Now, Discover Your Strengths: The revolutionary Gallup program that shows you how to develop your unique talents and strengths The 20th anniversary edition of Now, Discover Your Strengths comes with an access code to the Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment. This updated assessment includes reports and resources that go far beyond the standardized reports of the older assessment by providing you with personalized insight statements unique to your specific combination of strengths. Many people have little sense of their talents and strengths, much less the ability to build their lives around them. Instead, they are raised and taught to become experts in their weaknesses — and spend their lives trying to fix them — while their strengths lie dormant. Led by Don Clifton, the Father of Strengths-Based Psychology, Gallup created a revolutionary program to help people identify their talents; develop them into strengths; and enjoy consistent, near-perfect performance. Twenty years ago, Gallup released Now, Discover Your Strengths to bring this program to the world. At the heart of this book is CliftonStrengths, the assessment that is the product of decades of research and hundreds of thousands of interviews to identify the most prevalent human strengths. CliftonStrengths reveals 34 dominant talent themes that you can translate into personal and career success. To develop this assessment, Gallup conducted psychological profiles with more than 2 million individuals to help people around the world focus and perfect these themes. Since Now, Discover Your Strengths was first released two decades ago, more than 20 million people worldwide have taken the CliftonStrengths assessment. The 20th anniversary edition includes a unique access code to take CliftonStrengths — previously known as StrengthsFinder 2.0 — which is a significantly more robust program than the assessment that appeared in the original edition of the book. This web-based assessment analyzes your instinctive reactions and immediately presents you with your top five themes. Once you know which of the 34 themes you lead with — such as Achiever, Activator, Empathy, Futuristic and Strategic — the book will show you how to use your top themes for your own development, for your success as a manager and for the success of your organization. With accessible and profound insights into how to turn talents into strengths, and with immediate online feedback from the CliftonStrengths assessment at its core, Now, Discover Your Strengths is one of the most groundbreaking and powerful business books ever written.

Lessons Learned for Vets

Tyler Burkholder recently began a SkillBridge program after his service in the Navy. As a loyal follower of the Lessons Learned for Vets Podcast, Tyler has used previous podcast discussions to his advantage while building a strong network on LinkedIn. In this Military Q&A session, Tyler reflects on his transition process and looks ahead to learn how to best serve those who will transition after him. How can vets do a better job supporting each other?  This very question is why I started the Lessons Learned for Vets Podcast. I wanted to provide a platform for veterans to share their stories. While each veteran has a unique transition journey, the feelings of struggle and victory are universal.  Your story is worth telling and someone will benefit from it. Get involved and give back through service organizations. With TAP just 5 days long, what is the best way to get information to those transitioning since not every person sees the value in social media?Though many veterans are against social media, LinkedIn is different than other platforms. Creating a LI profile is as important as creating your resume and the information you provide is as important as the answers you give during a job interview. You often use the term focus: For those who lack a focus on what they want to do next, what are options that people could use to assist them in finding that focus? Two books I recommend are Do What You Are: Discover the Perfect Career for You Through the Secrets of Personality Type and Now, Discover Your Strengths. Paint a picture of four concentric circles in your head. 1 – Values and Preferences. Focus on what you love to do.2 – Marketability. Does the world need what you have? Is there a market for what you do?3 – Salary Needs. Can you get paid for what you love?4 – Transferable skills. Are you good at it? Do you have the required qualifications? At the center of these four circles – where they overlap – is your career focus.>  There is an overlap between Values/Preferences and Marketability. This overlap is your company research where you see if your values align with the market research of the industry to identify the best companies to target.>  The overlap between Marketability and Salary Needs is where you conduct career and industry research. Does your target role pay what you need, and is it located where you want to live?>  Between Salary Needs and Transferable Skills, this overlap is where we start to learn to market ourselves, translate our military skills and showcase the value we bring an organization.>  Lastly, overlap between Transferable Skills and Values/Preferences help ensure you love what you do.What are some ways for people to regain, or relearn, their worth after being told or shown, or both, that their life means nothing?First, your life has meaning. You were put on this earth for a purpose. Although you may not understand your purpose yet, you will figure it out. In terms of finding your value in the workplace, I suggest doing an assessment of your transferable skills. Write out a list of all the things you CAN DO. Put a star next to the things you WANT or LIKE to do. Then write a story that showcases a situation where you used that skill to benefit or add value to the Navy. Please head to the Lessons Learned for Vets brand new YouTube channel at https://tinyurl.com/llforvets22 You can connect with Tyler Burkholder on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/tyler-burkholder-mba/SUBSCRIBE & LEAVE A FIVE-STAR REVIEW and share this to other veterans who might need help as they transition from the military!&

