Command counterterrorism task force based at Bagram air base, the team working on this mission is jokingly known as QUOTE the Taliban Air Force ENDQUOTE. There is reportedly no direct US military communication with the Taliban on these missions. Instead, drone pilots try to guess where Taliban commanders need help by remotely observing battle conditions and listening in on the group. Even though the Taliban is fighting the Islamic State, it remains allied with al-Qaeda, the enemy that brought US troops to Afghanistan in the first place. Last fall and winter, as the JSOC task force was conducting the strikes, the Trump administration’s public line was that it was hammering the Taliban harder than they have ever been hit before. In reality, the US military has been quietly helping the Taliban in Konar. Loren Crowe, who was shot in the leg as an infantry company commander in Konar, told the Post that he worried that the military was acting like a hammer seeking nails to pound. Crowe added that the local militants who comprise ISIS groups in Konar may not be so big a threat to Americans as they’ve been made out to be. After two decades of war, it’s no wonder we’ve lost track of who we’re supposed to be fighting and why. George Floyd case advances A judge in Minnesota yesterday upheld second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter charges against the former Minneapolis officer in the killing of George Floyd, CBS News reports. Hennepin County Judge Peter Cahill dismissed a lesser charge of third- degree murder against the officer, Derek Chauvin. Cahill also declined to dismiss charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and manslaughter against the other officers involved: Tou Thao, J. Alexander Kueng and Thomas Lane. Chauvin was the one who pressed his knee into Floyd's neck during a May arrest as the handcuffed Black man begged, “I can't breathe.” The judge noted that Chauvin’s demeanor never changed despite Floyd’s plaintive cries and demands from the bystanders. In his ruling, Cahill found probable cause exists for the state to prove the charges against Thao, Kueng and Lane and the more serious charges against Chauvin. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, whose office is handling the prosecution, called the ruling QUOTE an important, positive step forward in the path toward justice for George Floyd, his family, our community, and Minnesota ENDQUOTE. According to CBS, Judge Cahill is still deciding whether the jury should be anonymous; if the trial should happen in Hennepin County; and whether the officers involved should have separate trials. AND NOW FOR SOME QUICKER QUICKIES: Politico reported yesterday that Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is considering a position in Biden’s cabinet, possibly as Labor Secretary. Two people close to Sanders, including one former aide, said Sanders is keen to join a potential Biden administration and has reached out to allies on the transition team. Robert Reich, who served as Labor Secretary in the Clinton administration, said Sanders would be QUOTE terrific ENDQUOTE. We know! A four hundred and sixty five-page transcript of a deposition from 2016 given by Ghislaine Maxwell was released yesterday. In that testimony, the Miami Herald reports, Maxwell denied all knowledge of illegal sex trafficking by her friend, the late Jeffrey Epstein. But, as the Herald points out, she also made claims that contradict her sworn statements elsewhere. We’ll see if Maxwell can get her stories straight as her trial moves forward. A wildfire in Colorado exploded sixfold in size in one day, causing hundreds to evacuate and turning the sky an eerie shade of orange. The Washington Post reports that the East Troublesome Fire has all the hallmarks of climate change. It’s burning at an elevation of nine thousand feet at a time of year when snow should be falling, during a severe drought aggravated by record heat. Yikes. New York City, Seattle and Portland filed a lawsuit yesterday to invalidate their designation by the Trump administration as QUOTE anarchist jurisdictions ENDQUOTE. Announcing the lawsuit, Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan called Trump’s threats an unlawful abuse of federal power. She added QUOTE It’s immoral, unconstitutional, and shameful that we are forced to expend any resources on this political theater ENDQUOTE. Anarchists, meanwhile, are delighted at the prospect of no longer being associated with Mayors Durkan, Ted Wheeler, and Bill de Blasio. That’s all for the AM Quickie. Join us this afternoon on the Majority Report. OCT 23, 2020 - AM QUICKIE HOSTS - Sam Seder & Lucie Steiner WRITER - Corey Pein PRODUCER - Dorsey Shaw EXECUTIVE PRODUCER - Brendan Finn

