No, this isn't another stereotypical "self-care" conversation — we don't need any more of those. This is about PLEASURE: what it (actually) is, isn't, and why it's so freaking hard for so many of us to access it. In this conversation with Anne Hodder-Shipp and Sarah Tomchesson, S3X PLUS cofounders + facilitators of "Pleasure Attitudes: Building An Embodied Self-Care Practice That Really Works," we'll dive into: Pleasure as a euphamism vs. pleasure beyond sexuality, and why these two can be so tough to separate for many of us A take on burnout you probably haven't heard before, and how pleasure fits into the mix "Pleasure role models" Hobbies and making friends as an adult and SO MUCH MORE ABOUT ANNE: Anne Hodder-Shipp, CSE (she/they) is an award-winning certified sex and relationship educator and coach dedicated to providing accurate, expansive, and compassionate care. They are the founder and lead educator at Everyone Deserves Sex Ed, a sex ed and professional development organization, and co-founder of S3X Plus, an online community that offers courses like Pleasure Attitudes: Building an Embodied Self-care Practice that Really Works. JOY & STRESS – IT'S THE HOLIDAYS! Dr. Carol Queen's Good Vibrations platform allows her to focus on sex education and women's pleasure. There is an abundance of sex education in The Sex & Pleasure Book: Good Vibrations Guide to Great Sex for Everyone. Dr. Diana and Dr. Carol enjoyed a conversation about joys and stressors over the holidays. To have more joy, we need to manage our stress better! The mind-body approach – the brain is locked in an intricate embrace with the body. It turns out the body has a big say in what we do and who we are. Information flows into the brain not only through all our senses but also from the vagus nerve as it snakes past all our organs, especially the gut. The vagus offers a pathway for healing the mind through the body. Deep breathing practices of mindfulness can create an inner state of calm. Like most organs, our lungs are on autopilot, but we can take the wheel. Deep breathing for a minute or so recruits the vagus to send an all-clear signal to the brain. In doing so, the heart slows, the blood vessels relax, and the gut contractions smooth out. The gut, sometimes called the “second brain,” is home to trillions of microbes (composing the microbiome). An unbalanced gut microbiome, often a consequence of the standard American diet, is a potent source of inflammation and this can lead to major depression and anxiety. Self-Compassion is better than self-esteem! An analysis of 14 studies found that people high in self-compassion were less vulnerable to depression, anxiety, and stress. When you see yourself clearly – both positive and negative traits – you can more easily cope with setbacks and mistakes. Self-compassion means treating yourself in the same way you would treat a treasured friend. Some people feel they need self-criticism to motivate themselves. Rather than motivating, it makes people feel anxious, incompetent, and depressed. Relieving stress through sex. Sex toys can be fun and can spice up a relationship! Dr. Carol has talked to men wanting to buy a sex toy for a partner. Dr. Carol will ask, “Have you talked to your lover?” The answer is often, “No.” Communication is essential! Buying a gift card at Good Vibrations or Babeland is a safe bet. Then you can make it part of a Date Night. Visit the store together and ask questions of a well-informed staff member. Dr. Carol and Dr. Diana had a lively discussion about clit-sucking toys, mutual masturbation, and reading erotica.

Stella Dance is an educator, tarot-card reader, and professional dungeon monitor who currently works at the recently unionized Babeland sex toy boutique in New York City. In this interview they describe their experience dealing with bullying, physical disability, and mental illness while growing up in a working-class family around Park Slope in Brooklyn, and later attending college in the south. Their experience spans such topics as physical disability, schizophrenia, hospitalization, the play party scene in New York, relationships, economic and class struggles, and finding a community of support while grappling with a continually fluctuating gender identity. (Summary by Boyda Johnstone.)
Phoenix Danger was active in the successful unionization campaign at Babeland, a NYC sex toy shop. In this interview, they recount their early life in suburban New York as the child of Filipino immigrants, facing social rejection in school and discovering an affirming online queer community. They relate their struggles in an abusive relationship during college, and their journey from estrangement to re-connection with their parents. Phoenix also chronicles the evolution of their non-binary trans identity, influenced by their relationships with various queer and trans communities as well as their own political engagement. They trace the steps of this political development, from their initial exposure to organizing as a college student through their participation in the campaign to establish a union at Babeland in New York City. They describe the worker grievances at Babeland, the process of building support for a union, the personal and community relationships.
