Andy Goram chats with Joel Quintela, an HR tech innovator with a psychology background, who argues AI alone won't cure broken hiring practices. Whether you're just starting out or navigating the next level of your business, understanding these two critical phases will help you achieve true work-life balance and sustainable wealth.Episode Highlights:1. The Two Phases of Struggle for HairstylistsHunter discusses the two major phases every hairstylist must navigate on the road to success:Phase 1: Growing your clientele. The biggest challenge here is standing out in a saturated market, especially with the rise of digital platforms like Instagram, Google, and YouTube, where clients have endless options.Phase 2: Scaling your success. Once you've built a strong client base, the focus shifts to managing communication, increasing demand, and balancing client expectations with your available time.2. Challenges in Growing a Clientele (Phase 1)Growing a clientele in today's beauty industry is more challenging than ever. Here's why:Increased competition: Clients have more access to hairstylists through online platforms and apps. Finding new clients and standing out can feel like an uphill battle.Educated competition: New hairstylists are coming into the field with business and marketing acumen, making it tougher for everyone.DIY hair care products and influencers: Clients are bombarded with DIY hair care solutions through brands and influencers, making it harder to keep them loyal to your services.3. Challenges in Scaling Success (Phase 2)When hairstylists move into phase two, new struggles arise:High client communication demands: Clients today expect rapid responses. Studies show 68% of customers leave a business due to poor customer service, and a “fast” response is considered within 10 minutes.Post-pandemic scheduling issues: Clients are busier than ever, leading to pressure on hairstylists to work unfavorable hours.Losing 20% of your clientele annually: Due to natural attrition, hairstylists need to consistently welcome new clients to maintain growth, even if it feels impossible with a fully booked schedule.4. The Importance of Time and SystemsHunter emphasizes that the common issue across both phases is time. Without enough time to focus on business growth, personal life, and self-care, hairstylists face burnout. The solution? Implementing automations and systems. By streamlining your workflow, you can:Regain control of your scheduleEnhance your clients' experienceMeet the fast-paced demands of today's customers without sacrificing your work-life balance5. Leveraging Automations and SystemsDrawing insights from Fortune 500 companies, Hunter shares that 90% of businesses believe in automating processes to meet evolving customer needs. This automation revolution isn't just for big corporations—hairstylists can harness these tools to stay competitive and avoid burnout.LEARN MORE ABOUT PRE-VISIT PATHWAY PVP Testimonials - https://hunterdonia.com/pvpLet's connect on Instagram!

Today, we discuss the fact that there are two phases of the pre-Advent judgment, as both inspiration and reason attest to. The two phases are the judgment of the dead and the judgment of the living. Obviously, if when Christ returns his reward is with Him, to give every man according to his work (Revelation 22:12), the living necessarily have been judged by the time He comes. Ellen White also attests to this fact. It is clear that at some point, the judgment of the cases of the dead would be "all caught up" so to speak, and then the only ones left to judge would be the cases of those living. Obviously if probation closes when there are still people alive on the earth, then there is a point prior to the close of probation when the cases of the living are being judged. Now, it is clear from Ellen's statements that although she was shown that at some point the judgment of the living would commence, she was not shown *when* it would. And considering that when the judgment of the dead commenced, God informed his people who were alive on earth at the time about this fact even though their own cases weren't under review and even though those who were being judged couldn't do anything about it since they had already died, wouldn't it be unreasonable if, at the commencement of the judgment of the living, God leaves the living uninformed? After all, their own cases will be under examination and they will be alive to actually make choices that could affect their eternal destiny and could thus benefit from knowing about their own judgment. This is not to diminish the importance of the message of the judgment of the dead, but it is just to show by reason how important the message concerning the judgment of the living is to those being judged while living. We also discuss the parallels between Daniel 7 and Revelation 4-22, showing that both are a vision of the investigative judgment. We get into the statements by Ellen White that reveal the content of the scroll sealed with seven seals, and the symbolic key that unlocks the meaning of the first horse and rider of Revelation 6. We believe the messages for the judgment of the living has already come. We invite you to investigate this claim for