Kids get emotional in street hockey. They might throw their hockey sticks because they missed a shot, for example. Coaches with the Charlotte Street Hockey League deal with such behavior by inviting kids to express their feelings, and then trying to help them find more appropriate ways to communicate. The coaches also focus on teamwork and equal playing time, all the while searching for teachable moments, said Josh Greco, the nonprofit organization's youth director. What is mental training, and how do you know if your daughter is ready for it?Today, we start by breaking down what the term mental training means. Then, we're giving you 3 key signs that can help you determine if mental training is something your athlete daughter might benefit from. So, what does it mean to train an athlete's mind? In short, it means that athletes can use their mind to leverage their performance. There are three buckets to your daughter's overall mental game:Physical Training: The training that goes into her games Knowledge of the Sport: The tactics, her understanding of the sport, and visual feedbackMental Training: This is where her confidence goes. How she responds to pressure, comes back from mistakes, manages nerves, etc.All three of these buckets enhance the others. For example, when her physical training improves and she gets better at her sport, we also see her knowledge of the game improve, and her mental training improves as well because she is more confident in her understanding of the sport. But if any of these buckets are empty, then the other buckets are empty, too. And at that point she can't reach her full potential. If your athlete daughter doesn't have confidence in herself, then at best she might be pretty good at her sport. But at worst, she might end up walking away from the sport that she loves. This is why mental training is so important. It can be empowering to your daughter for her to realize that she's in control of her reactions and thoughts. Here are the 3 key signs that she's ready to start training her mind like she's training her body. She's entering into the prime age of 11-18 for mental training. At this age they start to compete at higher levelsShe's starting to experience the “normal” parts of athletics, such as nerves, pressure, comparison, and mistakes. These are the normal parts of being an athlete that often aren't talked about. And when athletes don't talk about these things, they can start to believe that they're the only ones experiencing them. She has goals for herself. If she has talked about goals such as making the next team, becoming a great player, or being able to enjoy the game more, then she also needs to be training her mind. When she gets to this next level, more will be required from her. The pressure will be higher, so we want to help prepare her for those situations now.We want to help her feel confident going into any situation knowing that she has skills to be able to navigate those things. And you can help her do this!Curious on how to get started with mental training? Free training for Sports Moms is happening now! You know first hand the times when your daughter is down and out. Maybe she's feeling frustrated with her performance, she's being super negative, or maybe she's getting caught up in that downward spiral. We're going to talk about that today. How do you help support your athlete when she is beating herself up? Nod your head if you've ever heard any of these from your daughter:Only wants to talk about the things she did wrong in a gameEvery time you give her a compliment she turns it negative or says "you have to say that, you're my mom!"Nothing is ever good enoughI frequently ask moms in our community what they struggle with most in supporting their athlete daughter and "Negative Mindset" is always a top response! Here's what you need to know:Average athletes:Believe they have to be hard on themselves in order to play well, otherwise they're letting their guard down Don't want others to believe they think they're "too good." It's safer to focus on their flaws & mistakes... and be likedDon't know the difference between thought and fact; they believe everything they thinkAs her mom, you want:Believe in herselfNotice the positives tooRecognize all the great things she didKnow that she is good enough, no matter what anyone else might sayHave positive self-talkBe proud of herself So you...try to help by giving her advice and encouragement"Focus on the positives""You did so many great things out there today, too!""You're just as good as everyone else""You're not chubby, you're beautiful""You do belong on this team""They do like you"Unfortunately, telling isn't teaching. Just telling her things isn't actually teaching her how to overcome her own limiting beliefs and shift her negative self-talk into something more productive.Plus, your daughter doesn't need you telling her everything. Your daughter needs her mom... and then to learn the skill of shifting her own thoughts. You can't do this for her. This is one space where she has to learn the skills to do it herself. But there are a few things you must do to help...