Sehr früh Klavierunterricht, Förderung des Hochbegabten, erstes großes Konzert mit nur 14 Jahren in Hamburg. Inzwischen ist Sebastian Knauer international bekannt, hat diverse CDs mit diversen (Kammer-)Orchestern eingespielt. Seine neueste - „This is (Not) Beethoven“ – verspricht erneut ein Bestseller zu werden. Allerdings: Normalerweise ist der Starpianist gut 250 Tage im Jahr auf den großen Bühnen der Welt unterwegs, bis Corona kam. Es liest sich wie ein Traumstart in eine erfolgreiche Radsport-Karriere, doch im Nachhinein sollte es der Start in ein neues Leben ohne Leistungssport sein.

A Google search on “SCOTUS and Chevron Deference” returns a lot of breathless headlines, prefacing pearl-clutching stories of near-calamitous changes in the way Federal agencies can carry out their missions. Indeed, one dissenting Supreme Court justice wrote that this ruling, “will cause a massive shock to the legal system.” The ruling will eventually affect some broadcast Rules from the Federal Communications Commission, but communications attorney, David Oxenford, predicts less dramatic effects on broadcast Rules and station operations. To clarify the Chevron decision and it’s likely effects on broadcasters, we interviewed Oxenford for this episode. Sole ulcers are one of the major causes of lameness in dairy cattle and yet we still have much to learn about the pathogenesis of this disease to improve prevention and treatment strategies. Cramer discusses the importance of proof-of-concept studies to benefit future research and how they approached the welfare implications of this study. Three induction model challenges were implemented in this study included lying time restriction, dry matter intake restriction and a lipopolysaccharide challenge. Cramer reviews the results of the study and the difficulties in successfully inducing sole ulcers in this group of cows.  We also discuss some of the limitations of this study and future research opportunities to improve our ability to prevent and treat sole ulcers in dairy cows which can improve the welfare of cows. Auch wenn ein Kunde eine angewandte Manipulationstechnik im Verkaufsgespräch nicht erkennt, so wird sich doch sehr rasch nach der Kaufentscheidung das Gefühl der Übervorteilung einstellen. Trotzdem sehen auch erfahrene Verkäufer in der Verkaufsmanipulation oft den einzig möglichen Weg, den lang ersehnten Abschluss zu bekommen und manipulieren ihre Kunden. Manipulation Im Verkauf 1: Durchreden Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Beeinflussung und Manipulation? Na – Manipulation erfolgt mit unethischen Hintergedanken um sich einen Vorteil zu verschaffen oder jemanden über den Tisch zu ziehen. Kennen Sie diese Verkäufer die ohne Punkt und Komma durchreden – ohne überhaupt zu wissen oder zu ahnen, was der Kunde wirklich will! Und das nervt! Auf der anderen Seite funktioniert es ja auch kurzfristig. Und wenn Sie dann zu dem Kunden auch noch sagen “Machen wir das so gemeinsam……” dann gibt es schon einen %-Satz wo das funktioniert. Nicht umsonst bekomme ich jede Woche mindestens 1 Anruf von einem Call Center, das mir einen neuen Telefonvertrag oder Internet verkaufen möchte. Und der Ansatz ist erst mal reden reden reden….. ich komme kaum dazu zu unterbrechen und zu sagen, ich habe gerade einen Vertrag abgeschlossen und bin gebunden. Manchmal sagt ein Kunde aber auch “Ja” dazu. Wozu hat der Kunde nun tatsächlich “ja” gesagt? Einen Termin zu machen mit dem Handyverkäufer.  Als Highspeed-Verkäufer lassen Sie ihm keine Möglichkeit, weiter nachzudenken, sondern zeigen ihm, direkt dass der Verkäufer da und da kommt. Kommunikation an sich ist bereits Manipulation. Es gibt im Prinzip keine Möglichkeit, nicht zu manipulieren. Also wenn schon denn schon. Warum dann nicht gleich richtig professionell? Fragetechniken gehören zum Standardrepertoire eines jeden Verkäufers. Daher ist sie die am häufigsten angewandte Verkaufsmanipulation. Sie geht leicht von der Hand, kann in zahlreichen kleinen Nebensätzen des Verkaufsgesprächs eingefügt werden und verfehlt nie ihre Wirkung. Manipulation Im Verkauf 2 – Die Glückshypnose Bei der Produktpräsentation wird jeder Verkäufer auf die Vorteile und den Nutzen seines Produktes eingehen. Ein Verkäufer, der glaubt, mit einer geschickten Manipulationstechnik schneller, besser, mehr Abschlüsse erzielen zu können, legt aber noch ein einen drauf: er suggeriert Glück und stimuliert damit das Stammhirn, auch Reptiliengehirn des Kunden. Dieser Teil unseres Gehirns ist maßgeblich für unsere Entscheidungen verantwortlich. Hier sind Gefühl, Instinkt, Trieb, Moral und Empfindungen angesiedelt. Die Verkaufsmanipulation  zielt auf positive Emotionen ab: “In diesem Anzug sehen Sie 10 Jahre jünger aus.” “Und nun stellen Sie sich die leuchtenden Augen Ihrer Frau vor, wenn Sie sich