Poon Lim, born in 1918 on Hainan Island, China, grew up in a fishing village before moving to Malaysia at age ten. As Japan invaded China in the 1930s, sparking the Second Sino-Japanese War, Lim's father sent him away to avoid conscription, possibly fearing atrocities like the Nanjing Massacre. Lim joined the British Merchant Navy as a cabin boy, but faced discrimination and abuse, leading him to leave in 1937 for Hong Kong, where he became a mechanic. In 1939, with Britain at war with Germany, the Navy improved conditions to recruit more Chinese seamen, including Lim, who joined the SS Ben Lomond in 1942 as a Second Mess Steward. On November 23, 1942, the unescorted, lightly armed ship was torpedoed by the German U-172 submarine off Brazil. Lim survived the sinking, which killed 54 of the 55 crew members, by clinging to debris and eventually finding a stocked life raft. Alone at sea, Lim survived 133 days by rationing supplies—water, hardtack, chocolate, pemmican, milk, and lime juice—building a canopy for shade and rainwater, and crafting tools to fish and hunt birds. Despite being a weak swimmer, he tied himself to the raft and later killed a shark for its blood and meat when dehydration threatened his life. Multiple ships passed him without rescuing him, possibly mistaking him for a Japanese sailor or fearing a U-boat trap. On April 1943, Brazilian fishermen rescued him near Pará after he drifted close to land, emaciated and weak. After recovering, Lim received the British Empire Medal from King George VI for his courage and resourcefulness. His story influenced Royal Navy survival manuals, and he later became a U.S. citizen, settling in Brooklyn with his family until his death in 1991 at age 72. Lim holds the record for the longest solo survival on a life raft, a testament to his extraordinary resilience. 00:00 Welcome to the Dark Oak 00:30 100 Episode Celebration and Giveaway 03:30 The Lake Oconee Murders Sources: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poon_Lim https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/sole-survivor-of-the-sinking-of-the-benlomond-in-wwii-poon-lim-set-a-record-for-133-days-adrift-at-sea/news-story/9c63348c42762182e17bcc3c2ddbe1a8 https://www.historydefined.net/poon-lim/embed/#?secret=sVREifRlva#?secret=E0phajhSTT https://www.joe.ie/fitness-health/133-days-at-sea-in-an-eight-foot-raft-meet-poon-lim-39850 Jones, S. 20-JUNE-1940. While serving as an Orderly in the 17th Australian Infantry Brigade during the Second World War. Sergeant Henry Armstrong Lacey Snr received the British Empire Medal for exemplary service and dedication to his duties, which is understandable, as he wasn't a 35-year-old fresh soldier, but a 53-year-old veteran of both the Second Anglo-Boer War and the First World War. in a military career that spanned three two continents and the length and breadth of Australia's involvement in the conflicts of the early 20th Century, in particular Gallipoli, the Western Front, North Africa and the disastrous campaign in Greece before becoming a Prisoner of War. In this episode we show the experiences of enlisted soldiers in captivity, in particular those that had been captured during the failed rearguard operation in Greece. Desmond Campbell is a proud Gurindji and Alawa-Ngalakan man from the Northern Territory and is the CEO of Welcome to Country with a background in consulting, social policy and Government services. Desmond joined Welcome to Country to continue to build a platform that is First Nations led and operated, contributing to economic independence of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and by sharing the world's oldest continuous living cultures and languages by First Nations people on their terms and cultural integrity. Our yarn starts with Desmond sharing his own identity and the proud legacy of his family which flows through his blood. It weaves through to his role at Welcome to Country, why this organisation exists and how it serves its stakeholders. And it ends with a powerful and emotional vision for the future. For those of us who believe we should be proud and fiercely protective of the oldest living civilisation in the world, through this interview, Desmond opens a door which he invites us to walk through. Highlights: Desmond shares his family background including his legacies from both his mother's and father's side. He highlights on his father's side his relationship to Vincent Lingiari, his Great Grandfather, who Paul Kelly's song “From Little Things Big Things Grow” is about; and his mother's Uncle who was awarded a Member of the British Empire Medal for, amongst other things, diagnosing leprosy in Aboriginal people throughout the Northern Territory We talk about the importance of identity and Desmond shares his approach to leadership and his mission to carry forward his cultural legacy through his role at Welcome to Country He shares his view on leading with emotion despite being told that it might not be appropriate and we discuss the human value of emotion in leadership Desmond takes us through some of his childhood experiences which made him feel like a second class citizen, but contrasts this with his deepening curiosity and pride as he started learning about the history and legacy of his mob He talks about how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have always