Right now, there is a 50% vacancy in the chaplain positions in the Oregon Air National Guard. Sadly, it's indicative of the absence of chaplains nationwide.  According to Brigadier General David Unruh, a regular listener to Generations Radio and the commander of 2,400 Airmen in Oregon, he sees a great opportunity for ministry. He hopes Generations listeners who are pastors will prayerfully consider serving one weekend per month in the Oregon National Guard -- or the National Guard of their home state -- as a chaplain.  After listening to the July 4th podcast about The Black Robed Regiment of 18th century pastors who boldly challenged the men in their church to fight for American independence, he emailed me, Adam McManus, and shared that he has passed out dozens of copies of Pastor Jonas Clark's sermon  following the Battle of Lexington to Christian officers. On May 2, 1778, General George Washington issued a unique order for the Continental Army at Valley Forge. It read, “The Commander-in-Chief directs that divine services be performed every Sunday at 11 o'clock on each brigade which has chaplains. While we are duly performing the duty of good soldiers, we are not to be inattentive to the highest duties of religion.”   Brigadier General Unruh said, “The role of ministers serving as military chaplains is older than our nation and is as foundational as any other dearly-held principle of liberty upon which our nation was founded. I personally believe all the other principles of liberty rest on Gospel freedom.” He added, “I am surprised that conservative and reformed Christians do not understand that the Dominion Mandate in Genesis and the Great Commission in Matthew necessarily imply risk and sacrifice.” He cited great historical role models who were willing to take a stand in their day like chaplains should take a stand for Christ today. * Athinasius – who boldly spoke out against the heresy of Arianism, the view that Jesus was not divine as taught by Arius. Athinasius declared, “If the world is against the truth, then I will be against the world.”   * John Knox, the Scottish reformer, who stood for Biblical truth, famously said, “The man who stands with God is always in the majority.” Brigadier General Unruh said, “Knox understood the nature of pastoral mathematics.” * The Apostle Paul who boldly preached the Gospel to Agrippa (Acts 25:13-26:32) and to Caesar. Rear Admiral Gregory Todd, chief of Navy chaplains, urged the church to help find chaplain candidates. He said, “The bulk of our ‘flock' are 18- to 25-year-olds, often faced with adult challenges for the first time in their lives. It involves seeing people through some of their most joyful moments to their most personally challenging.” The soldiers most connected to their faith “are 50%-80% less likely to die by suicide, 60% less likely to suffer depression, 80% less likely to suffer addiction, and 70% less likely to participate in risky behaviors.” So, your work as a chaplain could literally save lives and ensure that Airmen stay on the straight and narrow. If you are younger than the age of 42, have your MDiv or at least 72 hours of graduate work toward a Master of Divinity, can spare one weekend a month which would compensate you $1,200/month, then visit the website www.airforce.com/chaplain, call 240-612-7753, or email ngb.hc.hc.chaplain.corps.org@us.af.mil  To reach Brigadier General David Unruh directly, email david.unruh.4@us.af.mil  This program includes: 1. Dan is the co-pastor of Fairview Baptist in Edmond, Oklahoma, a former member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 2012-2015, and ran for Governor in 2018. It's Thursday, July 4th, A.D. 2024. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Samuel Adams: “Let His kingdom come!” On this day in history, 248 years ago, the United States Declaration of Independence was approved by the Continental Congress meeting in Philadelphia.   Largely due to the tireless work of Samuel Adams, who was successful in lobbying seven of the 13 colonies to endorse the plan, independence was made possible for the United States of America in 1776.   Upon the signing of the Declaration, Adams declared, “We have this day restored the Sovereign to Whom all men ought to be obedient. He reigns in Heaven and from the rising to the setting sun, let His kingdom come.” Iran sentenced 5 Christians to total of 25 years in prison Authorities in Iran sentenced five Christians to a total of over 25 years in prison last month. Hamid Afzali received a 10-year sentence. Nasrollah Mousavi, Bijan Gholizadeh, and Iman Salehi each received a 5-year sentence. And Zohrab Shahbazi received a nine-month sentence.  Hengaw, a human rights organization, reports that officials have given no reason for the charges against the Christians. The group noted that although Christians are “acknowledged as a religious minority in Iran, authorities impose severe penalties, especially on those who convert from Islam to Christianity.” Iran is ranked ninth on the Open Doors' World Watch List of nations where it is most difficult to be a Christian.  Conservatives dominated French election France held its first round of voting for its National Assembly on Sunday. The conservative National Rally won 33% of the vote followed by the leftwing New Popular Front at 28% and President Emmanuel Macron's centrist Together bloc at 21%.  Voter turnout was the highest on record since the 1980s. The popular National Rally opposes uncontrolled immigration, supports the growth of French families, and wants to eradicate Islamic ideologies from the national territory.  Daniel 2:21 says God “changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings.”  Federal judge sides with Kansas against Biden's transgender push In the United States, a third federal judge -- Louis Guirola Jr.  -- has halted the Biden administration's push of the unbiblical transgender agenda. A new rule from the Education Department allowed boys, pretending to be girls, to use girls' locker rooms and compete in female sports in public schools. A federal court in Kansas ruled against the Biden administration on Tuesday.  Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach said, “We're pleased the court ruled to rein in the administration's vast overreach. It's unconscionable, it's dangerous for girls and women, and it's against federal law.”  Tractor Supply Co. saw the light Tractor Supply Co. is walking back its support for left-wing causes. The retailer, which sells farm equipment and feed for livestock in primarily rural America, employs 50,000 people across 2,200 stores. To its shame, it rolled out a series of woke initiatives like funding drag queen shows and paying for disfiguring sex changes. After Tractor Supply got an earful of angry pushback from its conservative customer base, it released a statement last Thursday, acknowledging it had disappointed customers. Tractor Supply said it will no longer work with the Human Rights Campaign, the largest lobbying group in the U.S. for sexually perverted lifestyles. The company also said it would eliminate Diversity, equity, and inclusion roles.  I urge you to thank Tractor Supply Co. for seeing the light and returning to their conservative values. Wade.  First Liberty Institute reports that Heartbeat of Miami has finally reached a settlement in the case the details of which have not been made public. The religious liberty organization said the vandals are being held to account, calling it a big win for Florida's pro-life community.  Jeremy Dys with First Liberty said, “This case is a reminder that no one should suffer violence for simply providing faith-based counseling and baby supplies to women and their babies.”  Isaiah 1:17 says, “Learn to do good; seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.” Block-Robed Regiment: Colonial pastors who took a stand against tyranny As Kevin Swanson travels and speaks abroad, I guest host for him today on Generations Radio. Pro-life father of 11 avoids jail time for his pro-life activism And finally, a pro-life father of 11 will not have to serve prison time despite the efforts of the Biden administration.  The so-called Justice Department was seeking a year in prison for Paul Vaughn for participating in a peaceful protest outside an abortion mill in Tennessee.  Instead, a Tennessee judge gave him a sentence of three years of supervised release. While the Thomas More Society was pleased with the judge's leniency, they still called his conviction a deep injustice.  Following the verdict announcement, the group of pro-life supporters of Paul Vaughn spontaneously broke out in praise to God by singing the Doxology. PRO-LIFE SUPPORTERS of PAUL VAUGHN: (singing) “Praise Him above the Heavenly Host. Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.” PRO-LIFER: “Alleluia.” (group claps) Vaughn said, “We will appeal to have this unlawful use of the law overturned. We must stand and fight for what is right. We cannot bow down to the lie. Laws have to be grounded in truth. They have to align with the ultimate Lawgiver, who is Christ our Lord.” Close And that's The Worldview in 5 Minutes on this Independence Day, July 4th, in the year of our Lord 2024. Subscribe by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com. Careening toward Civil War. Both narratives utterly demonize the other side. Warroom.org's cold opens contrast exceptionally well with Bannon's guests and commentary illustrating the existential divide. In this war, we are missing and entire phalanx of Majors, Colonels, and Brigadiers -- the Black Robed Regiment is utterly MIA. Anti-White Propaganda Our theology is bad; this is more important than our morality. Civil War plus Nuclear War Generational Death (because the churches are silent). We must march into battle at the risk of our life -- this is our minimal duty.  The greatest opportunity is right in front of you if you'll take it.  Who is the enemy? A presentation by Pastor Dan Fisher author of "Bringing Back the Black Robe Regiment." Pastor Dan Fisher Author, Bringing Back the Black Robed Regiment Dan grew up in western Arkansas and felt God's call to the ministry very early. He preached his first sermon at 16 and by the time he was 23, he was the full-time pastor of Immanuel Baptist, Poteau, OK.  Forty-three years after his first sermon, Dan continues in the ministry as the co-pastor of Fairview Baptist, Edmond, OK.  He and his wife, Pam, have been married for 38 years and have two children and four grandchildren.Dan has always believed Christians cannot compartmentalize their lives into the “secular” and the “sacred,” but are rather to be “salt and light” in every area of society – including government.  And since Americans live in a representative republic, Dan believes it is essential that “the people,” especially Christians, do their duties as citizens. In 2008, Dan started presenting what has become his highly acclaimed “Bringing Back the Black Robed Regiment” presentation. In it, he tells the amazing and inspiring story of the Patriot Pastors of the 18th century who preached the biblical principles of liberty and government from their pulpits and who, when the time came, led the men of their congregations and communities off to defend those principles on the battlefields of our War of Independence.Over the years, the “Black Robed Regiment” presentation has grown into a “true” stage production with Dan in full period costume using multimedia and actual “identified” relics from our War of Independence to challenge today's church to stand for liberty as the 18th century church did.  As he warns, “If today's church does not stand as our founding generation stood, we will not only lose our republic, but our liberties as well.”In 2012, Dan continued to “live out” the Black Robed Regiment story by being elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives where he served for two terms - while continuing to serve as full-time pastor of the 1000-member Trinity Baptist in Yukon, OK and while continuing to present his Black Regiment message around the country.  In 2015, frustrated with compromising “so-called conservatives” in the OK Legislature, and feeling the need to commit more time to his church and “Black Robed Regiment” ministry, Dan chose not to run for a third term – even though he was unopposed.  That same year he also left Trinity Baptist, where he had served for twenty-three years, in order to expand his “Black Robed Regiment” ministry.  But God had additional plans and that same year, Dan became the pastor of Liberty Church, Yukon, OK and in 2018, he ran for governor of OK where he garnered 36,000 votes and came in fourth out of 10 Republican candidates.  In 2019, Dan became the co-pastor of Fairview Baptist, Edmond, OK where he serves beside Pastor Paul Blair. Dan's vision and prayer is that the American church will regain the “spirit” of the original “Black Robed Regiment” and once again actively engage in the defense of truth and liberty. Through his work as pastor, state representative, and leader in the modern Black Regiment movement, Dan endeavors to see that vision fulfilled.

