Over the last 18 years, I've helped thousands of women and children all over the world discover the roots of their symptoms and conditions, craft programs to solve their issues, and empower them with knowledge for the future. I found my way into functional medicine and trauma healing because of my own health challenges: severe childhood allergies, dysmenorrhea/PMS, hormonal migraines, Hashimoto's, biotoxin illness from mold/mycotoxins, Epstein-Barr virus, Lyme, and Bartonella, emotional trauma and recently perimenopause challenges. What I discovered on my own healing journey is that even though addressing my symptoms through functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle helped, it was the emotional and trauma healing on the subconscious level that moved the needle the most allowing me to thrive. It is this combination of subconscious emotional and trauma work combined with targeted nutrition and lifestyle change that brings transformation and allows the moms I work with to go from surviving to thriving in the Thriving Mama Program. "First forecasted back in 2016, we had anticipated the 200 billion by 2025. It also stands out to us that the digital economy grew 20% year on year. And the reason that stands out is that we expected things to slow down somewhat as we came out of the pandemic because we saw incredible acceleration over the last two to three years, and to see that people have returned to so-called normalcy, at least in terms of going out shopping, visiting, retail spaces. And in fact, that mobility has returned to pre-pandemic levels and often times exceeded it, but yet you still see the digital economy growing 20%. So those are real standouts for us." - Stephanie Davis   Fresh out of the studio, Stephanie Davis from Google and Florian Hoppe from Bain & Company joined us to break down the key findings from the e-Conomy SEA Report 2022. I was very competitive as a child. I remember we lived on a cul-de-sac and there was a boy visiting. I had just gotten new shoes and I said to him, “I just got new shoes. I can run faster than you.” And he said, “Your shoes don't make you fast.” I said, “Do you want to make a bet? I'll race you to the end.” I had to go so fast that I beat that kid. It's interesting to look back at some childhood memories to help understand our current behavior. There are forces that help give us the self-discovery that we need to understand our subconscious programming. And in today's episode of The Best of The Menopause Movement Podcast, we'll talk about the Enneagram. The Enneagram is a deep dive into what makes you tick. Unlike most personality systems, which usually have a cluster of preferences or behaviors, the Enneagram really goes way deeper than behavior, which is why it's hard to test. But our guest, Stephanie Davis, an enneagram expert and a trainer educated in business, psychology, and systems theory will give us an overview about the 9 different types.   Tune in today and find out what your type might be! I am very proud to introduce Stephanie Davis once again. With Pastor Jefferey Davis, G&J House Of Prayer this is a prison ministry that is ran by Pastor Jefferey Davis. As well as online as well, the community is growing. For those that do not know. Jefferey Davis is the same one I did a episode on, letting people know about his case. Which is part of the innocence project. As well as family as well. Being the fact the Pastor Jefferey is my father in law and Stephanie is my mother in law. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/michael-rickman/support

Unless you've been living under a rock, you've noticed that times have changed and so have cultures. In many sports though, rules remain the same. There are discussions that need to be had that can lead to decisions being made. Everything from testing Olympic hopefuls for marijuana, transgender athletes in the Olympics, female athletes being treated differently and much more. Special guest, former University of South Carolina National Champion and six-time All American, Stephanie Davis joins me as we discuss these topics.