yourselves using the links provided. Gratitude 101: Be Thankful As mentioned previously, the Scriptures have much to say about thanksgiving. So much so that one out of every six Psalms reminds us to be thankful. Ps 7:17 I will thank the LORD for his righteousness; I will sing about the name of the LORD Most High. Not to be outdone by the Psalmists, the whole Bible mentions thank or thanksgiving over 150 times. Intrinsically, we know that God desires His followers to be thankful people. So let's start from the beginning. Gratitude 101—be(ginning) of thankfulness. Be Thankful – The heartbeat of the living (Isaiah 38:18-19) In the latter portions of Isaiah, we meet a king named Hezekiah. Hezekiah was a good king, not like his father, King Ahaz. One day Hezekiah became terminally ill, and the Lord instructed him to “set his house in order.” In response, the king turned his face to the wall and poured his heart out to the Lord, who answered Hezekiah's petition and gave fifteen more years of life. What you will find in Isaiah 38 is part of Hezekiah's response to Yahweh's salvation. –Read Isiah 38:18-19– Hear the words of a dead man who has a new lease on life. Let's start with those who cannot praise God with thanksgiving– those who are dead. Sheol cannot thank and death cannot praise His holy name. When you die, it's too late! For Hezekiah, such a death represented eternal separation from Yahweh, the very One he wants to thank. Sin deprives you of the privilege of being thankful. For those who see death as only a future reality or a scare tactic of the screwed evangelist, the New Testament echoes the refrain of Isaiah: Eph 2:1 And you were dead in your trespasses and sins. Death is a present condition of the sinful. Gratitude 101: Ingratitude is the heartbeat of death. Satan has a heart of ingratitude, don't be like the prince of darkness. If death cannot praise Yahweh, the living, only the living can be thankful. To be grateful, you must be alive. This verse can also be translated, “the living one, even the one who lives again, it is he who will praise thee!” Thankfulness is the heartbeat of a man who lives again. Ephesian 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of his great love that he had for us, 5 made us alive with Christ even though we were dead in trespasses. You are saved by grace! Gratitude 101: If ingratitude is the heartbeat of death, thankfulness is the heartbeat of the person who is made alive. A Tennessee farmer once said, “What comes up in the bucket is usually what's down in the well.” So thankfulness springs eternally from the well of Jesus Christ; it's who we are! By spiritual birthright, Jesus's children are gratefully adopted into a eternal family and given a heart of deep abiding thankfulness. Gratitude 101 – Be alive When you, by faith, receive God's free gift of salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, something fundamentally changes. You receive abundant life, and you share a new heavenly wardrobe. Be Thankful – Saint's clothing (Colossians 3:12, 15) Col 3:12 Therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and dearly loved, put on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience …15 And let the peace of Christ, to which you were also called in one body, rule your hearts. And be thankful. The word “put on” means to wear a garment. Dear Christians, because you are made holy and dearly loved, put on saint's clothing. Gratitude 101– When you wear saint's clothing, you become thankful. Be thankful because Jesus has freed you from the power of darkness and transferred you into the kingdom of His eternal rule. The Messiah clothes you with thankfulness. Be thankful because the Lord has chosen you. In Christ, God knows you and calls you by name. The Messiah clothes you with thankfulness. Be thankful because Jesus takes your sinful stained garments and makes you holy. Though your sin was scarlet, you have been made holy and washed white as snow. The Messiah clothes you with thankfulness. Be thankful because Jesus dearly loves you. In a world filled with hate and hurt, the Messiah dearly loves you. There is no greater love than this, that a friend would lay down his life for another. The Messiah clothes you with thankfulness. Be thankful because the peace of Christ rules in your heart. The peace of Jesus doesn't affect, help, or assist, it rules! Where peace rules, thankfulness is found. Jesus' peace is much more than a lack of conflict. His peace is the restoration of wholeness. Believers should be as thankful as refugees who have escaped the bondage of a repressive culture and have found refuge in a land of freedom and opportunity. The Messiah clothes you with thankfulness. Gratitude 101– Dear Christians, because you are made holy and dearly loved, put on saint's clothing – the sacred tunic of thanksgiving. Our Response Jared Wilson illustrates Two Phases of Gratitude for Our Salvation: Imagine you are driving down the road and your car stalls at a railroad crossing. You are understandably nervous as you try to reignite the car's engine, but you become even more so when you see a train turn the corner. The train engine's horn is blaring, and the engineer has thrown on the brakes, but