Octavia Leona Kohner was active in the successful unionization campaign at Babeland, a NYC sex toy shop. Here, she recounts her upbringing in a working-class family in Staten Island, and describes social isolation, friendships, and sexual encounters during adolescence. She relates her experience coming out as a trans woman while attending Hunter College, and her struggle with depression. She also discusses her own political journey, participating in advocacy and activism during high school and college, listening and learning at Occupy Wall Street, and her affiliation with anarchism. She shares stories of organizing at Babeland, recounting workplace grievances, anti-union efforts by management, the bargaining process, and details of their first contract. She places the victory by Babeland workers in the context of the broader labor movement. (Summary by Justine Ambrose.)
Though openly talking about sex has become less taboo, there's still not enough visibility or focus on pleasure, especially women's pleasure. Join me and, Babeland's brand Manager Lisa Finn, as we dive into talking about sexual pleasure, sex in the digital sphere, and Tumblr smut.
In this episode, the gang attempts to normalize the fact that even "good" couples fight sometimes. After the intro, Jay recently had a nostalgic thought (shocker!) that got him thinking about our ability to overwrite past experiences in "I Did Something Weird Last Night" (13:26). Then they intro the main topic about the need for fighting (20:57), break down the idea of a "needs schedule" between partners (25:50), discuss whether or not your needs schedule connects to your love language (33:53), what to do when you're both going through the sh*t (42:12), and debate why we often want to see things through to the end, even when we know it's not going to work out (47:48). Finally, they wrap things up with a f*ck/marry/kill (53:21).NEW EPISODES DROP EVERY MONDAY!For listener submissions and booking contact keepyourselfwarmpod@gmail.comFind us on Apple PodcastsFind us on SpotifyFind us on Google PodcastsFind us on YouTubeInstagramTwitter

Once you become a parent, so much of your life changes. Your daily schedule, the amount of sleep you get, the amount of time and energy you have, and the list continues. After long days and nights with the baby or working all day and dealing with a fussy toddler, let’s not even forget parenting during a pandemic, sometimes you are too drained to think about getting intimate with your partner. With so much on our to-do lists, it can sometimes feel like sex is just another thing to add to the calendar. But sex and intimacy are essential in romantic relationships. So if things have slowed down and you’re wanting to heat things back up with your partner, this podcast is for you. Today, we're chatting with Jamye Waxman, a licensed marriage and family therapist, sex therapist, and sex educator, with over 20 years of experience talking about intimacy, romance, and sexual pleasure. She's sharing with us helpful tips about how we can keep intimacy alive in parenthood with our partners. Jamye is an author of four books, a former radio and TV producer, and she once held jobs as a Playgirl columnist, a Playboy Sextreme Makeover expert, podcast host, Babeland employee, and adult-film maker. With a career spanning the gamut in human sexuality, one thing has never changed -- Jamye loves communicating with people about intimacy, sex, and relationships. This is why we knew she would be full of helpful tips on how to keep intimacy alive in parenthood and she definitely delivered. This is a good episode that you don't want to miss! Resources that Jamye mentioned: "Sex is Not a Natural Act" by Leonore Tiefer "Come as You Are" by Emily Nagoski "Passionate Marriage" by David Schnarch "Getting the Love You Want" by Harville Hendrix "Mating in Captivity" by Esther Perel and her Ted Talks John Gottman books Laura Corn books Jamye Waxman books Scarleteen - A Sexual Inventory Stocklist (online resource)
How old is too old for a hickey? Don't ask Claire's age because she has a red blotchy souvenir from her latest walkabout stop. Thankfully, she spills all the tea from her the low chemistry, bruise inducing escapade. Then Jessie talks through the needed but inevitably disappointing text she sent to Mr Bagel. The ladies also discuss cuddling, childhood games in the bedroom, vomit in a shoe, and how they celebrated National Fetish Day by attending a seminar with Babeland. The most important lesson is there are many flavors of ice cream and you should feel free to try any flavor you want! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/nosuchthingaslove/support