I grew frustrated hearing from only men in the room. The feelings of doubt and imposter syndrome were a REAL THING that held her back. Then, a fate-filled plane ride led her to work for her mentor and best-selling author, Cy Wakeman, traveling across the country as a leadership keynote speaker, trainer, and coach.  Leadership coaching was her favorite, so she joined Martha Beck's (a Harvard Ph.D. Sociologist, also known as Oprah's Life Coach) Wayfinder coaching program to get better at it. The coaching tools and techniques unexpectedly rocked her whole world! She learned how to trust herself and intuition, make hard choices, and live her life with more clarity & confidence. She found her voice and learned to make an impact. She learned how to overcome imposter syndrome and lead with confidence. Traversing the Entrepreneurial Path Confidently The idea of becoming a successful entrepreneur is enticing. Think about it — no schedule, no commute, no boss looking over your shoulder. All you need is an idea and the determination to see it through. Easier said than done. What if you have a secure-paying job already? The trade-off between security and flexibility would be even scarier. How do you decide to let go of something that has been supporting you, even if it wasn't the most healthy environment?Maybe you'll face disappointments. Sometimes, those that you cannot imagine facing. But the key in every case is to discover your strengths. In this episode, I'm joined by Tammy Johnston, CEO at KSA Business. Tammy talks about her personal experience as a C-suite executive and entrepreneur and the lessons learned during the journey, including identifying your strengths and using them to grow your company.Tammy shares how and what she coaches entrepreneurs about growing, scaling, and expanding your business and team. She stresses the importance of team building, identifying your strengths, and networking and why they're irreplaceable in your journey, especially if you're a solopreneur. You'll also learn first-hand about Tammy's programs and classes available. Here's a quick look into the episode. [03:37] How Tammy's journey led her to entrepreneurship: She shares working in financial services and other different companies for several years before feeling overwhelmed and anxious and deciding to build a business independently. It's fun and always leads to a better decision.[16:31] COVID has put a break to in-person communication but has definitely removed geographical boundaries for working together.[17:39] Advice for people running their business currently (in the early stages of entrepreneurship and team-building) –Discover where your strength lies. There are essentially two types of people who start a business: people who're already experienced in content management, and networking, can generate ideas and are comfortable with sales, and those who can better help you with developing the systems to turn your ideas into business.Build a diverse team.Hold regular meetings with both agreeable and disagreeable people to assess and evaluate different ideas and how implementable those are.[21:38] Networking is about building work relationships, trust, gathering resources and developing long-term friendships.[27:22] The vast majority of people are generous and want to spread good in the world. They're reciprocating and often need just a little help, like, a time commitment to help grow their business.[29:46] Advice on building your staff and how otherwise to grow your business as a solopreneurCreate an organizational chart.Map out job descriptions.[33:29] Why it's essential to build your business' backend strong enough to handle more work if it suddenly arises and what happens if you act otherwise[37:00] Connect with TammyAbout Tammy Tammy Johnston is the CEO of KSA Business, where she helps entrepreneurs build a better world using their innovative ideas and services. I'm really excited for our guest today, Sarah Marie Liddle. Sarah is a certified life and corporate coach with a specialization in positive psychology. Positive psychology is the scientific study of human flourishing and an applied approach to optimal functioning. As part of this functioning, Sarah and I talked about finding and leveraging our strengths. We so often are focused on our weaknesses and how we can improve them that we completely ignore our strengths. I believe that each one of us has unique strengths that we can leverage at work. I used to think that if I was going to get a job or a promotion that I had to know every part of the job description. And if I had a weakness, I had to fill the gap so I was “well rounded”. What an error in my thinking! To be great, we need to know where we shine. Sarah and I also talked about various strengths assessment tools so you can learn more about your strengths right after this podcast. If you haven't taken a strengths test, I highly recommend that you do this! There are so many options out there, and many of them are free. Take this time and invest in yourself! Hey Girl! You're invited to a Cafecito Tacos + Amigas virtual hangout! On November 3 from 7:30pm CST - 8:15pm CST we are gathering on zoom to have some fun and some meaningful conversations! Can't wait to connect with you!    