Christianity is not first the study of a book, or a new ethic, or a set of doctrines, as important as all those are. It is, instead, a lived experience. Or more carefully? Christianity is a felt telos: a orientation to life that filters and orients all our other experiences (even going to football games!). More specifically still, Christianity is (or can be) life in the third member of the Trinity: the Holy Spirit. And that is because the Spirit is a person, not a forcefield, not an it. In this episode I think pastorally and personally about life in God's Spirit. During the show's opening I reflect on the pastors—the Black Robed Regiment—who helped to foment the American Revolution. Would that revolt have occurred if it were up to today's pastors and priests? Why does that question even matter?

What better way to celebrate our nation's independence than to look into the beliefs that made it possible. This week Bryan sits down with Christian Political Theology expert and historian, Glenn Sunshine, to discuss exactly what it is that our founders believed about the BIble and how that influenced their fight. They trace the roots of the political theology/theory that our founders possessed that fueled their fight against tyranny and how we can draw from that well in our own fight today.   Behind The Scenes: Bryan and Glenn discuss the Black Robed Regiment, the pastors who served as chief recruiters of the revolution and what today's pastors can learn from that. They also discuss what should be done about our current government refusing to protect our God given rights: life, liberty, property (pursuit of happiness).   To join the fight and become an 1819 News Member and have access to all of our behind the scenes content, click here: https://1819news.com/membership

In the days leading up to the Revolutionary War, Christian pastors often led the cry for liberty. They were in fact the boldest and most respected men in their communities. When the fighting broke out, many of these clergymen led the men of their congregations into battle. On today's edition of Family Talk, Dr. James Dobson and his guest, Dan Fisher, author of Bringing Back the Black Robed Regiment, continue their discussion about the need for spiritual revival. Fisher highlights various stories of America's 18th century pastors, including Jonas Clarke and Thomas Allen, who boldly preached of the right to resist tyrannical rule. On today's Independence Day edition of Family Talk, author Dan Fisher describes the 18th century black-robed pastors who courageously led their men onto the battlefield against the British during the Revolutionary War. In his book, Bringing Back the Black Robed Regiment, he urges today's clergymen to emulate the patriot pastors of America's birth. Our pulpits desperately need biblical conviction once again to rally a new black-robed regiment of clergymen to arm Americans with the Word to uphold the Judeo-Christian principles on which this country was based. In the spirit of bringing to our listeners new information about what God is doing in America, let me introduce you to the reconstitution of the “Black Robed Regiment”. The Black Robed Regiment was the most feared force in America during the Revolutionary War. This sentiment was stipulated by the British authorities themselves. These men were the clergy of old who understood the Word of God and from its pages understood the value of freedom and the despotism of tyranny. We live in a time when this understanding is being renewed and understood in a new light overcoming the darkness promulgated by the institutions of our culture that have deceived us for far too long.   Come listen to Bill Cook, the Founding Father of the current Black Robed Regiment movement who seeks to enlist Pastors and Preachers to join companies of true spiritual leaders who are willing to take a stand against government overreach which seeks to destroy our Constitution and override our liberties as set forth by our Founding Fathers in our founding documents.   This podcast is revealing, enlightening and encouraging in a land in which many are fearful and even hopeless: it gives hope. America shall be saved! God our Father has a covenant with America from the Mayflower Compact of 1620 through our founding documents establishing our God given unalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. When you listen you will feel connected to your Father in the present moment and to our fathers both past and present who exist by the Hand of God to express His Father's love for us. They're just hirelings. You know, Jesus talked about the hireling. And he said, when the hireling is watching over the flock, the first time he sees the predator coming, he abandons the sheep and runs off to save his own hide. But the shepherd, when he sees the predator approaching, he'll lay his life down for the sheep. 0:24  Wake up church, there's a war going on for the soul of our country, where the lies of the demonic control the narratives of our culture. Join your host, Gary Duncan, in search of the kingdom, warriors of our time, those not afraid to speak up and walk out the word of God in the face of evil. Get ready for a supernatural impartation a spiritual download of faith and fire into your life. Welcome to the remnant revolution. 0:53  As you were talking about the pastures that is if every pastor or enough of them stood up to this tax exam, oppression, yeah, and would all come together and realize that we can preach government, we can preach politics, we can preach this stuff without fear. If they all did go worse. Yeah, then then they'd have to take them all to jail. 1:17  Well, that's that's exactly right. In fact, Richard land who used to lead the engagement section of the Southern Baptist Convention, trying to get people to engage, used to say, if we're all willing to go to jail, none of us will have to. It's kind of like what Benjamin Franklin said, We either hang together or we hang separately. Here's the deal. The church there's never been a church in the history of the IRS, not one that's lost tax exempt status for political speech, not one church. And if people don't want to believe me, check out Matt Staver, the founder and president of Liberty Counsel. Mat Staver is one of the leading lawyers, attorneys in America, he's defending Christians left and right. And he's one of the leading authorities on Christians and tax law. And we have Matt Staver to speak at our boot camps that we do, we might want to mention those towards the end of our discussion, but at our boot camps, we have Matt speak, and he alleviates the fear that these pastors have of losing their tax free status. I actually do a presentation on the IRS and the Johnson Amendment and all that kind of stuff. But here's the deal. If we stay silent long enough, they're going to weaponize the IRS, I'm just telling you, they're gonna do that. And they'll come after us eventually, if we keep staying silent. You know, Dr. Ben Carson said he had never been audited by the IRS until he spoke at that prayer breakfast with President then President Obama, and, you know, challenged him. And of course, that's how Ben Carson then became kind of a national name. Everybody knew him. But he said after that I was audited three or four times just one right after the other. Yeah. Hmm. 3:04  I was gonna say, I watch the hearings back when the IRS was persecuting and going after the Tea Party. Sure. It was unbelievable. I didn't listen to the news or watch the actual conversations back and forth. And you could tell the this director, mopping he was lying through his teeth, and just say, well, the smugness of what they were doing, and if and if you people don't believe this, I would, I would urge them and this I watched this not too long ago with Simone gold, Dr. Simone gold. Oh, sure. Same thing. She She Oh, have you Okay, we she takes you through step by step of when she first started, you know, with some of the vaccine mandates, how they've gone from just persecuting her to now anybody that even in contact with her has now had all kinds of issues and things develop people come in. I mean, it's unreal. I'm like, Oh my gosh, and so it's to me, we're in the middle of a I call it a medical terrorism because they're right they're trying to scare us from doing anything. 4:17  And that's one of their that's why they're making such examples out of these these soldiers who've spoken out. Now one of them was still in uniform and should have resigned first and then made these comments but they're trying to make an example that's what they're doing with all the people from January the sixth now they should not have gone into the Capitol and done what they did that was that was wrong, but they are not guilty of crimes that they ought to be treated the way put in solitary confinement for you know, since then, and all that kind of stuff. They're trying to make examples out of them to send a message to everybody else. Keep your mouth shut. Don't say anything. Don't stand up. Listen in 2008 I don't know if you're familiar with Alliance Defending used to be called ATF Alliance Defense Fund, but they're one of the largest Christian defense organizations in the world. Certainly in the United States, they launched what was called puppet freedom initiative. And the pulpit freedom initiative was a direct attack on the Johnson Amendment. And they vetted and trained 33 pastors across America to actually defy the Johnson Amendment and break the law, according to tax law, and endorse candidates from their pulpits, I was one of them. And then when we did that, that was when john mccain was running for president and we all held our noses and endorsed him. After that, the next day on Monday, we sent copies of our sermons to the IRS and said, This is what I did in my pulpit yesterday. And I was exercising my first amendment right. Now the reason we did that is we were trying to get the IRS to come after us and then ADF was going to defend us. And we were going to prove once and for all, that the Johnson Amendment is unconstitutional. We know what the IRS did nothing. And we've done the pulpit freedom initiative Sunday, on most major general elections, ever since the last official pulpit freedom Sunday, we had there were over 1600 pastors who officially participated that ADF would have defended, had the IRS come after them. And the IRS has done absolutely nothing. They even released unofficially, an unofficial memo that where they admitted that they don't have the authority to tell a preacher what he can preach, or what he can preach. Well, this is the fact. But these guys are under the illusion that they're going to lose their nonprofit status. When they're not. There never has been a church that's lost over political speech. But here's the deal, Gary, even if we did, are we going to be silent? I mean, I'd rather have my Liberty than tax free exemption. I mean, you