The second of a fascinating two-part discussion, this episode delves deeper into Ming Peiffer’s Usual Girls. The play premiered in 2018 at Roundabout Underground for an extended, sold-out run. Catalyzed by the allegations against American Apparel’s Dov Charney, playwright Peiffer began to investigate the stories of women and the milestones in the sexual maturation of girls in America that can lead to a fraught and vulnerable relationship to one’s own sexuality. Peiffer put the patriarchy, rape culture, sexism, misogyny, and racism on trial in her professional debut work. What does healthy sexual development look like? How can femmes claim (or reclaim) their own sexuality? Is it possible to shed the culturally imposed shame and guilt and adopt an outlook of pleasure? What should effective sex education teach and when? What sexual stereotypes do we impose upon different communities, be it Black, Latinx, Asian, and how do we counter them? What are the consequences of teaching abstinence-only, medically inaccurate, or emotionally devoid sex ed? Peiffer, host Ruthie Fierberg, and experts Dr. Tracie Gilbert, a sex educator, writer, researcher, and consultant with over 25 years experience, specializing in work with Black communities; Professor Lisa Speidel, assistant professor and general faculty in the Gender and Sexuality department at the University of Virginia, and editor of The Edge of Sex; Professor Celine Parrenas Shimizu, Director of the School of Cinema, member of the graduate faculty of Sexuality Studies at San Francisco State University, filmmaker, and author; and Justine Ang Fonte, a disruptor in health education and Director of Health and Wellness at an NYC K-12 school, gather to discuss everything from pleasure to self-discovery, recovering from violence to self-defense and all the coming-of-age in between. With unemployment rates skyrocketing and shelter at home extended, experts are predicting a recession that could be worse than the Great Depression. But amid an economic crisis, with restaurants and retailers closing their doors and larger companies laying off and furloughing employees, the sex tech industry is booming. Nox, an online sex toy retailer, based in Montreal, reports a 97% increase in sales since March. Sex toy company Dame Products also witnessed a 30% increase since February, and sexual wellness brand Unbound has been selling twice as many wands and plugs as they normally do. And that's just the beginning. Before their brick-and-mortar shops closed in accordance with the government shutdown, sex toy boutique Babeland saw a "huge rush" of customers stocking up on lubricants and safer-sex barrier methods like condoms. As they continue to sell products online, Babeland says they have seen notable spikes in cities that started social distancing sooner, like San Francisco and New York City. Take LELO, a Swedish intimate lifestyle company that says sales have increased by 185% since this time last year. Or ZALO USA, a luxury sex toy brand that has doubled its sales over the past couple of months. Zoë Ligon, CEO of sex toy shop Spectrum Boutique, tells Bustle the shop has been "Busy as f*ck!" And modern sexual wellness company, maude, reports lubricant sales up by 15%, and their "vibe" was completely sold out (don't worry, you can still pre-order it). Wondering what the hell is going on? According to Samantha Caffrey, a representative for Womanizer, We-Vibe, and pjur (three pleasure brands with sales up 263% from last March in countries that started quarantining in March, like Italy and Spain), sex toys have become the apocalypse product to stock up on. "Sex toys have become the latest [must-have] subject to consumer stockpiling," Caffrey told Bustle. "This is likely due to people all over the world being encouraged or mandated to stay home." Alicia Sinclair, founder, and CEO of luxury sex tech brands Le Wand, b-Vibe, and The Cowgirl, has also noticed costumers stockpiling or "collecting" items in the wake of social distancing. “The unique pattern, which reminds me a little bit of grocery store hoarding, is people buying not just a wand, but a wand and every single accessory option," Sinclair tells Bustle. "I don't know how else to call it — it's sort of like collecting or 'all-in' buying." Though economic crises and sex toys may seem like an unlikely pair, Hallie Lieberman, sex historian, and author of Buzz: A Stimulating History of the Sex Toy, says that stressful times fuel sexual exploration. "Customers want sex toys in a recession," Lieberman tells Bustle. "Sex tech did well in 2008, and it seems like sex toy companies are doing well now." According to Lieberman, the current climate mimics the spike sex tech witnessed during the 2008 recession. "At places like Jimmyjane, sales went up 50% between 2008 and 2009," Lieberman says. "The sex toy spike also happened in England." In 2017, Statistics Market Research Consulting reported the global sexual wellness market to be a $39.42 billion industry, estimating that by 2026, it will reach $122.96 billion. While