Register by clicking on the link below: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScFxrWEo9agS4LfnklM4aTz2qg1SY9AseNuTBC8RWGzY9u0ww/viewform?usp=sf_linkOn this quick bonus episode, I am talking about tapping into your genius.  What do I mean by tapping into your genius? I believe that we all have been created with a purpose and we all have gifts inside of us, waiting to be developed waiting to be unleashed. And we all have talents, right. There are things that you can learn, and you can get skilled at and of course you can always gain more knowledge. But there are also things that naturally you are passionate about, and you are really good at. Once you begin to tap into the area of your genius, you will begin to grow and flourish. It's so important to understand your area of genius because when you do, you won't compare yourself to what other people are doing. You also won't force yourself to do something that is not in your area of genius. Exploring this side of yourself will help you to continue to grow, and you will get stronger in that area. The greatest thing about tapping into your genius is that you will learn things about who you are.  Have you ever wondered why you like certain things or why you do certain things? Is there something there that has to do with your area of genius? Amiga, if your desire is to inspire the next generation of women then it's important to understand this part of yourself.Share this episode with your Amigas because something powerful happens when we lift each other up!Follow The Fearless Mujer Podcast on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/thefearlessmujerpodcast/Come join The Fearless Mujer Podcast Community so we can continue the conversation.https://www.facebook.com/groups/thefearlessmujerFree Resources for You!https://fearlessmujer.com/resources-%2B-coursesThe Fearless Mujer has its own network! Have you taken one of those quizzes on Facebook that tell you which Disney Princess you are? Maybe we are not all a type of Disney princess, but we are all wired a bit differently and that's okay! You may have taken different tests to see what "type" of person you are, or why you do things the way that you do. Maybe you are able to get a general idea of why you react to certain things the way you do. Regardless, none of these are you identity. You might lean toward a certain enneagram number, but it's important to know that isn't your identity, it's just the way you are wired. Our greatest strength can also be our greatest weakness, but we are only renewed and transformed by being in relationship with Jesus. Also, will Tyler take a test or read that book? Today we are talking about the Step #1 Creating Successful Results with High Self-esteem, which is to Identify Your Strengths. Write down a list of characteristics you feel you bring to the table in your personal and professional life. Examples of Personal characteristics might be: loyal, patient, good mother/father, organizer, reliable. Examples of Professional characteristics might include: hard worker, team player, good leader, good people person (with management and employees). For added input, I strongly recommend you ask your friends, family members, co-workers and significant others what strengths they see in you. Compare that input to the list you wrote and see if you identify with some of the characteristics that other people say they see in you. If you feel the characteristic suits you, adjust your list accordingly. A great resource for helping you to identify your strengths is a book entitled, Discover Your Strengths. It comes complete with an exercise that provides you with Strength Finder results. Tune in tomorrow for the 2nd Step to Creating Successful Results with High Self-esteem. Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again! This week's theme for the podcast is: Be Your Own MentorThis week I want to talk to share with you how you can be your own mentor!Mentoring yourself is easier than it sounds. By taking certain steps to understand yourself better, improve on what you feel is lacking & committing to learning & encouraging yourself more, you will be on your way to bettering yourself & igniting personal growth. Here are some notes from today's episode:It always starts with a list. Everyone always wants you to make a list, 2 columns, & sit down & think about what you are strong at & what you are weak at. But there are never guided questions. There aren't any hints to help you think of anything deep (except the whole thing about making your strengths into weaknesses) & I'm pretty sure most of the time these lists aren't really helpful, unless you spend a while deeply thinking about it. Being actually honest with yourself is necessary to have usable results.Anytime I think about my strengths & weaknesses, I go blank. I can't really come up with the strengths that I feel confident about because I struggle with my self-esteem & self-worth. Naming weaknesses is easy, because most people don't have a problem picking apart the negative parts about them, but the positives, the strengths, are much