know, are tax exempt status. The church ought to be because the power to tax would then give the the government the power to control the church, they control everything else they tax. But my point is, the most important thing is not a tax exempt status, the most important thing is freedom to speak our minds guaranteed by the First Amendment. So these preachers need to quit worrying about their tax free, you know, tax exempt status. Yeah, that's an issue and we ought to fight that. But that's not the most important issue, the most important issue is their freedom of speech, the freedom of religious thought, good grief, are they not even going to fight for that? And these guys? Well, for the most part, Gary, I think most pastors are ill informed cowards. And today, we're pastored by hirelings, these guys do it for a paycheck. They're probably good guys, generally speaking, but they're in it for the career. They want a big church, they want a big paycheck, they want to be able to go play golf all the time, and they're not going to do anything that will jeopardize that. And there's cowards. I've even said that, well, to go around the country and paint most churches yellow, because because that's what they are, they're yellow. So it takes patriots to fight. If you remember, the framers, when they signed the Declaration of Independence, they thought they were signing their death warrants. They were convinced that they were going to be killed, and they would have been had the British won that fight, they would have executed all of those men that signed that declaration of independence and 8:49  many others. That's a brand that brings a thought to my mind about Win Win or the church and I say the church meaning just the body of Christ. Yeah. When are we willing to sign our death warrant? You know, it's obviously 9:05  not now. 9:08  But so we went, how bad you got to get for us to say, Okay, this is enough. We need to stand up and do some Yeah, I don't like you said, I don't know that we have that much time. 9:17  Well, Gary, in my presentation, when I when I get toward the end of it, I step out of character, and I become myself in my presentation. And I talk about what happens to a culture when the church goes silent. And I use Germany as an illustration. You know, the church in Germany just sat by while Hitler and the Nazis took over, because, you know, economy was getting better things were looking up and I even show pictures of Cardinals and bishops standing there doing the Heil Hitler salute. I even have pictures of Cardinals and bishops shaking hands with Hitler. They thought that if they could stay neutral, everything would be okay. Well, we know how that turned out. It wasn't okay, and In the end, Hitler went after the Catholics to I mean, he hated them all. Because tyrants cannot allow freedom of thought they just can't have that you got to knuckle under. And tyrants will always go after the church because the Church says, No, we're accountable to God and you're not God. That's why the Caesars in Rome, were so rough on the Christians, the first two or three centuries, because the Christians refused to say, Caesars Lord, Jesus is Lord. Now we'll we'll submit Caesar to you as our governor, but you're not the Lord. Well, that wasn't good enough. And so they killed Christians. That's what they always do. So I don't know how these preachers, these modern preachers today think that if America falls and goes Marxist, that they're going to be okay, because they're not going to be okay. 10:55  To me this, it's for me, it's plain to see that everything that we're going through right now, with the vaccines and the January 6, and all the things that are happening, I mean, we're getting hit, we're in a war, and we're getting hit from all sides. Yeah, if you look at it, every bit of it is anti God. It's an anti rubberised is moving itself around the world. And so if we're in that place, then to me, the church, the body of Christ should should shift from a peace time mentality to a wartime mentality. Yes. And so, you know, and you hear that, I know you did an article on Romans 13, unlimited submission to government released that book, there's a great bunch of people that that's what they fall on, you know, well, we got to submit to government and I hear it, you know, I think even in Titus three, one through two says, remind them to be subject to the rules and authorities to obey to the already for every good work to speak evil of no one to be peaceful, gentle, showing all humanity, humility to all men, you're right, that you're like, Okay, so I can't stand up and fight against, you know, Allah, because that would be speaking evil. 12:09  But Gary, in my book that I just released on Romans 13, by the way, if the people are interested in my materials, they can go to my website, Dan Fisher brr.com. And they can they can get our materials. But in that book, 12:22  we'll have all that in the links in the in the show notes and all that we'll have all that Lego as 12:26  well, in my book on Romans 13, I identify the kind of government that Paul is saying, you should submit to he says that the kind of government that's worthy of your submission, rewards the doers of good and punishes the doers of evil. And by doing so, they become a minister of God, because all authority ultimately comes from God. Then I quote, preachers from the Great Awakening, and our war of independence, who, who were preaching about those very passages of Scripture, and they clearly say, as Paul does that, if a government does the opposite of what Paul says, and they punish the doers of good and reward the doers of evil. Well, that's the opposite of the kind of government Paul's talking about. So, in a republic, like ours, all lived under a dictatorship. We live in a republic, where the people or the government see people have got to understand that the government is not in Washington, DC. The government is not in their state capitol, the government is in their house. They are the government. That's what a Republic is. So if a government does the opposite of what Paul says it's supposed to do, it's not a minister of God. Do we honestly believe that Hitler was a minister of God, or that these godless democrats who actually took God out of their platform and want to murder preborn babies, even after they're born? They want to lay them on a table and let the mother and the doctor decide what to do with it. You it's much you know, a botched abortion. 14:03  Nancy, they just passed yesterday, I think it was thirsty. HR. Oh, my gosh, I forgot it. They just passed a bill that is called the women's health. And if you go in there and you read, and I did I went through and read some passages of their how they define what a woman is, and that it's just insane. It's insane what they're saying. Yes and No, right. You had you had one democrat that voted against it 14:34  in that sad Democrat. So that's why I say that Christians shouldn't even call themselves Democrat. I don't believe you can be a democrat and be a Christian. I don't either. And it's not because I'm dyed in the wool Republican, because I'm just as mad at the republicans as I am the democrats just for different reasons. I'm mad at the republicans because they don't stand for what they say they believe because our platform the republican party platform is great, but these turkeys won't stand for it. And then Senator They won't fight. They just they're just too much. Now all they care about their own careers, but when you look, see democrats for years have been hiding behind this mother's health thing. And the average American reads that and they say, Well, sure, we, we want to be able for a woman who's pregnant that has like, for instance, an ectopic pregnancy where the mother is going to die, because the baby is forming in the fallopian tube. Sure, the doctors have got to take care of that. That's what they think when it says mother's health, no, but but the democrats what they mean by mother's health is, if the mother is distraught, if the mother is worried if the mother is anxious, that they call that the mother's health, well, of course, a woman pregnant outside of wedlock is anxious and distraught, they've sinned, I wonder they're going to do what murdered their baby. They hide behind these terms. And until Americans wake up, and start to smell the coffee, As the old saying goes and realize that we're just flat out being lied to typically by both sides, but certainly by the left. They don't mean that their words don't mean what we think they mean, they've taken these terms, and they've redefined them. When they talk about paying your fair share, you know, when they talk about taxes, what they're talking about is theft. Yeah, what they're talking about is, you shouldn't make over a certain amount of money. And if you are wealthy by their definition, then you want to be able to confiscate it. The problem is, Gary, that's that, and that, that sin, and I've never been hired by a poor man. 16:41  I've said that so many times, I said that I said, Everybody I've worked for has always got more money than I do. They might go businesses, right? Is it because I'm self employed? And I've like, I've never worked for a poor person. And, you know, I've hired poor people. Yeah. But I've never worked for a poor person. No, in the mentality of what they say with that. It's just it's bizarre. 17:03  But isn't it funny, but isn't it funny that even though those democrats are themselves wealthy, that that law doesn't apply to them, because they're able to shelter their money and hide it, and steal it from taxpayers. So like, Nancy Pelosi is against you owning a gun, but she has hired guns surrounding her. She's against building a wall on the southern border, but she has a wall all the way around her property. 