On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, by the skin of his teeth, Abdul El-Sayed is now the Democratic candidate for the Senate in Michigan. Early data shows El-Sayed did well with White, relatively wealthy college graduates, but not so well with union/blue collar workers and Blacks. El-Sayed will face Republican Mike Rogers, a good, solid candidate, in the November general election. El-Sayed will get the support of the media and he'll play down his Islamism and his association with people like Sen Bernie Sanders and Hasan Piker, who said America deserved 9/11. Let's not pretend El-Sayed is just another progressive. He's an Islamic Marxist. The El-Sayed campaign plan. Lie like hell. It's called taqiyya. Donald Trump's disastrous time in office has left campaigning Republicans with very little to boast about to constituents back home. What they are left with instead is their familiar playbook of culture war scare tactics and divisive distortions to try to scare voters into supporting them. Senator Ted Cruz wasted no time to resort to absurd smears when asked about Democratic Senate candidate from Michigan, Abdul El-Sayed. One of Donald Trump's endorsed Republican candidates lost the primary election to a guy who was so disfavored to win that news organizations didn't even bother to prepare his photo. But at least that candidate didn't have to drop out of the race in disgrace, which is more than can be said for other Republicans. Mother Jones has published body camera and interview footage from a child abuse investigation involving Rep. Max Miller. The footage was obtained via a public records request from the City of Bay Village in Ohio, where the investigation took place. Miller continues to deny the abuse allegations made by his ex-wife, Emily Moreno. The investigation ended with the allegations "unsubstantiated" by police. A former soldier just set off an incendiary device and fired an airsoft rifle right outside 26 Federal Plaza — the building that houses ICE and immigration courts. This wasn't random. Andrew Arrabaca, a 43-year-old Army veteran and National Guardsman, showed up armed with axes, a machete, knives, fireworks, and a cart reading “ICE off our streets.” He poured flammable liquid, lit the blaze, fired pellets at the building, and told investigators he didn't care if he killed people. The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating it as a potential terror attack. Four people were hurt. Security tackled him.