newer sex tech startups, like maude or Dame Products, hit the market years after 2008, veteran companies like Doc Johnson Enterprises (established in 1976) have seen a pattern of sales spikes during times of economic adversity. "When the [2008] recession hit, sex tech was one of the only industries that wasn't gravely affected," Chad Braverman, COO and CCO of Doc Johnson, tells Bustle. "The industry became this really interesting non-essential essential." Although Braverman says he wouldn't consider sex tech as "recession-proof," like alcohol or tobacco, he shares that, in times of economic strain, people are more inspired to shop for something sexy. "Watching people realize that their money is going to be tight really soon, it’s like, 'alright, what do I need?' I need my groceries, maybe I need a little booze, and then maybe I need a new sex toy or my first sex toy," Braverman says. Like Doc Johnson, sex toy company Tracy's Dog has also witnessed an increase in first-time buyers. According to a recent poll of costumers aged 18-65, 37% of sales during the pandemic were purchased by people getting their first sex toy ever. When asked why they were stocking up sex tech, 13% reported having "sex toy FOMO," noting that self-isolation had inspired them to let go of previous beliefs that kept them away from exploring sex toys. Dr. Helen Fisher, Ph.D., biological anthropologist, senior research fellow at The Kinsey Institute, and chief scientific advisor to Match.com isn't surprised by these numbers. In fact, she says there's some science behind why people reach for sexual gratification during times of intense stress. "When you first feel stressed, it drives up the dopamine system in the brain, which triggers testosterone, the hormone of sexual desire," Dr. Fisher tells Bustle. "With a partner or without a partner, it's going to stimulate the desire for sex." Masturbating, engaging in partnered sexual activity, or even just stimulating your genitals can be comforting when dealing with uncertainty. And, before you Google it — yes, women, femmes, and AFAB people produce testosterone. But as lockdowns continue across the country, coronavirus-anxiety continues to ebb and flow. While initial stress can increase your dopamine system, Dr. Fisher says that over time, chronic stress decreases the dopamine system, making it harder to get excited or aroused. While this may seem like a sex tech deterrent, decreased dopamine levels may actually encourage people to try sex toys. "The stress, in the beginning, can drive you to buy sex toys in order to relieve stress and have more fun," Dr. Fisher says. "And as the stress carries on, dopamine will reduce, and sex toys can help you sustain the good feelings of orgasm and connection." Emily, 25, knows this to be true. Since beginning social distancing alone in her studio apartment, she's found herself reaching for her vibrator constantly, second only to her phone. "The buzzing alone is enough to relax me," she tells Bustle. "My vibrator has become my best friend and my biggest vice." Hallie Lieberman, sex historian, and author of 'Buzz: A Stimulating History of the Sex Toy' Dr. Helen Fisher, PhD biological anthropologist, senior research fellow at The Kinsey Institute and chief scientific advisor to Match.com Alicia Sinclair, founder and CEO of luxury sex tech brands Le Wand, b-Vibe, and The Cowgirl
Several episodes ago, sex researcher, Melanie Curtain, came on the Evolved Caveman Podcast and stated that sexually experienced women say only 10% of men are good at sex. Talking with sex educator, Elise Schuster, MPH, Dr. John raises the questions of how can we men learn to be better at sex? What do women want us to know so that we can connect with and sexually please our partners? More topics discussed include… - The extent to which emotional connection and communication enter into good sex. - Understanding female anatomy of pleasure including the clitoris, wetness, female ejaculation, soft touch, and foreplay. - Why are women interested in learning how to be better at sex while men don't seem to care to learning how to level up their sexual game? Are we simply embarrassed to ask? Too proud to learn? - The explosion of sex toys and the perceived threat they pose to some men (e.g., “I’m worried a vibrator will replace me.”). Elise’s Bio: Elise Schuster, MPH, is a sexuality educator with 15 years of experience in pleasure-based sex education and youth development. Elise is the founder of okayso, a free online platform that connects mental health experts with young adults who have questions about sex. Elise has a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University with a specialization in sexuality and health and spent many years working at Babeland and The Door - a major youth development agency in New York City. What happens when your brain’s on board to have