#1 - Stay in your role:Shape the environmentProvide opportunities#2 - Understand where she's coming from:Validate her experienceKnow that this is part of her psychology as a person & athleteRemember that the brain's #1 job is to keep us safeResearch shows that people tend to focus more on the negative as they try to make sense of their experiences (Negativity Bias)#3 - Provide HER the tools she needs to help herself. The could look like: Sharing our new Athlete Tip podcast episodesEnrolling her in The Elite Competitor ProgramHelping her strengthen her mental gameYour daughter's role is to start recognizing these negative thoughts, evaluate her performance, shift her thinking, not attach her self-worth to her performance. But she needs the tools to do this. It isn't innate for our brains to process in this manner unless we're taught how to do so. If you're anything like me, you've experienced this and know exactly what I'm talking about. It just starts with doing the work! You can get started by joining our free training for Sports Moms that is happening now! Learn exactly how to get started with mental training for your athlete daughter! We'll be going over our proven Unstoppable Athlete Method to teach you the first steps to strengthening her mental game so she believes in herself as much as you do!Register at: trainhergame.com

And in these moments, your daughter is looking to you to be her parent and be her support. Be that safe space. Avoid talking about the game immediately, fixing things, and focusing on the outcome. Show her instead that you are committed to the process. And that you're committed to understanding her. Allow your daughter to lead. Empower her. She can learn to be confident in her sports, especially post-games if you are willing to provide her with the right tools to navigate through these challenges.**********Helpful Links:Visit our podcast website for more on this episodeJoin our FREE training for Sports Moms - How To Strengthen Your Athlete Daughter's Mental Game So She Believes In Herself As Much As You DoThe BEST way to help us spread the word and get this information into the hands of millions of parents, coaches, and female athletes is by leaving a rating and review on Apple Podcasts. Ever wonder how to handle those mean girls so your daughter can play with confidence without all the drama? One mom from our Elite Competitor Program private Sports Moms community recently shared that her and her daughter have been finding so much success in dealing with tough situations, such as this. She says:"I have been able to communicate with my daughter better. And also my daughter says my girl has so much more self-awareness and is realizing how to handle situations with confidence."Today we're going to talk about how to have confidence in handling challenging situations. We know that there are going to be really tough situations in our athlete daughter's life in her sport. Being able to equip your daughter with the skills to communicate and advocate for herself is key to navigating through these challenges. We want our daughters to be able to navigate and interact with a multitude of people throughout their lives. She's not always going to be met with people who are supportive of her. So, we want her to have confidence in herself regardless of what other people think. The less their mindset is going to be pulled down by some of these outward influences, the better.Help her hone her skills in:Knowing her boundariesKnowing her goalsKnowing how to speak upKnowing what it takes to shift negative thinking herselfAll of those things are going to strengthen her confidence so that she can be resilient in the face of some of these things that come up in her life and her sport. She needs to have these skills of confidence herself so that she can navigate these tricky situations on her own. You can opt to train her mental game and with that being said, you can check out trainhergame.com, to get FREE training!Have your athlete daughter be confident, but don't forget to let them know that you have their back as well. So, if a situation escalates to the point where your daughter is already feeling unsafe, maybe it needs to come to the coach's attention. And then don't be afraid to step in and speak with the coach or speak with the parent directly. If you come in with a calm mind then it's going to have a positive outcome. But if the situation is still tolerable, there's no need to overreact. Help your daughter to...#1. Ignore the haters. They're always going to be there. It's just what it is. We want her to know how to handle those conflicts and know how to handle these kinds of people.#2. Know her boundaries. What's acceptable? What's not acceptable? And when it's not okay, teach them to step up and say something. #3. Show her how to treat other women and also advocate for her to know what to say in those situations. Supporting other women also includes how to handle conflict and what that looks like to hold boundaries. Finally, give her the skills to be confident in the face of people who are not supportive of her. Remember, she needs to develop these confidence skills herself and you have the power to help her with that.**********Helpful Links:Visit our podcast website for more on this episodeJoin our FREE training for Sports Moms - How To Strengthen Your Athlete Daughter's Mental Game So She Believes In Herself As Much As You DoThe BEST way to help us spread the word and get this information into the hands of millions of parents, coaches, and female athletes is by le
Happy Mother's Day to all those beautiful moms out there! My your day be filled with lots of love, peace, happiness and money!