led events to connect language and culture and connect to our past so we can move forward together. By acknowledging our traumatic past and walking forward together Desmond describes himself as a “walking billboard”, sharing a couple of stories about being approached at the pub by two different non-Indigenous people separately to talk about things related to his Aboriginal identity. He explains that while he doesn't mind it, there is an emotional cost to him of engaging, which is why he offers some advice to non-indigenous people who might want to ask questions of or discuss relevant issues with an Aboriginal person Desmond introduces what Welcome to Country is all about and its purpose – to support greater economic independence for First Nations entrepreneurs, sharing the language and culture with the world on their terms He shares what Welcome to Country has achieved so far since launching in 2019 during the bushfires and leading into the pandemic He tells us about Welcome to Country's new location in Glebe and his vision for what the space will enable as a vibrant cultural hub, including a shop. He highlights the Open Day that is planned (dates tbc will be shared) Desmond explains the challenge of balancing cultural integrity with the need to educate those organisations that want to be connected with Welcome to Country and more widely with Aboriginal culture Desmond's dream: he shares his vision of what he'd love Welcome to Country to look like in 5 years time, but he also shares what he'd love our world to look like in that time. Desmond closes the episode by sharing what Australians who voted YES in the referendum on the Voice can do to continue to show their support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. My conversation today will focus on a key crisis skill – endurance. And I'm thrilled to say that we have the perfect guest to help us – record-breaking, long-distance cyclist, adventurer, broadcaster and author Mark Beaumont.Mark is a man who certainly knows what it means to endure. In 2008 he broke the world record for a circumnavigational bike tour of the world, travelling 18,000 miles from Paris to Paris. The new record was set at 194 days and 17 hours, beating the previous record of 276 days. His video diaries of that ride won him a BAFTA nomination.Swapping the bike for a boat, Mark rowed through the Canadian Arctic to reach the North Magnetic Pole, the furthest north anyone had rowed. And then in early 2012 he joined another crew in an attempt to break the world record for rowing across the Atlantic Ocean. But after 27 days and over 2,000 miles into the expedition the boat capsized. Mark's retelling of the terrifying 14-hour ordeal that followed – and the reactions of all involved – alone make this an episode worth listening to.When someone had the nerve to break Mark's circumnavigation record, his reaction of course was to get on his bike. And during the summer of 2017 he smashed the new record with a total time of 78 days, 14 hours and 40 minutes. Mark has also authored a number of successful books including The Man Who Cycled the World, Around the World in 80 Days, Africa Solo and Endurance. In the 2018 New Year Honours he was awarded the British Empire Medal for Services to sport, broadcasting and charity. Cycling fan or not, this is a valuable episode for anyone looking to push the limits of human potential and understand why increasing our endurance can transform our ability to survive and thrive in crisis.Full episode transcript available at: https://www.crisiswhatcrisis.com/podcasts/mark-beaumont-on-breaking-records-cheating-death-and-pedalling-with-purpose Mark's Crisis Comforts: 1. The Bach suites. I'm a cellist, I mastered the Bach suites when I was quite young, and they've always been an absolute go-to. I appreciate that familiarity, that comfort., they give me.2. If you don't like where you are, move. You're not a tree. If you're in a crisis, if things are going wrong. Move. Don't sit with it, don't dwell with it, don't stew with it, move. You've got the choice to move, have the confidence to move.3. My mum's cheesecake. I often say to people, “If you're having a psychological crisis, it's normally connected to a nutritional crisis.” So, if you're having trouble, eat something. That's got me out of a lot of difficult places. Heather is the former CEO of An Inspirational Journey, the company behind several programmes, events and online activities including The Balanced Business Forum (formerly known as The Women's Business Forum and now recognised as the world's first gender balanced leadership conference). What do we talk about in this episode?Heather shares how she came to start GenM and the importance of normalizing the conversation around menopause and creating brand awareness, signage, etc. around products that support women during perimenopause and menopause.Menopause does not have to be something we suffer through. Women are typically at the best part of their life when they go through menopause. We should be swinging from the chandeliers during this time - not suffering through it.Menopause is the new vegan. We need to normalize conversations about menopause in society as well as in the workplace.Menopause affects everybody. Not just women. Almost everyone knows someone, works with someone, or lives with someone going through