BREAKING: Journalist Owen Shroyer released from prison Shroyer reported to FCI Oakdale prison on October 24 to serve a 60-day sentence he was handed down in response to being on Capitol grounds on January 6, 2021. Thepost caught the attention of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who wrote inresponse: "COVID IS OVER!!! This is absurd!" The country's biggest publisher of news will soon begin charging readers of three mastheads for its online news. Stuff is launching subscription-based websites for The Press, Waikato Times, and The Dominion Post, which from tomorrow will be renamed 'The Post'. After 116 years, the "dominion" masthead is disappearing from newstands in the capital. The capital's last surviving daily paper The Dominion Post - started 21 years ago as a merger of The Dominion and The Evening Post - is being rebranded The Post. Ruth Hill asks - what's in a name?

On this episode of the Construction Record Podcast, digital media editor Warren Frey speaks with LEGO Master Builder Graeme Dymond, who has built a replica of The Post, a heritage landmark that will soon also be Amazon's Vancouver headquarters. Dymond explained how he was able to capture the essence of the new project which uses the historical Canada Post processing facility based in downtown Vancouver as its base while also sporting translucent glass towers and several open-air areas…all using LEGO bricks. He added he collaborated with both Amazon and designers MCMP architects and development company QuadReal to make the model as realistic as possible given the abstract nature of the materials he works with. At the time, the Post's Katherine Graham (Meryl Streep) was still finding her footing as the country's first female newspaper publisher, and Ben Bradlee (Tom Hanks), the paper's volatile, driven editor, was trying to enhance the stature of the struggling, local paper. Together, the two formed an unlikely team, as they were forced to come together and make the bold decision to support The New York Times and fight the Nixon Administration's unprecedented attempt to restrict the first amendment.