sex, but your body rebels? Vintage Pornstar Richard Pacheco (real name: Howie Gordon) tells us about his first time having sex for money, and how he went from jackhammering concrete on a construction site one week to a different kind of jackhammering on a porn set the next. How did men get it up under duress before the invention of Viagra or Cialis? What’s the difference between personal sex, and professional sex? And is there such a thing as an x-rated woman’? #VintagePorn #StuntCock Howie Gordon is the Author of Hindsight: True Love & Mischief in the Golden Age of Porn (link to https://www.amazon.com/Hindsight-True-Love-Mischief-Golden/dp/1593937490) & Return to Squirrel Hill: Growing up Howie (link to https://www.amazon.com/Return-Squirrel-Hill-Memoir-Growing-ebook/dp/B082MSBSMN) Song: ‘Put it in my Mouth’ (Akinyele) Want to enjoy this episode ad-free? Are you a Fan of Fanfic? When lonely queer clown/performance artist Tootsie Spangles moves to Seattle, she needs to make new friends - so she joins a book club. Their first selection? Tolkiens’ Lord of the Rings, the entire trilogy. Ain’t nobody got time for that! But getting stoned late at night with this tome in her bed leads to googling Sam & Frodo, and …oooh! Wonder Woman! Thor! And before she knows it, there’s a Song of Ice and Fire IN HER PANTS #WinterIsComing #Heh #StrongFemaleCharacters Song: ‘Ding Dong song’ (Gunther) Want to enjoy this episode ad-free? Did a film shape your early sexual awakening? Preschool teacher Mosa Maxwell-Smith was obsessed with a popular Disney movie as a child in the 80’s, and its imagery really stuck with her (“why does he need to hold it with TWO hands?!”) Years later, she’s living her perfect life: deliriously in love, pregnant with her first child, renovating her dream home with her husband - until a pretty polyamorous furry appears & threatens her happiness. Fearful that her swollen belly and Blowguard lisp can’t possibly compete with this beautiful stranger, Mosa’s animal instincts take over, and she heeds the Call of the Wild. #FetishPerimeter Song: ‘Zipper’ (Jason Derulo) Want to enjoy this episode ad-free? Are you thirsty for knowledge? Kink-curious storyteller Deviancy leaves conservative San Diego and heads off to college at Berkeley, ready to acquire some hands-on life experience. And he’s really eager for the homework that hot senior Aaron could assign, to no avail - but when Aaron turns out to be the Teacher’s Assistant in Deviancy’s Deductive Logic class, their studies lead to a late night invite, and a chance to play Aaron’s “guess what I put in your butt?’ game. #Hiss #ExtraCredit #QuenchingBeverage Song: ‘Hide and Seek’ (Vocaloid) English vocals by Lizz Want to enjoy this episode ad-free? You know that Sunday night feeling when you sadly reflect back on your measly 2 days off and realize you did absolutely nothing fun at all? Well, get ready to kiss that 'Sunday Night Sad' goodbye! In this episode, I have compiled a list of 10 things you can do this weekend that are SEXY, CHEAP and FUN — just like me! Ranging from absolutely free to nothing all that insane, this is the perfect list to wake up your sex life. The time is now! Have fun. Be adventurous. Stop leaving pleasure on the table! NUMBER 10 — VISIT A LOCAL SEX TOY STORE There are lots of local sex toy shops and many of them are not repulsive at all. In Los Angeles, NY and Chicago, I highly recommend The Pleasure Chest. If you’re looking for something kinkier in LA, check out The Stockroom. In NY, Babeland is a fantastic shop and I’m a big fan of Good Vibrations in San Francisco. These are all brick and mortar shops but they also have online stores. If you can’t go to a local shop with your boo, check out some of the amazing stores online together and enjoy a virtual naughty shopping trip. NUMBER 9 — TAKE A SEX EDUCATION CLASS Many of the major sex toy shops offer live classes but there are also several places online, where you seriously your sex skills and basic knowledge. Grab a laptop, cuddle up and get your learn on. This article from September, 2018 on Mashable offers links to 20 Online Resources For Sex Education. Smart is the new sexy. NUMBER 8 — GET A ROOM AT A NEARBY CHEAP MOTEL Hotel sex is fun. Cheap motel sex takes it to a whole new level. But, before you get stabbed in a darkened hallway, do a little research on Trip Advisor to see what others have said about that nearby no-tell motel with free HBO. Manage your expectations, this is for a fun, deliberately sleazy outing. Safety first! So here’s an excellent tarp to put on a sketchy bed to add an extra layer of kink and sanitation to your night. NUMBER 7 — NAKED DAY! Spend the whole day naked with your boo. Obviously, this means don’t leave the house. However, if you live in a nudist resort and want to do something freaky, leave your house wearing pants. Crazy! NUMBER 6 — DON’T