It's near year-end! What lessons have you learned with your female athlete this year 2022? Are you ready to welcome what's in store for you this upcoming year?As we look forward to new beginnings in the new year, some things must come to an end. Our Elite Competitor Podcast will likewise come to an end in 2022. And we want to thank you for taking the time to listen to our podcast. We launched our podcast intending to assist moms and female athletes on their athletic journeys. That is why we have chosen to pause, improve, and relaunch a brand-new podcast next year! We'll be having new guests, new topics, and more, so make sure to check it out. It's been an incredible adventure creating the Elite Competitor Podcast. And we've always hoped that this podcast would be your go-to resource whenever you needed it. So, before the year comes to an end, we'd like to share with you today the major things we've learned in 2022 so far!I'm excited to share a little behind the scenes of my high school team winning the Washington State Volleyball Championship for the 2nd year in a row, the mental training that we went to achieve that success, and a sneak peek at what we've got in store for 2023.We understand the importance of mental training in the success of our female athletes. Not only in their sport, but in their entire life. So, before you close out the year and begin planning your New Year's Resolutions, here's a breakdown of the top three major things we learned in 2022!#1. Mental training is what distinguishes athletes. And this state championship confirmed it for me!#2. Athletes perform better when their parents perform well. You must invest in yourself if you want your athlete to thrive in her sport. You must also have a coach and a strategy. And it is this that will most likely lead to her success.#3. Adversity and hardships are unavoidable. They aren't optional for you, and they aren't optional for your daughter. You must provide her with the necessary skills and mental abilities to overcome these obstacles.Mental training is critical in both your and your female athlete's journey. And if you've been taking this for granted in the past years, maybe it's now time to add mental health training to your to-do list this year 2023. Let's all welcome a brand new start! We're excited about what's in store for the new year, and we're grateful for all of your help. We wish you a pleasant, enjoyable, and connected holiday season, and we hope to see you all in 2023.**********Helpful Links:Visit our podcast website for more on this episodeJoin our FREE training for Sports Moms - How To Strengthen Your Athlete Daughter's Mental Game So She Believes In Herself As Much As You DoThe BEST way to help us spread the word and get this information into the hands of millions of parents, coaches, and female athletes is by leaving a rating and review on Apple Podcasts. Mama,One of the hardest thing about being a sports mom, other than having to spend your free time in the car driving everywhere, is spending your whole weekend at the ballfield. It makes finding a even somewhat healthy meal very difficult. As a fellow sports mom, I get it and I have been there. But the good news is, I've come up with a few tricks to help busy sports moms make healthy decisions whether they're at the concession stand or a convenience store!Today we are going to chat about how to use these 3 tips for busy sports moms to crush their nutrition while at their kids extra curricular activities!Over the last eight years, I've prioritized my health and wellness and in turn, I've prioritized making sure my whole family gets healthy, nutritious meals, no matter where we are. I wanted to put together this simple guide to help you stay on track with your health goals while you fuel your little (or big) athletes so you can all be successful! The main problem I found was that traditional sports foods aren't the healthiest. And it's hard to go out for healthy food when you're running from game to game. I've come up with a few tips on how find food from convenience stores and concession stands that will keep you in alignment with your goals!Make a plan for you & your athleteThe absolute best thing you can do if you want to stick to your health goals is to make a plan. I say it all the time because it's always true! On any given weekend, I have 7-10 ball games between my three kiddos. Which usually means we spend our entire weekend away from the house.I know from experience that if I go into a weekend without a plan I will not stick to my goals. Not because I don't have the willpower to do it, but because it's impossible to make healthy choices when you have limited options! When I don't have a plan, I'm forced to eat whatever I can find at the ball field for every meal and snack. And while I love a soft pretzel and nacho cheese as much as the next girl, I know that's not going to help me reach my goals. Plus, I know that crappy food isn't going to help my kids play at their best either.Instead, I like to come up with a meal plan for the weekend that helps me stick to my goals and fuels my kids to be able to play! For some of my meals, I'll pack food from home, but I also plan to eat out for at least one meal. That meal out can range from grabbing food at the concession stand, hitting up the closest convenience store or going out to a restaurant with the team.I like to plan out exactly what I”m going to grab or order for that meal out so that I can really enjoy it! Then I plan the rest of my meals around that one. I use my 3-step meal planning strategy, which I talked about a few weeks ago. Go read about it and grab the freebie in my Facebook Group, Busy Mom SImple Nutrition, it will be so helpful! How to find healthy options at convenience storesWhether you're