menopause. We are all affected. The highest suicide rate and divorce rate for women is during the age of menopause.Nutrition and exercise are critical in menopause care. There are ways to treat menopause symptoms with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or naturally.Music used in the podcast: Higher Up, Silverman Sound StudioResourcesGenM's Mission - We exist to incite a first-of-its-kind movement to make the menopause a more positive experience for everyone, and introduce forward-thinking brands, organisations and employers to this new, commercially attractive market in a responsible, ethical way. Why? Because there are 15.5 million menopausal consumers in the UK alone. It's a market desperate for better understanding, support and representation. Now is the time to purposefully unite, so we can all cater for, better support and connect with this incredibly underserved audience.Working closely with progressive organisations, we can all use GenM's ongoing groundbreaking research, knowledge and experience to better understand the 48 symptoms, provide better support to all those in menopause and signpost them to products and services that already exist. The Invisibility Report - The findings of this report are the foundations for everything that GemM as the Menopause Partner of Brands stands for. We are here to collectively unite responsible brands, organisations and employers, to improve the menopause experience, normalise the conversation, and stop those in menopause being overlooked at home, at work and across society. I was also an assistant vision mixer adjusting the lighting on the cameras. I thought a career in acting was for me when I was younger, but then I realized that I wanted to make a difference in the world. Everything I've done since then has been around the idea of whatever I spend my time on. I want it to make an impact and change people's lives. At university, I started an ethical fashion brand which got me into eCommerce. I don't care much about fashion, but I do care about people. There was a great story about people producing a product locally that was sustainable and recycled, and I started a foundation in Cambodia to fund education. The idea was that every time you bought a product, you'd be funding a child's education to get parents to earn more and children to learn to break the cycle of poverty. I did that for several years and received an honor from the Queen for my work and numerous awards. Like all great ideas, they evolve, and we realized that if we wanted to make an even bigger impact, we needed to make a place for other designers to grow their brands and sell more products so we could build more schools. That's how the business evolved into a company called See Fashion – which was a terrible idea. Never work with fashion designers if you want to make money. We pivoted away from fashion to technology, enabling eCommerce brands with a product and a business to sell more. We did this by connecting all the stores as an intelligence web, using visual search as a hook to encourage users to show us what they were interested in buying by uploading photos to the app/store. It soon became an API business, and we sold APIs to companies like Yves Saint Laurent and huge corporations. The most valuable part of the business was the visual search. We did not own the IP, and because GDPR came in, our sharing network had to shut down as I had not sold the company when I had the opportunity to be acquired. That journey led me to meet with the Founders Factory team more than three years ago. It started consulting on an eCommerce enablement project using Generative AI to enhance and generate imagery. It blew my mind that researchers generated images from nothing, and I became obsessed. We've since probably created the first ‘stable diffusion' before research papers made the subject popular. Still, ours wasn't very stable and needed an extensive data set to generate the images. This means that, for an eCommerce brand, it wasn't that feasible. After this, we got into video and formed Yepic AI. BEST MOMENTS ‘Entrepreneurs are a bit of everything. Starting a business in a new and exciting space Is exciting, but it also requires you to wear many hats at the beginning.' ‘Don't work with designers, exit and take acquisition offers, do something meaningful.' ‘A problem that a lot of Generative AI companies are facing is when the hype burns away, to sell it to businesses as a click-through enhancement/ increase to drive more sales, you need to prove that your image drove the sale. So you certainly more than imagery!' ‘There's been loads going on in the background for a long time, but the public has suddenly become aware of it, and they've realized that Generative AI isn't just deep fakes, among others. You can create stuff. You can generate images in Canva now. You can edit people out of your photos using AI. The creative possibilities in the eyes of the public have opened up massively.' Of all the Wikipedia pages out there - just 19 percent are about women. It was something that Dr Jess Wade stumbled onto, after she went searching for more information about Kim Cobb, an American climatologist she'd just met, and found she had no profile on the platform. It inspired her to pen her first Wikipedia entry - she's now written close to 1800 profiles of female scientists. Jess is a physicist herself, based at Imperial College London. Her work building the knowledge about women's achievements in science has earned her a British Empire Medal.