you are too close, and he's coming too fast. The train is rushing toward you, and you know you're going to be hit. And you are. Suddenly and from behind. A man in a truck behind you has decided to ram into your car and push you off the tracks, even as he is killed by the impact in the very spot you once occupied. You get out of the car, shaken and still frightened, in shock over your rescuer's sacrifice. Yet, you are grateful in a way that you've never been grateful before because a stranger gave his life for yours. This is what salvation looks likes. Jesus gave his life for yours. He willingly laid down his life that yours might be saved. You feel woozy, so you sit down on the trunk of your car, and as you're trying to retrieve your cell phone from your pocket to call 911 and marveling at how minor damage the violent shove did to the rear bumper, you hear a whimper from inside. You didn't know that before you'd left the house, as your kids were playing hide-and-seek, your youngest son decided to hide in the trunk of your car. As you open it up frantically and discover that he is miraculously unharmed, you suddenly realize the total greatness of the loss you almost suffered. Your gratitude, your amazement, your new outlook on life take a giant leap forward. This is a glorious picture of the gospel. The more you realize what Yahweh has done for you, in you, and through you, the greater the gratitude. It's as if the gratitude of heaven never ends! Be Thankful—understanding that Jesus rescued you. That God sent his one and only Son, who died on a cross and traded his life for yours. Be Thankful– understanding more and more the depth of his salvation. For the one who has tasted and seen that the Lord is good, the more you know of God's lovingkindness, the more profound your gratitude, the more magnificent your appreciation, and the greater your affections for the things of God. Thankful doesn't stop when you give your life to Jesus; that's just the beginning. Gratitude 101– the heartbeat of the living. Have you been born again? 2:1 And you were dead in your trespasses and sins. Ephesian 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of his great love that he had for us, 5 made us alive with Christ even though we were dead in trespasses. You are saved by grace! John 3:3 Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, unless someone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. If you want to follow Jesus as your Lord and Savior you can do so using words like this: My life is broken—I recognize its because of my sin. I need You. I believe Christ came to live, die and was raised from the dead to rescue me from my sin. Forgive me. I turn from my selfish ways and put my trust in You. I know that Jesus is Lord of all, and I will follow Him. Gratitude 101– Dear Christians, because you are made holy and dearly loved, will you put on saint's clothing – the sacred tunic of thanksgiving today? If the world only knew your faith in Jesus by the measure of your thankfulness, what would they say? A life of gratitude begins with a redeemed attitude.

In business, "scaling" is a word that's thrown around a lot! But did you know that this word has two very different meanings? The first definition of scaling is "to climb up and over to reach a certain height". This is like when you do something for the first time, or you figure out what works in order to reach your first 6-figures. You're literally climbing one step at a time- testing different grips and footholds, and trying not to look back or look down. Your journey to 6-figures involves trying different strategies, offers, niches, messaging and more to see what works. This is the DIY phase of scaling. You may not realize that you're adding too much to your plate and it's weighing you down. In this phase you are likely hustling to make progress. The second definition of scaling is "to increase in proportional dimension" or doing more of what already works and creating repeatable results. This phase is what will get you to 7-figures. Scaling to 7-figures is what I help my clients with, using the STAR Method: 1. Systems - Creating and documenting systems that work and can be repeated over and over. 2. Team - Entrusting others to run various aspects of your business. 3. Automation - Getting the right tools in place that save you and your team time. 4. Recurring Revenue - Building the safety net of ongoing revenue that you can rely on. It's important to know what stage you are in because, using scaling strategies that don't match where you are will keep you stuck. Think of the first phase as "addition" while the second phase as "multiplication". Remember that during the first phase, you're still trying to figure out what works. If you use the second phase strategies here, it's like multiplying by zero, hence, you'll get zero results! One of the common mistakes of entrepreneurs is implementing advanced strategies too soon in their business. Once you're ready to implement the second phase, you can start multiplying but not by using the first phase strategies. It'll be like constantly adding zeros and hoping to see growth in your business. If you continue to hustle, you're going to burnout because