harder. To be honest with you, for me, I'm truly afraid to admit most strengths I have because I'm so insecure. I feel insignificant & don't think I have the power to identify any strengths about myself. Again, it's a self-worth problem. It's a vicious circle to live in & one I am trying to break out of often. I'm making progress.Discovering your strengths & weaknesses is important to be your own mentor. It's great to know what you excel in & what you should spend more time getting stronger at. These are the things that will help you excel in your life & what will continue to drive you to be a lifelong learner.Knowing your strength & weaknesses gives you a better idea of your resourcefulness & shortcomings, which also aids in creating better plans to go after your goals, cut back on experiences that might not benefit you & have a better idea on how to navigate your journey.Let's talk about some tips of how to identify your strength & weaknesses:1. Create a list, but with 4 columns. Have one for natural strengths, one for natural weaknesses, one for learned strengths & one for learned weaknesses (observed behaviors, taught wrong things).2. Ask someone you trust for feedback.3. Ask yourself deeper questions to help weed out the less significant strengths & weaknesses. Here is a shortlist of examples:A. What was the happiest day of your life?B. What do others consistently compliment you on?C. What energizes you?D. What drains your energy?E. What do you wish you could change about yourself?F. What do you typically procrastinate on?G. What's your biggest failure? Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at realpositivegirlpodcast@gmail.com or visit my website: www.sabrinajoy.comI am also accepting donations via my Patreon & PayPal. Can you motivate?  Yes or no?  Do you consider this part of  your role as a manager?Question 2:  Why don't employees perform? Many times I hear….lack of training, tools, knowledge, lack of engagement, , unclear goals, personal issues, lack direction, no feedback …..and…they don't care, they lack purpose, they're lazy.  Ugh.  But if you can motivate them, and that's your job.  What's the disconnect?  Why would there be people who are unmotivated if we can motivate them? The reality is that people are already motivated.  They may not, however, be motivated to what you want them to do.  Your job is to create an environment in which others are motivated to perform at their best.  Bring out their motivation, their energy. How?  What are all the ways you can motivate? And do you know the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivators?Extrinsic motivators are from outside of you, intrinsic motivators are from within you.  One is about what I receive after I complete a task, which may be expected or unexpected.  The other is about the experience while I'm completing the task.  Which is more common?  = ExtrinsicMore sustainable? = IntrinsicMore difficult to execute?   IntrinsicWhile we can't change who people are, what we can do is help them to discover their intrinsic motivators. And also connect or align intrinsic motivators with things that maybe we enjoy less. Here are 4 ways to begin to understand intrinsic motivation:Take a strengths assessment:  See, Discover Your Strengths, by Don Clifton (from Gallup)Explore a work based personality assessments:  DiSC assessments have a version for managers, individual contributors and leaders which have a behavioral focus and are excellent tools about our energy (and what drains us!)Consider the Individual Dimensions Inventory:   this is an assessment tool from Management Research Group, and focuses on the emotional satisfaction we get from work related dimensions (I am also certified on this tool and can also get you more information if you are interested)Take a values inventory:  learn your core beliefs; are they aligned with what you are doing?  The Values Institute on Character offers a freebie:  The VIA Survey: 31 Ways to Recognize Your Strengths and Act on Them (positivepsychology.com)Planting some leadership seeds:Understand various types of motivators; get to know your employees and their preferences for both extrinsic and intrinsic motivators.Use extrinsic strategically:  be thoughtful, reinforce specifics, point out what you want more of from others around you.Do a wellness check up on you:  choose one of the 4 ways to identify motivators, discover something new about yourself—where are you aligned in being intrinsically motivated, where are you not in alignment?Take action, one small step to strengthen the motivational environment for you, for your team.Learn about goal setting AND the link to motivation....AND strengthen your leadership!   https://www.intentionaleaderscourses.com/confident-leader

