Cela permet non seulement de travailler ses compétences, mais aussi de renforcer sa confiance en soi grâce à une meilleure préparation.N'est-ce pas surtout une manière d'attirer les utilisateurs vers les solutions Microsoft ?Notre objectif n'est pas de former les gens aux outils Microsoft mais de leur donner les clés pour comprendre l'intelligence artificielle. Medien, Sport und Mut zur Veränderung – Regula Späni, ehemalige langjährige SRF-Sportmoderatorin, und Matthias Ackeret, Journalist, Verleger und Buchautor, sprechen bei Gastgeber Christian Zeugin über prägende Kindheitsmomente, Karriereentscheidungen und den Mut, neue Wege zu gehen. Regula Späni (60) – Sportmoderatorin und Kommunikationsfachfrau Regula Späni wuchs in Winterthur auf – als Tochter eines Opernsängers und einer Balletttänzerin. Früh zog es sie ins Wasser: Mit sieben Jahren trat sie dem Schwimmclub Winterthur bei, gewann später zwölf Schweizermeistertitel und trainierte zwei Jahre am Bundesleistungszentrum in Heidelberg. Nach der Sportschule in Magglingen unterrichtete sie als Sportlehrerin, bevor sie mit 24 Jahren – als zweite Frau in der SRF-Sportredaktion – vor die Kamera trat. Über zwei Jahrzehnte prägte sie Sendungen wie Sport aktuell, Sportpanorama, time out und sportlounge, moderierte Live-Events wie das Eidgenössische Schwingfest und liebte den Nervenkitzel ohne Prompter. 2010 zog sie sich aus dem Fernsehen zurück, machte sich selbständig, arbeitet heute als Coach und Dozentin. Soeben war sie mit dem Schweizer Schwimmverband als Medienexpertin bei den Weltmeisterschaften in Singapur. Sie ist verheiratet, dreifache Mutter und Grossmutter – und bekannt dafür, Entscheidungen klar und schnell zu treffen. Matthias Ackeret (61) – Journalist, Verleger und Buchautor Matthias Ackeret wuchs in Uhwiesen am Rheinfall auf, der Vater war Geschichtslehrer. Mit 20 gewann er ein Radiopraktikum bei Radio Munot – der Beginn einer Medienkarriere, die ihn zu Roger Schawinski, S Plus, Tele Züri, Tele 24 und ins Bundeshaus führte. Er doktorierte in Rechtswissenschaften über das duale Rundfunksystem der Schweiz und übernahm später als Chefredaktor die Kommunikationszeitschrift persoenlich.com, deren Verlag er gemeinsam mit einem Partner kaufte. Bekannt ist er auch durch Teleblocher, seine wöchentlichen Videointerviews mit Christoph Blocher, und als Autor zahlreicher Bücher.