It's the first road.cc podcast of 2023, and we have some very special guests to kick us off! First up, George and Jack talk to the legendary founder of Brixton BMX Club, Ken Floyde, who has rightly been recognised with a British Empire Medal for his decades of tireless voluntary service to the South London BMX scene. Ken started the club way back in 1981 in the midst of the Brixton riots, nurturing the talents of elite riders such as Charlie Reynolds in their youth and helping countless youngsters to discover cycling through the sport of BMX. As you'll find out in the podcast, Ken's influence has stretched far beyond South London and he's not planning to stop any time soon. In part 2 Simon catches up with Gersh Kuntzman of Streetsblog New York, who is proving to be a real nuisance for naughty NYC drivers obscuring their number plates to avoid picking up fines for indiscretions. Find out why Gersh is on a mission to make the streets of the Big Apple safer for cyclists and pedestrians with “criminal mischief”, a term coined when the NYPD remarkably decided to arrest a friend of Gersh's for un-defacing an offending vehicle.
In this week's all-new episode of THE IDEALISTS. podcast, host and entrepreneur Melissa Kiguwa speaks with the remarkable Dr. Jess Wade. The 33-year-old London-based physicist has become something of a phenomenon. Both an irresistible force and an immovable object, she was recently invited to Buckingham Palace to receive the prestigious British Empire Medal for her contributions to science. Ironically, she was being honored for her work honoring a whole host of other female scientists lost to history. Since 2017, the Imperial College Fellow has written nearly 1,800 Wikipedia pages for long-ignored women, minority scientists, and engineers. Just 19% of English Wikipedia biographies are of women. So, having one's work on the "go-to" site for an estimated 2 billion people per month seeking information about individuals, ideas, and topics large and small, translates to more opportunities and access to grants. Ultimately, what gives Jess the most joy is seeing a scientist, whose profile she created, go on to earn a fellowship or an award. It's truly her passion project as she professes, she's: "never not had someone to write about." There's always someone whose work or story has gone uncredited.Note: the podcast Melissa mentions on the show is “Underestimated” featuring the founder of IFundWomen, Karen Cahn.Highlights:Jess leads off the conversation with a story about a head teacher in the UK who'd claimed only 16% of her A-level physics students were female, but that this was okay because girls didn't like the “hard maths”—the suggestion being that girls are simply not as “able” in the subject. And then, what does it mean when society does such a terrible job—historically across generations—refusing to recognize women scientists in any sort of meaningful way?Next, she relates her passion for her own research as a scientist working on new nanoparticles that can impact climate change and how her side hustle of elevating women and other historically excluded groups has mushroomed into this movement of awareness with people reaching out with ideas, partnerships, conferences, and suggestions. At nearly 1800 pages, the profiles have evolved beyond a white UK scientific community to include the global south and more internationally diverse sources including, The Lancet, TED Fellows, and Next Einstein Africa.Building on this, the process of researching the profiles has revealed not only how many women are out there, but also how extremely closed and privileged the world of science is. In countering this, she relates several healing tales of women scientists from Dr. Gladys West whose work ultimately became the basis for the Global Positioning System (GPS) to Dr. Sumita Mitra whose work with nanoparticles for 3M Oral Care completely revolutionized dentistry.Join the conversation about THE IDEALISTS. and break*through. About Maryon Stewart: Maryon Stewart is the author of Manage Your Menopause Naturally and 27 other books. A world-renowned healthcare expert, she has helped tens of thousands of women around the world overcome PMS and menopause symptoms without using drugs or hormones. In 2018 she was awarded the British Empire Medal and was recognized as one of the 50 most inspirational women by the Daily Mail. What We Discuss In This Episode: New research is being published all the time – and Maryon stays up to date on what's going on in the world of “menopause” and hormones. In this episode, Maryon shares some stories of how women in the perimenopausal stage of life often feel that life had passed them by. For some, they experience breakdowns, retreating into themselves, and instead of giving a presentation in the workplace, find themselves curled in a ball under the desk. Many face broken situations with women even leaving the work place. Many women don't even realize this is happening in the beginning since it happens gradually. But many find themselves experiencing Brain fog, anxiety, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain, etc. While in perimenopause we're predisposed to different