für mein Produkt entscheiden.” “Können Sie sich die Entlastung vorstellen, die Sie dadurch erfahren – endlich haben Sie mehr Freizeit.” Selbst intelligente Menschen können sich der Glückshypnose nicht entziehen, denn diese Emotionen sind nicht im Verstand angesiedelt. Rational wissen wir, dass wir durch das Produkt nicht glücklicher, jünger, schöner werden. Die Basis für eine solche Kaufentscheidung ist in diesem Falle eine emotionale Manipulation. Durch die Suggerieren von Glück, Euphorie und Freude, werden Glückshormone, Endorphine im Hirn freigesetzt, welche die Ratio trüben. Die Werbung zeigt uns das sehr deutlich mit extrem emotionalen Inhalten. Wennn ich weiss, dass Menschen nun einmal zu über 90% emotional entscheiden – also aus dem Bauch heraus oder aus der Intuition – und erst hinterher die Fakten benötigen um ihre emotionale Entscheidung zu rechtfertigen. Kann ich das durchaus als Verkäufer anwenden. Lesen Sie mehr darüber im Artikel: Verkaufspsychologie Manipulation Im Verkauf 3: Torschlusspanik Sie befinden sich auf einer langen Autofahrt und sehen das Schild “Letzte Tankstelle vor der Grenze”. Anders als bei der Glückshypnose kann durch emotional stark aufgeladene Argumentation auch Angst erzeugt werden. Auch hier wird der Verstand durch Botenstoffe, die in Sekundenbruchteilen vom Stammhirn ausgeschüttet werden übertölpelt. Selbst wenn Sie wissen, dass Ihr Tank noch halb voll ist und Sie nur noch wenige Kilometer vor sich haben, bewirkt diese Verkaufsmanipulation ein beklemmendes Gefühl. “Sollte ich vielleicht doch noch tanken?” Diese Überlegung geht automatisch durch den Kopf. Die Ratio wird ausgeschaltet und die Angst wird zum Berater. Die Überlegung, ob es nach der Grenze nicht auch gleich eine Tankstelle gibt und diese eventuell sogar noch günstiger ist, bleibt aus. Verkäufer, die diese Technik anwenden, setzen eine traurig bedauernde Mine auf und sagen: “Ich kann Ihnen nicht garantieren, dass wir nächste Woche noch liefern können…” “Wenn Sie jetzt nicht zugreifen, dann …” “Nun, es ist Ihre Entscheidung, aber ich befürchte, dass …” “Es sind kaum noch Plätze in diesem Training da…..” Manipulation Im Verkauf 4: Nutze Die Begleitung! Ich weiss noch als ich einmal in Key West mit meiner 16 jährigen Tochter war. Und wir schlendern so durch die Stadt als mich ein Türsteher eines Kosmetikstudios ansprach – ich soll doch kostenlos mal das ausprobieren. Meine Tochter war Feuer und Flamme und hat mich überredet. Und während der Behandlung bekam meine Tochter immer wieder etwas geschenkt. Eine Wimperntusche, einen Lippenstift oder eine Reinigungsmilch – Sie können sich vorstellen, wie meine Tochter zur besten Verkäuferin dieses Kosmetikstudios wurde. Das Gesetz der Reziprozität funktioniert auch bei Begleitpersonen (gebe etwas und das Gegenüber hat das Bedürfnis auch zu geben). In diesem Falle war das meine Tochter und ich habe am Ende mit Hilfe der Verkäuferin Kind ein Vermögen ausgegeben. Auch ich falle manchmal auf solche Dinge herein und hinterher rechtfertige ich es mit der hervorragenden Qualität. Manipulation Im Verkauf Funktioniert (Kurzfristig!) Was zurück bleibt ist ein Kunde, der innerhalb kurzer Zeit zur Einsicht kommt, dass er übervorteilt wurde. Er weiß, dass er z. B. über seinen Bedarf hinaus gekauft hat, zu voreilig zu einer Unterschrift gedrängt wurde oder im schlimmsten Falle, ein Produkt besitzt, das nicht seinen Zweck erfüllt. Anstelle des ursprünglichen Glücksgefühls tritt der Wunsch nach dem Storno. Verkäufer, die durch manipulieren im Verkauf zum Abschluss kommen, hinterlassen verbrannte Erde.   ANMELDUNG ZUM NEWSLETT

Mein heutiger Gast ist Frontmann der Band “Revolverheld” und verkörpert gewissermaßen das genaue Gegenteil des Klischees. Johannes Strate ist reflektiert, klug, ruhig, sensibel, freundlich, höflich - oder kurz gesagt: einfach ein unglaublich guter Typ. Naja, und der Mann kann begnadet singen, Texte schreiben, komponieren, musizieren. Immer mit Substanz, immer mit Tiefe und Gefühl. AUTHOR ROBERT KNAUER explains how the development of his novel MURDER ON STEEL BEACH came to be, and how much of it is based on true to life events. The main difference he points out is the novel is a fictional account of a fictional ship and navy captain who gets murdered. In a true to life horror story, Lt. Knauer recounts in 1976 during a special burial at sea detail that the MARDET (Marine Corps Detachment) was ordered to "open fire" with rounds to sink the wooden casket that was slowly sailing away from the ship because the holds to sink it had not been done properly and the weights were not properly installed to have the casket sink on que. That situation is what caused the MARDET CO to call on his men to open fire and sink the casket....all while the wife of the deceased watched in horror. FUNNIEST SITUATION EVER.