including convenience store or concession stand foods in your meal plan or you're simply looking for something somewhat healthy to eat when you forgot to plan (no shame mama, that happens to me too!) After spending almost a decade at ballgames, I've figured out the best options for busy mamas who also want to eat healthily, and I'm happy to share my knowledge!I'm not against having an occasional treat but when you're grabbing something every weekend or multiples times in one weekend, that's no longer occasional. That's habitual! Instead of grabbing a candy bar and Diet Coke as a between-games snack. Let's fuel our bodies and give them the nutrients they need to keep up with our active kids! When you walk into a convenience store like QT or Circle K, you are probably used to seeing the donuts, candy bars, nachos, etc. And you might think there's not going to be anything healthy in there so you might as well, grab whatever sounds good. But the truth is there are lots of great options available if you learn how to find them!Whether you're at a convenience store or a concession stand you're probably going to be able to find some of these snacks that will keep you on track with your health goals and stop you from getting hangry and becoming that mom.String cheesePeanuts (just be sure you're aware of how much you're eating because nuts add up quickly!)Hard-boiled eggsYogurt (opt for greek yogurt that's higher in protein if you have the option!)Pretzels and hummusProtein barsBeef jerky or turkey jerkyProtein shakesElectrolyte drinks (Mama needs to stay hydrated too!)Now, let's talk real meals because while these are great snack options they're not going to help you make it through the whole day! When you go to a convenience store, or even concession stand, look for their fresh or prepared foods. A lot of places will have pre-made sandwiches, salads, burritos, etc. you can usually find something in that section that will fit into your health goals. When I'm on the go, I like to go to QT and get a sandwich or wrap. They'll make them fresh to your specifications, so I'll load up on protein and veggies! It's basically what I would have packed for myself but it didn't sit in my cooler and get soggy all day!The more you look for healthy options wherever you're at the more you'll see them! If you don't see anything readily available, ask someone! Especially, if it's at a concession stand. If you're a regular at the concessions they might be willing to stock a few healthy options! Get the other moms to ask too, if they see a need, they'll fill it!Don't forget to hydrateWe've talked a lot about food, but let's not forget hydration! When you're spending hours at the ball field you have to make sure that YOU stay hydrated.I know you're thinking about your kids and making sure they have water and electrolytes but you're also getting hit by the sun, so you need to be paying attention to your water too!You should be drinking at least half of your body weight in ounces every day to stay properly hydrated, but if you're spending hours out in the sun you should be going above and beyond that! There isn't a magic number to hit since temperatures and UV levels vary, but just make sure that you're not thirsty and that you're going to the bathroom a lot.You can always add electrolytes to your water to help replenish all the minerals you're losing by being out in the sun. But don't forget to think about the foods you can also be eating that will help hydrate you!Foods that have a high water content are great for hydration. You can eat them on their own, throw them in your water or even blend them up into a refreshing smoothie!WatermelonStrawberriesCantaloupePeachesOrangesCucumberLettuceZucchiniCeleryTomatoesBell peppersCauliflowerGrapefruitCoconut waterInfusing your water - and your kids' water - with some of these fruits are even better for you than processed drinks like Gatorade!Skim milk, yogurt and cottage cheese are also great for hydration and are higher in protein so you'll get a lot more bang for your buck with them!Being a busy sports mama isn't an excuse to ignore your health. You need to set an example for your athlete! Show them how important their health is now as they're playing sports and how important it is when you stop by making your health a priority! If you want to start making your health a priority, but feel like you don't even know where to start, then let's talk! I was in your shoes once and having a coach teach me what healthy looked like for ME was a game changer. (Pro tip: dieting is not healthy eating. So don't think I'm just going to show you how to do another 12-week diet! I know you need more than that!) You can lead your family to health and happiness! Most moms want the best for their athlete daughters. However, in the process, they can unintentionally make some mistakes that wind up hurting their daughter's confidence in the long run. These are all very common things that most mothers, including myself, have done. And I've seen moms do these things without realizing the long-term effects they're having on their daughter's mental health.I want to go over these things and share them with you because almost every mother has made these mistakes. Don't be too harsh on yourself, either, because you're not alone in this. I've done these things as well, and I wanted to shed some light on them. Why do we do it? I know we always start with the best of intentions. But what we intended to be beneficial may end up harming our daughter's mental health in the long run. So, let's start with what causes these three common errors and how we can avoid them.Mistake #1. Thinking that your daughter will play more confidently if you just tell her to be confident or get out of her head. This is something we're all