17:28  So Is that wrong? Yeah. Is that wrong for the church to stand up and say, Well, I see you as you're making laws, and you're the government, you're the government officials. Why is it that wrong for churches to stand up and, and speak that out and say that in the pulpit wrong, 17:47  Gary, it's wrong if they don't, yeah, Jane says in James 417. If you know to do good, and you don't do it, you've sinned. In a republic, citizens are the masters, but if they don't do their job, tyrants are more than happy to step in and do it for him. So when Jesus says render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's in America, Caesar is the people. So if you're going to obey Jesus command to render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's you've got to be engaged in government at the citizen level, because that's what a Republic is. So your face obeying the commands of the Lord. 18:23  Wow, I'll say that again. I've never heard that that that because when you think of Caesar, you think of Oh, the bad guy. You know, because we're a republic. We are Caesar, we 18:33  are Caesar. So when Jesus says render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's if he was speaking in America today, then he's saying, citizen, do your job, because in America, since we have a republic of by and for the people, then we are Caesar. So the Christian that doesn't do their job is disobeying the command of Jesus to render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's. So we're sending the Christian that doesn't vote in America, the Christian that doesn't speak out on these issues, the preacher that doesn't bring the biblical perspective on an institution that is of God and is found all throughout Scripture. I mean, I've challenged people show me an Old Testament hero that wasn't involved in government at some level. Show me one. 19:22  Didn't Jesus deal with the government half his life anyway? I mean, it wasn't. Of course he did. He was constantly failing when 19:28  he even refused to submit to these Sabbath laws because they were they were unbiblical. Even though the Sabbath laws were as binding as the other Roman laws. Jesus didn't submit to all the laws. He didn't submit to those that were improper. He refused to do it. So he wasn't a rebel. He's the Lord. He's sinless. But show me one Old Testament hero that wasn't involved in government. You can't find one. I mean, Esther. Abraham, Abraham fought a war to To go free lot, I was Moses, Joshua, and they go through the list Daniel hit, you can't hardly find any. Because the job of the Christian is to be engaged and be salt and light in the culture. And governance is a key ingredient of the culture. It's not all that there is in the culture. And I'm not suggesting that all of the answers are found in government. But I am telling you, that government is 1/3 of what God instituted so that we could live civilly on this planet. And if you don't address that, 1/3 that 1/3 goes to hell. I mean, literally hell in a handbasket. And if it's government, think of the damage that it does. If it's the home if we don't address the home, and it goes to hell in a handbasket. What happens in America? well over half of the minorities in America, over half of their pregnancies are from unwed mothers, we can see what's happening in America, look at the divorce rate. Okay, so if you don't address the church, from a biblical perspective, what happens to the church, it goes to hell in a handbasket. What's happened to the church in America. So what preachers are doing these days and they've been doing it for two or three decades, they preach Christian psychology, what they're basically preaching is self help gospel, about how you can be a better you how you can have your best life now, how you can have five steps to success, three steps to this four ways to do that. And yeah, the Bible does teach how we can be a better us. But what the Bible really teaches is how we're to be holy instead of happy, and how holy people stand up against evil. And what's happening in America right now is evil. It is wicked. Nancy Pelosi is one of the most wicked women to ever be in governance in America. And I would say that if she was a Republican, I don't care that she's a Democrat. In the end. She's one of the most wicked individuals, Chuck Schumer, same way. Joe Biden has been wicked. All of his political life is just that now he's kind of mentally diminished and people kind of feel sorry for him. Go back and listen or read, listen to or read the things that Joe Biden used to say back when he was mentally, all together. He's a wicked person. Kamala Harris is so bad. She was the first one to drop out of the Democratic primary. She's a wicked individual, these people are wicked Bill Clinton is a wicked, immoral whoremonger according to Scripture. You know, Hillary Clinton is a turncoat liar. I mean, according to Scripture, I'm not saying that I'm attacking them personally. Jesus can save them but the Bible calls liars people that are going to be in the lake of fire. 22:51  So we need sorry that I'm so No, no, there's nothing to be sorry for because that's hail and brimstone. And we haven't heard that and 50 years, you know, well, 23:01  you know, you read in the book of Revelation it says, all liars will have their partner like a fire. Well, that's liars. That's Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton. They're liars. You know, all of those who practice sexual immorality. So you go to First Corinthians six, when Paul lists the people aren't going to be in heaven. He lists drunks, thieves, liars. Now, yeah, he lists the sexually immoral, he lists them right along in the sexually aberrant. But he but if you look at the list closely, you'll find yourself on it. I found myself on the list. That's why I need Jesus. But these people that walk around claiming to be Christians, and on their way to heaven and their habitual liars, or their adulterers are adulterous is whether homosexual or lesbian Scripture says they're not going to be in heaven. 23:42  Did you watch it the way that leads to life is narrow. Did you hear the the new governor of New York or is it whoever took grief? Yes. And he starts talking about God, God brought, you know, God's saving us with this vaccine and God, this and God that like, Okay, I need to find out what church she goes to, because what she's spouting is so demonic. 24:08  Well, Gary, what she's done is she's created a god in her own image. That's what the Romans one talks about. Romans one talks about a fallen culture that redefines God in human terms. That's exactly what they do. They're talking about God, all right, but it didn't the God of the Bible. And if it is the god listed in the Bible, it's his name is Satan. These people are ministers of Satan is what they are. 24:32  Yeah, no, no. You're getting me riled up, because that's what I want to hear. That's what I want to hear in the pulpit. That's where we're at. That is 24:42  Fairview come to Fairview Baptist Church. And you'll hear it every Sunday. All the people can come to one of the churches that are going to have me do the black robe and they'll hear this stuff. 24:54  Yeah, any any pastor this, listen to this, I encourage you to reach out to him and let's talk We'll talk about your, your, your boot camp. But yeah, reach out to reach out to Dan, we'll have all the show notes and stuff, but to, to get educated to learn about this to, to sit down, have a meal and pray with, with Dan and to just really start looking at where our country is and what the passion of this, this black road regimen is, and, and just getting educated on history and and listen to what God's saying, but I just encourage anybody, you know, at this point right now to do that, as well as to the reach Look at his website. But talk to us about your boot camp, which, you know, what's the solution? I mean, we could probably I know I can go on for hours talking about planning and just getting riled up. Sure, you know, Holy Spirit, we got to pray to the Holy Spirit in our secret place. We've got to, you know, trust in Him, because, really, there's a question. Yes. And it's like, well, who can we trust him? We don't trust I don't trust anybody anymore. I used to, you know, you have some faith and faith and law and faith in the medical field. Well, that's out the window. Yeah, the land trust that. So we've always trust. If you're Christian, you always trust in Jesus and God, the Holy Spirit. But we're at a point where it's becoming real. It's not just something we read. It's real. It affects us deeply. So right solution. What's your solution for pastors? And how do 26:30  I believe there are two solutions, one of them is still far more controversial than the other. We can talk about it if you want to politically but spiritually, I believe the solution is pastors have got to reengage, we have got to have a modern version of the black robe regiment. And remember, again, that that black robe title was given by the British not as a compliment, but but as condemnation. When they captured these preachers out on the battlefield. I don't know if you know it, but they they execute most of them. Even while they're trying to surrender. I tell the story in my presentation of a preacher named john Rosberg, they executed him on the battlefield, he's trying to surrender to them. But we've got to have a new, we've got to have the spirit of the black robe regiment today. preachers have got to begin to engage, they've got to preach the whole counsel of God, not just the parts that they know people want to hear. They've got to preach the tough parts, too. And that's hard for me to do. Because it cuts me just like it cuts everybody else, the Word of God is alive and powerful, sharper than a double edged sword, the book of Hebrews says, so it's going to cut us when we preach it. But that's how we become closer to what God wants us to be. But so so my solution is to get pastors to engage. So the guy that I co pastor with, there's two pastors in our church, Paul Blair, and myself, we've been working together for years now we're in the same church together. Because we travel and speak so much. We have started doing what we call a Liberty pastors boot camp, or a Liberty pastors training camp. And by the way, you want to put that website up there to Liberty, pastures calm, okay, they can go to the website and find out where we're going to do the next camp. We're working on scheduling some right now. But what that camp is, is it's a three day boot camp, and I mean boot camp, we begin it by me doing the black robe Regiment, the whole deal. But anyway, we teach pastors, the nuts and bolts, and we asked them to bring their wives with them, and we put them up for three days, they pay a nominal registration fee, and donors pay the overwhelming majority of the whole cost they get in, they get a kind of a three day vacation in a really swanky place with meals and everything. But we teach them the nuts and bolts of what it means to be a black robe, preacher, and how to do that in their churches and why it is so critical. And I would encourage any pastor to come that's listening, or if there's a church member listening, and they want to encourage their pastor to come. There are many guys that were at our last camp. We had about 100 pastors and then their wives. We had men there who the church members sent them, they heard about it, and they put the money together and sent the pastor. So we we train these men, and when they come out of there, they have no excuse. They know how to be a black robe preacher. Now it's time to do it. And they also become part of a network of guys that we've trained. We've trained over 700 preachers around the country, and they become a network. They become a part of a network. And we do continuing education, we'll do webinars and other things that they can take advantage of, to continue their learning and sharpen you know, As iron sharpens iron, we all need to get better and so we do it together. 