In this episode the guys sit down with seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath for a wide-ranging conversation covering the military, faith, bodybuilding and business. Phil shares stories from years of USO tours — including a trip to Guantanamo Bay with the Most Interesting Man in the World, drinking the ceremonial grog three times at a Medal of Honor ceremony, and training with Marines on base. He breaks down how being a hyper responder shaped his approach to PEDs (less is more), the problem with influencers recommending a gram of testosterone or 400-500mg of Trenbolone to beginners, why he believes GLP-1s are essentially cheating in competition prep, why he thinks no one in the open division is bringing diet face anymore, how barbell rows and training back twice a week transformed his physique, the mental shift from training angry to training joyful after his faith walk, his four and a half years of depression post-retirement, how he turned down Hollywood roles he felt were degrading, and his anticipation of becoming a father for the first time at 46. The guys also get into bodybuilding prize money history — from $100K and a Hummer in the early Arnold years to Arnold and the Olympia now bidding against each other toward $750K and beyond. Welcome back to our REWIND series! Christi and Kelly are going back through the archive, re-editing, and re-uploading our old episodes — in order, from the very beginning of Dance Moms. This week, they're taking a break between seasons to tell the REAL story of how Dance Moms began. Before the show became Dance Moms, before the pyramid became infamous, and before six episodes turned into a full-blown pop culture machine, Christi and Kelly thought they were signing up for something much smaller. Looking back now, they can see all the warning signs they missed, all the chaos that was already building, and how quickly a little dance show from Pittsburgh turned into something none of them could control.Dance Moms fans will love this wacky origin story! We originally aired this episode back in 2022, but it's been re-edited specifically for video!Welcome to Back to the Barre, the ultimate podcast channel where Kelly Hyland and Christi Lukasiak from Dance Moms spill the tea, share the laughs, and take you behind the scenes of your favorite reality TV moments!

WOULD YOU RATHER MEET SOMEONE AT THE GROCERY STORE THAN ON HINGE? Are dating apps making it easier to find love—or are we ready to start meeting people the old-fashioned way again? On this episode of Men Don't Know, Chris and the crew call up a bunch of friends to settle the debate: Would you rather meet the next love of your life naturally at the grocery store or match with them on Hinge? We're talking approaching someone in public, dating app fatigue, whether people still want to be approached, first impressions, chemistry you can't get through a screen, and whether a random encounter in the produce aisle might actually beat swiping right. Would you rather tell people, "We matched on Hinge" or "We met at the grocery store?"

True Crime Tuesday Presents: Influencers Who Kill: Real Stories Of Online Fame and Fatal Consequences with Researcher/Author, Madison Salters! With social media, attention is currency and validation is public. And a chilling new true crime book asks an unsettling question: What happens when the next post… is death? In Influencers Who Kill: Real Stories of Online Fame and Fatal Consequences [A True Crime Collection] [Ulysses Press], author Madison Salters examines nine real-life cases in which online personalities (from TikTok and YouTube to Instagram, OnlyFans, and fringe internet subcultures) committed or attempted acts of murder with audiences watching in real time. Spanning worlds including gaming, anime, cosplay, mommy blogging, and extremist ideology, the book investigates how online performance, parasocial relationships, and the pressure to stay visible can escalate into real-world violence. Moving from curated feeds to crime scenes and interrogation rooms, Influencers Who Kill looks behind internet personas to examine how attention-seeking behavior and public validation can distort identity—and, in extreme cases, fuel deadly outcomes. Influencers Who Kill challenges readers to confront why notoriety is so compelling and why violence committed in the public eye can feel disturbingly consumable. On today's TCT, we sit down with Madison and discuss why society "falls so quickly" for killers in the spotlight. We talk about whether the killers that come from an influencer background may be suffering from a different psychological psychosis than your typical killer, and we discuss a few of these unique cases from the book! Nicole Sakach is an author, UFO researcher, and experiencer whose work explores the mysteries surrounding UFOs, extraterrestrial contact, consciousness, and the growing push for disclosure. Drawing from both personal experiences and years of investigation, Nicole brings a unique perspective to the UFO conversation—one that combines the human side of extraordinary encounters with a desire to better understand what may be happening behind the scenes. Her research examines the difficult questions surrounding government transparency, secrecy, and what the public is actually being told about the UFO phenomenon. As an experiencer herself, Nicole understands that the UFO mystery goes far beyond strange objects appearing in the sky. Her journey has led her to explore the deeper implications of contact and how these experiences can profoundly affect the people who have them. Through her writing, research, and public discussions, Nicole encourages people to remain curious while questioning the information being presented as disclosure. Is humanity finally being prepared for the truth about UFOs and extraterrestrial life—or are we witnessing another carefully controlled narrative?Spaced Out Radio is your nightly source for alternative information, starting at 9pm Pacific, 12am Eastern. We've all seen the increasing number of ads from LDS missionaries on social media. You know, the