guilty of. I'm sure you've had the experience of telling your daughter, "Just go be confident," "don't be nervous," or "relax."Unfortunately, this will not always work. That's because telling isn't the same as teaching. You can't just advise someone to be confident and expect them to immediately look and feel confident.Mistake #2. Not realizing how your own confidence impacts your daughters. You may be asking what your confidence has to do with your daughter's self-esteem. The truth is, you are one of the most influential people in your daughter's confidence. And so your own confidence influences your daughter's confidence. Your own self-belief influences your daughter's self-belief. Your own mental game impacts your daughter's mental game.Mistake #3. Expecting your daughter's mental game will just improve with more experience or with help from the coach. This is easy to believe because your daughter's coach is “the coach”. You might be thinking that they are in charge and that they know the quality practices, and how to prepare for competition to win.Coaches might be in charge of their physical training but not the aspect of mental training. Most coaches are not trained in the mental side of the sport.Athletes who focus on their mental game feel free to take risks and play their hearts out because they aren't frightened of making mistakes. They understand that mistakes are a necessary element of their development and success. This is something we teach in our elite competitor program at the University of Bath.Confident and elite athletes are those who have followed a system and who have worked on their own beliefs about themselves and are very aware of how to shift their limiting beliefs, how to shift their thoughts, and how to turn negative thoughts into productive thoughts. The overarching remedy to the three faults we've outlined is to take care of your mental game. You can't just tell her to be confident and hope for the best. There's actually a process, training, and work involved for your female athlete to have a competitive advantage. So, make sure that you're very aware of how you're showing up for your daughters. You can't always depend on time, or on her coach to hone your daughter's mental game and confidence. You need to stay in your role to shape the environment for your daughter. **********Helpful Links:Visit our podcast website for more on this episodeJoin our FREE training for Sports Moms - How To Strengthen Your Athlete Daughter's Mental Game Without Being Pushy Or Sayin

Meditation and gratitude can change lives. I know that's a bold claim, but you will find through today's conversation that the way our guest approaches these skills really is transformational and it will change your life and in turn, help your daughter. This is an opportunity for Sports Moms to do their own personal work as well to influence their daughter's environment.Today, we're talking about meditation and gratitude with our special guest, Lori Saitz. Lori is the CEO of Zen Rabbit, and she is a transformational meditation coach. She helps high performers transform their minds from stressful and chaotic, to calm and focused through her collaborative approach. She guides them to increase focus, energy, and happiness.Tune in as we talk about meditation and gratitude. You'll learn some tangible ways that you can incorporate both and also help your female athlete in her sport. What meditation and gratitude is and the importance of it in our daily livesMeditation can be defined as engaging in contemplation, reflection, and/or mental exercises to reach a higher level of awareness. Many of us are aware that there are a lot of benefits to meditation, yet most of us don't practice it regularly. Meditation decreases anxiety and increases resilience. It helps people spend less time thinking about their past mistakes which is important for athletes and their parents.Meditation also allows moms to show up as the sports parent they want to be; a Mom with good emotional stability is able to help provide a calm environment for her daughter. Meditation practices are also something that a mom and daughter can create as a shared experience with one another.Gratitude, then, is defined by the quality of being thankful and expressing appreciation. If you want your daughter to learn how to meditate and be in a place of gratitude you have to start meditation and being grateful yourself. It is more effective when you set yourself as an example vs. telling them what to do without practicing your advice. To sum it up;Meditation and gratitude help people/athletes perform better in any circumstance. It allows us to control and create a calm environment which is better practice to influence your daughter or the people around you.You can practice meditation and gratitude by recognizing what you feel and then look for something to be grateful about.Set up your day in the right direction by giving time to meditate, reflect and be present.Meditation is an investment in yourself and helps your female athletes be more confident with how they handle themselves in any type of circumstances. **********Helpful Links:Hang out with Lori Saitz on social @zen_rabbit and learn more about working with her!Visit our podcast website for more on this episodeJoin our FREE Training - How To Strengthen Your Athlete Daughter's Mental Game Without Being Pushy Or Saying The Wrong ThingJoin us inside our FREE Facebook Group - The Elite Competitor Society - for weekly Q&A, periodic trainings and challenges, and the support of an amazing community of moms, coaches, and the men who partner with us!The BEST way to help us spread the word and get this information into the hands of millions of parent**If you're looking for a way to help your athlete daughter come back from mistakes, stop beating herself up and start playing to her potential... without being pushy or worrying about what to say... join our FREE training: www.trainhergame.com**