it's not getting you where you want to go. "You need to know where you are in your business, and make sure that you're implementing the strategies that match the stage of scaling that you're in." -Kathryn Binkley #scaletoseven If you are a 6-figure business owner and you're ready to shift to Phase 2 and experience exponential growth, sign up to my FREE workshop where I teach 6 Steps to Get to 7-Figures and break down the 7 Elements of My 7-Figure System here. "Why do you even want to change the world, why would you want to change anything than yourself? Yourself is the only thing you can actually change." - Maria Paz This is Maria Paz - she is a traveller and explorer full of passion to find her inner self and peace, while helping others to find their inner self too. She co-founded Mind Body Soul, a Happiness Centre in Dubai in 2017 a platform to share tools for happiness and positivity in the corporate environment. Her friends call her Pazi and she feels there are no slogans to describe her life and journeys. With this mindset she aims to bridge east and west - Buenos Aires, where she was born, over India, Sri Lanka and finally Dubai. Pazi got 8 Chapters - starting with Chapters 1 called “In a little world” where she shares some childhood memories which proved that she was always more interested in what lies beyond the perceivable. “Unrealized Potential” is Chapter 2, about discovering her own potential while living in Buenos Aires. She reflects on her young age in Argentina like a plant, before the seeds beginning to sprout and see for the first time the daylight. Chapter 3 is about her attempt to study medicine but soon realizing that’s not the path she wants in her life. In fact, after one year she ended up in the US, her first abroad stay with little willing to settle down while keeping a mindset of “keep exploring”. In Chapter 4 she highlights the two phases while living in Sri Lanka, on one side the party life and going to the beach, on the other side the why question, which sparked the curiosity to learn about Buddhism & meditation. Pazi started to meditate and met new like-minded people. After 2 years she moved to Dubai under a slogan “what you resist - persists”. Chapter 5 called “timeless” where, as she said, it’s the “time where the journey begins”. She first went for few months to India, explored the country and travelled free without any strings. Back to the UAE as her home-base, she started to see Dubai with different eyes - That chapter she called “Dreaming”. She joined Wiso and the House of Om family to bring together the local Dubau community around activities such as meditation, yoga, dance, capoeira, beach swimming and more For Pazi freedom is part of her everyday life. No wonder she called the Chapter 7 “One Way ticket”. It’s about going to India with no return ticket, travelling alone and it is where she saw the connection between the dots. The journey was intense and a few months later, back in Dubai, she co-founded Mind Body Soul, a Happiness Centre to connect her passion to bring inner peace to a wider audience. Let’s start with the Chapters Of My Life Podcast Book of Maria Paz called “In the search of Freedom”. —————————————————- CHAPTERS OF MY LIFE PODCAST BOOK TITLE: In the Search of Freedom CHAPTERS: 1 In a little world 2 Unrealized Potential 3 Don’t Settle - Keep Moving 4 Two Phases 5 Timeless 6 Dreaming 7 One Way Ticket 8 Connecting Dots —————

The creation of our body and mind take place through the magnificent process of cosmic and planetary evolution. But God also creates directly, bestowing on our body and mind a unique, undefinable, mysterious personality, constant through change, but never completely comprehensible or predictable--a masterpiece of the Creator's art. And God then sends a fragment of his spirit to dwell within that personality. If our relationships with others are dominated by the awareness of evolutionary variables (gender, race, class, level of education, health, physical attractiveness, and so on) we are missing the fullness of relating, which we experience when we relate in a way that is spiritually centered and which reaches through evolutionary variables to the other's indwelt personality.

Session 02 in our study on The Rapture of the Church. Today we examine that the Second Coming will be in two phases. First the Rapture of the Church. 1 Corinthians 15, 1 Thessalonians 4, & 2 Thessalonians 2. Will be sudden and without warning. The Second Coming Revelation 19:11-16 (Parousia) Where every eye will see Him. We look at how the prophets foretold of the First and Second Coming in the same verses in Isaiah 9:6-7,11:1-10, Zechariah 9:9-10. And the Lord Jesus Himself in Luke 4:18-20 seperates His first and Second Coming by only quoting half of the portion of Isaiah 61:1-2. This stumped the early religious leaders as does the Second Coming is also in two phases: The rapture and second coming are similar but separate events. Both involve Jesus returning. Both are end-times events. However, it is crucially important to recognize the differences. In summary, the rapture is the return of Christ in the clouds to remove all believers from the earth before the time of God’s wrath. Shalom, Keith