ones that don't mention they are from the LDS church until you find yourself filling out a contact form. The ads that ask if you're lonely, or having a hard time, or want a friend to take you to church, or invite you to wipe away your sins with baptism. Mormonish is joined by former LDS missionary ad specialist Julianna Lane to shine a spotlight on the secret world of LDS missionary advertising. There's been a lot of discussion and interest recently about missionary ads. You won't want to miss this episode! Long before she became known as "America's Money Maven," Patrice Washington was a 25-year-old real estate broker with a seven-figure business, matching Range Rovers, and an 800 credit score — and then the 2008 recession took it all. She went from that seven-figure business to sleeping on a family member's couch, and it was in that collapse that she found the framework that would define her life's work: six pillars of true wealth that go far beyond money. In this conversation from our archives with host 9-time Emmy winner David Sams and life coach to the stars Tim Storey, Patrice opens up about the losses that shaped her — including the heartbreaking story of losing her infant son — and how she rebuilt her life, her faith, and eventually her fortune from the ground up. She shares the six pillars that have made her Redefining Wealth Podcast one of the most downloaded shows in the personal-finance space, and explains why she believes real wealth starts on the inside. Since this interview, Patrice's story has kept evolving. She's since divorced, has spoken openly about rebuilding her voice and identity afterward, and continues to co-parent the daughter she talks about in this episode — now a teenager. Her platform has grown into a global movement, with her podcast surpassing 15 million downloads and her teachings reaching audiences well beyond personal finance. This episode first aired August 2018. Listen in for a raw, honest conversation about turning your greatest setback into your greatest comeback. Just days ago, Marine One took off from the White House carrying President Trump while an airliner was taking off from nearby Reagan National Airport. This event highlights unresolved air space issues made apparent by the fatal midair collision involving a U.S. Army helicopter and a regional airliner. The FAA is typically notified, and controllers clear the airspace for Marine One. John Goglia and Todd Curtis share what happened in this latest event. They discuss the significant safety issues involved. The issues raised after the recent fatal collision in the same airspace clearly still need action. Also headlining this episode is the discovery of cracks found in 737 aircraft. The FAA has issued an airworthiness directive. The AD addresses structural issues with three models of the 737 and raises significant safety concerns about these aircraft. In July, the crew of a British Airways A320 overcame serious flight control issues shortly before landing at Heathrow Airport in London. The crew experienced two stall warnings in flight. This incident raises serious safety issues for this computer-controlled aircraft. Have an idea or tip? Send us a text!Your camera roll isn't a memory system, it's a backlog, and the bigger it gets, the harder it is to turn real moments into something you can actually revisit. Gary Pageau of The Dead Pixels Society sits down with Mixbook CEO and co-founder Andrew Laffoon as Mixbook hits its 20th anniversary. We dig into a question that matters to anyone who cares about photography, printing, or preserving family history: What makes a photo book feel like a story?Laffoon gets specific about the real friction points that stop people from finishing photo books. Years ago, the problem was missing the right shots. Now it's the opposite: thousands of images, multiple shooters, and no clear starting point. He walks us through Mixbook's new Story Mode, an AI photo book workflow that starts with a prompt, interviews the customer to capture intent and tone, then proposes structure, selects scenes, lays out spreads, and writes narrative text that's meant to sound like your voice. We also talk craftsmanship, why “the last five percent” is most of the work, and why AI has to feel helpful rather than generic, creepy, or oddly robotic.Laffoon also discusses the market, too: who the “chief memory officer” is, why younger generations are printing more than you might think, and why the industry still struggles with awareness compared to TikTok and short-form video.Energize your sales with Shareme.chat, the proven texting platform. We'll take on the economic illiteracy of Mamdani grocery stores in a future podcast, but first let's take on his first policy case of incomprehensible duncery: His public posture on rent control and rent stabilization. This is an easy topic to address even in a 2026 Mamdani context, because nothing has changed since the early mix of rent stabilization with reality – it doesn't work, and the reasons why are unbelievably predictable. What if America's most famous uncaught serial killer was never one man at all? Eddie McNamara — former NYPD officer, 9/11 first responder, and author of Zodiactually: The Real Story of a Fake Serial Killer — joins Mike to argue the Zodiac wasn't a criminal mastermind but a myth stitched together from unrelated crimes, media hunger, and one compromised homicide detective. Drawing on police files, FBI records, court transcripts, and years of cold-calling witnesses, McNamara explains why Vallejo's own investigators never believed the first two murders were Zodiac's, digs into Dave Toschi's documented history of planting fan letters about himself in San Francisco papers, and reassesses Arthur Leigh Allen, the case's most famous suspect. He and Mike also cover the gulf between David Fincher's film and the real record, the glut of self-published theories clogging the true-crime shelf, and what it's like realizing you've stumbled onto an actual overlooked killer while debunking a fake one.Find more at https://feralhouse.com/zodiactually/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-projection-booth--5513239/support.Become a supporter of The Projection Booth at http://www.patreon.com/projectionbooth