diseases we can still stay in good nutritional states, and use Mother Nature's natural estrogen to be able stay on top of many of the symptoms we may be facing. Interestingly enough, research shows billions of women have nutritional deficiencies which affects the brain chemistry (which becomes worse as you age (plus your retiring ovaries through perimenopause). As a result, it's even more important that going through menopause, we are taking care of ourselves. Even when we're post-menopausal, and tend breathe a sigh of relief, thinking it's all behind us, we still need to remember we're still vulnerable after menopause with things like nutritional deficiencies, osteoporosis, heart disease, etc. Although it sounds hopeless, that is absolutely not the case. Research now shows that by topping up on nutrients and staying in good shape after menopause, you can prevent so many of the diseases that are common in this phase of life - and not just eradicate symptoms. We can actually go through a transformation and feel better in our midlife years than before. It can be an encouraging and exciting time of life. Stephanie was awarded the British Empire Medal as founder of Transgender Trend for services to children in the Queen's Jubilee Birthday Honours list. In this discussion, we talk about how adults have always attempted to strike a balance between encouraging creativity and affirming reality for children. Stephanie started noticing a reversal in the parent-child relationship through her research into parenting books and then saw this trend come to life in media stories of trans children and the parents whose job was to facilitate their child's self-development. Stephanie is also asked, given her background as an expert in communication with children, how would she want to introduce ideas of sex, gender, orientation, feminism, and media literacy to kids. We also explore how other vulnerable groups and protected categories are shadowed when we fixate disproportionately on gender and sexuality. How does this impact children's development and sense of self? What happens when we lie to children? Stephanie offers some advice to parents who hope their child's fixation on one particular thing will resolve (whether it be gender or otherwise). And lastly, we ask Stephanie to make some predictions of what will transpire regarding gender, transition, and education in the near future. Parents affirm a child's reality in life. Based on 1970s TV, Stephanie internalized messages about women and their place in the world. Stephanie feels compelled to act when she sees an injustice. You don't tell lies to children. A Huffington Post article about trans children and their parents triggered Stephanie to write her first book. In 2014, the BBC released a TV program for kids, named I Am Leo, about a transitioning girl. Stephanie thinks the U.S. was approximately five years ahead of the UK in detransition information. The impact of the pressure of objectification and stereotypes on teens. Feminism is not taught in schools, Identity Politics are. The need to critique organizations that make money from women. Acknowledging gender differences empowers young people to better understand themselves. We can make better decisions if we are aware of the messages we get from our culture. LGBTQ+ groups in schools may pigeonhole kids who just want to be non-conforming or non-conventional. Stephanie examines social contagion in teens. Stephanie receiving the British Empire Medal represents a sea of change. In 5‒10 years, Stephanie believes huge changes will come in schools and clinics. Stephanie describes the many ways girls have been gaslighted in the current educational environment. This podcast is sponsored by ReIME and Genspect. “Change your life with an Open University qualification” boasts the OU website. And this week's guest, author and dementia campaigner Gina Awad, did exactly that – though actually she changed not just her life but many hundreds, possibly thousands, of lives. For it was through a health and social care degree in 2011, at the age of 41, that she first became interested in dementia.Since then she's gone on to win one of only 12 of the highly competitive places on a training retreat in America for those who work or share their lives with people with dementia. She's trekked the Great Wall of China, raising £2,500 for Alzheimer's Research UK, been named Dementia Champion of the Year by the Alzheimer's Society, created a dementia friendly GP resource guide for Devon, introduced dementia-friendly cinema screenings, collaborated with award-winning cartoonist Tony Husband to produce two “Shining a Light on Dementia” calendars, been recognised as one of the one hundred most influential women in Exeter and, in 2018, received a British Empire Medal for voluntary services for people living with dementia in Devon. She also presents a radio show focussed on living better with dementia. But by far her biggest achievement, Gina says, is launching Exeter's Dementia Action Alliance. Later this year, in June, Gina's book, “United: Caring For Our Loved Ones Living With Dementia”, once again written in collaboration with the cartoonist Tony Husband, will be published. What is perhaps even more extraordinary is that Gina's passion and drive to improve life for those with dementia comes not from direct personal experience, but rather from childhood memories of her and sister visiting care homes with their grandmother, who encouraged residents to engage in the creative arts.