Nobody trusts vanilla. In this episode, Igor reveals one of his most counterintuitive list-building strategies: deliberately picking fights with big names like Grant Cardone, Gary Vee, Tim Ferriss, and Russell Brunson. Taking a public stand, even a polarizing one, is what separates influential marketers from forgettable ones. Igor breaks down why opinions build credibility, how to express what you stand for without confrontation, and how to turn newsworthy moments and even angry subscriber replies into engagement gold.

Artist Gyula Németh joins Jace to discuss his work on the VeeFriends Topps Chrome trading-card set. Gyula explains how his years creating artwork for Panini's Kaboom inserts led to his involvement with VeeFriends, how Gary Vee's original character sketches are reinterpreted by different artists, and why preserving each character's established personality can make the process more challenging than illustrating a real athlete. Gyula also reveals which monsters became his favorite characters to draw, discusses the revisions behind some of the finished cards, and reacts to seeing rare collectibles featuring his artwork listed for extraordinary prices. “Send Coach John a message”I found a couple of gems this morning, both coming from Gary Vaynerchuk (@garyvee). The first is a short video clip where he is having a conversation with a young kid and her mom, reminding the kid that she is capable of learning to do things to help herself out with her Youtube channel editing. The simplicity of reminding her (and us) that we learned how to do things as a young child and that we are capable to keep learning new things, no matter how old we are. That leads into the second post I saw from Gary - “Seriously, so many of you in your 40's, 50's, and 60's have hunger to go for more but think you have to “wrap it up” because of your age - that's just not true.” Amazing reminders from a guy that just keeps putting kindness, compassion, authenticity, passion and tons of other life examples out there for us to connect with and learn from. The ideas and lessons are out there my friends - it's up to each of us to decide where and how we implement them into our lives! Thanks for listening. In this episode of Alchemists Library Podcast, Caleb explains the real game behind content strategy, audience trust, entrepreneurship, and long-term brand building.Caleb shares why most creators over-optimize for virality instead of trust, how to pick the right “pond” to compete in, and why your content should solve painful problems for a specific audience. He also explains how to use AI as a multiplier, not the source of your ideas, and why the strongest creators think in decades, not months. Everyone is telling you to get on Substack. Gary Vee. The big-name coaches. All of them. But should you? Here's the thing. Most coaches hear "get on Substack" and think it's the answer to getting clients. It's not.Substack is a place to get found. That's it. It's not where you keep people. It's where they meet you.I spent 30 days on it. This episode is what I learned. You'll hear why there's no algorithm fighting you like on Instagram. Why you don't really own your Substack list (and where to send people so you don't lose them). And the one mistake that keeps coaches busy, liked, and still broke.Drop me a line and share your thoughts!About the host:Michelle Kuei is a business and marketing coach for coaches. In this episode, Travis and producer Eric react to a recent Gary Vee interview and dive into a conversation about personal responsibility, financial independence, and why blaming your circumstances can keep you stuck. Through personal stories, parenting lessons, and a few lighthearted sports debates, they explore how ownership—not entitlement—is the foundation for long-term success. On this episode we talk about: Why financial independence changes your relationship with your parents The hidden cost of entitlement and constantly relying on others for support How struggle builds confidence, resilience, and self-reliance The importance of separating gratitude from criticism in family relationships Why money solves money problems—but not personal responsibility Top 3 Takeaways If you're financially dependent on someone, approach that relationship with gratitude and accountability rather than resentment. Temporary financial struggles are often opportunities to develop the skills and confidence needed to become truly self-sufficient. Lending or borrowing money can strain relationships, so it's important to establish healthy boundaries and prioritize trust over financial dependence. Notable Quotes "Money only solves your money problems." "The solution isn't an influx of cash—the solution is replacing the income." "Take some damn responsibility for your life." “Send Coach John a message”Amazing post that I found thanks to, once again, Mark Hickie (@MPHickie) and he introduces this with these thoughts: “Growth starts with a change in perspective. Stop feeding on fear and negativity. Focus on hope, what you can control, and the people who lift you higher. Your mindset shapes your world. Choose growth & a positive mindset!” This