29:42  Do you have somebody in the Nashville area that you know, necessary? 29:47  We, I don't know if we've had pastors from the Nashville area, the Bible. We'd love to do one in Tennessee. We're working on doing one right now in Missouri. Arkansas. So that's pretty close to you. We just finished one in Houston, Texas, we've done them as far away as Miami, Florida. So yeah, yeah, we're so if you know somebody in your area would be interested in helping to host one, we'd love to come to the center of Tennessee and put on one it'd be, it'd be wonderful. 30:22  Well, I'll see what I can get going on something like that. Okay, great. That's contracting needed. definitely needed. Well, I know we could keep going for hours. But be respectful of your time. But so what's what's a final parting word that you would give to us as we listen to the individual, the individual person in the congregation that hears this that might be stirred, to want to get back a little bit more of learning what they can do, because I get overwhelmed when I think about everything that's going on in this country? And and where do I, you know, where do I start? I've got you know, some people have wife and kids. And of course, I do, too, but they're grown. But yeah, they have families and jobs. And it's like, I just don't have enough time. And then when I do have time, I just want to decompose from the world, because all I hear is the bad stuff going on. And everybody's on Facebook. And and yeah, we're getting canceled in every place we can go. But that's part of the remnant is that the remnant? is what's coming out of this. There's, yeah, there's the masses aren't getting it? 31:29  No, they're not? Well, what I would say to the individual person is that you either go to fight, or you're going to lose it all. Look what's beginning to happen with people who refuse to take the shot, whether or not the shots a good thing is a different argument. But I'm definitely against the government forcing you to take a shot, but what's happening to them, now they're losing their jobs. So not engaging, not engaging, is going to come to all of us. So they neither sit in a house and decompress or go do their hobbies, and stay out of the fight, but the fights coming to them. So it's just a matter of time, I would say to people in the church. First of all, you need to learn this history, not all of it, none of us have mastered it. But learn enough of it that you know what you're talking about. And then make sure that your pastor is engaged in doing this, if he isn't go to him and asking to give him the materials, challenge him. If he won't engage, get out of there, go find a church where the pastor will engage, be a part of a congregation, that's going to make a difference. Now, granted, we want to preach the gospel, and we want people to be saved. But we also want to be salt and light. And you can't separate that you can't just say, we want to get people saved. But then that's the end of it. No, that's the beginning of it. That's not the end of it. And so they've got to be in a church where the pastor is going to engage and stand up against evil. The spiritual war is raging. It's whether or not we're going to be faithful and get involved. And if we're not, we're going to answer to the Lord for that. And in short term, we're going to probably answer here in America because the republic that we knew the republic that the framers founded is gone. Now, it still exists in some states, but it doesn't exist in New York, it doesn't exist in some of these states that have given up and the and they have gone left, and we better just recognize that that's where we are. And these people better engage Time is running out. It's running out. 33:29  Yeah. Now, let me go back to something real quick that you'd said you talked about the boot camp, but then you said there's a political aspect whether I want you want to go into it or not. Yeah, cuz I'm, 33:40  I'd be happy to, I believe that the Republic is gone. Now. I really, I believe the republic could be saved in some states. The union is too large to be governed by one government and we're too different. We are I believe irreconcilably divided. It is time for a political separation. I think the framers if they were to come back today, they would be amazed that we have one government governing over 300 million people. That's not the way it was originally designed. The states were sovereign. And the federal government had very limited responsibilities. The states were the ones that were most in charge today. It's the opposite. So you have one monolithic government in DC that's trying to control everything. Well, people in Oklahoma are very different from people in Massachusetts. You can't pass the same laws that people of Massachusetts want to murder preborn babies in Oklahoma. We want to save them. But we're being forced by a federal government that's out of control. So I think it's time for like minded states to stand up and say either you back off, or we're pulling out. I mean, it's just time and I don't mean a war. nobody's talking about shooting at people. You don't have to have a war to politically separate. It's happening. All over the world, Scotland nearly separated from Great Britain A few years ago, Great Britain just pulled out of the EU, Catalonia is working on separating from Spain, that the the right of free association is one of our rights from God. And the original states would have never joined the union if they thought they were stuck and couldn't get out, and would even be forced to go against their own religious beliefs. This is why Texas, for instance, insisted when they joined the union, that they remain a republic and could pull out at any time. This is why it's called the Republic of Texas. And they even put in their ratification papers that they could divide Texas up into as many as five states. That's in their agreement. That's it That's in their agreement. So it's time we can't be, we can live peaceably with people like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden, but you can't be under their government, not if you're a conservative, not your Christian, these people are Marxists. And to sit here and worship some nostalgic America that used to exist and go down with them, like going down with the Titanic is not only insane, it's a sin. It's a dereliction of duty. Thomas Jefferson even said in the Declaration of Independence, that when government ceases to do its primary function, the citizens have three steps that they can take, I call it DEF CON, three, two and one. They can either alter it, abolish it, or throw it off. But they not only have the right he says in the declaration to do that they have the duty to do that. We're there. I believe we're at DEF CON one. 36:41  Yeah. And you think about what, when you said that I was thinking about Okay, we had the Puritans or separatists. This effort is that what the pilgrims were that's where we're, that's where we're at. We're at the separatist place, getting away from England, get away and in America is at the same place to get away from this government that's in charge. That's exactly right. Yeah, exactly. And there, but there's nowhere to go. Yeah, well, you don't, there's not another country, we 37:11  don't have to go you pull out, you create a different government. If Jefferson was not saying did you have to go to some deserted island, he was saying you pull up the Declaration of Independence was a secession document, they were seceding from Great Britain, we celebrate it. It's what it was, they were breaking. In fact, he says when it becomes necessary to, to break the political bonds that have tied two peoples together, when it becomes necessary to do that. Sometimes that becomes necessary. And I believe we need to try to save the republic in as many states as we can. And I think there's about 25 or 26 states that would do it. It's time to do it. If we don't do it pretty soon, Gary, they're going to have is painted into a corner, it's going to be checkmate. And we're done. 37:57  Right. And if we're not standing up at this hour, then years down the road, when we have grandkids, they're gonna be wondering, what what were you doing doing during what were you 38:08  doing? Well, most of us won't because would be dead? Yeah. Like, they'll excuse? 38:13  Yeah. And the older I get the more I think, Well, you know, it's, it's not my problem, you know, but you bet it's your problem. It's definitely my problem. And you may have got to do that. And I think the calls are problem. Yeah, the call that you're putting out there for, for educating pastors and helping them along, and just waking up the church and waking up the people to understand where we really are. And I think looking back at our history is so, so important, you know, because we are repeating the history, and we are maybe too late. And only through and only through God can will we know in a few years, but we've got to do something 38:54  well, even even if it's too late, we got to go down swing and Gary. And again, when I use these terms, I'm not talking about shooting at people. I'm talking about fighting the good fight, the spiritual fight the political fight, that's what I'm talking about. 39:06  And it's important not to be compartmentalizes, what we'll get is was people will say, well, you need to share the gun. It's all about sharing the gospel. The world's coming to an end. Anyway, we know that the end of the story, so we just need to get the gospel spread. Well, that's true, but we still that's building the wall. Yeah, we still need to fight, right? 