What words do you say to your athlete after a long game? What words do you say to yourself throughout your daughter's sports journey?Truth be told, it's not the BIG wins that are going to be ingrained in your daughter's memory, it's the little moments. Looking back at my experience with my mom, I hardly remember those wins. I always remember the car ride to the tournaments with my mom and stopping for a meal at McDonald's'. And that car ride home when I'm exhausted. Those talks with my mom were my comfort and my safe placeAnd it's those little moments that you think don't matter at all. Those are the ones that are going to stick out to your daughter the most. That is just one of the 7 daily reminders I want to discuss with you in this episode. So if you're a sports mom, you have to take note because here are the 7 daily reminders that you might want to get tattooed on yourself! These seven reminders might be the ones you need to better support your daughter and give her the opportunities she needs. So, let's start!1. Her sport is what she does, not who she is. Make sure she understands how much you care about her, regardless of how well she performs.2. Walk beside her on the path. Don't shape the path. We like being able to 'control' and 'correct' things, and that's not gonna work. Our role is to walk beside our daughters on the path, not to shape it.3. Let her fight her battles, but give her the tools to do it. Give her the tools she needs to overcome the obstacles she faces in her sport. You can only say and do so much, but it will never replace the job she must complete on her own.4. It's okay for her to be disappointed or any other emotion she's experiencing. She will not always be victorious. Allow her to feel what she feels, and validate her feelings.5. The little moments are actually the big moments. It's the moments on the journey to the tournament that count. The car journeys. The food. The room you provided for her. I'll be your shoulder to cry on. These are the memories that will stick with your daughter.6. Remember the end goal. The purpose of athletics isn't for her to win everything (though that would be lovely!) but to help her achieve her goals. It's helpful in shaping her, allowing her to fail while also instilling confidence in her.7. You need support too. This is her story, but it might be yours as well. Make sure you have intentional support to aid her because she is observing you and modeling her confidence after you! We can't expect our daughters to know what to do if we don't provide them with the necessary tools. You are in the same boat! Perspective, support, community, and coaching are all things you'll need. Athletes who have mothers who do this have an advantage.Keep in mind these seven reminders that you'd want to get tattooed in you!**********Helpful Links:Visit our podcast website for more on this episodeDownload the free resources we've created for youJoin us inside our FREE Facebook Group - The Elite Competitor Society - for weekly Q&A, periodic trainings and challenges, and the support of an amazing community of moms, coaches, and the men who partner with us!The BEST way to help us spread the word and get this information into the hands of millions of parents, coaches, and female athletes is by leaving a ra**If you're looking for a way to help your athlete daughter come back from mistakes, stop beating herself up and start playing to her potential... without being pushy or worrying about what to say... join our FREE training: www.trainhergame.com**

We are always one moment or one person away from connecting who we are with who we are going to become. Why having a coach is so important. Rob shares his hinge moment during a triathlon and how it led to the question he asks "Would You Stop"? A better us is what makes a better you. It's not about being the best on the team it's about being the best for the team. What happens when we lose confidence? We isolate and then we stop serving others, connecting with others and we get in our own head way too much. The toughest person to coach is ourselves because we know ourselves so well. We have to allow others to coach us. When we get out of our own head, we help others and in turn help ourselves. Gratitude and perspective, even in the most difficult circumstances, is most important to great performance. How can we change the default from ME to WE? Mental toughness is asking for help. Mental toughness is expecting Wake up in the morning with the idea in mind...who are we gonna help today? It takes all the pressure off of us when we focus on others. We get meaning in our life when we serve others, especially in sports. No one gets there alone. CONTINUE THE HUDDLE WE LOVE HEARING FROM YOU! It's tough being a mother of a high school athlete. In this Thanksgiving episode, Jon interviews a mom who went through the process and has wisdom to share from her perspective. Jon invites his wife, Noonie, into the studio to share some candid thoughts to help moms in the recruiting pursuit. Dads and athletes, you should listen, too, so you understand the tough role of the mom. Noonie shares her heart and steps into the shoes of moms. What she says is relatable and actionable. But not too heavy for Thanksgiving Weekend. Jon and Noonie went through this process successfully with their twin sons many years ago, but the lessons learned still apply today. Get some good advice and be encouraged in your role as a sports mom. LINKS AND RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Get the Recruit-Me System at a huge discount Black Friday through Cyber Monday.