We have got different tissues like Mesonephric tissue or Wolffian tissue in male. The problem of un differentiation or mal development creates all the problem meaning that the birth passage or the vagina is not developed or partly developed. We examine the girl clinically and take the history, sonography and there are other investigations including the magnetic resonance imaging. We come to know which area is defected where is mal agenesis or maldevelopment If the uterus is partially developed then we can construct it, if the uterus has got some mal development we can unify, if there is septum or partition between the two, we can remove the partition.' Described as “One of the most harrowing, powerful, and imaginative books of the year” Affinity Konar's MISCHLING is a novel about twin sisters fighting to survive the evils of World War II. As part of the experimental population of twins known as Mengele's Zoo, the girls experience privileges and horrors unknown to others, and they find themselves changed, stripped of the personalities they once shared, their identities altered by the burdens of guilt and pain. Affinity is interviewed by Kobo Merchandising Coordinator, Nora Parker during an intimate Kobo Café gathering at Kobo just a few weeks ago. During the interview, Nora and Affinity discuss: The genesis of the story and how it was in the author's head for at least 10 years before she wrote it The intersection between research, historical accuracy and the creativity of the fictional writing How many times Affinity had “put the book down” and then other elements in her life kept bringing her back to it How Affinity struggled for a long time on the manner by which to depict Josef Mengele in the novel The question of justice which both twins end up struggling with at various points throughout the novel and the role that memory plays in that The manner by which beauty figures as an antidote to the horrors of the world and how the author spent a lot of time dwelling on what exactly beauty was and is Concepts of how language might be able to express, or perhaps even fail at expressing the atrocities and the author's desire to have the reader consciously quibble with the particular word or words that she chose within particular passages as a way to illustrate, in a concrete way, that challenge The origin of the title (Mischling) as a word Affinity came across when she was young, thinking it was a very pretty word and then, later, learning it's horrific definition and use How the book began with the voice of Stasha, and, when Pearl, her twin came along later, how conscious Affinity was regarding her voice and the satisfying challenge that came from that How the moments of light and joy within the darkness of the novel came quite naturally to Affinity while writing the book (and the manner by which they both add to the experience of reading novel and were among Affinity's favorite moments to write) The real-life twins, Eva and Miram Mozes, who were very inspirational to the author   Kobo Writing Life Director Mark Lefebvre then talks about two specific points from the interview that he wanted to draw attention to for writers. First, he draws attention to the mention of the use of humor in this text and then outlines some things to consider when implementing humor into an overall serious or dark and disturbing narrative. Next, Lefebvre talks about the “ten years” that were behind the creation of this novel and reflects on the fact that there is no one way for authors to write. That some writers can write a book in an extremely short time period while others might take a significantly longer amount of time to write a book. He reflects on the writer ailment of “comparisonitis” (as described by Joanna Penn) that can happen and cautions writers not to feel bad if their own process or timelines are different than other writers. There's no one answer, there's no one solution, there's no single path to one's own personal goals or successes in a writing career, and different books might call for different approaches. They key is not to compare and despair, but to discover what works best for you to make it the best possible book that you can.   Affinity Konar's Books on Kobo Mischling The Illustrated Version of Things   Affinity Konar on Instagram

Mischling (Lee Boudreaux Books) Mischling is indeed a paradox. The intangible magic of Konar’s novel is this: While it is set against a backdrop of one of the most horrific episodes in human history, it is lyrical, poetic, and filled with hope. It is a story about the pervasiveness of nightmares and the staggering power of dreams. About how, despite the most banal of evils, one can find the ability to see the world anew. It is a story about losing, but more than that it is a story about finding. There’s an alchemy to Konar’s language: it is sonorous and beautiful, full of tender, affecting moments, yet it doesn’t spare the reader the dark realities playing out on the page. One of the book’s most striking passages comes early on, when Pearl recalls the girls’ arrival at Auschwitz: “I realized that Stasha and I would have to divide the responsibilities of living between us. Such divisions had always come naturally to us, and so there, in the early-morning dark, we divvied up the necessities: Stasha would take the funny, the future, the bad. I would take the sad, the good, the past.” We are compelled to follow these resilient, imaginative little girls through this treacherous, painful new world, as they work to comfort themselves for as long as they can with a private language and the games of their childhood. But