all comes from a post that Gary Vaynerchuk (@garyvee) shared - that I wanted to share with you. Do yourself a favor - connect with both Mark and Gary along with connecting with what they both are sharing here. Good stuff that makes a difference. Thanks for listening. Can you imagine getting to the end of your life only to realize you pretended the whole way there? Gary Vee looked at me and said: "Almost everyone does." I've wanted to have this conversation for a long time. Gary Vaynerchuk is one of the most visionary, most generous, and most honest voices in the history of entrepreneurship. He didn't just see TikTok before anyone else. He saw Twitter, he saw NFTs, he saw the iPhone. He's been right about the future consistently, and he does it all without asking a dime from the millions of people he's helped along the way. In this conversation, Gary and I go places I don't think either of us expected. We talk about AI and why the window to get ahead of it is closing faster than most people realize. We go deep on self-awareness as the foundation of every success in business and in life, and why most people are gambling instead of building without even knowing it. Gary breaks down the only content strategy that actually works: stop chasing where you think the money is and make content about what you know or love. We also get personal. Really personal. About our parents, about the fuel behind everything we've built, and about what it actually means to live a life that's yours and not a performance for somebody else. This one hit me in a way I didn't see coming. Here's what you'll gain from this powerful episode: Self-Awareness Is the Whole Game: Gary's single most important principle for building anything in business or life, and why most people skip it entirely and pay for it later. AI Won't Kill You. A Human Using AI Will: Why you cannot afford to wait on this technology, and the exact first steps Gary recommends for getting started today no matter what industry you're in. Make Content Around What You Know or Love: Gary's no-BS framework for building a brand that lasts, and why chasing trends or money in your content will quietly destroy everything you're building. Macro Patience, Micro Speed: The mindset that separates people who build real wealth from people who gamble it away, and why Gary talks about patience so much while operating at full speed every single day. The Analog Opportunity in a Digital World: Gary's prediction for where the biggest business opportunities will be as AI takes over: physical, real-life, community-driven experiences that no algorithm can replace. If you've ever wondered what it feels like to truly stop performing and start living, this is the episode. Gary Vee is a force for good, and I'm grateful to share this conversation with you.
Years ago, I tried something in my own practice that seemed like an obvious win: a 24-hour call center to make sure every call got answered. It made sense on paper. It failed in practice, and not for the reasons you'd expect. In this episode, I tell the full story of why the call center didn't work, what it taught me about the relational nature of chiropractic, and how that exact same lesson applies to the AI tools showing up in chiropractic offices today. I walk through a real conversation I had with a client who was being pitched a dynamic phone number system, essentially the modern, automated version of the same mistake I made years ago. From there, I lay out a simple principle for evaluating any technology in your practice: if it's only benefiting you and not your patients, it's worth reconsidering. I break that principle into two practical questions, transparency and frequency, and use some uncomfortable personal examples, including my own dentist, to show what happens when a practice gets either one wrong. This episode is not anti-technology. I use AI constantly in my own work. It's about making sure the tools you adopt strengthen the doctor-patient relationship instead of quietly eroding it. Topics Covered - The full call center story: why it seemed smart, why it failed, and what I'd do differently - Why chiropractic's high-touch, relational nature makes it different from most other businesses adopting automation - The dynamic phone number example and why "the technology exists" isn't the same as "you should use it" - The core principle: if the technology only benefits you, reconsider it or change it - Transparency: why patients should always know when they're interacting with technology, not a person - Frequency: how to tell the difference between helpful outreach and harassment - A real example of a raving fan turning into a lost patient because of over-automated follow-up - Why marketing advice built for mass audiences (Gary Vee, Dan Kennedy style "mail until they buy or die") does not translate to a practice with a few hundred patients - How to evaluate your own practice's current automation honestly If you want a free look at your website and local search, request a review at RocketChiro.com. If you want more help with the business and marketing side of practice, check out my Next Step program at RocketChiro.com.

