Reclaimed Minerals, Extracting Lithium + Iodine w/ Dr. Nick Sakharav AZ TRT S05 EP22 (237) 6-2-2024    What We Learned This Week: EV Cars charging is slow and batteries are large & heavy Lithium is main chemical used in EV Batteries Hydrogen Fuel could be the Fuel of the Future vs solely EV Cars Iodine is used in Medical Industry and in large Demand Mineral Extraction, leads to Clean Water + Profit   Guest: Dr. Nick Sakharov LKIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/nsakharov Reclaimed Minerals - http://www.reclaimedminerals.com/       Dr. Nick Sakharov, a leading expert in critical minerals extraction (lithium and iodine), hydrogen energy, and saltwater treatment. He is a passionate advocate for a sustainable future, who believes these areas hold immense potential to address crucial challenges facing the USA.   Expertise: With over 25 years of experience in global economy, energy, sustainability, mineral mining, a proven track record of strategy Critical Element Extraction:  extensive experience in extracting critical minerals like lithium and iodine, vital for clean energy technologies. Hydrogen Energy:  the development of hydrogen as a clean and efficient alternative energy storage source (and why it is not a fuel source). Saltwater Treatment: Innovative saltwater treatment methods offer solutions to water scarcity and environmental concerns. Global Economy and Everyday Life: how these scientific breakthroughs, like clean energy and water solutions, affect things we care about in our daily lives, such as jobs, energy costs, and even the price of everyday products.     Notes: Nick has a PhD in economics, studies, new technology and strategy. He worked for 10 years in the telecom industry, and then 15 years in energy generation. The last 12 years he's been in the US working in chemicals. He is based out of Houston, Texas building an iodine and lithium production company - working on chemical extraction from oil waste water. Chemicals they will work on are iodine, lithium, high, hydrogen, bromine. Nick believes blue hydrogen will be the fuel of tomorrow. Nick is working on getting investors to help purchase and refurbish a former Japanese iodine plant in Oklahoma. Potentially could be on line in under one year.   Seg 1 Oil companies extract oil and saltwater from the ground in normal production. Then they discard the water and any leftover minerals like iodine or lithium. Iodine is used in the medical industry and also electronics and mattresses. Lithium is used in the energy industry, mainly in batteries for electronic devices, like cell phones or EV cars, or regular batteries. Chemical lithium is responsible for faster, charging and more capacity and batteries. Nick believes lithium will be  replaced as the main mineral in 10 to 15 years. There's lots of lithium available in the world, but you do need to mine it. Lithium batteries for EV cars are very heavy, and takes a long time to charge. The range of the EV battery depends specifically on how heavy the battery is. During the winter, EV battery is less efficient and could lose as much as half of the charge. Lithium batteries for cell phones are not that big of an issue, as typically the batteries were replaced every two years. Elon Musk of Tesla is building a lithium factory.   Seg 2 Hard to tell what will replace lithium in the future. Currently, companies are testing 10 to 15 different ideas. He also believes they'll be different organic materials, which will be used in batteries in the future for a handheld for smaller devices. Nick believes that with the EV and auto industry in the future, there is a renewed interest in hydrogen liquid gas. Electric vehicles would have both motor - an electric motor and Hydro gas fuel part. There would be a minor and smaller battery for storage. Major shift, EV vehicles find electrical outlets in the grid and the build out is difficult. Hydrogen gas would need new gas station refueling set up. Current gas stations cannot do it. It's easier and cheaper to deliver hydrogen gas to rural areas. You would bring it in with the truck. Cannot use current gas infrastructure for hydrogen fuel as it has a different molecular make up. Per Nick, blue hydrogen, could be the energy of the future for storage for energy and power. Remains to be seen, if it would be used for cars. Currently states like Oklahoma have less energy usage versus consumption. Meaning they make more energy than they use. You have things like brown hydrogen, which could also be used in generation, and cheaper with water and store it better than windmills. Nuclear facilities that are government regulated, use a special iodine. Cities and states need to store energy better. Energy and hydrogen is a great option when consumption is low. Use the electricity, pull the hydrogen out, put, the oxygen back in the atmosphere. You have hydrogenation even in your house in the future. People are skeptical because hydrogen is a gas, but hydrogen is safe.   