Gareth Rhys Owen and Matt Lloyd explain the Welsh Rugby Union's latest proposals for structural change as they consider halving the number of regions in Wales. The governing body says it's entering a formal consultation with the Professional Rugby Board (PRB) and could reduce the number of regions to three or even two. In a statement, the WRU said the current system is failing and is unsustainable, having already confirmed it does not intend to continue equally funding four professional teams in the men's game. Cardiff, Dragons, Ospreys and Scarlets are the four current sides, with the WRU saying it wants a "more radical" strategy to be completed by October.

These issues are central to the human experience, and their treatment in this chapter makes the case for a moral reading of the text. The older woman is glad to see that the hostage-wards are still in one piece, despite continued provocation from the Sons of the Harpy. Dany cannot bring herself to hurt the children. Galazza has a suggestion for the queen: marry a Ghiscari. This will cement her position and give her support with the Great Masters. Her suggestion is Hizdahr zo Loraq. Dany meets with Hizdahr, and while there is no love and affection, he promises that he can bring peace to Meereen. She demands 90 days of no killing and she'll marry him on the 91st. Hizdahr rushes to comply.Last meeting of the day is with Daario Naharis. He's not thrilled with the news and the pair get into a heated argument. Dany sends him away and orders Ser Barristan Selmy to keep Daario from her presence in the future.