Podcast 331 - Dunwoody's Insider Summer Guide, From the 50th Parade to the World Cup - Mark Galvin After watching the U.S. beat Paraguay in the 2026 FIFA World Cup — one of the most historic wins in U.S. soccer history — the energy around Dunwoody this summer is electric. Mark Galvin of Discover Dunwoody came on the podcast already pumped about the World Cup, and it's easy to see why: local restaurants are setting up watch parties all over town and the whole community is fired up. High Street is expanding fast, Perimeter Mall is getting its biggest overhaul in years, and a brand new tearoom at Park Place just opened that Mark says rivals anything in Atlanta. Dunwoody is quietly leveling up, and this conversation is the fastest way to catch up. If you're looking for something fun to do with your kids, I got early access to Thrillz in Doraville, an indoor adventure park near Assembly Atlanta with trampolines, zip lines, and 35-foot slides. We also grabbed tickets to Big League Wiffle Ball at Assembly, backed by Gary Vee, Kevin Costner, Tony Robbins, TI, and Julio Jones. It might be the most fun $7 you'll spend this summer. All of that plus the 50th Dunwoody 4th of July Parade, where Discover Dunwoody is bringing the trolley and handing out red, white, and blue soccer balls. Fifty years. Someone gets in a car accident, Googles a lawyer, and lands on a site that reads like a resume. They are already gone. In this episode of Content Amplified, Jonathan Murray, Marketing Director at Legends Legal Marketing, explains why trust-based content is winning right now and why polished, AI-perfect content is starting to repel the people it is meant to attract. Jonathan unpacks his core idea that your client is the movie star and you are the supporting cast, the difference between a site that lists your accolades and one that speaks to what the client is feeling, and why ego is the thing that holds most business owners back. He gets specific: the photo shoot that swaps the tie-at-the-desk shot for sleeves rolled up on the farm, why your colleagues are not your clients, the Gary Vee talking-head comparison, his rule to keep content unpolished 70% of the time, and treating AI like an editor-in-chief you trust but verify. If you want your content to sound like a person instead of a bot, this conversation tells you how.About JonathanJonathan Murray is the Marketing Director at Legends Legal Marketing, a boutique firm that works with law firms across multiple niches and only takes on clients it believes it can deliver real return on investment for. Most people think getting healthy requires extreme discipline, perfect routines, and complicated fitness advice. In this episode, I speak with Gary Vee's long-time coach Jordan Syatt about the biggest lies we've been sold about health and fitness, and why the simple things often matter most.We talk about walking, longevity, fitness myths, dieting, body image, perfectionism, food addiction, biohacking, health trackers, and why so many people struggle to stay consistent.Jordan also shares his own experience with eating disorders, the lessons he learned from coaching thousands of clients, and why chasing perfection is often what causes people to fail. What I loved about this conversation is that Jordan cuts through the noise. In a world full of extreme advice, he brings the focus back to what actually works.Jordan Syatt is a strength coach, author, educator, and host of The Jordan Syatt Podcast. He is widely known for coaching Gary Vaynerchuk and helping thousands of people improve their health through simple, evidence-based fitness and nutrition principles.Timestamps: (00:00) Introduction: Health Fitness Lies(00:28) Walking For Longevity(02:35) Complexity Vs Basics(04:44) Steps Targets That Work(07:28) All Or Nothing Trap(08:34) Perfectionism Mindset(14:02) Progress Beyond Scale(16:08) Psychology And Motivation(18:03) Food Behavior Addiction(20:50) Exercise Addiction Story(24:11) Jordan's Wrestling Origins(24:36) Weight Cutting And Eating Disorders(27:36) Doctors And Trust Issues(28:23) Doctor Sign Off Loophole(29:56) Finding Strength Training(31:26) Breaking the Binge Cycle(33:51) Coaching Through Experience(35:24) Cutting Through Diet Noise(40:33) Biohacker Nonsense Exposed(42:40) Why Pseudoscience Spreads(47:02) Health Data Obsession(52:03) Simple Habits Win Long Term(53:01) Wrap UpConnect with Nick:Instagram: https://instagram.com/nickbracksWebsite: http://nickbracks.comEmail: contact@nickbracks.comConnect with Jordan: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/syattfitnessWebsite: https://www.sfinnercircle.com/ Hosted on Acast. Ep. 208 - Kimberly is joined by Joe Ligé, co-founder of CultureHiveMedia, to discuss his journey from music production in St. Louis to revolutionizing the advertising technology space in Los Angeles. Joe shares the powerful inspiration behind CultureHive, sparked by a controversial global ad campaign that highlighted a massive gap in cross-cultural understanding. The conversation delves into how modern advertising is shifting from rigid demographic boxes to Gary Vee's concept of "interest media". Joe breaks down how CultureHive's proprietary Cultural Relevance Score (CRS) utilizes contextual, privacy-safe AI to help brands, creators, and businesses optimize their marketing, avoid costly cultural blind spots, and authentically connect with audiences based on shared values and interests. Oleg Lee started with a simple request: he asked his dad to print a custom-shaped pillow of his late childhood dog, Izzy. When he posted a photo of the lifelike pillow on Facebook, the internet lost its mind. Today, that single viral moment has evolved into a $20 million-a-year manufacturing empire producing 400,000 custom pillows annually. In this episode of the UpFlip Podcast, Oleg breaks down his unbelievable entrepreneurial journey—from stuffing 20,000 pillows by hand in his dad's garage while working full-time in construction, to becoming the silent manufacturer behind massive brands like Netflix, Paramount, and Chewy.Oleg shares exactly why he walked away from a massive retail deal with 2,000 Walmart stores to focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales, how a $100,000 investment in a custom software tool doubled his revenue in a year, and the exact Instagram DM strategy he uses to land celebrity endorsements from David Dobrik, Paris Hilton, and Kim Kardashian.