39:27  Here's what I say. I say if somebody believes that preach the freedom to preach the gospel as the most important thing, then surely the second most important thing is fighting for the right, the freedom to preach the gospel. If preaching the gospel is the most important thing, then the freedom to preach the gospel is the second 39:44  most important thing, and I encourage everybody to wake up, pay attention to what's going on around us. Pay attention to what's happening in Australia. Pay attention to what's happening in Canada. Pay attention what happened in Louisiana, with the pastor down there. What was his name spell, Tony. It's happening in our backyards, and we need to realize that we need to just be awake. You're awake. Oh, Dan, this has been Austin. I could talk for hours. Thank you, Gary. You've got a life to live out there. So 40:13  I'll be back again sometime. I'd love to do it. 40:15  Thanks again. It's been a pleasure. And I'll have all your show notes. Gary Duncan  0:13  Welcome to the remnant revolution podcast. I'm Gary Duncan, your host, and I got a special guest with me today. Todd. Kakinada. Oh, is that how I'll say it correctly?Gary Duncan  0:43  you have got to check out this guy. This pasture. He's, he's the forefront. He's the spearhead of a really a revolution of the remnant church, and I want you to go to his way. His podcast is called the Todd koken Auto Show. Yep. You can find it on any, any application, apple, big Spotify, all those I listened to him all the time. He's on fire for God, I'm telling you. And he's been at this a whole lot longer than I have. And I'm just honored to have him on the show. We're gonna talk a little bit about really what, God asked me a question. this past Sunday morning, while I was in my secret place, and I love the fact you, you hammer down that that secret place time with the Lord. And so I just got a word and pull it up real quick. And he just asked me, and this has been on my mind thinking for quite a long time. And that's why I want you on the show. Because I might just throw a bunch of questions at you and try to ease my answers. He asked me, where's my church? Where's my people? And I said, wrote down, I said is the church about a message, or a movement, the message of teaching and studying and sermon, that's a message we hear. But what we need in this day and time is a movement of prayer. of, of prophecy, words of knowledge, flowing in the Holy Spirit worship. All the fivefold ministry of the church needs to be running at all. Five cylinders. It's teaching prophecy, words of knowledge. I get a little stumbled on my words sometimes but but all of those are action words, action words, and I don't see that happening. I'm really discouraged and and as I hear you, you really bring the up, you help lift me up. In this time they were in about the church and calling us to arms. This is what this whole thing is about calling to arms. A podcast is built on Ephesians 610 through 320. You know, we don't wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities. And you've got to be blind as a bat if you don't see that the spiritual evil is crushing the church in this country and we need people like you taught out there screaming at the rooftops. So tell me what's going on in your world? I mean, give us some hope. We really do I need to hear where's the remnant church? Where is Todd Coconato  3:21  the church? Now? It's a great question, Gary. And I just I'm really thankful to be on and honored to be on your program. Thank you for what you're doing. And I really believe as we said before we came on I believe God's connecting is remnant you know, it's like a it's like a remnant an underground railroad is how I see it, where God is connecting, keep people that are pressing in deeper all around the nation and world. And I believe he's setting something up for the future. So it's a great question, what where's the body? You know, where where is the body? So I think what's happening is a very interesting time right now. I mean, it's really unlike anything I've ever seen. Probably anything. I'm like, you know, you've ever seen anybody that's listening. We're in a shaking period where the church is literally being shaken. And I think that God is allowing this for several different reasons. But one of the reasons one of the, one of the things that's happening as a result of this is there's a separation of what like, I like to refer to what the Bible says is that wheat from the chaff or the sheep from the goats, or the sheep from the sheep, there's a there's a big separation that's happening right now. And I think that the Lord is going to use this for His glory. But, you know, let's just be honest, we got really apathetic as the body we, we got comfortable. And for many years, I believe people were really seeking that seeker-friendly ism, which, you know, I mean, I understand the concept of seeker-friendly churches, I understand it, but you know, a lot of people have sat in churches and I know this because this is we've talked to so many people who have just affirmed this affirm this affirm this, but they've sat in the churches, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, and yet they've never really been taught about spiritual warfare. they've not been taught About deliverance. they've not been taught about some of the things that you were mentioning the fivefold ministry gifting how to operate those things. And so when I think in the Lord's infinite mercy he knew that if we were to go right into like the tribulation let's say right now, we're not ready we're not ready as a Western church at all. So what I perceive this from a spiritual standpoint is we look through a biblical lens of what possibly could be happening I see this is actually the Lord's grace as painful as this is as crazy of a time it is it is we're still able to technically have most of our freedoms, you know, I'm still able to go and preach on Sunday without some Staci person or you know, somebody said, Hey, you can't you know, so I can still speak the full you know, ultimately I'm going to go to the bank later today I'm going to run some errands, you know, I'm still for the most part here in the United States a free person right? But of course, we're seeing an infringement on our rights and religious liberties in the constitution we'll get to some of that. But so we're in this like, it's like a middle. It's kind of a weird, you know, because we're seeing tyranny try to push itself on us we're seeing you know, the spirit of antichrist rising, many of us are very concerned about many of the developments in the world, but at the same time, it still hasn't happened to where some of these things that we're we're hopefully won't happen but we're seeing could develop wars it hasn't yet so we're in this like, middle period, I think it's the Lord's grace to teach us and allow us to become true remnant warriors to become people that understand how to go deeper how to present how to go to the secret place, how to understand the word of God and hide it in our heart. And so you know, if we're if we're in alignment with the perfect world, the Lord right now we're hearing from the Holy Spirit. That's what the Lord is telling us go deeper pressin pray this through, you know, certain things that the Lord has spoke to me and I believe to many of you. So that's what I feel that is are so so the body, it's almost like we're coming out from among them. We're coming out from the church of Laodicea, we're coming out from compromise. We're coming out from apathy, we're coming out from complacency. And we're developing into the church without smart, no Reiko which is the church that the Lord will come back for hungering and thirsting for righteousness, like the church of Philadelphia. So that's what I see happening, if that makes sense. You know, Gary Duncan  7:18  one thing that as you're saying that there, it's almost like, as you're trying to come out of this, where there you might be in a church, that's not really speaking of the time that we're in. And there's almost a sense of oppression of people that believe in a more activist way or, or just more political way of like, Look, this is what's going on our country and the church in talking about it. And we're not hearing it from the Pope. It's not like today I just read I think it was an Epoch Times that, that the house just passed a bill that pretty much says I'm going to do undo abortion, I mean, to the extent that you're like, this is barbarism is right. And to me, the church in general the church that should be the first topic of discussion that come this Sunday, right? Because I'm like, you know what, where's the church when we're killing babies by the millions? And and and we're allowing this evil administration to push this stuff? You know, I get I get hit up all the time. Because, you know, I'm too political, you know, we can't talk about it. Well, we're in the shape are in because the church has bowed out of this culture. And we have not engaged in this culture. And that's why this your podcast, and what you're doing in your ministry, and I'll just gives me hope is that that message is got to get out God put on my heart five years ago about a battleship, you know, and what is the battleship? Do, it destroys things, it destroys evil, but we're stuck in a harbor a broken down harbor somewhere, and just stuck. And we're, we're created to fight to fight for this unsaved and to fight for the last, and we're not, and I'm confused, as guilty as Xeni. And we just need that Holy Spirit far to get us going. So talk a little bit about the pasture in Canada. I followed him somewhat. And then, man, I mean, if we don't if the church doesn't see what's going on right now, right? What's gonna happen in five years or 10 years, when they permanent closes down? You know, YouTube, right now YouTube has said, anything with the vaccine that they feel like is false information, they're going to shut it down. What are they? What about when they decide that anything that's preached of God's word, we're going to shut it down, is at that point that we're going to stand up and start raising the little you know what, Todd Coconato  9:50  right, right. I know, at what point is enough? Well, you're saying and see that resonates with me and it resonates with what I call remnant people because it's like, we all have This urgency like I could sit next to you on a plane, maybe I never met you before. And then you know, you're speaking my language because the Lord speaking similar things. It's amazing even some of the things you just said. But you know, I think the problem, there's so many, but one of them is this whole separation of church and state nonsense. That was a letter to the Danbury Baptist Church from Thomas Jefferson, he was saying that the government was going to stay out of the churches business. And this is unfortunately we've embraced this. And there's a lot of people worried about their 501 c three, and they think that if they speak politically, but first of all, that's not going to happen. Number one, and if it does, oh, well, you know, that's how I look at it. Like, if the Lord, you know, somehow allows that to happen with me, then you know what, I'm not going to change one day. Exactly, like I'm speaking now. And I'll just say, well, Lord is gonna take care of my needs, according to his riches and glory, and near takes care of the birds there, and the fish in the sea is gonna take care of me, and that's it, I'm gonna keep going. But we better kill these fears. Because the whole thing is these are not political issues. When you mentioned abortion, that's the killing of the innocent, you know, we're talking in the tunes of millions 60 What is it 65 million babies that have been killed since Roe v. Wade, here in the United States. 