“What really struck me then, over 40 years ago, was not the residents who were involved with the activities but those who weren't. I felt a myriad of emotions to which, at the time, I didn't connect. It wasn't until a few years ago that I realised the impact those residents had had on me. As a little girl I'd observed and identified with their sense of disconnectedness, fear and vulnerability – and their isolation and loneliness never left me”. Now, everything Gina does is about making a difference for those with dementia and their families. “I want people to feel included and understood, she says, and to be treated with compassion so that they can live a meaningful life”. Women drop out in their 50's because many of them are unable to function. They are running on empty due to the fact that billions of women have nutritional deficiencies, which affects both brain chemistry and hormone function, and if not corrected, gets worse with age plus, empty oestrogen receptors which can be filled naturally to fool the brain into thinking there is normal circulating oestrodial. Through lack of education or any suggestion that it could be any other way, brain fog, insomnia, panic attacks, fatigue and aches and pains prevent women from being the best version of themselves. They buy into the fact that the best years of their lives have passed them by. Sadly, doctors are not sufficiently educated. The Mayo Clinic Survey in 2019 revealed that only 7% of doctors and gynaecologists feel adequately educated to help women through menopause. A BMA survey a few months ago showed that about 90% of female doctors are bothered by their menopause and 46% either contemplate retiring or working fewer hours. In our last survey on 1100 women in the UK we found 96% of women unprepared for menopause and two-thirds said they felt robbed of life as they knew it. In our survey of 1000 working women, 84% said they productivity was adversely affected for more than 8 days a month. In 2019 Forbes said that menopause is costing $810 Billion globally, each year, due to lost productivity and health care costs associated with menopause. We have to change the paradigm so that women come to understand they simply need what I call a 'midlife refuel' in their 40's. There is a huge missing education piece and my mission is to remedy it. Hello beautiful people On today's podcast we have the amazing Kevin Webber. In 2014, at the young age of 49, Kevin was informed that he has terminal prostate cancer, and may only live as short as two more years. What is truly just incredible about this story, is that Kevin is still with us, 7-years post-diagnosis. Yes you are Kevin! We love you! So, Kevin attributes his longevity in the context of a terminal illness to his running and his daily practice of planning tomorrow, today. I asked Kevin to send over his bio so that I could truly honour the running he has done, but I'm sorry Kevin, I just can't. I am so proud of you as there is just far too many to mention! From ultramarathons in Cambodia, Spain, Albania, Jordan, pulling a 40kg sled over 120miles, almost 200km, in the Arctic, being the only person with stage 4 cancer to finish MDS 4 times, a 250km stage run through the Sahara Desert, and more recently, due to Covid restrictions, decided to run the MDS in his own backyard, which totalled an astonishing 2,600 laps! Oh and he is on a running streak, having ran over 540 days in a row so far covering over 6,600km. He has been awarded the British Empire Medal from the Queens Birthday Honours list and was granted the Freedom of the City of London. Kevin has raised over 250,000 pounds for Prostate Cancer UK and has inspired his family and friends to raise over 500,000 pounds, totalling to a life-changing and life-saving 750,000 pounds! So personally, what I love about this podcast is I very quickly came to realise, there was no necessity in hearing my own voice. Kevin is a storyteller, and you will find shortly into the podcast, I allow the space for him to share his very vulnerable story with no interruption. Yes this podcast goes for 2 hours, the man can sure talk, but I encourage you, that if at any moment you feel you don't have enough time for this, you are in a hurry, other things to do, to be aware of those thoughts because for the next 2 hours these are the words from a man with a terminal illness. These are words from a man that has lived that so-many-things-to-do kind of life, and as he shares from the wise words of Confucius, “We have two lives, and the second begins when we realise we have one.” ... I ask that we be the kind of people today that really take the time to listen to Kevin. For us not to be the person to be faced with the darkness of regret when we come to truly face death. But, as Kevin shares, to be truly proud of who we are everyday, to also enjoy what we do everyday and ensure we are always making good memories.Connect with Jennah-LouiseMindset Coaching | https://www.jennahlouise.com.auInstagram Personal | https://www.instagram.com/jennah_louiseConnect with KevinInstagram | https://www.instagram.com/webber2401 Facebook | https://www.facebook.com/KevinWebberMakeTheMostOfIt/ Website | https://makethemostofit.org/
