Épisode 69 : Léandre a 23 ans et il est actuellement en prépa ENA.Il est originaire de Normandie et a toujours vécu à Caen. Sa mère est femme de ménage.Concernant sa scolarité, il explique qu'il a sauté une classe à l'école primaire. Au collège et au Lycée il n'avait pas vraiment besoin de travailler pour avoir de bonnes notes. Léandre a un caractère plutôt réservé, pendant son enfance, il a seulement quelques amis mais ça lui suffit. Comme beaucoup d'adolescents il joue aux jeux vidéos. Il pratique également l'escrime pendant 9 ans.Au Lycée, il choisit la filière ES et obtient son bac avec mention assez bien, sans beaucoup travailler. Au moment de ses choix post-bac, il souhaite faire l'armée, sauf qu'étant donné qu'il a sauté une classe, il est obligé d'attendre un an pour pouvoir y accéder. Il choisit donc une fac pour avoir le temps de se préparer à l'armée à côté de ses études. Il s'oriente tout naturellement vers la fac d'anglais, car c'est une matière dans laquelle il a des facilités. Mais très vite, il se rend compte qu'il ne souhaite pas du tout faire l'armée, Il explique qu'il a souvent des lubies comme celle la, mais qui lui passent finalement très vite.Il poursuit donc son cursus d'anglais car il se dit que ça lui permettra peut-être d'aller aux États-Unis, un voyage qui le faisait rêver. Mais, pendant les 3 années de licence, cela n'est pas possible. Il poursuit donc avec un Master et là, il part en échange. Il s'agit d'un échange avec sa fac et grâce au site de ISEP qui permet de faire des échanges principalement hors Union Européenne.Il part donc faire sa première année de Master aux États-Unis, dans le Missouri. Il explique qu'il est dans la campagne isolée du Missouri, a 4h des grandes villes. Il découvre l'Amérique profonde. Il trouve néanmoins ses études très intéressantes, les professeurs sont vraiment à l'écoute et il a la possibilité de choisir ses cours. Il se lance aussi dans un mémoire qu'il trouve passionnant. Il ajoute cependant que à cause de sa personnalité plutôt introvertie, il a du mal à aller vers les autres et ne profite pas à 100% de la vie étudiante. Il explique qu'il fait quand même beaucoup de choses pour s'ouvrir, il donne des cours de français et il est assistant d'un professeur de français. Léandre est donc très content de cette expérience.Après ces 9 mois, il rentre en France. Il commence à réviser, à travailler, pour sa deuxième année de Master. À côté il réfléchit à ce qu'il souhaite faire et se rend compte qu'il veut être diplomate et même ambassadeur. Au bureau ONISEP de sa fac on lui dit qu'il faut faire Science Po. Il va donc aux journées portes ouvertes de Science Po à Rennes. Il comprend que l'accès à la prépa ENA peut être compliqué quand on a pas commencé dans ce cursus et décide donc de faire une prépa générale à Aix pour se remettre à niveau. Après cette année, il atteint son objectif, il est pris en prépa ENA.Il ajoute qu'il fait parti de la prépa talent, il s'agit d'un dispositif de l'état pour favoriser l'égalité des chances. Cela permet d'avoir une bourse, un remboursement des frais de déplacements, une place en résidence universitaire et également un tuteur, c'est à dire une personne en poste pour l'accompagner.En prépa ENA il trouve les cours passionnants. Il apprend beaucoup de choses et là, il se doit de beaucoup travailler. Mais finalement, il pense que cette carrière ne lui correspond peut-être pas et hésite à poursuivre jusqu'au concours. En effet, il a peur de perdre des années car on n'intègre rarement l'ENA du premier coup, alors que ce n'est peut être pas ce qu'il souhaite faire.Actuellement Léandre pense s'orienter vers l'économie et la finance et il sait qu'il veut faire une alternance. Il commence donc à se renseigner pour changer de voie.Malgré son indécision actuelle, il donne le conseil de se diriger vers les choses qu'on aime, de suivre son ambition. Hoy en Psicoflix hablamos de Autismo y ABA (Análisis Conductual Aplicado). Nuestro invitado para este episodio es Víctor Rodríguez, director de Lovaas Foundation, Psicólogo, Diplomado en Logopedia y referente internacional en el campo del Trastorno del Espectro Autista. Además, es docente en formaciones como el Máster de ABA España, Máster de Análisis Funcional de SAVECC y el Máster de Trastorno del Espectro Autista de ISEP. En el episodio de hoy hablamos entre otras cosas de: El Análisis Conductual Aplicado (ABA) como rama de la psicología es una forma de entender cómo funciona el comportamiento humano, es una explicación de cómo el ser vivo se comporta y su rama al aplicada nos permite ver qué leyes nos permiten identificar el comportamiento del ser humano para controlar y predecir. Para mi estos dos aspectos en el trabajo en el niño con autismo son claves. Controlar no desde una perspectiva social de controlar, sino de ayudar a que pasen unas determinadas situaciones para que el niño pueda generar comportamientos adecuados y cada vez más sanos. Y por otro lado el poder predecir. Para mi esto es algo muy significativo del análisis aplicado del comportamiento. El cómo a través de los datos podemos predecir qué es lo que queremos que pase y nos permite evaluar muy bien si estamos siendo precisos y efectivos o no con nuestras intervenciones. Hablamos de todas estas cuestiones con Víctor. Hablamos también del origen multifactorial del autismo, de las particularidades de ABA como metodología y de qué manera ABA ayuda a tener una mejor calidad de vida en las personas con autismo. Comentamos los mitos habituales, las prácticas pseudocientíficas existentes y de qué manera podemos establecer un diagnóstico precoz, estableciendo intervenciones basadas en la evidencia. Hablamos también de la importancia de la relación terapéutica, de la generalización del aprendizaje a otros contextos y del trabajo en adultos con autismo, entre otros muchos temás más. Aujourd'hui j'ai le plaisir de me trouver dans un bureau d'un ancien Champion de Boxe Anglaise. Les murs de cette pièce parlent comme un livre ouvert, racontant des histoires à travers le temps. De nombreuses coupes, médailles et autres trophées sont éparpillés un peu partout avec les innombrables photos placardées sur les murs : on y retrouve des champions mais aussi des stars du cinéma, des rockstars eet autres… Le bureau est celui de mon coach sportif au Club des Epinettes et Batignolles au Gymnase Max Rousié situé au 28 rue André Bréchet dans le dix-septième arrondissement de Paris . Frédéric Esther, (Fredo pour les intimes) grand gaillard au cœur sur la main (et au punch dans les mains quand il faut) est un ancien boxeur, ayant gagné plusieurs titres en France et en Europe entre 1995 et 2000 . Membre de l'équipe de France à Sidney pour ensuite passer professionnel entre 2000 et 2004 avec une carte 14 victoires dont 4 par KO 2 défaites (dont 1 volée). Par la suite il enseigne l'escrime des poings depuis 18 ans dans le complexe sportif où nous nous trouvons aujourd'hui. J'ai tenu à l'interviewer, car ce n'est plus un secret pour ceux d'entre vous qui me suivent sur la page insta @stephanebuttichowskij que la boxe anglaise a depuis deux ans pris une grande place dans ma vie.