65 million, think about that amount of lives. And the same people that are saying they care about life. And that's why you have to take this vaccine are the same people that could care less about that. That number that I just mentioned, in New York City, there's more African American babies that are killed each year on an annual basis that are born. And these are not political issues. These are issues of morality and biblical, common sense. You know, these are things that we need to be speaking, but for whatever reason, and so they've taken these issues like abortion, like marriage, like gender, all these different things that are biblical issues based on the Word of God. And then people are saying their political now but we have to put it back in perspective. These are not political, these are issues that the word of God talks about the we as pastors and with people of God doesn't matter if your pastor or not, we have to speak about these things. And this is what empowers us. So you know, we got to understand that we can't be censored or silenced now because to your point if we allow this encroachment on our first amendment right, and by the way, our Second Amendment our third amendment because they're coming from all you better believe that the more we give the more they'll take and freedom is not easily won back it's if you go to any you know, national graveyard around the country, you see all those white, you know, headstones there, those are people that fought for this nation that has a cost. And so if we just sit here and think it's not going to come to our doorstep, I guarantee you person to God, it will come this, they already think biblical Christianity is hate. Okay, I said something very Matter of fact, the other day I said, Jesus would not take the vaccine, Jesus would not wear a mask. I had mainstream media quoting me and saying that I was an extremist, because I said that how ridiculous I mean, Jesus is the king of kings, the Lord of lords. He doesn't need a chemical substance from a billion dollar pharmaceutical company, he doesn't need to we he he played hands on the sick, he touched the lepers and healed them. And he says, By the way that we can do the same and so I think there needs to be a real aha moment here. Like you said, Gary, where people understand that you know what, we've got it we've got to speak out on these things, and we got to push back and if we don't, then I'm going to tell you we're gonna lose our freedoms here. Gary Duncan  13:14  We're gonna we're gonna end up like Arthur, right? Arthur up in Canada, tell us a little bit how's he How's he doing? Todd Coconato  13:20  So he's, he's a dear friend, I was just with him. His name is Pastor, Pastor Archer palacky and he is the pastor of St. Church Canada. And what happened with him is during the initial stages of the pandemic, he you know, he's he's a Polish descent and he lived through the former Soviet Union and he you know, saw a very similar eerie he was like, I can't believe this is happening in Canada. I can't you know, so he decided to have services and I don't know if you guys recall the viral video where the police actually came to his church and he was like, Nazis Nazis. Gary Duncan  13:53  I love that one. Yeah, I love this powerful Todd Coconato  13:55  man and I'll tell you, you know what, they actually listened and they left that day, but they did come back and eventually arrest him and the charges that he's been facing are the most ridiculous of charges they're about assembling together with the saints You know, they're about baptizing his daughter just things that you know should not be I mean it's unbelievable that this is considered criminal in this day and age but there's so you know, he was in the states and he went around to like, Oh my gosh, so many meetings and churches and gatherings and just warned Americans look this is what's happening in Canada and this is coming from America just like it's happening in Australia it's happening Israel and so he's been warning but you know what happened was Gary, he had to go back because he had to face his giants and he felt like if I didn't go back then I would be a hypocrite because I can bring my wife and family down here but he really felt like you know he's been out there saying Fight Fight Stan, Stan, he's got to go so he went home on I think it was Sunday evening. And it was like a middle of the night You know, he got you got arrested right when he got on the tarmac. You know, they said he had no warrants, but apparently miraculously, all the sudden there was warrants and And they arrested him for like not wearing a mask and some pending charge or something. And so then he's in the in the jail cell. And he said that people came and they were blowing the show far outside. And he was in the jail cell healing, hearing the show far. And, you know, miraculously again, this was a real miracle. You know, they let him out that night in the middle of the night. And so he was able to go home and spend some time with his family, but he is still waiting, his sentencing on those other pending charges right now. So we're gonna have to see how it develops. But everybody needs to watch this. This is a western country very similar to the United States, a pastor. And by the way, we've had this happen here in the United States, to where pastors have been arrested, and fined. And and so it should be a big alarm bell for all of us, as we watch this, we need to be praying for him. Gary Duncan  15:47  Yes, yeah. Now, is it do you see a difference between kind of we're in we're both in Nashville, and the Bible Belt, as they call it? Do you see a difference in just the, the mentality, the, the vocal pneus of the churches here versus in California, wherever we're kind of where you've traveled a lot. Because I feel like we're in this bubble of everything. It's weird. It's because I feel like I'm in a different world than, and the only one way you find out if there's a different world, you have to go on YouTube, you have to read the Epoch Times and these things, and you have to learn about what's going on across the street behind. And a lot of people say, Well, don't worry, that's not your business, you know, you just need to work on your stay with your family, and just stay in your little bubble. And I'm gonna have grandkids one day, and I don't want them to look back and go, well, Daddy, what did you do when all communism took over the country? Well, I was going fishing and join live watching, you know, we went to a soccer game last night and, you know, it's just, it's just a different world. And, and you, it's kind of like, you can't go back to that, you know, so many times, I want to just say, heck with it all. I'm just gonna go to church, say my thing and go home and live my life. Right? And that's so much of an easy road. Todd Coconato  17:05  Yeah, no, we can't, we got it, we got to be active. The Bible says occupy until he comes Faith without works is dead. We are in a battle, the battle is a battle of light versus darkness. It's not republican versus Democrat, it couldn't be more clear. And if you're not seeing it, I would highly encourage you to go into prayer, and ask the Holy Spirit to show you with, you know, eyes understanding and wisdom and discernment. Because this is key Gary, we've got to be walking in discernment right now. And understand that there is a massive increase in this, I like to call it the spirit of antichrist. You know, I really believe that's what it is where we're seeing our is late. And, you know, this, the ultimate thing is they want to come after biblical Christianity. That's, that's really what this comes down to. And you better believe it's coming, like a freight train. And, you know, I can tell you, I mean, there's some things that I've said recently, publicly, that I've noticed that have gotten media attention, that are just basic core doctrine of Christianity. But unfortunately, you know, these things are now being called extremist hate speech. And so we have to understand we're gonna have to hold the line here. And I know a lot of people, you know, quote, quote, different scriptures, and you know, Romans 13, and things, you know, we have to obey the government. But you know, you don't obey the government, when the government causes you to go against the Word of God, the Word of God is the authority. And by the way, the law of this land is the Constitution. It's not these tyrannical ordinances. You know, the way that the system is set up here in the States, at least, is, you know, the Congress is supposed to make the laws, the state legislators are supposed to make the laws, not some person in you know, it's overreaching their position and making some ordinance around the regular structure of law. And that's what's happened here is that they're going against the Constitution, Gary, and I'll tell you, we've been fighting this entire time, you know, for pastors that have come under attack, and I've gotten fined. And when it gets to the Supreme Court, they end up winning because you know, we have the right to gather we have the right to assemble. And by the way, the Bible says do not forsake the assembling together the brother and so you know, we're meant to assemble we have that right, according to constitution. The Constitution is the law of the land. And, you know, by the way, our founders believed in unalienable rights, which are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, they believe these rights were given to us by God, not by government, by God. And so thank God for our founders. And thank God that they made our laws in the in a system of government where the three branches to also the states have a lot of power and a lot of rights. And that's why you're not seeing some of the very egregious things that you're seeing in Australia and Canada and other places. Because these governors like Governor Lee, for instance, and others, they have authority to push back against the tyrannical mandates that are unconstitutional. So that's what we're seeing play out here. I mean, obviously, Rhonda Sanders has been very vocal, you know, you have Texas Governor, I mean, there's some that have been out there more than others, Kristi, noem, but but you know, for the most part, that's what We have to be pushing back on the local level and on the state level and and realizing what the constitution actually says. And understanding those unalienable rights. Gary Duncan  20:09  Yes. And you're the president of the religious liberties coalition. Yes. And a nonprofit National Coalition of pastors and ministry leaders. So if you weren't familiar with Rick green and the Patriot Academy, guys, yeah, okay. Yeah, I've, our couple of our people in our church have been taken biblical citizenship class, oh, it'll, it'll blow your mind. I'm like, I'm kind of ashamed of how ignorant I was of the Constitution and how our country was, was founded. And that is such an awesome, just class that teaches you really, that God created this country and ends from the pilgrims all the way up. And they have a constitution live class that we're going through is well, it's a little more in depth. But I'm telling you it the church is a sovereign entity of this country. And I think it was Madison maybe that said, that there's two principal