Most agents are running the wrong race. They're chasing somebody else's number, comparing themselves to the agent in the next office, and quietly wondering why hitting the goal didn't feel the way it was supposed to. In this conversation, we get into the trap of borrowed visions. A study by Michael Norton found that millionaires at every income level say they'd need two to three times more money to be happy, and that number never stops moving. We unpack why that happens, what Sahil Bloom's Five Types of Wealth gets right about the disconnect, why trying to be the next Ryan Serhant or Gary Vee might not be the right aspiration, and how some agents are winning at the only race that matters. We also get into what we believe is the fix. Added bonus, when you do this work upfront, the business stops feeling like a treadmill and starts fueling the life you actually want. It comes down to building your own vision first, in real detail, before you set a single income goal. Happiness leads, success follows. Your business should fuel your life, not consume it. In this powerful episode of In The Lab, Ruben sits down with Dr. Noah St. John, a neuro-performance architect who has helped clients generate billions in revenue, to unpack the real reason so many entrepreneurs stay stuck despite having the right strategies, tools, and knowledge.Dr. Noah breaks down the concept of the “invisible brake”—the hidden force that silently limits your income, growth, and results. While most entrepreneurs focus heavily on the outer game like marketing, sales, and systems, this conversation reveals why that's only half the equation. The real bottleneck lies in what happens after you set a goal—when doubt, limiting beliefs, and what he calls “head trash” begin to take over.Through real examples, including scaling a company from $4M to $20M in under 18 months, Dr. Noah explains how mastering your inner game is what unlocks exponential growth. He dives into why copying successful people doesn't work, how unconscious beliefs shape your outcomes, and why most people are unknowingly operating with one foot on the brake. This episode also explores the idea of “permission to succeed,” the difference between conscious and unconscious competence, and how high performers think, decide, and act differently. From breaking through income ceilings to gaining clarity on what you actually want, this conversation gives you the missing piece most people never address.Tune in now to learn how to identify your invisible brake, eliminate the beliefs holding you back, and finally align your inner and outer game to unlock the results you've been chasing.HIGHLIGHTS:09:22 - Noah talks about why results matter more than personal success17:53 - Noah talks about outer and inner game.Keeping it Real:05:06 - Why most entrepreneurs fail despite good intentions07:43 - The truth about “fake gurus” and social media09:21 - Why results matter more than personal success12:10 - Why proximity alone doesn't create results13:19 - Architect analogy: why watching isn't enough15:27 - $4M plateau to $20M breakthrough story17:47 - Outer game vs inner game explained20:13 - How beliefs control every area of your life22:24 - Why “The Secret” missed the real work25:28 - Gary Vee and unconscious competence27:51 - The concept of “permission to succeed”31:17 - The framework behind the invisible brake32:17 - Why most people sabotage their own goals33:11 - Driving with one foot on the brake analogy35:03 - Neuroplasticity and rewiring your beliefs36:19 - From poverty mindset to building wealth40:33 - Decision vs doubt: what actually drives action42:05 - Pain vs pleasure as motivators46:04 - Technology's impact on your inner game47:19 - Identifying your invisible brake50:42 - Power habits of successful people51:08 - Why clarity beats “wanting more money”52:34 - The myth about personality and success54:01 - Building a clear vision that actually works55:27 - How to identify your “head trash”56:30 - Turning limiting beliefs into opportunity57:03 - Where to connect with Dr. Noah CONNECT WITH THE GUESTWebsite: https://noahstjohn.com/Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/noahstjohn/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/noahstjohn/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@drnoahstjohn#EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessGrowth #RealEstateInvesting #WealthBuilding #PersonalDevelopment #HighPerformance #MindsetShift #FinancialFreedom #SuccessHabits #ScaleYourBusiness

Imagine being a therapist from small-town Maine who has never spoken in front of more than 20 people — and suddenly finding yourself backstage at a massive conference, about to share a stage with Gary Vee. That's exactly what happened to me. And instead of running for the exit, I ran a play. Here's what that means — and how you can run a play to solve any situation or uncomfortable emotional experience you find yourself in. Some of the things I talk about are: The story of my very first big speaking gig — sharing a stage with Gary Vaynerchuk as a therapist from Maine with zero experience on stages like that one. The "Act As If" play — what it is, why it works, and how cognitive dissonance and behavioral activation explain the science behind it. Why "Act As If" isn't the same as toxic positivity or fake-it-till-you-make-it. A completely different situation that called for a completely different play — and how the If/Then Plan saved a 3-hour workshop. The 3Ps framework — Pause, Pick, Play — and how to use it to find the right play for any situation you face. How to figure out whether your thinking, your emotions, or your actions need support — because those are three different problems that call for three different plays. Why an imperfect play you actually run beats a perfect play you never do.