In this "HBR Minute" HCI Podcast episode, Dr. Westover explores Marcus Buckingham' recent HBR video, "The Most Engaged Employee in the World." See the video here and details: https://youtu.be/5gtFPVwtnTk. Overview of video: "Barbara is a composite character based on factors that make us feel engaged, and she has a pet python." Internationally renowned and celebrated, Marcus Buckingham (https://www.linkedin.com/in/marcus-buckingham) is the go-to consultant in his field, a sought-after speaker and a New York Times best-selling author. Challenging accepted and entrenched social theory, Buckingham pioneered a revolutionary concept—that people will be dramatically more effective, successful and fulfilled when they play to their strongest skills rather than attempting to improve their weaknesses. He calls his research-based technique the "strengths revolution," and his work has been proven again and again in boardrooms, seminars and individuals' lives around the world. Hailed as a visionary by corporations such as Toyota, Coca-Cola, Master Foods, Wells Fargo, Microsoft and Disney, Buckingham addresses more than 250,000 people in live audiences around the globe each year. He recently led a workshop sponsored by Oprah Winfrey for 30 talented—but unfulfilled and unhappy—women. Acting on his advice, they were able to make immediate significant and positive changes in their lives. More than 1.7 million people downloaded the three-hour workshop video, and more than 100,000 unique contributors came online to post messages when his workshop and its results were featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show. The extremely successful workshop became the basis for Buckingham's book Find Your Strongest Life: What the Happiest and Most Successful Women Do Differently, to be released in September 2009 by Thomas Nelson.  The best-selling author of five books, his landmark titles include First, Break All the Rules (co-authored with Curt Coffman, 1999); Now, Discover Your Strengths (co-authored with Donald O. Clifton, 2001); The One Thing You Need to Know (2005); Go Put Your Strengths to Work (2007) and The Truth About You: Your Secret to Success (2008). There are more than 3.7 million copies of his books in print. Prior to founding TMBC—a company that creates strengths-based management training solutions for organizations worldwide—he used his nearly two decades of experience as a senior researcher at Gallup Organization to break through the preconceptions about achievements and get to the core of what drives success. Buckingham and Gallup developed the StrengthsFinder personality test, which identifies signature themes that help employees quantify their personal strengths in the workplace and at home. Since the StrengthsFinder debuted in 2001, more than 5 million people have accessed this important tool to discover their strengths. Marcus Buckingham has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Larry King Live, NBC's Today, Good Morning America and The View. He has been profiled in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Fortune, Fast Company and Harvard Business Review.  A member of the Secretary of State's Advisory Committee on Leadership and Management, Marcus Buckingham graduated from Cambridge University with a master's degree in social and political science. Discover Your Strengths, Sell Authentically, Increase Sales   We all have strengths that will help us become great salespeople. The problem is, we don't always know what these strengths are or how to use them to sell authentically. Eddie Villa is both a life and a sales coach and in this episode, he'll speak about using our strengths to help us sell authentically.   Strengths of a Salesperson  There are 34 different strengths that fall under 4 themes: Relationship building, strategic thinking, influencing, and executing. Everyone has different motivations and strengths when it comes to selling. Are you someone who wants to deepen relationships?  Are you driven by checking off a list?  Do you like to learn new skills?  Are you motivated by the process? Once you realize what your strengths are, and you lean into your motivators, selling becomes easy! Balancing your strengths Company culture may not align with your strengths. In that case, focus on the required activities to get the job done. Once you know the fundamentals, find a way to add your own flair and authenticity into the execution. If your company wants you to send emails, then send them in a way that is a reflection of your strength.  For example, you may enjoy making a video more than you do writing.  If you're a relationship builder, find a way to connect with your prospect.  Maybe you want to gather information to strategically plan out what is best for a client's needs.  If you like to do research, learn about your prospect's company or personal interests in order to put a unique package together just for them.    You are the solution We are all unique and it's these differences that drive the various outcomes. Businesses and clients are facing a variety of problems and you are the only one who can bring a solution based on your strengths.  You are that special. Realize that some of your most celebrated successes came from moments you were just being you and build your sales career on who you are, in your strengths. It's what your client needs.   “Discover Your Strengths, Sell Authentically, Increase Sales” episode resources Reach out to Eddie Villa via his LinkedIn account , his website, Facebook, his podcast, Unleash Your Strengths, or email at eddie@eddiepvilla.com.  Connect with Donald via these channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook about any sales concerns.    