Seg 3 Hydrogen and cities could work resources better and store more energy. Could help to produce more electricity and cheaper. Toyota already has a hydrogen car. Infrastructure for hydrogen being invested in now - over the next 10 years by federal government with a grant of $5 billion. Iodine is used in healthcare. There is major competition with China. China has a stronger hold on iodine producing. They bought a large quantity of a Chilean company that produces iodine and tried to corner the market. China wants to dominate iodine production in the pharmaceutical industry, producing it in China. US currently imports 5000 tons of iodine a year with costs risen tri-fold the last few years. United States and Oklahoma State in particular has storage potential for iodine. Get iodine production in the US, produce locally in the US. The price jump of 3X the last few years. Costing $75,000 per ton now, vs $25,000 per ton a few years ago. Lots of medical development and drug development, and in the process they use iodine. Iodine research has potential for cancer cure and we don't want to rely on China. Can also clean up the saltwater with iodine. For example, in Texas the drinking water has issues and can be cleaned out of processed water. Iodine is an element to take out of water. Clean the water and get the profit by selling the iodine. Freshwater then becomes the byproduct. This would help farming and the oil and gas industry with more portable water. Bromine is another byproduct of this cleaning extraction and it's cheap. A bonus in the same water extraction. Bromine is 1/8 the cost of iodine. Broine is used in the chemical industry. Nick is trying to rebuild a Japanese iodine plan in Oklahoma. He needs investors. It could be in production in under a year. You retrofit the older iodine Japanese plant in Oklahoma.       Tech Topic: https://brt-show.libsyn.com/category/Tech-Startup-VC-Cybersecurity-Energy-Science   Best of Tech: https://brt-show.libsyn.com/size/5/?search=best+of+tech     Investing Topic: https://brt-show.libsyn.com/category/Investing-Stocks-Bonds-Retirement     ‘Best Of' Topic: https://brt-show.libsyn.com/category/Best+of+BRT     Thanks for Listening. Cris Moreno is Deputy CEO at Vulcan Energy Resources. Vulcan aims to decarbonize the transition to electric mobility through its world-first Zero Carbon Lithium™ Project for electric vehicle batteries and its renewable energy business. This exploration of the Lithium World has taken me far from home. Canada, USA, Mexico, Australia, Argentina, Bolivia, UK... But one of the most exciting projects in this new wave actually happens to be a dozen kilometers away from where I cut my wastewater engineering teeth, and Vulcan, the project developer, just signed an off-take agreement with a car factory I can see if I climb up my village's hill. And this makes sense for a ton of reasons! First, the Rhine Valley used to be a Salt Flat, exactly like the Atacama Desert nowadays, and this was just 35 million years ago. So on the geological scale of things, it makes sense.  Then, it is a geothermal region, and Germany actively pushes to add more geothermal plants to its energy mix, which means thousands of cubic meters of water that are pumped from that lithium-rich aquifer anyways, which allows you to emulate the example we heard from Standard Lithium, piggy-backing on Lanxess' Bromine business.  But maybe most importantly, Europe is actively building about 30 battery gigafactories. And that's a staple in the zero-carbon transition of mobility! But to feed those factories, Europe will need lithium at some point. Today, 97% of that lithium is imported from China. And with China's own plans to further build up the battery value chain, they may well use all their lithium themselves, which would leave Europe without any white oil. So Vulcan's endeavors in the Upper Rhine Valley, today on the German side and anytime soon on the French side, would not only be one of the largest lithium projects in the World. But from 2026 on, it might also be Europe's EV strategy lifeline - as long as I'm not fully up to speed with my own backyard project.  So what's Vulcan's plan to a - quote unquote - "Glorified Water Processing Facility" able to deliver 24'000 tons of lithium hydroxide in its first phase, but also 300 GWh of renewable power and 250 GWh of renewable heat? Cris will be our guide, just after this reminder that if you like what you hear, if all of this is of any value to you, please take this episode and share it with a friend, a colleague, your boss, or your team, and I'll meet you on the other side! ➡️ Check out the entire article on how Vulcan enabled its Zero Carbon Lithium project by selling its products years ahead, including a teaser, a slider, and a full transcript on the (don't) Waste Water website!

Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I'm looking forward to sharing with you some of our community's questions that have come in over the past few weeks…   Anonymous: Hello… I've done the FM detox, followed by CBO and now on my 3rd month of CBO finisher… I have fibromyalgia and thought that my symptoms would subside but they didn't… I also still have arthritis pain in my fingers, and all other chronic pain that moves around in my body without any logic to it… I also still have a white coating on my tongue and vaginal thrush, sometimes it gets very itchy and smelly, I guess it depends on what time in the month it is depending on my period… I was following the protocols and diet (I eat quite healthy anyway)… Do you have any suggestions? Why am I not feeling better after? What to do now?   Kayla: Hi, I was wondering if you've ever helped anyone with Pinguecula. I've seen the eye doctor and they said there is nothing to get rid of it, just to wear glasses and use eye drops. I eat paleo, am on a prenatal, magnesium, probiotic, omegas, and workout regularly. I'm trying to heal menstrual problems right now, but other than that I am healthy. Any advice would be awesome! Thank you!   Andrea: Hi Dr. Cabral! I was hoping you could help me with this reaction my daughter is having every time she gets into a hot tub treated with bromine. Her skin breaks out in a rash that is similar to eczema. It is extremely painful, and itchy, and is all over her torso, back, arms, and legs. The rash persists for 4 to 6 weeks at a time, depending on the severity. This reaction only happens in hot tubs treated with bromine, not as much with chlorine. Have you ever seen this before? Would you recommend us do the heavy metals test, and maybe the stress and mood test for her thyroid? What else? Thank you in advance for answering this question.   Hope: I recently got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and osteoporosis. I took Prilosec for over 20 yrs. I hear from different MD's that gluten and dairy is a NO. My questions are: 1…is fermented milk ok?Like Kefir, yogurt? 2…is gluten di to the new GMO wheat? Are ancient grains ok to consume? 3..I also hear No to rice potatoes, oatmeal, and coconut oil. I consume these products regularly. Please, help me with this frustrating and confusing subject. Thanks.   Erin: This happens to me when i have been active a lot the day before…I wake up feeling puffy and swollen. I know I've consumed plenty of electrolytes that day before so what would Cause this? What can I do to prevent this? Today, I am blessed to have here with me Dr. Michelle Jorgensen. She is an author, speaker, teacher, and holistic dentist. She is a Functional Integrative Dentist (DDS) and a Board-Certified Traditional Naturopath (BCTN). She also has certifications like Therapeutic Nutritional Counselor (TNC) and Certified Nutritional Autoimmune Specialist (CNAS). Dr. Michelle grew up in a family surrounding dentistry as his father is a dentist. She also chose the same path and about 10 years later, she felt very sick. She tried to figure out what was happening, and she discovered that she developed mercury poisoning caused by mercury fillings she drilled out from her patients. As Dr. Michelle was in the process of trying to figure out what to do, the doctor mentioned that it is something that will be hard to get out of if she will continue to inhale it from her patients. She had to do some research in order to know a way to prevent it from being inhaled. She discovered an organization that has a protocol for it and started doing it herself. In this episode, Dr. Michelle discusses about the presence of mercury in the dental industry and its harmful effects on people. She talks about her personal experiences and what she had to go through when she got mercury poisoning. Aside from that, she will also be discussing topics like sleeping problems and their correlation with oxygen or airways. It wouldn't show up easily on a hair analysis test. A provocation test can be done to detect mercury in the body as it takes something from the tissue for testing.  The best way to find the kind of Mercury you are dealing with is through a urine test It took a while before Dr. Michelle's health improved due to Mercury exposure. It's a slow process of recovery. [11:38] Mercury Poisoning and Its Harmful Effects on the Body Zinc helps in creating stomach acid.  The presence of mercury in the body prevents the creation of stomach acid, hence it'll be hard to digest food and absorb the nutrients. No matter what you do, if your stomach can't create acid, it'll be hard to break down food. You'll end up getting malnourished and a lot of problems may arise. Mercury doesn't affect thyroid function as much as Fluoride.  Fluoride, Iodine, Bromine, and Chloride may have an effect and interfere with thyroid hormone activation. Mercury is like a bully that has an effect against everything. A baby can inherit the Mercury that exists in their mom's body or tissues. It detoxes into the baby.  