DO THIS, IT’S TOTALLY ILLEGAL Yes, sneaking a quickie in a nearby Open House sounds super sexy and dangerous but it’s illegal. Whatever you do, don’t find a secluded spot behind a locked door and get busy. It’s illegal and you can get arrested. NUMBER 5 — HAVE SEX IN EVERY SINGLE ROOM IN YOUR HOUSE If you have a 200 square foot apartment, this might not be much of a challenge. If you live in this house, you’d better hydrate. NUMBER 4 — ROLE PLAYING You hit a local bar and order a drink. A minute or two later, your partner comes in and tries to pick you up. For the night, you both construct fake identities, backgrounds and even a British accent if you want to put in the labour. Have fun, take this as far as possible and if you’re in a hotel bar, go straight up to your room that has already been checked into. Extra credit if one of you goes by the name Mr. Gladstone. NUMBER 3 — GO TO A SEX CLUB OR LIFESTYLE PARTY At a sex club or a lifestyle party, your boundaries will be respected better than just about anywhere else. Consent is a big part of the conversation. But how to find these places? Check out lifestyle website Kasidie.com for links to local and national lifestyle clubs and events. SDC.com is another source for adults seeking all sorts of information. There are also several adult play parties you can find through MeetUp.com and Eventbrite.com. Go online and do some research. Chances are, there’s an event or club not far from you. Also, when it comes to rules and communication, you must be as clear as possible before you get there. Here’s a great article about How To Prepare For Your First Orgy Or Sex Party, written by my friend and favourite Canadian, Dr. Jessica O’Reilly. NUMBER 2 — DO SOMETHING WACKY TOGETHER Your pre-gaming doesn’t always have to include sex. My husband and I went ax throwing one night. It was ridiculous and so much fun. Pornography is often talked about as this abstract alien “thing” that has no connection to the real-world experience of any “decent” or “good” person. The thinking goes that since pornography is this anti-feminist and morally damaging abstraction, it must originate from a dark place consumed with hate and misogyny. But what if I told you that, in fact, there’s a whole spectrum of pornography dedicated to paying homage to the most cherished children’s stories and beloved horror classics like Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (1965), The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr, Hyde (1886), and Dracula (1897)? And how would your opinions of pornographers change if you knew that they loved these books as much as you do? Well, that’s part of the story being told by professor Laura Helen Marks in her book: Alice in Pornoland: Hardcore Encounters with the Victorian Gothic. Unsurprisingly, Laura’s academic background is in English, and this book is a product of her attempt to unite Victorian era gender and sexual politics with contemporary pornographic narratives. While many people don’t consider pornographic narratives too deeply, Laura argues that many pornographic tropes that we are familiar with today, including notions around a loss of innocence, the bisexual erotic undercurrents of Dracula biting both men and women, and the dual personality traits of pornography viewers themselves, originate from Victorian literature. While we often think of pornography as a medium indulging shamelessly in all types of sexual practices, pornography still needs to establish some type of taboo within their narratives for one of their characters to subversively upend sexual norms. Incorporating conventions from Victorian literature within these pornographic narratives provides both the cultural norms—and characters willing to subvert those norms—all within one book! Additionally, the obvious tension within Victorian novels where sexuality is alluded to with metaphor, is finally liberated within pornographic narratives where the underlining sexuality of these books are realized within pornography. Laura’s creative approach to pornography studies has quickly made her one of the most essential voices in contemporary pornography studies. Alice in Pornoland is one of the most unique pornography studies books you’ll ever read because of the ways it makes you rethink both classical literature and pornography itself. This is a special episode of the Porno Cultures Podcast because it’s our first live episode recorded at Babeland (ironically, another Victorian era reference!) in Seattle Washington. Both Laura and I were in Seattle for the annual Society for Film and Media Studies conference, and I thought that this would be a great opportunity to have a live episode where a bunch of pornography scholars could come together to not only celebrate Laura’s amazing book, but also honor the history of one of the country’s most important sex shops, Babeland!