We often treat loneliness as a private failing or something to feel embarrassed about. But what if feeling lonely isn't a flaw—what if it's an evolutionary alarm system, as vital to our survival as hunger or thirst? In this episode of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast, Dr. Alice Lee and her collaborator Emily dive into Thom Hartmann's article, "If Loneliness is Hunger, Then It Has a Remedy as Ordinary as a Meal." Together, they break down why modern society often isolates us by design, the serious physical toll of chronic disconnection, and how true healing requires far more than just diet and supplements. In this episode, we explore:The "Packed Elevator" Paradox: How you can be surrounded by people and still feel deeply isolated—and how researchers define loneliness as the gap between the connection you have and the connection you need. The Health Toll of Disconnection: Why chronic loneliness carries health risks comparable to smoking 15 cigarettes a day, and why social networks are essential for longevity.Overcoming Stigma & Hyper-Independence: Breaking down the cultural pressure to "do it all alone" and learning how to build spaces where you feel genuinely seen and witnessed.Real Stories of Transition: Honest reflections on leaving high-demand communities, relocating, navigating medication withdrawal, and the trial-and-error of finding "your people."Small "Designs" for Healing: Practical, gentle ways to bridge the gap—from low-stakes neighborly chats and interest groups, to nature, free-writing, and pets when you aren't quite ready for big social leaps.Whether you're feeling isolated, navigating a major life transition, or simply looking to build deeper, more authentic relationships, this conversation offers grounded insights, comfort, and practical steps forward.Press play to learn how putting ourselves back in each other's paths can transform our health and well-being!For more healing tools and insights, visit holisticpsychiatrist.com.Support the showTo sustain my work as a holistic psychiatrist and support my efforts to improve psychiatric treatment for all through my podcasts, articles, website, and YouTube channel, please show your appreciation and help champion holistic psychiatry by clicking HERE to contribute!Click here to listen to all of The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast episodesContact here to email Dr. Lee directly. A wealthy New York writer admits to shoplifting from Whole Foods — and says everyone else should try it too. Dr. Phil breaks down the trend some are calling "microlooting," where privileged, high-earning Americans reportedly justify stealing from big corporations as a form of protest. The backlash started with a New York Times podcast, where writer Jia Tolentino — who reportedly owns a $2.5 million Brooklyn brownstone — admitted to shoplifting from Whole Foods "on several occasions," saying she didn't feel bad about it and telling listeners to "try it, see what happens." Political commentator Hasan Piker echoed the sentiment, arguing stores already factor theft into their profit margins. Dr. Phil breaks down why this logic doesn't just hurt corporations — it hurts workers, drives up prices, and coincides with what's being called the 2025 "retail apocalypse," with reports of over 8,100 stores closing nationwide. According to industry estimates, retailers lose $45–50 billion a year to shoplifting alone, and total retail shrink has reportedly topped $112 billion annually. Self-checkout theft is said to be up sharply too, with a reported 36 million Americans admitting to stealing from kiosks — including an estimated 40% of six-figure earners. This is the real story behind "just a few lemons."
Countries around the world are moving to protect children from social media. So why is America still waiting? The United Kingdom has announced plans to ban social media for children under 16, joining a growing international movement demanding stronger safeguards for young users. In this episode of The Real Story, Dr. Phil examines the research linking excessive social media use to anxiety, depression, loneliness, cognitive decline, cyberbullying, self-harm content and dangerous viral challenges. Dr. Phil also shares the devastating stories of parents who lost children after online harms, explains how algorithms are engineered to keep young users scrolling and examines the legal protections that have helped shield major technology companies from accountability. But parents do not have to wait for Congress. Dr. Phil outlines practical steps families can take now, including delaying social media access, organizing phone-free communities and working with other parents to give children their childhood back. The verdict on unregulated social media is becoming impossible to ignore. The question is whether America will act before more families pay the price.Thank you to our sponsors:RELAXIUM® Sleep is backed by a 90-day guarantee, so you've got nothing to lose. Dr. Phil breaks down the Pentagon's newly released UFO files, 40 declassified UAP documents, videos, and audio recordings, some hidden for 80 years and shows the proof behind his statement that the government has been lying about UFOs for 79 years. In this episode of The Real Story, Dr. Phil examines the declassified evidence for himself: JANAP 146, the 1953 military regulation that threatened pilots with 10 years in prison for discussing UFO sightings; the secret 1971 Turner Report, in which an Australian intelligence officer documented a U.S. "facade of ridicule"; Project Sign, the Air Force's first UFO investigation; the retired officials who spoke out, including the first CIA Director; and the Bolender memo proving national security UFO reports were kept out of Project Blue Book. Whistleblower David Grusch called this document proof of "the U.S. cover up and the involvement of the CIA." Read the files yourself — every source is linked below. Then you decide.