One's body works differently than the others. Some are experiencing Methylation issues or Methylation variations that enable the body to determine whether to keep or throw something. [18:41] What to Do When You Have Issues with your Dental Fillings? If you're having a Mercury issue with your fillings, you have to get it removed safely. You shouldn't just remove them unsafely from a regular dentist.  It's better to let it be than have it removed unsafely. Removing it unsafely is giving a risk of much bigger mercury exposure than leaving them be. [25:40] How Do Oxygenation and Airway Issues Affect a Person's Sleep? At least 75% of people have airway obstruction, however, it isn't entirely sleep apnea. Oxygen is needed in the blood as the blood takes it to every single cell in the body. If you're not getting enough oxygen, your blood won't have much oxygen. If you have high blood pressure that you can't figure out what the cause is, it might be due to low oxygenation and airway issues when you're sleeping.  Oura ring can help become an indicator of your oxygen saturation. When a person wakes up because they need to go to the bathroom, they are already awake at the time. The body has a hormone that prevents oneself from the need to go to the bathroom, so if you have this urge, then you're already awake the moment you felt it. A cone beam CT scan is one of the things that can help you in checking your airway. It will help determine what's causing the lack of sleep in a person. It needs to be a Cone Beam CT scan full volume or a larger volume for this. Gum recession, worn-out front teeth, bumps of bone under the tongue from squeezing and clenching to flatten the tongue and open up the airway, etc. are signs that you need to pay attention to. See all the Healthcasts at https://www.biobalancehealth.com/healthcast-blog You probably have never heard of the need for Iodine in your nutrition, but it is a trace element that is vital to human life, because iodine plays a role in all of your hormones, your immune system, your metabolic rate and yes, your breasts! Iodine is produced by seaweed, and is a natural mineral in the soil, sand and ocean of any area of the globe that has been under the ocean or near an ocean currently. Iodine is present in most of the US except the Midwest.  Unfortunately, the glaciers of the last ice age, scraped off the topsoil, and the iodine, from the Midwest of the US and carried it to Canada. The Midwest, where I live and practice medicine, is ground zero for the diseases secondary to iodine deficiency.  If you live by the ocean, you probably get enough iodine, however the farther away you are from the coast, or if you live in the US Midwest, the higher your chance of having iodine deficiency. Where do we find Iodine concentrated in our body?  The thyroid gland takes 75% of the iodine, and the rest is distributed to the breasts, ovaries, muscles and blood. The breasts need iodine to be healthy and normal, and insufficient iodine causes women to develop fibro-glandular conditions that obscure masses on mammogram, and make the breasts feel “lumpy”.  There is a direct relationship between iodine deficiency and breast disease. Taking Iodine can reverse the fibrocystic condition of the breast and it can give your thyroid gland the iodine it needs to make T3 and T4, and keep your metabolism burning calories. Hypothyroidism and fibrocystic breast disease are primarily diseases affecting women, and both conditions occur most frequently at the times in a woman's life-cycle when breast growth is most active.  Breasts are most actively growing during the following times: puberty, pregnancy, and pre-menopause.  I noticed the occurrence of these diseases at these times in my GYN patients when I practiced OBGYN. I did a breast exam on every one of my patients and I noticed that breasts because more cystic in my patient's early teens, during pregnancy and between 35 and 50.  However my practice is in the middle of the “goiter belt” of the Midwest and almost every woman had somewhat cystic breasts due to a lack of iodine. All the mammograms I saw were fibrocystic, which doesn't increase their chance of getting breast cancer, but does make reading a mammogram more difficult.  Fibrocystic breasts make mammograms have a “static” like quality which decreases their accuracy. Here is how this works…when you are a child and have enough Iodine for your thyroid function, you were thin and active, then you are less likely to have hypothyroidism as a child. About 2 years before puberty, a girl's breasts start to form and they soak up the iodine from the blood, stealing it from the thyroid.  This makes these young girls gain fat, they become fatigues and often have all the symptoms of hypothyroidism, like hair loss, thin eyebrows and lack of motivation.   During those two years as their breasts grow, women who have plenty of iodine in their diet, don't' become hypothyroid and don't develop cystic breasts. The young women who effectively increase their iodine intake, or who have small breasts don't require very much Iodine, escape the puberty process with a normal thyroid.  Other girls soak up more of their Iodine in their breasts and starve their thyroid.  