the longer they remain at Auschwitz, the harder it becomes to battle the impending dangers and the growing burdens of guilt and pain. And when Pearl disappears, Stasha has to cling fiercely to the hope that she will one day find her sister again. Konar derived many aspects of the novel from the testimony of survivors who were part of the horrific “Zoo” where Nazi scientist Josef Mengele experimented on hundreds of sets of twins. It’s a story that has remained largely untold, and that holds strong personal connections for Konar, who is of Polish-Jewish ancestry. She grew up captivated by her grandfather’s many stories of serving in the US Army during WWII. At the same time, doctors were huge figures in her life because her younger brother suffered from seizures. Mengele became a source of fascination. At sixteen, Konar read Lucette Lagnado’s Children of the Flames, the watershed book about Auschwitz’s “Angel of Death” and the children he tormented. She was haunted by the story but also found it wondrous that some of the twins from Mengele’s Zoo were able to grow up, clinging to each other yet going on to lead full, meaningful lives. Many of the characters in the book are based on real figures—Pearl and Stasha were inspired by several sets of twins but most closely by Eva Mozes Kor and Miriam Mozes Zeiger. Other characters were inspired by: Zvi Spiegel, who led thirty-five children back to Hungary after the war; Irma Grese, the female SS guard known as the “Hyena of Auschwitz”; and Gisella Perl, the Jewish doctor who helped care for hundreds of prisoners. Konar, who spent over a decade giving voice to these unforgettable characters, drew from the vivid testimony of survivors. She says that she regrets not being able to touch on every character she wanted to write about, but that she holds close those who are  at the novel’s center. For Konar, Pearl and Stasha’s bond, “with all its unbreakability and longing,” remains the driving force of the book. Despite the pain they encounter, she says she was always writing toward the final line in the book: “Let’s try to love the world again.” Praise for Mischling “Mischling is a paradox. It’s a beautiful novel about the most odious of crimes, it’s a deeply researched act of remembrance that somehow carries the lightness of a fairy tale, and it’s a coming-of-age story about children who aren’t allowed to come of age. If your soul can survive the journey, you’ll be rewarded by one of the most harrowing, powerful, and imaginative books of the year.”—Anthony Doerr, author of New York Times bestseller All The Light We Cannot See “[A] painfully startling debut.” —Library Journal (Pre-pub Alert) “Affinity Konar’s Mischling is a tale of courage, courageously told—spare and beautiful, riveting and heartrending. Half of me wanted to linger over every page, the other half insisted I race ahead. It’s a case of extraordinary storytelling from first page to transcendent last.”—David Wroblewski, author of the #1 New York Times bestseller The Story of Edgar Sawtelle “Affinity Konar is an astonishing and fearless writer whose great gift to us is this book. With incantatory magic, she marches through the most nightmarish of landscapes, swinging her light.”—Karen Russell, author of Swamplandia “Affinity Konar’s Mischling is a piercing novel written with chin-up virtuoso. The prose is dazzling, and the story of this twin is moving and searing, and as powerful as the best mythic stories of the masters of old.”—Chigozie Obioma, author of The Fishermen “Konar has woven a masterful and poignant account of a pair of twin sisters who cannot be separated, even by the cruelest hand of fate. Her prose is mystical and delicately poetic, and she uses her manifold gifts to tell a deeply engaging story of fortitude and triumph. Bravo.”—Lucette Lagnado, author of Children of the Flames and The Man in the White Sharkskin Suit “Affinity Konar has invented a language. It’s sonorous, brilliant....like Samuel Beckett, this is literature for the superhuman: reading it makes us greater than we are.” —Lydia Millet, author of Sweet Lamb of Heaven Affinity Konar was raised in California. She has an MFA in fiction from Columbia University.

This show is dedicated to: Army Spc. Shannon Chihuahua of Thomasville, Ga., died Friday, November 12, 2010, after suffering massive trauma in the incident in the Wataphur District, Konar province. Defending the Republic with Annie "The Radio Chick" and "Cool" Mike is an ongoing discussion of recent events, issues and the upcoming elections. Special Guest: Krista Branch spent her childhood in Texas, a very driven young lady with only one dream in her heart, to sing. Although she was very shy in nature, she took every opportunity she could. Whether it be at church, school or a public event, Krista sang her heart out. To her singing wasn't a hobby or something she just enjoyed doing. There was a sense of purpose to it, as if it was the very thing she was born to do. She believed that somehow God would allow her to use her talent to change hearts, and give hope to those who are desperate for it. It's a battle of Conservative values and principles in defense of our Republic!