founding principles of our country and its morality and religion. And he said, if those two fall we're done with, well, what are we dealing with? We're dealing with horrible morality, and they're attacking our religion. And so you know, just as a as a what do you do in that specific? Are you tell a little bit about I guess the religious liberty coalition and what you're doing Todd Coconato  21:30  there you know, we had I like to call it the trifecta saga remnant dot news, which is a blog site about news that the mainstream media is not reporting on, we can get information out I got tide, coconut calm and the podcast and then we have the religious liberty coalition. And the coalition is really meant to empower pastors and people that are in ministry positions to know they're not alone. There used to be something called the black robe Regiment, and if you're here that day, but yes, Dan Fisher, basically, yeah, we're in need of a black robe friendship. And today, we're pastors understand, this isn't about politics. We're not out here being some big political people. But we're standing for the common sense morality, biblical morality and the values that this nation was founded on this nation. Actually, we made a covenant to God. And this nation was established in that covenant, a covenant to God. And so we have to return to that return I really believe we need to repent. You know, I've been reading Joel chapter two, which is amazing and also Second Chronicles 714 quite a bit. But I believe we need to turn from our wickedness and returned our first love Jesus Christ. And you know, something else that we should all take note of. There was a guy named Dietrich Bonhoeffer and he was a pastor in Nazi Germany right before the Nazis really gained power and then during that time, and he had a vision from the Lord and he was concerned at what he saw happening where the Jews were being singled out and they were basically being you know, people were being told they're you know, they're unhealthy they're they're the problem they're that you know, financially the problem. And so every all societies, you know, qualms was basically blamed on the Jews and the people were buying anyway, the church was buying anyway. And Dietrich Bonhoeffer was saying, No, no, that something's very wrong here. And he was kind of like, Voice in the Wilderness. But the problem is, even though there were some people that were willing to stand with him, there wasn't enough, Gary. And what happened was, he ended up dying, and being a martyr, and only right before the Allies actually came in and where he was he I mean, literally a couple of weeks in between, he would he would live, but he stood for something. And we need to learn because history tends to repeat itself. And we have to learn from history, the Bible says there's nothing new under the sun, what we're seeing and experiencing right now is a very similar thing, where the unvaccinated people are being called out, you know, we're being told we're lower, you know, lower class now, you know, treat the vaccinated first, you know, and, you know, health insurance is going to be more expensive if you're unvaccinated, and you could lose your job. And you have to have these vaccine passports. I mean, this is a caste system that they're trying to put into, into effect here. And, you know, there's something called the Nuremberg Code, by the way, which completely goes against this, which by the way we signed on to, so these are very, very scary things. And if people aren't seeing this, I'm concerned because I think you know, we really need to see this. And for what it is, and now is the time to stand and when people do stand up, and they push back, it shows these tyrants it's a very small group of elites, it shows them that you know what, we're not gonna we're not gonna stand for this, we're more than you. There's more of us, when we start saying no, when we stand up is when this stops. So I think that everybody should see there's a major urgency we should be sounding the alarm, like you said, on the rooftops right now, saying, look, we can stop this. But if we do nothing, we're gonna go into full blown tyranny very soon here. And it could take us into many, many years of darkness. And so, you know, it's a defining moment. It's a defining moment. I'm believing and I'm hopeful that the saints of God that the remnant are going to rise up and they're going to call upon the name of the Lord and going to repent like Nineveh instead of Sodom and Gomorrah, and that we're going to do what we're meant to do and then we're going to see a true if my people know I'm here in the United States and subsequently around the world. But we need to do this if we don't do it. We're in trouble, Gary. Gary Duncan  25:07  Yeah, great, great word. I know you got to be running here. And I do appreciate your time. And all it's a call to arms. It's like in the book of Nehemiah where they're, they're building the wall. And with one hand, they got a trial that they're building with and the other hand, they got a sword and I feel like that's where we are. And it's and basically what I'm seeing is just the churches building. They're not they're not warring in the other hand, and it's tough because I see the other side I see people that may not necessarily be the model Christian are out front, you know, out front talking about it, and I'm like, and I keep hearing that worse. The church verse, I'm the church, you're the church, every individual is the church they have the fivefold ministry within them the Holy Spirit within them so they can be doing this but we need leaders that will help us lead the charge you know if we're if we don't see them then maybe we become the leader and hope through the Holy Spirit we can do that. I'm just one person, you know, excuse me, so what can I do? You know, kind of creative so I started podcasts and that's you know, hopefully we'll get me as a people listening but you know, one person standing on the wall you know, we've got to stand each person has their own calling for the wall to be on that wall. And you're on the forefront here this to me, you're the spearhead of the remnant church and I definitely appreciate what you do and everybody needs to go check out his Instagram, your telegram, I'll have all this in the show notes which Instagram telegram, and especially your podcast, because it's definitely one to hear. And to one to be inspired with. And just God bless you, sir. And keep up. Todd Coconato  26:47  I appreciate you, man. I'm so thankful that we're connected. And I know the Lord is doing some special and thank you for your heart to do so you know, this is it man. People say everyday, what can I do? What can I do? And exactly what you're doing is answering the call upon your life, you know, of getting out there being a voice. You know, there's so many different things we can do. There's certain things that God has given us as a body, go out, make disciples, baptize them in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, teach them the ways of the Word of God. But you know, all of us have individual calls to have things that we can do. And so whatever your question is, you say, Todd, I don't know what to do. You know, ask the Lord call upon the Lord. I believe he's going to give you visions and dreams. And And so anyway, thank you, Gary, for having me on. I appreciate it, man. Gary Duncan  27:28  Appreciate it. Thank you, sir. Todd Coconato  27:30  Thank you.

Peace, Peace, we ardently wish- but at what cost? Many- but not all- of the elders in this nation have a common saying when confronted with the possible difficult times that the future generations may face: “Well, at least I won't be around to see it! Give me peace in my day!” Is that what a Christian should say? Are we called to be apathetic and indifferent to the plight of our children, or are we called to be the “salt of the earth”? In this episode, I read from Ecclesiastes 6 to discover the fate of misers who lack interest in the fate of their posterity. I also read from Ephesians 6 to explain what Christians are called to do in this world, and the importance of being engaged in this spiritual warfare. The quotes of the Founding Fathers and Black Robed Regiment pastors of the 18th century will be read- as testament to you- to reveal men that would rather fight in their day so that their children may have peace. However, when reading the petition, one finds no condemnation of political violence that the political left was responsible for during the course of the summer of 2020. Also, the petition calls out Christians on the right for “perverting the Christian faith”, and then the writers of the petition proceed to pervert the Christian faith by using Marxist lingo contained within the petition! Hypocrisy is a sin that Jesus condemned the Pharisees for in Matthew 23, and we see that same spirit alive and well today. For years, spiritual leaders have been shackling believers with a flawed interpretation of Romans 13 - especially as to how it applies to citizens living in a republic like ours. Consequently, Christian people who would normally stand against tyranny, believe that they owe slavish, unlimited submission to their government. Patriot Pastor Dan Fisher tackles this controversial topic and proves conclusively that Christians not only have the right, but the responsibility to speak up about evil and stand up to tyrannical leaders – no matter the cost. Daily podcast, relevant articles on issues pertaining to Christians and more can be found on Stand Up For The Truth.

The struggle for American independence owes much to a brave group of clergymen who stood on the Word of God in their quest for liberty. Who were these men, how did they view America in light of the Bible, and why do we need such preachers again in our day? Former Oklahoma lawmaker Dan Fisher, pastor of Fairview Baptist Church in Edmond, joins me to talk about it and his book, "Bringing Back the Black Robed Regiment." Join us for Thursday's JANET MEFFERD TODAY.

Mountain Movers Church: Brad and Misti Helton - Audio

Get ready for a Memorial Day service for the record books! Help us make welcome, for the first time to the MMC stage, (Congressman and Pastor) Dan Fisher.  In full period costume, Dan will be using multimedia and actual relics from the War of Independence to challenge us to stand for liberty as the 18th century church did.  Dan’s vision is that the church in America will regain the spirit of what was once called “The Black Robed Regiment” and once again actively engage in the defense of truth and liberty.  Dan continues to serve in the ministry as the senior pastor of Liberty Church in Yukon, OK. He and his wife, Pam, have been married for 35 years and have two children and four grandchildren. Enjoy today’s experience as we celebrate the courage and commitment of those who have fallen! Thank a veteran today for serving.