The thyroid shuts down, they gain fat, are fatigued, get all the symptoms of low thyroid, and get lumpy breasts. This leads to a group of women who get Hypothyroidism and FCBDX (fibrocystic breast disease) at puberty. The second time of life women get hypothyroidism is during or after pregnancy when their breasts are much larger than ever before, and are lactating, using up their iodine.  Hypothyroidism can occur at this time is unlike other times of a woman's life that puts a woman at high risk of developing hypothyroidism, they can actually get over hypothyroidism within a year of developing it. Generally, once you have hypothyroidism, you never get over it and you must take thyroid replacement medication the rest of your life. How can you prevent the breast changes from low Iodine intake?  You would think that the government would supplement foods with Iodine to prevent this, but in their usual manner of bad dietary advice, they took Iodine supplementation out of bread and other baked goods in the 1960s under the false assumption that iodine caused hypothyroidism, when it doesn't!  They replaced it with Bromine, which cripples the thyroid gland and can cause hypothyroidism. In addition, they added fluoride to water and that effectively blocks the effectiveness of iodine.  It basically kicks Iodine off the thyroid hormone molecule and replaces it with Fluoride which stops thyroid function.  Why does the government not reverse its previous stand on Iodine?  Because they would have to admit they made a mistake!  That seems to be more important than the health of the American public.  How to prevent and treat the diseases of low Iodine?  You can move out of the Midwest and buy a house on the beach where iodine is literally in the air, and every time a wave crashes on the beach, iodine is dispersed in the air and you absorb it through your skin and lungs. If that isn't practical, you can eat a lot of sushi that has seaweed wraps or you can increase your intake of seafood to supplement your iodine.  If that is not practical, then you can take a supplement call Iodoral, ½ to 1 tablet (12.5 mg) a day. Taking iodine can literally reverse both fibrocystic breasts, and hypothyroidism….you should take iodine if you have low thyroid and are taking thyroid medicine because you still need it for your breasts and the receptors on your cells also need iodine to let thyroid hormone into the cells! In addition to ingesting iodine as a supplement, avoid the substances that block iodine from working: Fluoride and Bromide. Don't swallow your fluoride toothpaste, in fact, buy non-fluoride toothpaste, filter the Fluoride out of your water and only buy bread without Bromine added.   A trip to the beach every few months can load up your iodine cache because you can absorb it through your skin during a walk on the beach My plea is that governmental agencies that produce guidelines for food production reintroduce iodine into the list of fortification that is required in food!

Concerned about the effects that iodine, bromine, fluoride, and chlorine can have on your body? In this episode, Betty explains the halides and their connection to thyroid function.   Nowadays, this topic is fairly common. For instance, we need to detox from them, we need to take doses of iodine, fluoride in toothpaste is bad for you, and chlorine in the pool can cause thyroid dysfunction. But what's really true and what's a misconception?   Betty will answer all of these questions and more by showing you what the most accurate research says. By using her broad experience as a functional medicine practitioner, you'll finally know everything you need to know about halides and the thyroid.    Get ready for a heaping dose of knowledge and clarity! After this episode, you'll know that halides are not so scary after all.    Key Topics/Takeaways:   What's really true about halides. Why it's important for women to have adequate levels of iodine. Symptoms of iodine deficiency + who's at risk. Is fluoride in water, food, and toothpaste actually harmful? Fibrocystic breast disease What the research shows about halides and the thyroid. How much exposure to chlorine is actually harmful?  The best way to test your iodine levels.   Memorable Quotes:   “I wouldn't worry a ton of chlorine other than the effect of it on your skin and lungs.” (8:02, Betty)   “Bromine is number one an essential nutrient, and also number two, not truly something that is going to alter iodine's function at the thyroid.” (11:39, Betty)   “Fluoride out of all the halides is the only one that we know disrupts thyroid function at super physiological doses, above five milligrams a day” (12:38, Betty)   Website Living Well Dallas Hormone Reset Betty Murray   Socials  Facebook Instagram