This episode is brought to you in part by Crmble, the easy-peasy CRM for Trello that helps you manage your contacts and leads without investing in complicated solutions, sync all your data, manage custom fields, and get powerful reporting on your sales. My guest this week is Sylvia Farbstein, whose path as a mother led her to leap out of private banking and into a professional role of awareness building and advocating for children and families experiencing adversity. Sylvia's 20-year-old son, Brandon, was diagnosed at the age of 2 with a rare form of dwarfism, metatropic dysplasia. Their experiences navigating a world not designed for his stature has forced her to seek out ways to innovate, adapt, advocate and embrace a mindset that has led to the discovery of incredible life lessons and an entrepreneurial career path. After severe cyberbullying by Brandon's high school peers, they both testified at the Virginia General Assembly to bring forth anti-bullying legislation. Brandon's book Ten Feet Tall shares life lessons he has learned in dealing with challenges and transforming them into opportunities. Both Sylvia and Brandon are working to elevate empathy and mindset, so that youth and adults widen the lens through which they see their own world.   In this episode, Sylvia and I discuss how adversity can be a catalyst for change and a way to discover your family's strengths. Sylvia particularly aids families with children who have special medical or developmental needs through the uncharted challenges that come with their disabilities.    Where to learn more about Sylvia Farbstein... Most important, Dave will give you insights and strategies to help you innovate, create and disrupt. The Impact Leadership Podcast is brought to you by Cardivera, the leadership development eco-system that helps your grow your people, grow your business and grow your life. Show Notes In this episode you'll learn that… Your greatest weakness is your greatest strength Focusing on fixing your weaknesses is a good intention, but it often misses the opportunities in those weaknesses Every weakness has a strength and opportunity It's important to look differently for people based upon your unique needs that often are the best fit for some people's weaknesses Leaders must seek to find a different spot for people with so-called “weaknesses” (instead of changing people's behaviors, change his position) The focus should also be on situational change and not just on personal change The use of assessments of strengths AND weaknesses are an important part of developing yourself and your people Amplifying your weaknesses is a key to being the best of you and attracting more of the customers and clients you want You must resist the pressures to be normal and to conform Divergence from normal is critical for innovation and getting people excited about their work "Normal" employees suck Excellence happens when you deviate from the norm Embracing deviance as your objective (over normal) is the path to impact Diversity and difference are essential for rich experiences and businesses The pursuit or normal is deeply engrained in our culture and must be resisted Great leaders help others see the value that's deep inside them (inviting others into their greatness) Resources: Dave Rendall davidrendall.store (Freak Factor products) The Freak Factor: Discovering Uniqueness by Flaunting Weakness book by Dave Rendall Now, Discover Your Strengths book by Gallup The End of Average: How We Succeed in a World That Values Sameness book by Todd Rose Normal Sucks: How to Live, Learn and Thrive Outside the Lines book by Jonathan Mooney The Impact Leadership Podcast Cardivera

Leaders must motivate people. The problem is that everybody's different, so what inspires one team member may demotivate another. It can be confusing to lead a diverse team.  But personality is not an unsolvable puzzle. And we've got three powerful tools to help you put it all together.  We've identified three personality assessments that give you a clear understanding of how your team members think, feel, and work. Use these in your business, and you'll never wonder how to motivate your team again. You'll gain an engaged, focused workforce that will bring their best energy to work.   Here's a peek this episode: We reveal our own journey with using personality assessments. Why we use personality assessments in our business.  Why it's more productive to focus on strengths than weaknesses.  How it affects a team member to be free to focus on strengths. We reveal our top five strengths.  How knowing a teammate's strengths helps your working relationship.  A clear, concise description of the Enneagram. How knowing your direct report's profile helps you be a better leader. The best metaphor for leading a diverse team to produce results. Author Ian Cron weighs in on the mistakes leaders can make with personality assessments. Why we don't use the Enneagram in our hiring process.  Amy Bruske of Kolbe Corp. answers the question “Why do smart people often have trouble getting things done?” A quick description of the four modes of the Kolbe A Index, which measures how we initiate work. How knowing a person's workstyle helps them excel. How the Kolbe A Index helps you determine whether a person will succeed in the role you're hiring.  What happens when a person is not “hardwired” for the role they're in. Now that you have a handle on these personality instruments, here's what we hope you'll do. Pick one of these and take it yourself. After you become familiar with it, you'll be able to determine when and how to roll it out to your team.  You're going to love this discovery process! Resources from this episode Michael Hyatt & Co. Today we are talking about the 1st Step to Creating Successful Results with High Self-esteem – which is to Identify Your Strengths. For added input, I strongly recommend you ask your friends, family members, co-workers or significant others what strengths they see in you. If you get value from these Podcasts, please take a minute to leave me a short review. I would really appreciate it.
