It's SEGATHON 2 on RadioSEGA and it was said that if the 1000 pounds target was raised by the time of Radio Redux's normal slot AAUK would be replaced as co-host by Skullmageddon from Double Dragon Neon. Well... they hit the target.
The Gamesies crew deals with their new parent company (it's Activision). Plus, we wrangle an exclusive interview with Epic Games' Mike Capps. Comedy, suspense, and maybe even a moral lesson, all on Episode 2 of Gamesies! Note that this episode was originally released in early October 2012.

Hey, remember when the WiiU details were announced back in the fall? So do we, because that's what we talk about on this episode! We also talk about Double Dragon Neon, Pokemon rip-offs, the whole Bayonetta 2 controversy... and not much else, since it's just Matt, Mitch and Tony, making it a very low-energy (but entertaining nonetheless) episode! I'm sure Kate will eventually fill out the rest of the details. Don't worry. She's probably on her way right now. Probably.
Kole, Ben, Dennis, and David talk about the Dark Souls 2 announcement, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and dead franchises. THE BRIEF Steam Box. You used to be cool, Humble Bundle. VGA Rundown. You were probably expecting a really entertaining discussion about our favorite female video game characters with a real life lady guest. Sadly, this episode of Nerds Without Pants is another sausage fest. We hope we can bring that topic to you in the future, but for now please enjoy this free form episode. It’s only been a week since we last recorded, and Rob and Patrick haven’t gotten up to much in the gaming department. Rob brings some movies and books to the table, and Patrick got Child of Eden for his birthday. Julian’s got you covered though, with Way of the Samurai 4, Mutant Mudds, and Double Dragon Neon. After that, we go into some news. We rarely talk about the headlines, but there was some big things in gaming since our last episode, including the announcement of the iPhone 5, the Wii U launch details, and the oddly timed sacking of the creator of Plants vs. Zombies…right after a sequel is announced. Sit back and let your pantsless newshounds give you the straight scoop. We wrap things up with a question from a listener that leads into Julian’s personal story of failure with the ladies. Thanks for listening, and please comment below or at our Facebook fan page. Featured music: Selections from the Double Dragon Neon soundtrack by Jake Kaufman.
With the release of Double Dragon Neon making the series relevant once again, Retronauts host Bob Mackey sits down with Scroll's Ray Barnholt and IGN's Sam Claiborn in an attempt to sort out the million ports of the few games starring Billy and Jimmy Lee. If you have a conveyor belt phobia, we advise you skip this one.

Seems the more I try to remember, the more I tend to forget. Maybe if I set a reminder to remember, that would help me remember more things. Luckily, I don't need any reminders to let you know about the great music in store for you in this episode of Open Metalcast. We've got 8 more tracks of the best in Creative Commons-licensed metal music for you. There's even a little nostalgia with a track from the newly released Double Dragon Neon soundtrack that sounds like it just leaped off your Sony Walkman. Just remember to put this episode on auto-reverse so you can hear both sides over and over again. And, because nobody ever remembers to label their cassettes, we included the show-notes for you after the break. * (00:09) Disemotional by Mixture from Disemotional (BY-NC-ND) * (05:05) Plague And Fire by Discreation from Plague And Fire (BY-NC-ND) * (08:35) What I've Become by Killwire from Empty Cell Demo (BY-NC-ND) * (12:10) Iron and Wood by Cabeza de Caballo from (Single) (BY-NC-ND) * (17:14) Never Forget by Ruin of Remembrance from Second World (BY-NC-SA) * (22:16) Forgone by Lycanthia from Oligarchy (BY-ND) * (29:40) Big Crunch by The Foetal Mind from The Grand Contraction (BY-ND) * (37:01) Space Dojo 2 (Billy and the Breakers – Firebird) by Jake Kaufman from Double Dragon Neon (BY-NC-SA) Please support the bands in this show!