We're going to dive right in to listener questions in this Pinks and Blues episode because today is all about testing for Chlorine. Chlorine is the most well-known of the Halogen elements, a group of Oxidizing Agents. So, if you catch me using these words interchangeably, it's because they are! As a quick chemistry refresher, a Halogen is the chemical that forms a salt when it reacts with a metal. There are 5 Halogens in the Periodic Table: Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine, and Astatine and you can  find the whole column of Halogens the column second furthest to the right. In Cooling Towers, we typically use Chlorine or Bromine. By the way, whatever you use, make sure it is registered for that usage. There are two methods of testing Halogen: OT (Orthotolidine) and DPD (N, N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine), which is the method many of us prefer because it allows us to have a free or total test. Are you curious yet about testing for Halogens? Today, we are going to talk about all things Halogens. From differentiating the types of Halogens, to understanding the different testing methods, and to the importance of having a Water Management Plan to make our jobs easier. Bottom line: Let's learn about testing for Halogen in a Water System. Your roadside friend, as you travel from client to client.  -Trace    Timestamps:  Starting a podcast, being a guest on other's podcasts, accomplishing your goals [01:01] Events in Water Treatment [09:54] Thinking On Water With James [15:29] Answering your questions for this week's Pinks and Blues: Testing for Halogen in the System [16:39] Identifying Halogens [19:01] Understanding the different HalogenTests: OT Test (Orthotolidine) and the DPD Method  (N, N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine) [22:31] Too much Halogen in the system [26:00] Interferences with Halogen Tests [28:28] Differentiating Free, Combined, and Total Halogen [32:03] Identifying the best test to use  [35:59] The advantages of having a water management plan [39:09] Put it into practice [42:51]   Thinking On Water With James: In this week's episode, we're thinking about whether the brine tank on your softener system reaches 100% saturation between softener regenerations. Do you know? Have you ever measured % brine saturation in your brine? How would you measure % saturation? When is the best time to measure it? If it is not reaching 100% saturation, can anything be done to improve it? What is the impact upon softener regeneration with less than 100% brine saturation? Take this week to think about the % brine saturation in your softener system's brine tank.    Quotes: “A Halogen is a chemical that forms a salt when it reacts with a metal, and there are five Halogens in the Periodic Table: Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine, Iodine, and Astatine.” - Trace Blackmore “Halogens are highly reactive, which means they are quick to form bonds with other elements.”  - Trace Blackmore “Oxidizers are solids, liquids, or gasses that react readily with most Organic Materials or Reducing Agents with very little energy that has to go into them.” - Trace Blackmore “A Reducing Agent is a substance that can be oxidized by losing some of its electrons. An Oxidizing Agent is a substance that can be reduced by gaining electrons.” - Trace Blackmore “We generally use Chlorine or Bromine, and we will commonly hear them referred to as either Oxidizers or Halogens.” - Trace Blackmore “What Halogens are you using, and why are you using those?” - Trace Blackmore “The OT Test (Orthotolidine)  only tests for Total Halogen.” - Trace Blackmore “The DPD Method (N, N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine) can test for both Free and Total Halogen.” - Trace Blackmore “Your Tests are your Tools. Don't run your Test, and have your test tell you what to do next. Your Test only confirms or disproves any theory that you have.” - Trace Blackmore “Diagnose first and then use a test to confirm.” - Trace Blackmore “Free (Halogen) is the amount of Oxidizer in the system that hasn't been combined with anything yet. It is Free to react; therefore Free is the amount of quick kill agent you have in your system to sanitize contaminants” - Trace Blackmore “The Total Oxidizer is the amount of Free Oxidizer that you have plus the amount of Oxidizer that has combined with other Contaminants. So Free + Combined = Total” - Trace Blackmore “Combined Oxidizer is the amount of  Oxidizers that has combined with Organics.” - Trace Blackmore “Make sure that whatever you are using is registered for that intended use.”  - Trace Blackmore   Connect with Scaling UP! Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan told reporters Friday that the situation at the Fukushima nuclear power plant is "very grave" and several reactors remain at risk of melting down. In Japan, the earthquake and tsunami have claimed the lives of nearly 7,000 people in the last week and 10,000 people more are missing. In Manitoba, some people are concerned about radiation blowing over here. While the panic isn't widespread, many health food stores have been selling out of pills that can help protect people from radiation. Daniel Madrid, owner of Thrive Nutrition and Wellness said he has sold out of potassium iodide, or iodine pills, which can reduce the risk of thyroid cancer in people who are exposed to radiation. Iodine supplementation is extremely important. Iodine is required for normal thyroid function is displaced or deactivated by other halogens - Bromine, Chlorine and Fluoride.
